Creams Cafe in Hackney

Cuando estaba entrando me recibió un empleado muy agradable, Janvi. Pedí un refrescante té de mango y frutas. Pasé un par de horas estudiando en la tienda, y Janvi vino a preguntar cómo estaba todo. Definitivamente volveré!

Voy a tener que dejar de ir aquí, los desiertos han bajado colina abajo y no sé por qué, pero algo es diferente y ya no es agradable aquí.

Muy excelente servicio, el gerente fue muy servicial ya que recibimos un vale y él estaba más que feliz de ayudarnos. La comida llega caliente y fresca. Volvieron para comprobar cómo estábamos y asegurarnos de que estábamos contentos con nuestra comida. Sin duda recomendaría. El nombre de los gerentes era Feroz, muy buen tipo.

Amazing waffle with strawberries and banana,and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.Taste very delicious,and the portion is more then enough for one person.Not expensive. It's worth the price. Friendly staff

This creams is always extremely slow and staff seem like they absolutely hate customers. I waited over 20 minutes for a milkshake and after enquiring, a staff member told me someone else had taken my order, and was very unapologetic. Avoid if you are in any sort of rush.

We had icecream scoop of Vanilla, Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Oreo Cookie Sundae Fundae and Smarties Sundae Fundae icecreams on Sunday. The service was great!! We were served by Rabia from Creams Southall situated on 154, The Broadway UB1 1NN. Rabia was so polite and helpful in taking our order. I would say she is of the one of the best in staff in Creams Cafe! I would like to recommend Rabia's name so she can win the in-house competition!

First time visit would not go back on principle as prices are far too high, almost £7.00 for a milkshake and £3.00 for a small bottle of water is totally unacceptable, I don't understand why they are charging so much, being as they only bring you your order, you have to queue, order and pay yourself. The counter staff are extremely disorganised, your left waiting for ages to order whilst they serve the takeaway customers. If you have money to burn and like chaos then go here, if you don't, go to macdonalds where you'll get a meal, drink and a milkshake for way under that price and to be honest apart from the squirty cream on the top of the milkshake the taste was no different.

I live next door, I have always ordered to take away even in the late evening, I always liked it and it was my favorite .. but tonight I came to place an order as always to take away, at 11.47 pm and they told me they were closed . today is tuesday, i always ordered something even later, but apparently they didn't want to work anymore. they even replied in a rude way! they lost points to me!

Amazing loved the food and service very friendly staff … jaffar provided an exceptional amount of time and service making sure our visit was perfect , will be coming here again Definitely recommend

i ordered a chocolate waffle with spinkles and got a waffle covered in nuts that look like teeth. the nuts taste awful and makes me want to throw up. I DID NOT ORDER THE NUTS! and the ice cream melted as soon as a got it. This was a waste if MONEY!!! i did not get what i ordered. please take my advice by calling them and making sure they got your order right.

I had arrived at this brand of creams at 5:30 pm on Sunday the 13th of February alongside 7 of my friends. Please note when we arrived the restaurant was quite empty. I was the first of my friends to make an order of a Chocolate forest with vanilla ice cream waffle. 30 mins later most of the orders were received however the waitress said she has no record of my order even through I had provided her with my receipt , but instead of making my order she was rude, raised her voice and told me to get a seat. Now as the 1 hour mark approached to my luck the manager came down and I had explained everything to him. He apologised , instructed for my order to be made and issued me a refund making my order free charge due to this inconvenience . When my order arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes late (after most of my friends had to leave), they brought it incorrect. Before allowing the waitress to leave I had told her, but she simply walked off without even an apology. Please note two of my other friends had their orders burnt from being cooked too long. I highly advise against visiting this branch of Creams as it has to be the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I appreciate the managers support however I still had received my order incorrect with very rude service from the two waitresses for no logical reason. Please do not go, it is appalling.

The customer service was so poor. After 30 minutes of waiting we were brought the wrong food, they never apologised for the wait or the bad service.

I’ve order two waffles and one portion of American pancakes with maple syrup. The waffles were good, but the American pancakes wasn’t American at all! They made a small pile of pancakes which were made from crepes dough, with just a bit of maple syrup which was looking awful, so bad I’m adding pictures here, and for this awful desert I’ve paid £7.75!

I often order thru Ubereats and mostly go for shakes, icecream and brownie from Creams. Yesterday I ordered donuts for delivery and have to say they are one of the best I have ever had. Rocher, biscoff, oreo and red velvet.. all of them in this pack were equally tasty. 👍

Please don’t ever order from them.. they charged me £15 for these pieces .. one was half eaten.. I called to get a refund.. but the woman who answered slammed the phone on me.. by the way the cakes taste disgusting..

Milk Chocolate Cookie Dough has a really awfully arranged appearance, while the sugar level was unreasonably high that it doesn't taste sweet but a bit spicy to throat. Cant smell the glory of butter or chocolate. Personally recommend Heavenly Dessert in Cardiff which offers really great doughs. Kaspas is a better choice than cream. Wasted my calorie budget and money smh.
