The best restaurants serving American food in England

didn't get my order at all ! the driver can't find my address, then when he thought he found it saying he is waiting at my door ! obviously he was nowhere! when I messaged him he is at the wrong address, he just simply clicked on "delivered " and got lost!

Ordered a family kebab and fries ,i honestly think they forgot to put the food in the nan bread , at a push it would feed a family from the borrowers!!, 2 tiny kofta ,1 chicken leg from an anorexic chicken , 6 pieces of chicken tikka, 5 pieces of unknown meat ,too desiccated and dry to determine origin, and a handful of kebab meat , thanks for the extra nan ,but you didn't give us enough to fill the original nan, so don't normally leave bad reviews, because can't be arsed usually, but 20 quid is 20 quid and you should at least get enough to feed a couple of people, this literally fed one person, didn't take photos because I'm not that organised

Absolutely lovely and amazing staff. Manager/Owner on the other hand will kick you out after spending £300-£400 and won't even bother coming to tell you why! He's more then happy to let the security come and tell us to leave without a reason. Manager/Owner said he was bust talking to other people out the back. So avoided giving us a pathetic reason as to why he got other people to tell us to leave, even though the rest of the bar was making more noise then we were!! Avoid like the plague!!!! The bar staff and service staff are second to none! Cannot thank the bar staff and service staff enough!! They go above and beyond to make your night great!!

Apart from the ladies being fixed which meant there was a queue for the disabled loo.. The food was good- hot, fresh and tasty (not too greasy) staff were Friendly and helpful The restaurant itself was clean and fresh and calm

I ordered a medium filet o fish meal for delivery, the fries carton was only 1/3 full and when i opened my filet o fish it looked like it had been thrown together and had a hair inside!! I couldn't eat it. The milkshake was ok tho! 😊

Rude, useless, unfriendly staff. Went in store to use two vouchers from Burger King customer support after a previous bad experience. The small, hairy, chubby, middle-aged man behind the till was immediately rude and just said "We don't do them here, they're not on the till". When I said that they are vouchers from customer support and Burger King themselves have said that the vouchers can be used at any store, he just kept saying "Yeah we don't do them". A middle-aged blonde woman (potentially the manager) stormed over from the kitchen with a very unfriendly and rude attitude and put the code through the till, the man then muttered something under his breathe. As we had two vouchers, I asked for the drinks to which he said that it's policy from head office that only one voucher can be used per phone. Once again, I said that this goes against the T&Cs of the vouchers, what Burger King themselves have told us, and that didn't actually make any sense to which the rude blonde woman replied by shouting at us from the kitchen! We came in and were friendly and polite throughout so why did those two members of staff feel the need to lie and treat us so poorly, it just put everyone in a bad mood and has caused us to contact head office. At their age they should know some life skills of how to communicate with other people, or perhaps they just felt the need to be miserable and on a power-trip that day. We gave up with the horrible customer service and went to the other Burger King in Shrewsbury (in Bayston Hill) where the staff were really friendly, helpful, and the food was cooked fresh for us.

I ordered the mango ice cream shakes. Had worst taste ever. It was just like so much sugar was added in it. And when i asked them instead of apologising they started arguing. Worst experience ever.

Subway frogmoore, and other branch near railway station in town center. Very unwelcoming manager (riz)and employees!! Beware, don’t give your money to these stingy people, they give you very tiny amount of food and act like they are the victims! Don’t bother going there even if its halal! There manager is worst. Chinese saying: “don’t open a shop if you cant smile” Gave my sandwich to poor person, now making my own food. We don’t need your food. I will starve than buy from them again. Worst people full of attitude. We are not freeloaders! Anybody agree with me or everytime we have to expereinced it. I wasnt going but my husband took me!!

Really handy bar / restaurant when staying at the Doubletree hotel on-site at the arena. It was a non-matchday when I visited and the bar was very quiet but the barman was extremely welcoming and the food choices were great. Had halloumi burger and fries, which were really good. Loads of screens, I'll table, big bar area and lots of seating - I imagine it's a good atmosphere when busy as well.
