Me and my family visited the Las Lounge on Thursday evening and had the best experience. We was served by the supervisor Manoj. He was so polite and helpful with all the deal for LADIES NIGHT. I 100% recommend this lounge and will be coming back again.

I’ve ordered from this place countless of times on Uber eats which is how I found out about this place. Decided to come to the address that I found on Google and was refused entry because of my wide legged white sweat bottoms which I paired together with a white top/tshirt. No where is it stated on your website or on Google or on Uber eats that you have a no tracksuit policy. It’s not even on your Instagram either. Me and my partner aren’t even from the area and travelled from far just to get here only for it to be a waste of time. I will not be coming back and I will not be ordering food from you guys on Uber eats either. This policy information isn’t online at all and this isn’t the level of hospitality that I expected to receive from you. The guy making the decisions didn’t even see what I was wearing. I messaged their instagram page directly and asked where their policy is stated on their website and they said they don’t currently have a website which a lie because they do which I sent right back at them and he proceeded to send me a temporary Instagram story of a flyer…I found their business off Uber eats and then googled them. Only checked their Instagram to message them and it’s not there either. Location is empty and next to an unkept bush but you’re denying your guests entry as if it’s some posh place and harming your own business because of white sweat pants that isn’t even a policy published on your websites or social media? It’s not exactly fine dining. I’m not disputing the policy but it’s the fact that you’re not warning potential customers of this dumb policy in advance whether on your site or socials. Absolutely disappointing, not even worth coming back.

My recent visit to LAS Lounge exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was captivating; they've recently refurbished the place, giving it a high-class and sophisticated feel. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Our server guided us through the selection, and each dish was a delightful journey of flavors. The food was truly incredible; every bite was bursting with authentic Lebanese spices and freshness. The starters were a standout with creamy hummus, fattoush salad and the must try, perfectly seasoned lamb sambousek. I had the chicken shish and my husband had the mixed grill - delicious and generous portions. I was so impressed with the quality of the food and service that I've decided to hire them to cater my upcoming party. I have no doubt that their cuisine will leave a lasting impression on my guests. As for the entrance, don't be put off by its modest appearance—it's a hidden gem! Once inside, you're transported to a luxurious setting where every detail speaks of elegance and comfort. Whether you're looking for a cozy dinner or planning a special event, this place is a must-visit. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommended! I can say with upmost certainty that LAS Lounge is the best Shisha Bar and Restaurant in London. The staff cannot do enough for you, from service to remembering what Shisha flavour you had at your last visit. The food, well, I don’t know how they do it. The food is so so good that after you have eaten like a king or queen, your mind goes right back to wanting more. The Shisha, the best in London. I challenge anyone else to find a Shisha lounge with better Shisha. Ladies, this part is for the ladies, if you want to go out and have an amazing night out where you are made to feel safe and secure, then this place is for you. Your needs are all catered for.

Wow wow wow, love this place! Great for a chill or a Bday party, food on point, drinks really good...the cocktails were tasty and strong...shisha was smooth! Really good service, the place is plush, trendy and fresh. The owners are super friendly...even had a vegan sumptuous cake for something sweet. Will def go again. P.s music made my night, fab DJs!

Overall it was a good time with family and friends and great space... still needs a touch up I'm terms of decor. Customer service was on point however, friendly staff and very attentive. Will definitely go back though! 👌🏽

The waitress was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Awful food & shisha, the entrance door is broken, not allowed to wear tracksuit which most people wear nowadays. I highly regret going to Las, a waste of time and money.

No vibes at all. Place is always dead, spent a fortune on a refurb and can't even fix the door, Nobody inside and dashed us out for a takeaway milkshake because of a hoodie when it is -3 degrees outside. Good luck to your future customers, if I was your boss I would be embarrassed right now. You've just lost a loyal customer and the rest of the crew who will now go to Creams where we can wear hoodies and feel alot more welcome. Not even anyone in the place. You'll be closed in a month if you carry on running the business like that

The way this place is managed is a absolute shambles, me and a few friends who are regular customers got thrown out but the Ana for wearing a hoodie when it’s absolutely freezing outside and there wasn’t a single customer in sight other than us. Was felt very unwelcome and I even said are you willing to lose a customer for the sake of your ego and he said yes. Can I just add this order was also for takeaway so it’s not like we was sitting in and having it. Very bad for business shame on you LAS lounge. LAS must stand for Lost All Service! Now I’m going to enjoy this, I hope your boss is happy!

So glad that I had ordered one of the yummiest Ferrero rocher fresh cream cake from LAS lounge for my friend’s special day :) Thank you for one awesome cake 😊

I had a fantastic experience here the other evening using their booth service, which includes a console and private heating. They catered amazingly to me and my guests on our every need, and customer service before and after the booking was exceptional. Would recommend giving this place a visit!

Ordered from Just Eat, food didn’t arrive on time, called the store to find out what was happening and the staff member was extremely apologetic and gave us a free milkshake, food arrived with a note apologising for the delay and added some extra cream and extra ice cream, staff member was lovely on the phone

These clowns don’t give a toss about local residents. They ignore complaints about loud unacceptable music, and handle it like children. A licence objection may make them take notice - which is on the way LAS lounge .

Ordered a go strawberry waffle, came with barely any sauce and it was the wrong sauce. Don’t advertise it comes with Nutella when u just served it milk chocolate sauce. So disappointed

Food is pretty good, I love the chicken, bacon & waffles, got some tasty desserts as well. Shisha is decent too, with a great selection of flavours as well as extras. The venue is quite nice. There's big booths with huge screens and PlayStations. There's an outdoor area for those really hot days. A lot of guys book those and play FIFA or watch sports. Location is a little bit out of the way but at least parking isn't hard to find. Staff are very friendly and the prices are reasonable. A got spot.

A bit on the expensive side but is worth it the Shisha doesn’t make you cough it’s not strong the food is mediocre love the wings though the milkshake is lovely The Cocktails are okay a bit of a hiccup with the order but it was sorted immediately Went there recently and they ran out of food their cocktails was just too sour asked them to change it 4 times and it was still the same taste I ended up just drinking it like that but it was not up to scratch

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. They demanded a minimum spend before we even got inside. Didn’t make any effort to accommodate a large group or arrange seating even though we phoned in advance to check before travelling an hour to get to the location and were Unable to reserve online. There were spaces to sit but it appears they were clearly only interested in people drinking alcohol. Management/ owner rudely addressed us and made it clear we weren’t welcome if we weren’t able to spend more than £150. Have been here before and the food was terrible but thought we’d give them another chance. People outside the building smoking weed and doing balloons despite the doors being manned by security. Hope they learn some customer service as this is a core skill needed when working in the hospitality sector.

If I could put ZERO WOULD. SHOCKING! Have placed order via deliveroo several times & been perfect. However very disappointed & shocked on having ordered recently. There delivery driver contacted to say my road was blocked for water works & to meet him 10mins down road. Haha Refused as it was via "deliveroo" defeats object of delivering to property. Told delivery driver would contact Restaurant to let know what driver saying. Extremely patronising & rude. I was informed on contact with Restaurant, Apparently the owner of LAS LOUNGE, was delivering my order. Surely he would know the process on deliveroo then right??? TO ENSURE DELIVERY TO PROPERTY? The owner refused to walk 10mins to deliver order to my property & expected me to meet him 10mins down road being "manager of Restaurant" called restaurant back to advise I am not meeting driver he needs to deliver to address. Called deliveroo to inform, & investigate them, they lied & sent email to deliveroo advising they made the food & delivered it & that the owner walked to property & said delivered item. If this is case where is my dessert still??? Shocking that the owner didn't want to walk expected me to meet 10mins down road then refuse to refund me. As much as it's such a lovely dessert place, doubt anyone can afford to have a restaurant lie say the owner delivered & lose £20, just like that. Avoid!

I have just gotten my lower eyes done with the permanent makeup. Love it!!! Lashes also are done here as well. The girls are fantastic!!!

Nice discreet venue shisha is quiet good. I have never eaten there so I can't comment on that. Staff is nice and friendly.

Visited here with my boyfriend after lockdown. Booked a table through the app and had to pay a £10 refundable deposit to reserve, though there wasn’t any need to do this as there was only 2 other couples at the entire venue all night, but did get a refund of the deposit to my account the day after. Arrived and there’s an outdoor gazebo that’s spaced out in a socially distanced way. Sat down and was disappointed in the furniture, which was grubby, stained and ripped. We ordered shisha, but were told that we had to buy one per person because of Covid. When I explained that my boyfriend and I live together and that there isn’t a Covid risk of us sharing, the staff were still adamant, which I couldn’t understand the logic of this. We ordered cocktails and food, plus 2 shishas via an app. The cocktails weren’t strong at all & couldn’t taste any alcohol in them, the food was ok. It was pretty standard, there wasn’t any wow factor in terms of presentation or flavour. The shisha lacked flavour, which was disappointing, but what I was put out most by was I tried my bf’s shisha just to taste it, and the member of staff said to me that I can’t do that. When I explained I was just tasting it, she said that I still can’t do that and if she sees me doing it again, she’ll have to take it away, which I found a little patronising. All in all, we paid over £100 for for 2 subpar, bland shishas (one of which we didn’t even want), £10 deposit, £8 in service charges when we ordered via an app, plus average food & drinks. The venue was also extremely cold, despite heaters, which I appreciate is not in the staff’s control and did offer blankets, but sadly just something else to add onto a disappointing evening. Don’t think we’d come here again as it was incredibly overpriced for a very sub-par evening, which is sad, as we had better expectations.

Have always ordered from here. Now they have raised the minimum price on deliveries and waffles now cost £13 on Ubereats. I can only assume they are trying to cash in during coronavirus. Won’t be ordering from here again. Better off ordering from Creams in Purley Way waffles are much better.

first time ordering deserts were lovely, but the attitude on (jamilla) is awful. I ordered from uber eats, deserts taking a while so just called to check and the attitude was not needed. due to this i wouldnt order again.

Milkshakes from this place are lovely. Also chocolate brownie sundae recommended very nice.

Use to be a great place but dont know whats happened ordered waffles and got few strawberries and hardly any nutella amd sauce when i called them they said sorry we apologise but no money backnor give a new one or any sort of agreement....infact he said i let them know who made them...

We had a small family outing and the food and atmosphere was amazing. The food was really good and hot when delivered., nothing seemed too much for the staff and owner. We all had a good evening. The resets were unbelievable

Top class service, food and shisha. From the moment we walked in we were treated with such warm hospitality. The chocolate fudge cake was just perfect, warm with ice cream- what a treat! Thank you for a wonderful relaxing evening. We cannot wait to come back!

Do not eat here. Did not receive the items I have ordered + received a frozen cake and waffle with wrong sauce and NO toppings. No response from LAS Lounge. Terrible service.

Terrible service. Did not receive what I ordered on Uber eats and no response from LAS Lounge. No refund no gift card not even an apology. When you pay money for something you want the item and not something completely different or not edible like frozen cake.

Ordered dessert last night for the family. My nutella and flake milkshake was amazing, definitely going to have it again. The family enjoyed crepe, ice cream and sticky toffee pudding. Can't wait for our next order. Thank you for great service and quick delivery.

Avoid working for this place. You would never get paid on time or the full amount of your money. They also refuse providing payslips or any other documents you might need.

Great shisha but too cold and the food was below standards, rice was rubbery (worst I've had) and salad was not fresh. The wings were good. Overly priced. Definitely won't be visiting again. There are plenty of places like this that get you more for your money.

Too cold and service was really slow to non existent and something we had ordered just never showed up with no explanation. Not somewhere i would personally go again. However the music was nice and the vibe was pleasant.

Place was nice. Only reason its not 4-5 star is because the place was cold as other customers kept leaving the door open. If the door had a self close system then definately a higher rating.

The entertainment systems, playstation and xbox, along with the board games are a nice touch

Visited with some friends recently. Good jerk wings, good atmosphere, we had a little booth which was nice and secluded. Customer service was good, although you can tell they’d need more on a busier night, we were there from around 9pm to midnight, and it got a lot busier as we were leaving. Could do with introducing a few more dishes on the menu and certainly some more beer on tap. Would visit again!

Ordered grilled chicken wings, however they look boiled rather thank gilles. The waffle was undercooked and they sent the custard cold from the container. Will not order here again!

I visited with a group of family and cousins, we were seated and straight away approached by a member of staff with a large beard and pony tail and vegan looking tattooed man, before even asking us about our order or if we would like any time to decide he told us he will not serve us after half an hour as if to say we would take that long to order anyway, he quickly followed by flavours that weren’t available and desserts, he spoke to us in an extremely rude manner with attitude. By the time it was 12 we weren’t given fresh coals and our shisha was finished and were told by the gentleman mentioned earlier time to go home a few times and just did not want paying customers around any longer then 11:59. Taking the piss bruv

Regret coming. Me and a group of friends came to have a good night out playing FIFA etc in a booth. When we arrived the controllers from our booth had been removed. Staff said that another booth had them and we would get them back. We ordered food, a shisha and some drinks. The shisha arrived after about 15 mins which is good. We had to wait a solid hour for any food or drink to arrive to the table, the cheesecake was quite small for £4.99 in my opinion but this is a "lounge". 2 hours later we still have no controllers. After having been told they were going around the building we asked to get it off a group who now had food and were not playing. They came back and told us the group were still playing so we cannot have the controllers. We asked if they were just going to let the other group keep them all night then and were told they are paying. We said we are paying for a booth too and the staff member walked off. We get that you're busy but that isn't how to handle customers. Overall pretty rude and unprofessional service. The fact that they can't think to have any spare controllers between the lot of them says it all. Hopefully this was a one off and we might come back and see if we have a better experience another time.

Lovely customer service. Clean Venue. Nice music good shisha and food. Yes I highly recommend. They have games to play also and PlayStation, I didnt take advantage of these but the option is there.

Very impressed with the shisha at LAS lounge. There is parking outside and they accept card and cash. They use the metal trays for the coal instead of the aluminium foil which I think works well. They serve alcohol here. They have booths which require a minimum spend of £100 but have a PlayStation 4 with Fifa ready to play. Overall it's a great place, I didn't give it 5 stars as they have some fans on the ceiling resulting in cold air (even in the winter) and the prices for shisha and especially drinks are very expensive.

This place has had a huge face-lift since changing from Beduins. Really comfortable chairs, more TV's but more importantly better shisha. The guys and girls serving are really knowledgeable of which flavours work well together and brought over a number of different tins to smell before we selected.

Shisha is amazing. Smoke isnt harsh even after a while. Good service. Great desserts. Not enough heaters so dress warm! Open til 1am. Gets packed on a weekend so go early or call in advance if there are loads of you going.

Food and shisha was ok but the seating wasn't great for us as we didn't get a table so had to bend to eat our food so was very uncomfortable. Probably best to go there for shisha and a drink.

Quality taste of shisha as they range from £15-20. However the service was very slow as it was a friday evening, my shisha took roughly 45-60mins to arrive. Plus they are very stingy to turn on heaters despite it being cold and seated outdoors if no space indoors.

I don’t understand why this place has such high ratings. I can’t fault the quality of the shisha, and the desserts are pretty good too but everything takes ages to come out. Every time I come here I am waiting a minimum of 40 minutes for my order, it’s ridiculous. On the weekend I waited 50 minutes for a shisha, and my food just didn’t come at all. Employ more staff stop being so stingy or you’ll end up losing customers. The only reason I come back is because all of the other lounges in the area have gone downhill in terms of shisha taste but if another place opens any time soon I will most definitely not be coming back to this lounge, which is a real shame as I love the shisha here, but the service massively lets this place down.
