Dump a load of unwanted sauces over the food. Spoilt it and ended up going to the dog. Unedable . Wont be ordering from there again

Never had a kebab that u have to make yourself ALL the food was cold didn’t even deliver the right kebab ordered chicken and received lamb which I can’t eat also ordered Pepsi and was sent coke absolute joke just waiting on my refund and the instruction manual on the kebab, never again

Order from here ALL the time… chips. Rice, chicken was all dry and blatantly recooked. Awful dinner for our guests tonight

We ordered Cheesy chips , nachos, burgers, absolutely was a joke!! Never ordering from here again, it was a one off . The cheese was so thick and dry stuck to the chips , the nachos , 🤢. Burger just standard dry burger!! Disappointed

Food is exceptional very tasty I think I've tried everything on the menu and love it all definitely recommended the chicken and lamb kebabs . Their double cheese burger is amazing. And the customer service is second to none. I myself being a chef have tried many different food outlets for me for a little takeaway shop it definitely scores 10/10 for me and their milkshakes well they go down a treat aswell.. 100% lovely takeaway 😋

The burgers were amazing, we have tried most local burger bars and the burgers from Suburban were by far rhe best. The food arrived piping hot and fresh and the milkshakes were lovely. 5 stars all the way

Great food! Best quality burger meat. Arrived hot, fresh and delicious. I am always wary of ordering from places since lockdown as most establishments have been slacking in the quality department. However SGC was a delight!

While their classic burgers could maybe have a few more available options and their online listings could be a bit clearer in my opinion, I can't fault this establishment much. They have a good variety on offer (including vegetarian options as well) and the quality of the food I get from them is among the best in the area, comes for respectable prices and comes in recyclable packaging too :) Did have them rated four star once upon a time, rating reconsidered based on their customer service quality 👌🏼

Very satisfied. Great value for money. Got 1 Falafel and 1 Grilled Halloumi wrap, expected something smaller for £3.99 each, but they were quite large, so we were positively surprised. Salads were also very good. Food was fresh and tasty, as should be everywhere. Quick delivery on Friday afternoon (lunch time). Labeled as "Healthy" on JustEat app and it surely felt that way. Would definitely order again. Can recommend!

First of all, they’re called ‘suburban grill’ but the location is of a shop called ‘wood and stone’. Probably did that so you struggle to find them when you realise the food is trash. Do NOT order the lamb Shish burger or the ‘grilled’ wings. The wings were boiled and my partner couldn’t sink his teeth into the lamb shish meat!!! It was like rubber!! Disgusting food!!!

The food was average and that’s being kind, the chips were soggy and cold, the burgers were small, bland and disappointing. We had a milkshake and it was pretty much chocolate water. But the only good thing we’re the mozzarella sticks because they tasted frozen and shop brought from around the corner in Aldi. So I am very dissatisfied with this eating establishment. I would very much not recommend.

Asked for an hamburger and a chicken kebab, instead was sent minced food and not chicken, this is unacceptable, went to the shop and was closed and the name is wood & stone not even match

We order online an hamburger and a chicken kebab and instead of chicken was sent minced food and not chicken on it probably lamb drived to the place was close d and the address name is under Wood and Stone so is this some scam? As taste a little of the kebab and now scared was poisoned?

Had twice now during Lockdown and the best shish lamb and chicken kebab ive ever eaten!! Burgers were fab too. Even the chips. Milkshakes are so yummy - chocolate fudge cake yummy! Great price! Bad review must be from an old owner as not 1 complaint from us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m really not sure why this place has got such poor reviews, but our order was delicious and we can’t wait to order again! We ordered a cheeseburger which was flavoursome and tender and delicious. We also ordered the spicy Mexican rice which was nice and light. I would recommend this place.

Food was delicious, healthy and arrived on time! I am not sure why the reviews are low but deserve to be much higher.

Really impressed with this place. I've ordered from them 3 or 4 times now and the food has always been really good. The BBQ Mixed grill is great value for money and you get loads of meat for your money! Delivery is quick and they always include loads of sauces and dips, salad, etc.

The worst kebabs ever. I've never had a kebab that comes as a do it yourself kit. One stale pita bread. A tiny pot of salad. Overcooked meat in another packet. A pot of chilli paste, not sauce. You then have the joy of building your own kebab. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

ordered online for delivery and absolutely disgusted with what they gave....not even edible. spent good money and feel robbed. ordered a lamb shish kebab and recieved a piece of mixed meat pink inside and crumbling in a box salad in seperate box.. ordered grilled wings meal and recieved wings from a different shop. no sauces. i am so dissapointed and feel robbed. never ever buy from here you are warned. speaking to them we are still waiting for a response to why food is like this...or if they even own a shop and cook there.

Never, ever, ever again. Wrong order, which was replaced, but the chicken was actually crunchy. I don’t know whether cooked, frozen and reheated but terrible. I declined to give it to the dog

After reading so many great reviews of this place on Just Eat we had high hopes. Unfortunately what arrived was average at best. The chips were the smallest portions I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t have a large or small option but for £1.99 I would have expected much more than we received. We bought 3 portions and they were barely enough for 2 people. The burgers were somewhat dry and tasteless. And the “avocado dream salad” was more like a nightmare. There was not even half an avocado’s worth in the salad which was mostly lettuce. £3.99 for a tiny box of lettuce and a sprinkling of spring onion.. ? No thanks! Will not be ordering from here again, that’s for sure.
