KFC in Hammersmith and Fulham

Very rude employees I told them that i will complent they say do it so No issue Kfc is so damm now??

Stone Cold food i like hot food

Driver very late, therefore unable to eat my meal because it was so cold, and the driver kept on calling for directions.

Not delivered!!!!! Where is my food!

My food did not get delivered to my address how can it say delivered without me giving code I want a full refund for my order driver clearly delivered somewhere else or ate my food shocking service

My order arrived quickly and the food was delicious, although the chicken strips were smaller than usual.

Did not receive my order although was told the courier was near the house. App informed me it’s been delivered. This is the 3rd time Just Eat couriers have done this so won’t be using the App again.

Food is inedible took a bite out of the chicken had to spit it out straight away. The wings were the same too absolutely shocking. So the hammersmith branch and now the Fulham branch I won’t be using.

Food was terrible coating was missing off chicken inplaces they put ketchup in my burger half a portion of chipswrong drink sent then to top it off driver was aggressive to me when i made a mistake on delivery address wont use again

They didn’t give any dips with my order. Plus, the quantity of fries is way too less. If that is how much 4x fries are, you guys are putting wayyy too little fries in one packet.

Driver kindly brought back the drink for my order as it fell out and I found this really nice as past delivery drivers have just taken my beverages so this has made my day.

Go here on my break sometimes. However poor communication skills, the kiosk machine wasn’t working for contactless which i tried multiple times and other customers. Instead of just communicating and telling us it didn’t work, they were just watching us struggle and only told me it was faulty when i told them it weren’t working. Or put a sign!!!

ordered hot wings got some random meal. the whole place was chaos. only two workers on a busy friday night is diabolical

Staff is very rude I am buy my food new guy infront me fight with delivery rider and speak with rider very rudely he don't know how to speak with other and I am also customer he didn't serve me good manner he talk me with rude behaviour so bad staff without manners

Driver was very rude to my sister. Driver buzzed on intercom and demanded she “open the door!” And he continued to have rude attitude towards her. I went and got the food from him and he didn’t believe I was the one that ordered my food. I had to keep showing him who I was. He had a nasty attitude. My sister got her phone out incase he came to our door so she can record him being rude to her. The way this driver treats people is unacceptable and should not be tolerated

Chicken stunk like a diesel 😳avoid it

I asked for no fries, but restaurant didn’t take notice of my request. Twister was a bit dry and lacked sauce.

It's amazing how low KFC in London has fallen. Here you will get chicken quartered with a machete and fried in flour breading. A portion of 10 pieces of chicken and 4 portions of fries is large, but unfortunately the chicken is mostly bones. French fries - not good. I don't recommend it.

Forgot items in our order, not the first time, usually always miss the gravy but this time was the gravy and sides too - ruined the meal

On time however was waiting at my door for 15 mins because the driver needed a code however the app didn’t provide me one

So disappointed!!! I ordered Wicked Variety Bucket: 6 pc + 4 Mini Fillets + 8 Hot Wings + 2x Regular Signature Fries + 2x Regular Signature Fries . But I just received my order 6pc original and 1 regular signature fries!!!!

No sit down service only takeaway, if your ordering a bucket of chicken you have to tell them what you want otherwise you'll end up with legs and wings mostly as I've done, when I ordered a 10 piece meal I had 6 legs and 4 wings on one occasion

The food came very late, it was meant to be for dinner. It took so long that I have managed to cook dinner and have them too. What took so long? The driver said it wasn’t him, he went right away to collect and delivered immediately.

Time kept changing from 10.45 to 11.30 eventually arrived at 11.21. I had to go and find delivery driver as he was sitting outside block of flats on a wall

Fast and efficient service. Especially recommend the Zinger Stack meal.

I bought a 10 chicken pieces bucket, and received 5 miniature sized chicken pieces in the bucket. 2 pieces of chicken is equivalent to 1, so was an absolute rip off!

I asked to be sent decent chicken pieces and no wings. Instead I was sent the smallest chicken pieces the size of chicken nuggets. Oh and I was still sent a wing just for good measure. I paid for this meal. It wasn’t free. So why have I been sent rations? KFC Fulham KFC is a badly run franchise.

The delivery driver had the door on the floor whilst he was on the phone. I know it’s packaged but this is haram u must not leave food on the floor. 1*

I received notification that my order was on the way at 17.10. Delivery kept slipping backwards for almost an hour. It finally turned up at almost 18:10. The delivery driver had the brass neck to pretend that he wasn't late. You need to ask him where he was because he disappeared off the tracker. I had to reheat in the air fryer. I will never order from North End Road again.

Missing 8 wings and 2 pieces of chicken wasn’t even a big order why do they never double check what they put in the bag !

Awful delivery man who refused to bring the food up one flight of stairs to a pregnant woman and then wanted to argue with me.

Chips were hard and dry, we couldn’t eat them. Coleslaw was room temperature and smelt off, so couldn’t eat them either!

This wasn’t the drivers fault ! the app stopped me from seeing his location and my number wasn’t working through the app even though it’d correct

Disappointing and very bad quality. Zinger Burgers had black strains on buns (disgusting) and chicken in burgers seemed old , very small pieces full of excessive oil, severe dark brown skin and not fresh at all. Worse quality ! I started ordering from fulham branch as they used to deliver great food as compare to earl’s court branch but now they are same as earl’s court branch. send worse quality food.
