Have been here few times and it has always been good vibe, a lot of fun and good food

Every table showing football, ours had Celtic game on but with Liverpoool on the main screen and the loudest I have ever heard a TV in a pub. Had to ask for cutlery, there were 4 of us. So one of us asked for cutlery and the server brought over just 1 set.

We wanted to watch the liverpool vs man united game on 5th jan. So the match timing was at 4:30. I tried to do a booking online through google but my booking was declined. On calling the pub they asked me to get there early if i wanted a table, me and my wife got there at 3 PM, one and half hour before kick off. After asking the staff for a table they said we could sit at a table without a reserved sign. So we found a table and sat there, there was some confusion between the staff and a group who had booked, so they gave that group another table which was not in their name and put the reserved sign from that table on ours and told us we would have to vacate the table at 4. I tried to speak calmly telling the waitress it wasnt booked when we got there and due to this we had arrived there early but she didnt even let me speak nor wanted to listen. She was very unprofessional. I then asked to see the manager and was told she was the manager and me and my wife were asked to leave if i kept questioning her, my wife asked her to give us another seat since we had got there early and reserved one but she didnt even acknowledge us. Come 3:50 PM another member of the staff came up to us and told us we had to leave, my wife hadnt even finished her drink and it was 10 mins left to 4. When i told her how we were treated she said im not here to listen to anything and walked off. I tried asking her to give me another table atleast but was just ignored and litterally asked to leave. This was the worst experience ive had at this pub never again coming here. Youll should rethink about who youll hire and how youll run your bookings. There are many better pubs around this place id reccomend hop poles or swan they actually know how to treat people.

Wish I could a give negative rating but unfortunately I cannot. We had a rather disappointing experience with this pub. We arrived and we took the table which was not initially reserved. There was no reservation on the table, so we naturally sat on the table that was free. However, about 30min into our visit, the woman (who claimed to be the manager, I’m not quite sure if she was, but very well) just came to our table and placed the reservation card and informed us that we needed to leave because they had reservations for later, despite the fact that we were enjoying our time and had not been told about any upcoming reservations when we arrived. We actually went in early so we could get a free table to watch the game. And we were so excited as it was also a very special day for us. We had even tried to book the place earlier but it was not allowed. While I understand that reservations are important, the way it was handled felt abrupt and unprofessional. We had just settled in, and it would have been courteous to inform us about the reservation situation upfront rather than suddenly asking us to leave. The woman was particularly very rude and was not ready to reason and started raising her voice when we were calmly trying to discuss with her about this situation. She started arguing with my husband and asking him to leave like we were some nobody’s. This was very disrespectful. It left a bad taste, especially considering we were there to celebrate and watch the game. We were told we could move to another table if it was free and there were some free tables later when the reserved party arrived but they never offered us those tables and we were asked to leave. I don’t know if this a Xenophobic case but we really felt disgusted with how we were treated. This is the worst experience ever.

Staff friendly but the bar was over-loud with unnecessary music, the food (wings and nachos) was pretty unpleasant. Worst of all though are the men’s toilets. Filthy dirty and sticking of stale urine. Won’t be going back

Just left this restaurant because I waited an hour and fifteen minutes for food to arrive. It never came. Staff argued that I had been informed there would be a 30 minute wait for a margarita pizza. We were not told. They refused to issue a refund but offered me drinks? I was the only person in the party that didn't eat.

We were a group of 5 and the only one that was refused entry was Indian. It was stated that he was too drunk however he doesn’t drink alcohol, he was actually sober. Clear bias from the bouncer. If you are a minority, I would reconsider visiting.

Racist Manager , I was going to leave and she made up that i was behind the bar for no reason other than my complexion. Will be following up with freedom of information request and she will be getting message from lawyers. Had one pint in there and racially kicked us out

A staff was fine, beds too low. Price for 2 nights 40 £ . Breakfast good, shower horrible, toilets, horrible. A drink menu, not expensive but I don't drink. And Coca cola for, 2 pounds, is good price because a restaurant. But beds and shower - no -.

We normally come here to have a good time, but this time there was a white man and his white partner (who's breath was very insulting) who kept touching my younger sister's things and security didn't seem to understand the situation so it was a shame that they were allowed in this venue

Big shout out to Nicole, who managed to find my coat at the end of the night and keep it safe for me to return a few days later! We need more people like you!

Came to watch the football and have food. Food came fast and was delicious Overall great experience will definitely be coming back.

Vanishing Passports, Gaslighting by Onsight Staff, and Non-Responsive Admin. The Quintessential St. Christopher's Inn & Belushi's experience. I had my passport *stolen* out of the lockers they provided October 3rd, 2024. When I pointed out this had happened, they initially gaslit me and my friends, claiming we were the only ones accessing the lockers when, in fact, we were clear on the other side of town. Once I proved to them that not only that the time on the display panel was off by several hours, but there was additional rubbish in the locker that wasn't there before, Management deflected, denied, pretended to look at the CCTV, altered the hours to their story to avoid responsibility, then kicked me out when I told them I didn't believe them and would like to see the footage. I have sent a detailed recounting of the story to both Belushi's and St. Christophers Inn and their parent company Beds and Bars but have heard nothing back. This is not the way innocent people act. I didn't want to go this route at all but the actions of the staff were absolutely off-base, and it's probable, if not highly likely that staff are implicated/involved in this theft. I'm not tolerating this. I delayed reaching out to Trading Standards and the licensing boards of Hammersmith & Fulham but it's been over a month with zero communication so I'm going ahead with my complaints. I gave you a chance. Now we do this. Perhaps public shame will finally get you to address this. Otherwise, frankly, you're complicit in identity theft. Enjoy your stay.

Me and my friends had an amazing evening out at Bleushi. Food and atmosphere were amazing. I would like to say a big thank you to Ash, Pedro, Avaran, Rylee, Dominik and Lukas. You guys are amazing.

Great spot to watch a game, watched the nz vs eng rugby on the makeshift stands and was great

Good place if you look to have some fun. In Hammersmith. A bit messy but after few drinks you will love it.

Went to see the Singapore Grand Prix with my parents, who were in town to celebrate my birthday… we were told to sit anywhere without a reserved sign, and found a table, but we saw a booth with a TV we wanted to sit at, where a manager was sitting. My father, not a native English speaker, tried to ask the manager if it would be possible to sit there, to which she said she’s working and sitting there, instantly giving him attitude. While he kept his calm and tried to ask if it will be possible to eventually sit there, she kicked us out of a fully empty pub at midday simply for asking if it would be possible for us, paying customers, to sit in a designated customer space and enjoy the Grand Prix. Terrible customer service, and a truly disrespectful manager. Don’t watch the race here.

We normally turn up around 12-1pm and spend very big. And have done so for the past couple of years. Alas your new doorman is a pleb. I wish you all the best with losing money via the little fella...

They wouldn't let me on wearing sandals. Wearing sandals... How ridiculous is this? It's a pub not a club. Apart from that, bouncers are always on a power trip these days since covid. Definitely not the cool place it used to be. A real let down. If you want a good beer go to spoons, if you want to party, go to be at one. Skip this place

Brother wasn’t allowed in because wearing sandals. But when we walked passed the smoking area there was others wearing flip flops as well as women in sandals. Discrimination at its finest. Place has been awful ever since it was refurbished years ago

So friendly here such a good vibe love the mac and cheese bites although it’s a shame there discounting Patricia’s has gambit. :(.over all a lovely little stay. Friday/Saturday Manager is very friendly and enthusiastic.

We went for the Champions League final. There were lots of screens to watch the game, really fast service with the drinks at the bar and there was a great vibe and atmosphere. Can't wait to watch Euro 2024 games there!

Great staff are very efficient, and the security there deslt with any issues from over zealous drunks in a very professional manner. The employees are a credit to this place.

The tables were sticky and when we ordered via QR code the bar never got the order. They told us with the reservation that the sound for the TV would be switched on. When we arrived there was no sound available in our booth. We cannot recommend this location, go somewhere else for a sports event instead of this place.

Billy was really helpful in checking me in. And mahir served me at the bar was really nice and funny

I'm sorry to write this.. Im registered partially sighted.. I have never been treated so badly.. I have a stick.. was pointed where to pay, was pointed where to use the toilet... How can someone with a stick.see where people are pointing.... I'm not after special treatment... But very wrong on so many levels

Terrible staff sitting outside not very friendly.

I have given 3 stars because the staff are great and I love the chicken wings, I ordered them 4 days in a row and had around 20 pints over the course of my stay at the hostel. I returned to stay at the hostel 2 weeks later for 3 days and asked if I could take a seat while waiting for check in and was told yes not a problem. I was on my laptop and 45 mins later the bar supervisor said that if I wasn't going to buy something I would have to leave. I explained that I was waiting to check in but he said that they are a business and have to make money. With this sort of behaviour I packed up my laptop and went to the library instead. I would have spent a lot more money over the next few days than I would have for one item whilst I waited to check in. The lack of decency from this one guy has led to them losing out on revenue they could have had from me over the next 3 days. I will not spend one more penny at Belushi's ever again. Nuff said.

Came in for some end of the night drinks with some friends for a birthday. Mahir aas incredibly attentive despite being very busy at the bar. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Absolutely appalling customer service! On my way to work I pop in to the open bar at 1pm and kindly asked a barman where are the toilets? I was told rudely by the bartender the toilets are only for the customers!!! Then I was verbally abused Tv the bartender, although the customers were present in the restaurant! Disgusting!!!

Their website confirmed the sound would be ON for the first F1 race of the season and claimed to be the best place to watch outside the circuit.. see photo. With over 50 customers watching the F1 and no other competing sport event, I asked the manager to turn on the sound. He told me he had decided to leave the music on to keep a pub type atmosphere going. A few minutes later I showed him the website and asked him again. He said the website was a mistake and he had made his decision. Frustrated and surrounded by other customers complaining, I tried again. To try annd change his mind, I asked for a show of hands of people that wanted the sound, over 30 people put their hands up. He told me “let this go, I am the manager and I have made my decision. 5 minutes later he approached me and said, loudly so that everyone in the seated big screen area could hear, “ I am prepared to compromise. I will turn the sound on but only if YOU leave… the way you spoke to me was rude and pompous!!! “ I am 60 years old and in 40 years of enjoying sports bars, Belushi’s was clearly a good looking bar for sport, but I would never go back to service like this. Shocking.

Beluhi's offering the various types of drinks and snacks ambience looks good and eye catching when on weekends there is an crowd.

Friendly staff and the drinks/food came in good timing/order so that was nice and pricing was reasonable for what it was.

Honestly had a great environment, however would not recommend going to watch nfl. I asked multiple times for them to put on the Buffalo Bills game, but they said no even though a few tv had nothing on. The music was excellent and the atmosphere was cool. Would be a great bar to drink or dance at but dont be tricked into thinking it is a good place to watch NFL.

The Christmas Dinner came without gravy. When asked for gravy the kitchen gave two small pots for seven people. The gravy was watered down to the texture of coffee and had no taste and served no benefit to the taste of the meal. Shocking that a Christmas Dinner could be served with so little gravy and with such poor taste.

Amazing friendly personality greeted by Das, Billy, David and Sara, lovely hospitable venue doubles up as Belushis fun pub, clean rooms and facilities, really good stay and great breakfast in the morning, Tibby looked after the housekeeping and security guard Marcus is very friendly too, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend that anyone stays here, free welcome drink 🍺 on arrival

Even if the game is scheduled they won't move a finger to change the channel if any of the teams playing aren't British. Very curious because they also function as a Hostel. You may think a bit more open-mindedness. If you want to watch sports go somewhere else, there are better pubs a few meters away.

Arrived before last entry on a Saturday night and was refused entry despite having been multiple times in the past at later times and on this occasion the bar/club not being at full capacity. It seems like the different bouncers they have on the door make up the rules as they please…toxic behaviour like this shouldn’t be accepted

Watched the football on a Saturday afternoon. Nice pub and quick service. Love the setup for the Rugby too. Did not eat but it looked good from a distance.

Good afternoon. As always, your restaurant is my favourite place to go. The staff there are amazing. Especially one in particular. Sharrifa. Everytkme I go, she welcomes me. She's so polite and her people skills are second to none. I've been coming for a while now but haven't seen her. I hope she's still working there. It would be nice to see her again. Think she works behind the bar but a woman of her work status, she should be a supervisor or manager. I hope she makes one of them sometime but as always, I love your bar and I'll be attending again soon

Haben ein paar lustige Abende im Belushis verbracht. Security und Thekenpersonal waren sehr nett. Guter DJ, leider konnte er aber keine deutschen Banger spielen. Getränke preislich für London absolut ok. Die Happy Hour lohnt sich:) (Gamma Ray ist nicht lecker auch wenn’s ins Funky Gläsern kommt!)

I tried to get in as someone who is legally blind and was not allowed. I explained my situation and they did not care. My friends (who were treated much better than I) tried to explain. If you are in any way disabled or care about disabled people do not come here.

We accidentally ordered our food twice due to a visual bug on the website, we informed them immediately but they wouldn't refund the second order and in the end we didn't even receive it. Why offer the ability to place orders on a website if you can't cancel the orders?

Great spot for watching live sport. They have an enormous screen in the back and a great sound system. They have retractable "bleachers" for more theatre style seating but they aren't always open

Dot was amazing tonight. She looked after us so well and nothing was too much trouble. An amazing experience because of her!

Good vibes from beginning to end.

Poor service, staff with no customer service whatsoever, very disappointed. When you order food for 2 people should come at the same time mainly if the pub is not busy but that didn’t happen, waiting more than 20 min when you go the to have a meal with your family is a bit too much.

This is a great place to watch sports with a truly attentive staff and too many TV’s to count! For a busy match up I’d highly recommend booking in advance (just FYI). Side note: bar prices are area standard; we only got fries to eat but the loaded fries are actually amazing!
