Hally's in Hammersmith and Fulham

Staff really don't care, the service is non existent. They served food without knowing what the orders were and that some of the dishes had been amended at ordering. Just not bothered. Plates were chipped and coffee mug still had lipstick from previous customers when served to us. There was not an apology or not even an acknowledgement of the issue. Food is decent this is the only positive. I certainly would not go back.

Lovely food/coffee, awful service I went with my friend for a coffee. The place was quite busy and all the tables taken, the waitress asked us to wait a few mins as a table had just payed the bill and was leaving. When they left, the waitress completely forgot about us, left us waiting awkwardly by the door, so we just sat down even though she hadn’t cleared the table. At this stage, most of the tables had left, and the place had quieted down. We sat for more than 10 minutes, and none of the waiters cleared our table, or asked us for our order. I called her and asked if we could please order coffees, and I asked if she could please clear our table, as it was full of dirty plates, mugs, glasses, napkins, and ketchup sauce. She cleared 2 cups, and left everything else there without saying anything. My friend and I started piling all the dirty plates and putting them on the side of the table, meanwhile the waitress was beside us, chatting with the barista. I want to emphasise that at this stage, the place was not busy at all. Another 10 mins pass and then she finally came to clear our table but never apologised for the slow service or anything. The coffees and pastries were really nice, and the atmosphere is lovely. It’s also dog friendly. But the service is absolutely terrible, made me not want to come back.

Just to say ...this is OLLIES HOUSE Parsons green lane..Never been here before and it was great ..had a table on the right with concertina windows very comfortable with practically dining chairs watching the world go by...good menu healthy with vegan options .super service by lovely friendly professional staff...as it was brunch chose the baked eggs with spinach and chilli oil yummy 😋 my companion had the brioche with fried eggs baked rosti patty and rocket..very well presented.. it's a 10 from me 👍

Never had such unpleasant and downright rude customer service by a staff member! BE WARNED!!! Myself and 7 friends went to order take away coffees on a Saturday morning and was served by the front of house brunette lady. Our group were all in a great mood, laughing and chatting. This lady snapped at my friends, calling us “disrespectful” and told us that we needed to “be serious”, because this was “not a fun place”. Her actions and behaviour were completely unreasonable and unjustified. She presented as someone who should NOT work in customer service. Will definitely not be returning to Hallys… I felt very sorry for her other staff members who appeared to be quite embarrassed by her behaviour. Remember - it’s not a crime to smile

The best coffee in London, gorgeous food, nicest staff and great atmosphere. Have been coming for years and Hallys never disappoints.

I made a booking as I was coming with a group 8 of friends and just wanted to make sure we could get the large table, even though I knew it was unlikely to be busy (it was 8.30am on a Thursday) From the moment we walked in the manager was telling the table how we all should have been ordering food if we had booked a table. This was fine, I knew most likely some of us, if not all would order food - but this was before we had even had a chance to order or look at the menu. She kept referencing others who book on the weekend and don’t eat when they are busy, which of course I understand and would expect we all needed to order food during busy periods. We all did end up ordering food, which was delicious as always and had a lovely morning. Getting the bill ended up being very complicated as a couple of people paid and left before, which was fine. The problem came that even though they had paid for what they owed it hadn’t all come off the bill. They couldn’t show us the original bill so it took us a while to work out what the mistakes were. This is all fine, but my main bugbear was the way we were criticised from the get go before we even had a chance to sit down, I have no problem with the policies but I think it just could have been communicated in a nicer way.

The best sausage roll I’ve ever tasted! The staff were amazingly friendly and served with a big smile. The coffee was also amazing - definitely a place I’ll visit again.

Nice atmosphere and the place has a lovely vibe. However we had to wait over an hour for our food and when it arrived it was nothing special, my pancakes were swimming in syrup, so were incredibly sweet. By the time food arrived we were starving so ate the whole thing but it was very disappointing and overpriced for what you got.

This the place to be upon the urban oasis of the New Kings Road . Beautiful food & doggie friendly too !

used to go alot - the people are nice and so is the space as well as the fact it is dog friendly, but vegan options are severely limited. I asked if they could make the vegetarian breakfast vegan, they said yes without the eggs and cheese. so i asked for beans and scrambled tofu instead - when the bill came I was charged over £20 as they included the beans and tofu as add ons! on top of this they charge 50p for non-dairy milk -given the plethora of cafes in Parsons green who don't charge extra for non dairy milk, I would advise any and all vegans to go elsewhere (naive is a great option)

We LOVE Hally’s, if we could give it six stars we would. The flat white is perfect and eggs royale is incredible. Lots of locals come here and it’s the perfect neighbourhood cafe. Cannot recommend it enough!

I love coming here, all the staff are soo lovely and welcoming. The baristas Blazej and Wictor make incredible cappuccinos and always give service with a smile 😁

I had a fantastic brunch at Hally's today! Everything was absolutely delicious, and our host, Rodica, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She made me feel like a regular, even though it was my first time there. I'll definitely be returning regularly for their amazing brunch and coffee. Hally's is a gem in the neighborhood!

The food was great with a great atmosphere i had the eggs benedict which was so tasty. The service was fast and efficient. A man by the name of Blazej served me and my friend , he was very kind and helpful and gave us good recommendations .

We went to Hally's the other day and we had a very similar experience to other people who have reviewed it. Off the bat I would say that I had the best coffee I've had in a while which is a good start. We arrived and took a table outside on the proviso that we would be moved indoors when a table freed up as it was cold. Other groups came in that time and were able to be seated before us which was annoying and we were forgotten about outside. Eventually, after remind the waitress that we still wanted a table inside if possible, we moved in side. Atmosphere in side was good. The food service was very odd (our food took over an hour to come). Not many tables had their food and all of a sudden loads of food came up all at once for a few tables - there was also A LOT of food sitting in the kitchen when I went to the bathroom. I had the burrito which was below average and didn't have much taste or flavour. With so many other options locally I think it unlikely that we would go back again - only perhaps for a takeaway coffee.

Very average food - I ordered the spicy scramble toast though substituted eggs for tofu. I received a slice of toast with a small portion of unseasoned avocado, rocket and tofu on the side - as the vegan option, the effort felt like a total afterthought as it was flavourless and underwhelming. Though the venue is lovely and it was a busy Saturday, the service was non-attentive and £25 for breakfast should be better than this.

Best coffee in PG. Wiktor brightens my day every time I go (oat flat white expert) - all staff are amazing and the vibes are great.

I had breakfast here while the food was good the customer service needs some improvement. I ordered eggs royal and they run out of salmon so I asked for halloumi instead and it did taste really good.

Service below average the coffee isn't anything special and I they seem to not be able to make a single hot drinks overall it's a big no for me and it's daylight robbery 3.60 for a single oat macchiato

The only thing better than the food was the service. The gentlemen serving the tables were incredibly well skilled and kind, yet without pretense. We had a small wait for a table, but it was nothing of grand consequence…as we were seated promptly and within the timeframe initially given. The cappuccinos were outstanding. And they had plenty of gluten free options.

Have been a few times and the experience is always bang-average. The latest time however it was awful. 20 min wait for a table, no problem, however, we sat down and were given menus. We had to flag someone to order after 20 mins, drinks arrived quickly... had to flag the waiter after 30 mins on the food who disappeared for another 20 mins, and then returned and said they hadn't started on our food and offered to take our drinks of the bill if we wait. Another 20 mins passed and the water returned saying the kitchen hadn't started our food yet. Needless to say we left. Nearly 2 hours waiting for breakfast. The place is just too busy to operate.

I am completely obsessed with the steak sandwich and fries from Hally’s. Their coffee is great too and it’s always such a friendly atmosphere. The queue down the road is a true sign of Fulham/Parsons Greens no.1 brunch /lunch spot. There is no where else worth going!

Hally's is always such a welcoming neighbourhood place for us all to meet and catch up. The food and coffee are delicious. The service is wonderful. My favourite place in Fulham.

Hally’s is a lovely neighborhood gem. I have eaten there many times the salads and soups are delicious and healthy, the tuna salad is very good. I am a very fussy coffee drinker and their coffees are amongst the best in the area. The atmosphere is fresh and warm and they have lovely outside tables too. A definite plus to Parsons Green 👍

Such a special spot at the heart of the Parson's Green community - highly recommended. You're unfailingly met with a warm welcome, great service and excellent food and coffee. The interior design, colour palette and natural light make for a lovely atmosphere. It's always a bonus to often have dogs there too!

I have been to Hally’s many times over the years. The food is creative, delicious and well presented. The music is good and staff are friendly + helpful. It is always bustling and atmosphere is great.

Went on a Sunday afternoon stroll and came across this place. I only had the soup of the day and a coffee but it was great and so was the interior of the store. Very comfy seats and warm, cosy feel to it. Would recommend.

Awful experience. Would give it 0 stars if I could. The service was extremely slow even though there weren’t that many people in the restaurant. It took ages for my matcha latte to arrive and when it did, it was clumpy and the matcha powder wasn’t even probably mixed in! We also ordered the brioche with sausages and even though the menu clearly stated that the sauce was supposed to be ‘tomato ketchup’, we ended up getting an extremely spicy sauce that resembled ketchup slathered all over the brioche. I would say that I have a pretty high spice tolerance myself, but that sauce was extremely spicy for me too - could definitely go on ‘Hot Wings’ after this experience.

I've bought a takeaway from Hally's twice and felt a bit short changed on my second visit. I'd ordered the same food but received a much smaller portion. The food at Hally's is lovely but expensive and I was left feeling disappointed because I'd paid the same price for about 2/3's of the portion. I will be returning as I hope this was an off day. I will also be more careful about what I order. Update: I've been back and the service was in a word, 'Rude'.

Great place, but the waiter kept coming to remind us how much time we got let to clear the table for the next people. We felt rushed and unimportant after we had spent there. It's such a shame that it's a cosy place, but I wouldn't go here if you have a meeting or catch up with friends.

Food 8/10 A little taste of Californian brunch in London. I got the spicy scramble on sourdough toast, which was actually quite filing and something I’ve never had before in the states. Quite good as well, they should bring it over to America. A good touch of chili combined with fluffy eggs and arugula, feta, jalapeno. Solid choice in the area if you’re ever craving this kind of food. Just don’t get the lattes, they taste quite bland and watery. The cappucinos are a bit better, but coffee in England might just be too sour for my taste. Atmosphere 8/10 Light and airy feel, open restaurant with a decent amount of tables. Beachy vibes. Service 8/10 Friendly and smiley!

I've visited this cafe multiple times. I highly recommend ordering the coffee – it's wonderful! I've tried the pancakes and a sandwich. The pancakes were good, but the sandwich didn't seem very fresh and was overpriced.

I ordered an English breakfast, but unfortunately the quality of the sausage was below expectations.

Food was good but tuna salad overpriced for what you get (3 thin pieces on a bed of veg for £16 seems like a lot) but luckily the other person I came with ordered the steak sandwich which was more substantial. Service is lacking - staff mostly ignore you and look annoyed if you ask for basic things (like cutlery). With the amount of other decent brunch places around PG I’d give this one a miss

Wonderful establishment, very well run and the staff where the best we experienced in our London Weekend Break . The quirky surroundings where complimented with good food and cracking cup of tea . I would recommend in a heartbeat and shall hopefully return myself soon .

Food is always delicious, staff always friendly, worth waiting for a table as this place heaves but that’s because the food is so good! Also, the manager Chris is always so attentive and chatty. Love Hally’s and will continue to choose this as my go-to brunch spot.

Love this place! Great brunch spot. The walk in only policy is tough - only go when you’re having a chilled out day and you’re willing to wait. Super cozy inside and outside tables are good when the sun’s out. Wish I could leave a 5 star as the place has a nice vibe and the food is almost always bang on. But I have to be honest, the service leaves a LOT to be desired. Really slow, careless, inattentive. The wait time for tables would be much less if they weren’t so disorganised. The staff look like they’d rather be literally anywhere else than there serving you. For such a great spot, it’s a shame their staff don’t show any love for what they do.

Today was the second time I decided to give this place a go - the first time the waitress did not even look in my direction when I was standing to order, so I just walked off. Today I decided to give this place another go - I love the hipster London vibe it gives off every time I walk by. However again a tall gentlemen greeting me showed an attitude which I did not appreciate. Luckily I was served by a lady who was very polite and smiley. Food is average - nothing special, the price is probably on the pricier side but overall consistent with other places I have been to in London.

This a lovely cafe on the New Kings Road offering great food and friendly service. We shared three dishes and they were all excellent. A very nice Ham and Cheese Toastie was packed with flavour. Perfectly cooked Clarence Court poached eggs with streaky bacon and a lovely Vegetarian breakfast. The coffee was very good and Iara was very attentive. Well priced at under £50 including service.

Tea & coffee is nice but could be a lot nicer if the Pit Bull Barista could possibly smile or even say thank you! Especially as she is the 1st face to greet you.

I have tried every brunch spot in Fulham and this is by far the best… the staff are lovely and the food is delicious.. I dream about their eggs Royal … although I have just discovered they do take out and I fear for my waste line.. Totally worth it though. Love this place!

Tucked away in Parsons Green, cosy spot for brunch or lunch for yummy mummies and also anyone who likes a really fresh and generous Eggs Benedict made with lashing of hollandaise sauce. Dogs allowed and welcomed.
