Alana was exceptionally nice to us and our party, lovely service, always treating us with a smile regardless of how busy the place was, truly a beautiful soul!!!

Grill broke, nothing on the menu, staff had awful service, barely got a smile., and was absolutely empty the day we were there, no atmosphere at all.

These guys are awesome . Staff and the GM WOJTEK is a gem and the hostel is second to none . Little hiden gem in the west of London 😊

Today, January 13th 2025 at 10pm, I had an extremely negative customer experience with the receptionist while I was checking-in to the hostel, who was rude and disrespectful. After a disagreement, she even threatened to ban me from the hostel, despite me remaining calm and polite throughout to avoid escalating the situation. I found her behavior both unpleasant and unacceptable.

Ashley was amazing. We had the bottomless cocktails and she made it very worth our while. Defo coming again

Google rating for a hostel: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of spending a few nights in this hostel - and it was simply fantastic! Eat: The food was absolutely great! Fresh, delicious and prepared with a lot of love. The breakfast in particular was a highlight, which started every day perfectly. Room: The rooms were exactly what you would expect in this price range - clean, comfortable and functional. Everything was well thought out and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Staff: The absolute highlight was the staff. Incredibly friendly, helpful and always with a smile on his face. They gave great tips for the area and created an atmosphere in which you simply feel comfortable. Conclusion: If you are looking for accommodation with great food, fair prices and a friendly team, this is the right place for you. I'll definitely be back!

Food, when it arrived was ok but it was dissapointing to wait 40 minutes for a burger and chips and still needing to chase twice. The place wasn't overly busy either.

"Visited with a friend to enjoy a pint. While the vibe of the place was nice and had potential, the overall experience fell short. Customer service was quite average – nothing memorable or engaging. What really let us down were the pint glasses. They were in poor condition and didn’t give that fresh, inviting feel you’d expect while having a drink. We come every week because it's close to home to have a beer, the last time the guy at the bar made me pay in advance and presented me with a pint of beer when I had ordered half a beer. I politely asked to have the half I asked for, in an arrogant and aggressive way he told me that I had not asked for half and that I had now paid the pint and was keeping the pint. Obviously we will never come again, neither with friends, nor alone, nor with family, in fact I wish you the worst.

Originally ordered the buffalo chicken pizza at Belushi's today, not particularly expecting it to be as spicy as it was (my fault). I spoke to Avaran at the bar, and he decided to buy me a whole new pizza (margarita this time). His kindness meant that I had food in my belly, and I was so appreciative if his hospitality. I offered to buy Avaran a drink to show my thanks, but we agreed on a review instead. Thank you again to Avaran from Belushi's in Shepherds Bush, you were great!!

Looks like a nice sports bar, but the bar staff said they were not showing the Benetton Vs Sharks rugby, despite having the match listed on Fanzo.

Manager was crusty…. Service was subpar. Would not recommend. Al lot of homeless people who sneaked in at night. Did not feel safe. Sincerely, disappointed….

A great place to enjoy sports matches with friends or colleagues. The food was really nice - service was great too. They offer student discount on selected drinks and food.

Warning: do not trust their program of events>>>> I was badly let down by the staff of the Belushi's Sheperd's Bush a few weeks ago. I called them in the morning of a Thursday to ask them to confirm whether karaoke there would happen. They used to regularly have a karaoke night on Thursday so I just called to have confirmation and they said that yes, it was going to start there at 8 or 9 pm. I went all the way there myself plus another friend of mine who like me is a huge fan of karaoke and wants to go there especially to sing. Yet once there, at 8.30 pm, the bar staff told us that the DJ and host called Chris was not only NOT there but he wasn't even answering the phone! He had completely vanished with no notice to the company that presumably was paying him to host a karaoke night there. This proves 1) complete unprofessional and rude behaviour of that dj 2) lack of customer care of that pub that hired the wrong unreliable person to host the karaoke 3) carelessness also of the customer service of Belushi's who never replied to my complaint email I sent them the day after the accidental ruin of my night out (me and my friend were forced to travel all the way to Liverpool Street to go to another bar that had karaoke that night) and never reimbursed me the underground ticket I wasted to travel to Sheperds Bush for a falsely confirmed event at their bar

Can't fault it. Good pub, which has a good selection of beers and screens to watch sports. We ordered some food too and that was decent - probably slightly better than your average pub meal in London.

Extremely rude security and poor service, do not recommend this establishment to anyone. Will definitely not be returning or giving my business here

Called them for a tyre change late at night, and they were there within the hour. Service was good. Overall satisfied with the experience.

Flies in the tequila they obviously dont cover their bottles at the end of service. Took my drinks back to the bar as they were full of flies and was told im lucky im even getting a drink without flies. Small male Assistant manager with a serious attitude problem. Zero customer service the bartender has to apologise for his actions. The guy needs to be trained in how to work in bars or fired.

Nice bar! I went on a quiet afternoon. The staff are pleasant and very chilled. The menu looked pretty good too. In addition there is also a hostel upstairs if you are looking for a comfortable, safe & affordable overnight.

Italian manager or wherever he’s from was disgracefully rude to us. Never brought us food we had ordered them claimed he had already brought them. Customer service was appalling. Clearly thought as football fans we were trying to pull the wool over his eyes. Still no way to treat customers paying a lot of money.

Went here with as a company with some colleagues and ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Had to wait 45 mins for drinks, this included soft drinks. Not great with communication, kept telling us to wait, there was no music playing until 30 mins into us waiting. This is unacceptable. DON’T COME HERE GUYS!!!

Prioritised rugby over football so missed the first 10 mins of the live game good range of drinks and a friendly team clean and we'll set out for viewing sport

The only problem I have with Belushi's in Hammersmith, is the door staff: I once stood at the bar completely minding my own business (with a drink) only for the Bouncer telling me to leave. What I couldn't work out is that I was minding my own business and wasn't even drunk, or bothering anyone. Unfortunately as a result, I have never returned to this place since my last visit. I have also heard of other people experiencing the same problem.

Ok place and was not busy at all . Not friendly - to many bees in the outside sitting area. Staff standing around no customers ( between 3-4pm). We were going to eat but had a quick drink and after looking at the menu we went into Weatherspoon pub next door. Having said that it seems to be busy in the evenings and popular for watching live sports . Their 2 for 1 cocktails choice is limited , wasn’t anything special and the 3/4 of glass is topped with ice - so not a great deal in my opinion - would I go back - No

I stayed for two nights and had a great time, staff and food was excellent, showers and toilets spotless, the only thing was key wouldn’t work on door as a fault with the door, nothing negative about the hostel it self, more the maintenance not coming despite the manger and staff requesting them every day! Will definitely be back tho great atmosphere and staff work tirelessly for guests.

Well, only a few words needed. The environment is fun, especially if you are seeking a place to watch a match. However, I suggest you come well fed. I placed an order for a burger, which took almost one hour to arrive. And when it did, I was uninspired. So come for the beer and sport, but hold the food.

Absolutely atrocious! Went there during the Man City-Arsenal game, the biggest game of the season so no surprise it was packed full. However it seems it was a surprise for the staff as there were 2 guys (at times only 1) behind the bar and they weren't the fastest when it comes to service. Absolutely clueless. I asked to put on 1 tv the Sheffield United game, the game that would get them promoted. Quite an important one and the game i literally came there for. I was told he couldn't do that because everyone wants to watch the man city game. Well that's understandable but i thought i was in a sports bar. Surely just 1 out of 20 tvs can be tuned to another game. It's not like you won't be able to see the main game if only 1 tv changes to something else. Apparently it is good enough to put the Liverpool game on (which was just a regular Premier league game, not a promotion decider). So I ended up STREAMING THE GAME I WANTED TO SEE ON MY PHONE IN A SPORTS BAR. I never thought I would have to go through something like this. But unfortunately it didn't end there. The queue at the bar was chaotic and people were jumping the queue and bartenders had no clue who's to be served next. When i finally got my beer after 15 minutes (yes fifteen minutes to get served. There was a game on. Very easy to check the time) the beer I got was from a tray of wet just washed glasses and it was flat. My friend wanted to order some chicken wings, which last time I checked is not a rocket science to make. He was told 'if i order the wings now, the kitchen is gonna go crazy. Come back in 15 minutes '. And that's a quote. Word for word. So my friend came back after 10 minutes just to be told the kitchen is closed. Naah! Thanks but no thanks. Never coming back. Literally everything that could go wrong went wrong. This place needs a reality check!

WORST meal I’ve ever paid for. Food was as cold as the Antarctic and polar bears wouldn’t eat it. Had to send it back to get MICROWAVED. And paid €30 to be annoyed and still STARVING after it so had to go to McDonalds.

Bar packed with football supporters took half an hour to get served as the bar staff were so inexperienced. People who seemed know how to do things were walking around doing nothing leaving clueless staff to manage the serving and the till which they were incapable of doing.

Had fun at Belushi's. I stayed there a couple of nights before departure. I really think their service can improve regarding room service and breakfast options but other than that it was a great experience. Massive dinner portions for the price you pay, friendly staff, good to watch the sports etc.

Juusto jämähtänyt, liha kylmää ja koko annos yhtä suurta klönttiä, josta ei saanut irti yhtään nachoa. Menin tiskille ja kerroin ongelmasta, oli kuulemma ihan normiannos... En tätä hyväksynyt. Lupasivat hyvittää annoksen tililleni, sain siitä kassakoneen kuitin. Saa nähdä miten käy. Ei mennyt tällä paikalla ihan nappiin. Ensi kerralla muualle.

Nice place to have a Foster's. Very friendly staff.The vegan salad is very nice. There is a trerrace outside and very close to westfield shopping center. Great for sport events.

A hostel bar across from the Shepherds Bush Station. Stopped in here for a quick drink while l waited for my husband. The place is clean, has toilets & a couple of TVs with sport on them. The staff were nice as well.

Went to Belushi for friends night out 6th January and we were served by one of the best team members named T’anne. Amazing person to vibe with! Got our drinks/food asap and had such a beautiful smile!

Had a fun filled NYE night here, service was good, music excellent, atmosphere friendly and welcoming! Whilst Belushis is well known for showing sporting events and, their happy hour 😁 they sure knew how to welcome the New Year in with music down the decades I really enjoyed myself and would definitely recommend for a place to go for a drink and relax after work or to go chill with friends or for no other reason other than, it's a decent place to be

Absolutely terrible experience. In the past few years, me and a very good friend of mine have had a tradition of ending the night on N.Y.E in this place and it had closed at 2:30 am. In the past, no issues whatsoever. It felt like a party. Tonight however, we went there just after midnight, had a drink, left at 12:20 for 30 minutes then were advised it was closed. We said to the bouncers we were coming back, and there was no issue. No re-entry after 1am whereas in the past it closed at 2:30 on nye??? Also last year they were playing great 80s music whereas tonight modern rap b.s. #scammers 😡😡😡

Affordable beer in a fun atmosphere. I went here for the World Cup 3rd place game. Unfortunately, 3-4 of the staff had no idea how to operate the AV system which meant we missed the first 15-20min of the game in which two goals were scored - this is despite saying they're a sports bar. Finally one guy got it working! He gave us a free pint to compensate us for the missed game. I ordered the chocolate brownie dessert which had to be sent back because it was so hard I couldn't cut through it. The second one was the same, unfortunately.

The worts service team and the gentleman from the door treat customers like in jail. The bartenders didn't have a good approach with the customers. Probably this is one of the quiet places in w12 on Friday night

My favorite pub in Shepherd's Bush area. Love the atmosphere there and the food is great too. Among staff, Aldo is the best. Very kind and friendly.

Average to ok. In the end , the people, especially " some" are very nice and helpful. The rooms are decent. The cleaning..mmm...." NO!". Unfortunately I can't say so! Overall, the position of the Hostel is very strategic and Great !,👍😃💖

Great place for a pint and catch up with all the sports

We won't be using there again. Went for a few pre match beers with friends, on an away day at QPR. Lucky I got in before 4PM, as after that the 4 man security team on the door really didn't want you in there. Not only did you need a valid match ticket, they wanted photo ID, to take a picture of you, scan your driving licence etc. It was a 2-3 minute interrogation for every person looking like a football fan. It was funny how the screen announced your age to the entire bar too. Once in, even though it was still less than half full, the bar staff would not serve me any wine, claiming they only had a few dribbles in the bottom of bottles for both red and white wine, with no full bottles anywhere. No gluten free beer either, which is apparently quite unusual, as many major brands of Pilsner are gluten free. I turned up before the Gestapo door test, which was lucky as I only had my phone, debit card and cash, with no photo ID or ticket as my mate was bringing my ticket. Whilst sat on my own, I had a feeling someone was looking over my shoulder. I turned round to see a security staff member leaning over my shoulder, reading my test messages as I typed them. Either this place has suddenly got very paranoid over football fans, of new management needs to calm things down a bit, because we've used this bar for years up until now and have never seen, nor caused any trouble.

Slow slow service with staff that do not help or greet you at all. The place smelt and was dirty and food took an hour to come. Not worth it at all

Service wasn't great...tables were not wiped down between customers and when I received my food it wasn't ordered properly and was never given a napkin or checked on about my order.

Falta de limpieza y ventilacion. El desayuno es decepcionante, nunca habia comida y los utensilios sucios. No cuentan con cocina, solamente tienen un microondas que funciona cuando quiere. Lo bueno es que cada cama tiene luz y enchufe propio.

There are quite a bit of things that should get taken care of: thinks that are breaking apart, room walls starting to mold etc. Also be aware that at any time someone could walk into your room unannounced as it happened for us, once while changing clothes (!) and once while sleeping (!!). Those are major privacy concerns. What is nice though: the live music.
