A great place to enjoy sports matches with friends or colleagues. The food was really nice - service was great too. They offer student discount on selected drinks and food.

Warning: do not trust their program of events>>>> I was badly let down by the staff of the Belushi's Sheperd's Bush a few weeks ago. I called them in the morning of a Thursday to ask them to confirm whether karaoke there would happen. They used to regularly have a karaoke night on Thursday so I just called to have confirmation and they said that yes, it was going to start there at 8 or 9 pm. I went all the way there myself plus another friend of mine who like me is a huge fan of karaoke and wants to go there especially to sing. Yet once there, at 8.30 pm, the bar staff told us that the DJ and host called Chris was not only NOT there but he wasn't even answering the phone! He had completely vanished with no notice to the company that presumably was paying him to host a karaoke night there. This proves 1) complete unprofessional and rude behaviour of that dj 2) lack of customer care of that pub that hired the wrong unreliable person to host the karaoke 3) carelessness also of the customer service of Belushi's who never replied to my complaint email I sent them the day after the accidental ruin of my night out (me and my friend were forced to travel all the way to Liverpool Street to go to another bar that had karaoke that night) and never reimbursed me the underground ticket I wasted to travel to Sheperds Bush for a falsely confirmed event at their bar

Can't fault it. Good pub, which has a good selection of beers and screens to watch sports. We ordered some food too and that was decent - probably slightly better than your average pub meal in London.

Extremely rude security and poor service, do not recommend this establishment to anyone. Will definitely not be returning or giving my business here

Lovely staff downstairs house keeping however do a awfull job up since 7:00 banging forts for 2 hours streight 0 consideration for the guests are who are staying if u wanna sleep past then do not stay here

Called them for a tyre change late at night, and they were there within the hour. Service was good. Overall satisfied with the experience.

Flies in the tequila they obviously dont cover their bottles at the end of service. Took my drinks back to the bar as they were full of flies and was told im lucky im even getting a drink without flies. Small male Assistant manager with a serious attitude problem. Zero customer service the bartender has to apologise for his actions. The guy needs to be trained in how to work in bars or fired.

Nice bar! I went on a quiet afternoon. The staff are pleasant and very chilled. The menu looked pretty good too. In addition there is also a hostel upstairs if you are looking for a comfortable, safe & affordable overnight.

Food/atmosphere was poor but the management was even worse. They refused to honour a 2for1 deal because the computer said no

Italian manager or wherever he’s from was disgracefully rude to us. Never brought us food we had ordered them claimed he had already brought them. Customer service was appalling. Clearly thought as football fans we were trying to pull the wool over his eyes. Still no way to treat customers paying a lot of money.

Just a shame in order to be served I had to wait for the two barstaff who were directly in front of me to finish talking to each other about nothing in particular, while I was left standing alone at the bar like a lemon when they blatantly knew I was there. Went here with as a company with some colleagues and ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Had to wait 45 mins for drinks, this included soft drinks. Not great with communication, kept telling us to wait, there was no music playing until 30 mins into us waiting. This is unacceptable. DON’T COME HERE GUYS!!!

Prioritised rugby over football so missed the first 10 mins of the live game good range of drinks and a friendly team clean and we'll set out for viewing sport

The only problem I have with Belushi's in Hammersmith, is the door staff: I once stood at the bar completely minding my own business (with a drink) only for the Bouncer telling me to leave. What I couldn't work out is that I was minding my own business and wasn't even drunk, or bothering anyone. Unfortunately as a result, I have never returned to this place since my last visit. I have also heard of other people experiencing the same problem.

Ok place and was not busy at all . Not friendly - to many bees in the outside sitting area. Staff standing around no customers ( between 3-4pm). We were going to eat but had a quick drink and after looking at the menu we went into Weatherspoon pub next door. Having said that it seems to be busy in the evenings and popular for watching live sports . Their 2 for 1 cocktails choice is limited , wasn’t anything special and the 3/4 of glass is topped with ice - so not a great deal in my opinion - would I go back - No

I stayed for two nights and had a great time, staff and food was excellent, showers and toilets spotless, the only thing was key wouldn’t work on door as a fault with the door, nothing negative about the hostel it self, more the maintenance not coming despite the manger and staff requesting them every day! Will definitely be back tho great atmosphere and staff work tirelessly for guests.

Well, only a few words needed. The environment is fun, especially if you are seeking a place to watch a match. However, I suggest you come well fed. I placed an order for a burger, which took almost one hour to arrive. And when it did, I was uninspired. So come for the beer and sport, but hold the food.

Absolutely atrocious! Went there during the Man City-Arsenal game, the biggest game of the season so no surprise it was packed full. However it seems it was a surprise for the staff as there were 2 guys (at times only 1) behind the bar and they weren't the fastest when it comes to service. Absolutely clueless. I asked to put on 1 tv the Sheffield United game, the game that would get them promoted. Quite an important one and the game i literally came there for. I was told he couldn't do that because everyone wants to watch the man city game. Well that's understandable but i thought i was in a sports bar. Surely just 1 out of 20 tvs can be tuned to another game. It's not like you won't be able to see the main game if only 1 tv changes to something else. Apparently it is good enough to put the Liverpool game on (which was just a regular Premier league game, not a promotion decider). So I ended up STREAMING THE GAME I WANTED TO SEE ON MY PHONE IN A SPORTS BAR. I never thought I would have to go through something like this. But unfortunately it didn't end there. The queue at the bar was chaotic and people were jumping the queue and bartenders had no clue who's to be served next. When i finally got my beer after 15 minutes (yes fifteen minutes to get served. There was a game on. Very easy to check the time) the beer I got was from a tray of wet just washed glasses and it was flat. My friend wanted to order some chicken wings, which last time I checked is not a rocket science to make. He was told 'if i order the wings now, the kitchen is gonna go crazy. Come back in 15 minutes '. And that's a quote. Word for word. So my friend came back after 10 minutes just to be told the kitchen is closed. Naah! Thanks but no thanks. Never coming back. Literally everything that could go wrong went wrong. This place needs a reality check!

WORST meal I’ve ever paid for. Food was as cold as the Antarctic and polar bears wouldn’t eat it. Had to send it back to get MICROWAVED. And paid €30 to be annoyed and still STARVING after it so had to go to McDonalds.

Bar packed with football supporters took half an hour to get served as the bar staff were so inexperienced. People who seemed know how to do things were walking around doing nothing leaving clueless staff to manage the serving and the till which they were incapable of doing.

Had fun at Belushi's. I stayed there a couple of nights before departure. I really think their service can improve regarding room service and breakfast options but other than that it was a great experience. Massive dinner portions for the price you pay, friendly staff, good to watch the sports etc.

Nice place to have a Foster's. Very friendly staff.The vegan salad is very nice. There is a trerrace outside and very close to westfield shopping center. Great for sport events.

A hostel bar across from the Shepherds Bush Station. Stopped in here for a quick drink while l waited for my husband. The place is clean, has toilets & a couple of TVs with sport on them. The staff were nice as well.

Went to Belushi for friends night out 6th January and we were served by one of the best team members named T’anne. Amazing person to vibe with! Got our drinks/food asap and had such a beautiful smile!

Had a fun filled NYE night here, service was good, music excellent, atmosphere friendly and welcoming! Whilst Belushis is well known for showing sporting events and, their happy hour 😁 they sure knew how to welcome the New Year in with music down the decades I really enjoyed myself and would definitely recommend for a place to go for a drink and relax after work or to go chill with friends or for no other reason other than, it's a decent place to be

Absolutely terrible experience. In the past few years, me and a very good friend of mine have had a tradition of ending the night on N.Y.E in this place and it had closed at 2:30 am. In the past, no issues whatsoever. It felt like a party. Tonight however, we went there just after midnight, had a drink, left at 12:20 for 30 minutes then were advised it was closed. We said to the bouncers we were coming back, and there was no issue. No re-entry after 1am whereas in the past it closed at 2:30 on nye??? Also last year they were playing great 80s music whereas tonight modern rap b.s. #scammers 😡😡😡

If you want to watch some sports and have some good food, this is the place to go!

Affordable beer in a fun atmosphere. I went here for the World Cup 3rd place game. Unfortunately, 3-4 of the staff had no idea how to operate the AV system which meant we missed the first 15-20min of the game in which two goals were scored - this is despite saying they're a sports bar. Finally one guy got it working! He gave us a free pint to compensate us for the missed game. I ordered the chocolate brownie dessert which had to be sent back because it was so hard I couldn't cut through it. The second one was the same, unfortunately.

The worts service team and the gentleman from the door treat customers like in jail. The bartenders didn't have a good approach with the customers. Probably this is one of the quiet places in w12 on Friday night

My favorite pub in Shepherd's Bush area. Love the atmosphere there and the food is great too. Among staff, Aldo is the best. Very kind and friendly.

Average to ok. In the end , the people, especially " some" are very nice and helpful. The rooms are decent. The cleaning..mmm...." NO!". Unfortunately I can't say so! Overall, the position of the Hostel is very strategic and Great !,👍😃💖

Great place for a pint and catch up with all the sports

We won't be using there again. Went for a few pre match beers with friends, on an away day at QPR. Lucky I got in before 4PM, as after that the 4 man security team on the door really didn't want you in there. Not only did you need a valid match ticket, they wanted photo ID, to take a picture of you, scan your driving licence etc. It was a 2-3 minute interrogation for every person looking like a football fan. It was funny how the screen announced your age to the entire bar too. Once in, even though it was still less than half full, the bar staff would not serve me any wine, claiming they only had a few dribbles in the bottom of bottles for both red and white wine, with no full bottles anywhere. No gluten free beer either, which is apparently quite unusual, as many major brands of Pilsner are gluten free. I turned up before the Gestapo door test, which was lucky as I only had my phone, debit card and cash, with no photo ID or ticket as my mate was bringing my ticket. Whilst sat on my own, I had a feeling someone was looking over my shoulder. I turned round to see a security staff member leaning over my shoulder, reading my test messages as I typed them. Either this place has suddenly got very paranoid over football fans, of new management needs to calm things down a bit, because we've used this bar for years up until now and have never seen, nor caused any trouble.

Slow slow service with staff that do not help or greet you at all. The place smelt and was dirty and food took an hour to come. Not worth it at all

Service wasn't great...tables were not wiped down between customers and when I received my food it wasn't ordered properly and was never given a napkin or checked on about my order.

There are quite a bit of things that should get taken care of: thinks that are breaking apart, room walls starting to mold etc. Also be aware that at any time someone could walk into your room unannounced as it happened for us, once while changing clothes (!) and once while sleeping (!!). Those are major privacy concerns. What is nice though: the live music.

I tried to enter this restaurant on Sunday evening, just after 1800. I asked the bouncer if the kitchen is still open, and he replied that he's not sure. He didn't tell that's he's going to ask or let us in, so we decided to bring our money to the nearby restaurant, Wetherspoon, where we were welcomed and had an indeed tasty hamburgers 🍔!

The Italian guy was nice but the rude gir with the face of slapped was not. Told her I stated here last night and she was saying I checked out so I couldn't have discount and she couldn't prove that I stayed there. Rude rude rude.i seen how she talked to another customer too so maybe my back was already up so I over reacted. I'm sure she will be nice the rest of the day.

The food was good, the hygiene, decor and smell - not good. As much as I loved the chips and my burger the cutlery was filthy and it just felt like I was eating another persons scraps. So if you do not care about hygiene then this is the place for you.

Staff were friendly but after ordering a Plant Based chik'n burger I was given a normal chicken burger so had to get that replaced. They then brought out the same burger a second time before finally bringing me the vegan option. Lagers I ordered were sour which is a shame for the price.

One of the worst experiences ever. I called to book a table to watch a football match, and they confirmed both the table and that watch that football match was possible there. When I arrived they started to laugh at me, and told me that they told me no on the phone. They even said, I am an Arsenal fan, even if we can play your match, we are not going to do it as I am going to watch Arsenal. A completely lack of respect and consideration for their customers.

Really bad place, i booked a table via phone call to watch our team today with some friends, they confirmed our booking and later on, on the pub, the staff were shouting us very rude saying that the only match on the pubs tvs was their team (playing at the same time). Many people were complaining about that behavior of the stuff, desgusting.

I made a booking to watch a football match (I called two times) and when I arrived with my friends the booking was suddenly and without warn cancelled. The staff were so rude, joking about our problem and without a solution. I do not recommend to visit this venue, the staff is disrespectful.

Discriminatory doorman wouldn’t admit a group of 5 fellas who wanted to watch football after Carnival because ‘we were wearing shorts’, when there was another white fellow in shorts in our line of sight to the inside who was, in fact, wearing shorts. One to avoid.

After making an online reservation for Shepherds Bush Branch to watch the Arsenal game, we arrived at kick off and understandably it was busy, we waited patiently to be served at the bar. After a couple minutes I explained that I had a table booked. She looked confused. She got another member of staff and she looked confused. After 10 minutes of the game playing we were finally seated, after kicking off several different groups. We then ordered food which I had no issue going up to the bar to order. Once I ordered it. We waited for 15 minutes, nothing, waited for 25 minutes, nothing. Finally at half time I lost patience and went and asked where the food was as my partner was quite upset by this point. Only for them to pull it out of the food lift and it was no where near hot anymore. If I didn’t go over then I would probably still be waiting for it. We will be back as it is a local place to watch the football and we like the vibe but very poor customer service, hopefully this isn’t the norm.

Staff must be a bit dumb.. Ordered a white coffee, got a black americano Ordered 3 Heineken, got one strongbow and 2 heineken 30 mins later ordered 1 and half of fosters, got instead Guiness. Is it really difficult to hear customers, was only early afternoon so werent busy or loud in there.

Advertised to close at midnight but when we arrived, shortly after 11, they told us they close everyday at 11pm. Frustrating to say the least

Food is rubbish, it’s just embarassing when you market youself as a burger place and you can’t even do that properly. Pints aren’t cheap and generally speaking the food isn’t either. They even scam you with the loaded fries when yo uadd them on to a burger. They portion is tiny gor £4 whereas standard portion for £5.50-6.50 is much larger. They’re rubbish anyway, toppings are definitely a microwave job. Place was super quiet, loads of staff standing around doing diddly squat and food cane out 10-15mins apart for 6 covers. When you can do better yourself at home you know there just isn’t any point at all really.

Bar staff sat on her phone texting instead of serving. My partner and I came in for food and drinks, my partner had been waiting at the empty bar for well over 5 minutes to order until another group of blokes strolled in and then were served immediately by another bar staff member. We left without ordering and will not be back. I hope this is unusual for your venue and would recommend ensuring your bar staff get adequate breaks so that they can attend to their phones and not dismiss patrons on shift.

Ordered food which took 30mins to arrive, and transpired it was left in the food lift. Cook was there who just immediately said it wasn't the kitchens fault. Food then put on the bar for me and I had to ask for help to take back to my table, then had to ask for cutlery. Bar had 4-6 people in it so no excuse for this level of service. Disinterested staff and the fact the Wetherspoons nearby is better says a lot.

The security at the door act like they own the place. One of them (the big guy) took my id card and scratched it so hard that is now full of scratches. I asked him to stop and scan the qr code as you would normally do, if you believe it's a fake british citizencard. So he just got pissed and asked us to leave
