A pleasant place, with a good vibe

Everything is very expensive in the UK but this place is a little more affordable.

A big bar and that's it. Absolutely banal interior. Very crowded in the evening. Staff OK, varied offer. Nothing special, to hold you back more than necessary...

Great place to grab some breakfast and coffee to start your day. Good prices fir a full breakfast.

I would highly recommend going to the central bar Wethespoon. I went to meet up with a friend. Found it very peaceful and lightning was ambient. The seating layout was also very good for privacy not like other pub seating very open and public. One would never know you were in Shepherd's Bush until stepping outside leaving on to the street

Excellent atmosphere, I always like to go with family and friends, the food is good, of good quality and the drinks too....

The lady that served us was great, lovely pint of Guinness. Impressive restraint and patience shown by door staff when Billy removed his t shirt to prove he didn't have any weapons. Didn't eat (apart from the Guinness) so can't say about food

Popped in before the QPR game and it was fine. Not too busy. Tidy pub unlike some 'spoons I've been in. Burger, chips and a Stella for £7 ish quid. Cheap as chips as they say. No complaints. Attentive staff.

Met parents for a quick lunch. Excellent hot, tasty food and quick service.

Visited Friday August 23. Very busy. Poor design. Lots of people queuing at the long bar to be served. Inadequate staffing to say the least and no engagement with those wanting. Gave up and left as did others. Piles of unwashed glasses too didn’t leave a good impression.

Food was ok, standard spoons output but have seen better. Service was friendly, drinks and food was brought promptly and carefully. Was a hot day and there was a few customers not being to thoughtful, bit great bar to watch the world go by from above.

Very good option to eat in London at affordable prices. Wide offer, acceptable food and spacious premises.

All the pubs in the Wetherspoon chain in London are very nice, have very good service and the drink prices are approximately half those in the others

Come here a few times is unfortunately my regular due to price and location residing within my proximity. However I have found mould in the food and when I bring friends or family the staff are very rude to them. Two Caucasian girls in particular the somewhat obese lady is very rude. A family place but rude to kids just shameful. My cousin constantly insists we go there with the kids and the kids are used to the place but the rude staff is unnecessary Keep the pms, racism, prejudice whatever bad customer service attitude away from work

I had breakfast here, it's great value, hot and tasty. The Vegan and Vegetarian options are great for breakfast, unlimited Tea and coffee. Well worth a visit.

Poor staffing, standing at the bar waiting to be served. The bar manager asked what I wanted then started serving someone else. After that another member of staff came over and served the person behind me. I eventually got served, There was sick all over the urinals. Shocking pub won't go back ever again.

My vegan breakfast came with mushrooms cooked in dairy product. Cheap prices, but zero regard given for customer diet. A "vegan breakfast" should be vegan. Never again. (Photo attached of the misleading allergen board)

Wouldn't serve alcohol early because of the football Saturday yet serve it any other day at an early hour.

Always seems lively on Friday eve when I past by.

Normally really good but today had a.bit of a.damper on it. IT System was.down so paid for my drinks twice but there system.showed as declined. Very embarrassing as I had limited funds so there IT issues potential ruined my afternoon until someone came to my rescue, no not staff a family member.

Just prefer the staff at this particular weatherspoons, always say hello to me

Ordered the fish and chips last minute before 10:30 . Staff super friendly and nice . Fish was freshly battered but chips cold and mushy peas cold . Didn’t complain as it was ten mins before kitchen shut. Disappointing as it’s my Lorca eating spot. Will go back think the chefs just wanted to go home . Overall great setup whetherspoons

We ordered via online And not only was the wait time 20min for the drinks but the bar staff had no knowledge on any of the drinks or how to pour a pint correctly!

We went for lunch on Saturday. It was busy. The order process is easy and efficient. I wanted a pizza, but it was sold out. I took a steak instead. I was ok and worth the price. My son took the crunchy chicken burger. It was ok as well. The service was quick. It is a nice place to try when around.

The best Pub restaurant chain, very good price and very good food I recommend the classic steak 👍👍

I ordered a small breakfast it was appalling everything was cold and the person that brought my breakfast to me was not up to standard just put the food on the table and just walked away they need to improve there standards that's not the first time that has happened i don't know where they get their chefs from i would not recommend the breakfast to anyone

Eggs were cold and hard like they'd been sat there for hours, 3 eggs between us on a muffin and large breakfast and all we're the same

A popular Wetherspoons that I've visited a half-dozen times in the past four months. The food is typical Wetherspoons. It's adequate but it's not going to knock your socks off. Beer and drinks selection is solid with a good rotation of guest beers. The toilets are clean and the service is friendly and efficient. The only negative is that the Central Bar can get very busy, especially in evenings between 5 and 9pm. Sometimes I and my friends have had to go elsewhere as there have been no tables available. As it's a popular pub, it can get noisy - but this does help give the Central Bar a good atmosphere. Don't go here if you want an intimate and romantic evening. It's less busy in the early afternoon and later at night.

Overly busy, the staff go back to the kitchen empty handed rather than clear tables, they have no sense of who came to the bar first and just served the people nearest them and as with all wetherspoons I've tried the beer isn't great. I seen one table ask 3 times for their table to be cleared before it actually happened.

It's a Spoons, and does what it says on the tin. Good value, and not a bad spot in Shepherds Bush, with 1st floor views over the green. Helpful staff, and good choice of food and drink.

Update: very unprofessional service, I won’t be coming there any longer very disappointed. We two men came at 23:30 and waited to be served till 23:46 at the bar, it wasn’t that busy and quite manageable I will update with pictures , there were two people serving drinks but no one bothered to acknowledge us or even have the eye contact, we tried to ask staff to serve us, but the staff kept serving people jumping the queue, after 15 minutes we decided leave… This central bar became my favourite place for convenience and prices and quality of food, we usually go for a meal deal which provides the best value, food taste ok and it comes in generous portions, also they have a wide selection of drinks, my favourite is laffe beer, which is the most expensive but tastes great. Staff always kind, every time always someone’s asks me about the food and if I enjoyed, service is quite fast as well, it also feels secure and friendly.

Cheap drinks before heading out

It's not a traditional pub, but it's a reasonably priced pub. The same goes for all Wetherspoon chain stores.

They need to keep an eye on the table numbers. Ordered food and drink to table numbered 20, but never arrived, went to bar to chase and the 'manager ' said that table 20 was in a different place, despite being clearly labelled where we were sat. Food had been left under a heat lamp so was dry and tasteless. Manager attitude was dismissive. A let down by Wetherspoons.

A good Breakfast served efficiently and cheerfully early on a Saturday morning.

Good value for a family of 4. There are 2 booths towards the rear of the bar which are nice for a bit of seclusion. I'm told by my more knowledgeable daughter that the Aperol is particularly cheap compared to other bars.

Perfect spot for a drink before or after a concert at the Empire, or to watch the world go by.

I like weatherspoons, always cheap, cheerful and plentiful on the plate. A top grade 3 for JDW. 4s & 5s are difficult from me, so a 3 good, go visit and enjoy the cosy little corners JDW always has on offer.

As always with a Spoons pub you know that you're going to get good value for your money and be served by courteous staff that know what they are doing.

Way too busy and never enough staff, some are actually quite rude and unhelpful at times....

Had a Sunday Roast here in 2018, great customer service

I applied for a job at this pub and it was a ridiculous experience. Not only were they replying to my emails at bizarre times (e.g. 3am) the manager didn't turn up for my interview on the day. I waited 30+ mins on the day for the manager without communication and in the end had to leave otherwise I'd of been late for my other interview that day. Disgraceful communication/interview from the people involved. My advice is to never apply for a job here.

I visited there ( 17/09 Sunday ) around 9-10pm. Average bar, nothing special...but... TRACY, she was amazing , and energetic, fast professional service!! ( Top of the service (busy night ), she give a training for one of the new staff and I heard : The label on the pint have to face to the guest. Little details,but you won't find such attentive service these days ) Thank you very much TRACY! Next visit after 5 months( Monday) : only Claire has a smile here, very hard working.. and I totally understand that, she's here 1 month's ago only. This bar missing staff...even Monday 3ppl on the floor including bar staff.... they have no time to have any nice word with customers Because of the big queue.... Tracy off weekdays ( I asked the staff )

Nasty food the place smells of alcohol on the floor I've been to pubs before and they smell good unlike this one.

Terrible customer service. We took a table that still had previous costumers food but no one came to clear it. When I went to order I politely ask them to clear the table. After 30 min later we left as none of them seemed to bother.

Was there last Saturday before the QPR game,the two staff were fantastic,week before I was at a Celtic game with loads of staff in Glasgow,please more staff before the football

Nice and lively without being too busy . Took me a while to find thanks to directions on Google maps taking me 'all around the houses' but it was worth the effort as it was nice and warm in there,clean airy and bright with very good friendly quick service and very decent beer

The food was good we were there sharing time with friends but one of the securities makes as feel really bad. Just because we are Colombian he decide to come to us telling us what we were doing it while telling us that because to be Colombian we are worse. He was so racist to us telling us if we were having drugs. As a person you have to get at least good customer and security service which you don’t have. He was so un respectful to us
