Been to plenty of pubs my life but I’ve never seen a barman as rude as the short, tubby bald man here. Rude to customers and when I called him out he said he didn’t care. Rude to his staff as well. Quite frankly it was embarrassing for everyone concerned. Get him sacked, he’s ruining what would otherwise would be a cracking spoons.

Busy of a Friday night. Decent though. I mean, it's a Spoons basically. Difficult to say different things about Spoons joints. Same atmosphere in all of em. Main difference is the building. This was the greatest to be fair. But decent.

Decent for a Spoons, not as expensive as central London for some items. Staff were nice and the service was quick.

Small, pokey and dark. The atmosphere is bad and it smells bad near the kitchen. Poor service too.

Place was extremely full, only one person at the bar but he served as quick as he could. Food came reasonably quick seeing all tables were full.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a cheese burger, I received an American burger (so no cheese). I informed the waiter that I received the wrong burger & I was absolutely flabbergasted when I received a cold square cheese on a plate…I was supposed to make my own burger. Terrible service

The manager was discriminating against people being allowed in the pub - for local people this is disgusting.

Cant complain. Pretty decent spoons. 1st floor of a shopping centre. Pizza/chicken was good only grumble is place is a bit small hard to get a seat even on a Tuesday afternoon

Very busy 'spoons just like Sheperds Bush is, but this didn't impact the speed of service and quality of food. Very limited available seating around Sunday dinner time.

This place could be amazing if they learn to serve food hot, it's very hit and miss depending on who is in the kitchen. When it is hot food is a 5* when it ain't it's quite disappointing, knowing how pub kitchens run, to then recieve a plate of uncooked food. Also want to shout out the deaf waitor that works here is always amazing with his service I never manager to catch him name on his I.d. but please congratulate him.

Not a bad whetherspoons but has seen better days. I was served a dry, small burger but was served quite quickly. If you need a place to drink it's fine but there are so many better and cheaper restaurants within walking distance.

I am bias for this spoons because I used to work there but since I left it’s upgraded massively with an impressive new bar structure and the team is just as friendly and helpful. Spoons food is nothing to shout about but they do everything they can to make the food as good as it can be.

Good place for gathering and beer

Generally busy on evenings and weekends and can be hard to find seats, but friendly staff and quick service make up for it. Otherwise, a standard spoons!

So managers answer to everything…. ‘If you don’t like it drink somewhere else’ all I did was to say that when asking for a spirit and a dash you get 2/3 of a pint of coke where you can’t event taste the spirit… apparently that’s standard!!! I’m so glad I run our pubs properly without having to be so arrogant that just because we’re a Wetherspoon and we try and cripple all proper pubs we can behave with an attitude that really is not people friendly!!!!!!!! I’d much rather pay the extra keeping proper pubs alive and screw the Wetherspoons!!!!!

We recently visited Central Bar in Shepherd’s Bush while attending the International Cyber Expo 2024 at London Olympia. It was a great spot for a quick bite and some drinks. Cheap and cheerful, and the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a casual and affordable place to eat and drink in the area.

The food was unfortunately served really cold however the servesrs wherr really nice and replaced my egg.

There's not many spoons within a shopping centre, but this one is. This was my fourth new spoons of the day, and possibly my least favourite. Couldn't fault the swift service, try before you buy and the real ale for under £3

Unfortunately this type of pub is very dated now. Food OK, service OK but fails in comparison modern public houses. If you want a feeling of nostalgia that's fine, but it certainly doesn't feel family friendly or on this decade.

Great place to grab some breakfast and coffee to start your day. Good prices for a full breakfast.

The prices of food can be expensive but some items were on the cheaper side, sadly it's only getting 3 stars as the food we ordered wasn't cooked how we had ordered and also ordered the drink with straws which never arrived. It was very busy.

Mi madre y yo fuimos a tomar unas cucharillas y a comer para llenarnos por el día, pero terminamos teniendo una muy mala experiencia. Primero pedimos nuestras bebidas y nos llevó más de media hora venir. El camarero fue tan grosero conmigo cuando le pregunté sobre cócteles que cócteles de whisky u me jodió me ignoró me sirvió muy mal que es muy poco profesional camarero y no un comportamiento humano que es un tipo indio, solicité llamar al gerente No 1 me ayudó incluso la seguridad, fui con mi madre a pasar un buen rato me pasé 1000 pouds nunca sufrí esto, era un cliente regular a la cuchara climática del bar central pastor Bush, muy mal personal y camareros, gerentes y también gerente general antipáticos, no sé quién les dio un puesto que no tienen experiencia en hospitalidad, nunca tratan a su cliente de mala manera sé que 1 k personas van y vienen en su pub o lo que sea tratan a la gente de buena manera venimos a pasar nuestro tiempo encantador también trabajamos duro como usted, contratamos a personas que tienen paciencia especialmente todo el personal de pastor Bush I. e para ponerlo en problemas que es muy malo😡😡😡😡😡

Everything is very expensive in the UK but this place is a little more affordable.

A big bar and that's it. Absolutely banal interior. Very crowded in the evening. Staff OK, varied offer. Nothing special, to hold you back more than necessary...

I would highly recommend going to the central bar Wethespoon. I went to meet up with a friend. Found it very peaceful and lightning was ambient. The seating layout was also very good for privacy not like other pub seating very open and public. One would never know you were in Shepherd's Bush until stepping outside leaving on to the street

The lady that served us was great, lovely pint of Guinness. Impressive restraint and patience shown by door staff when Billy removed his t shirt to prove he didn't have any weapons. Didn't eat (apart from the Guinness) so can't say about food

Popped in before the QPR game and it was fine. Not too busy. Tidy pub unlike some 'spoons I've been in. Burger, chips and a Stella for £7 ish quid. Cheap as chips as they say. No complaints. Attentive staff.

Met parents for a quick lunch. Excellent hot, tasty food and quick service.

Visited Friday August 23. Very busy. Poor design. Lots of people queuing at the long bar to be served. Inadequate staffing to say the least and no engagement with those wanting. Gave up and left as did others. Piles of unwashed glasses too didn’t leave a good impression.

Value for money and very nice signature steak on Tuesday

Food was ok, standard spoons output but have seen better. Service was friendly, drinks and food was brought promptly and carefully. Was a hot day and there was a few customers not being to thoughtful, bit great bar to watch the world go by from above.

All the pubs in the Wetherspoon chain in London are very nice, have very good service and the drink prices are approximately half those in the others

Come here a few times is unfortunately my regular due to price and location residing within my proximity. However I have found mould in the food and when I bring friends or family the staff are very rude to them. Two Caucasian girls in particular the somewhat obese lady is very rude. A family place but rude to kids just shameful. My cousin constantly insists we go there with the kids and the kids are used to the place but the rude staff is unnecessary Keep the pms, racism, prejudice whatever bad customer service attitude away from work

I had breakfast here, it's great value, hot and tasty. The Vegan and Vegetarian options are great for breakfast, unlimited Tea and coffee. Well worth a visit.

Poor staffing, standing at the bar waiting to be served. The bar manager asked what I wanted then started serving someone else. After that another member of staff came over and served the person behind me. I eventually got served, There was sick all over the urinals. Shocking pub won't go back ever again.

My vegan breakfast came with mushrooms cooked in dairy product. Cheap prices, but zero regard given for customer diet. A "vegan breakfast" should be vegan. Never again. (Photo attached of the misleading allergen board)

Wouldn't serve alcohol early because of the football Saturday yet serve it any other day at an early hour.

Normally really good but today had a.bit of a.damper on it. IT System was.down so paid for my drinks twice but there system.showed as declined. Very embarrassing as I had limited funds so there IT issues potential ruined my afternoon until someone came to my rescue, no not staff a family member.

Ordered the fish and chips last minute before 10:30 . Staff super friendly and nice . Fish was freshly battered but chips cold and mushy peas cold . Didn’t complain as it was ten mins before kitchen shut. Disappointing as it’s my Lorca eating spot. Will go back think the chefs just wanted to go home . Overall great setup whetherspoons

We ordered via online And not only was the wait time 20min for the drinks but the bar staff had no knowledge on any of the drinks or how to pour a pint correctly!

We went for lunch on Saturday. It was busy. The order process is easy and efficient. I wanted a pizza, but it was sold out. I took a steak instead. I was ok and worth the price. My son took the crunchy chicken burger. It was ok as well. The service was quick. It is a nice place to try when around.

The best Pub restaurant chain, very good price and very good food I recommend the classic steak 👍👍

I ordered a small breakfast it was appalling everything was cold and the person that brought my breakfast to me was not up to standard just put the food on the table and just walked away they need to improve there standards that's not the first time that has happened i don't know where they get their chefs from i would not recommend the breakfast to anyone

Eggs were cold and hard like they'd been sat there for hours, 3 eggs between us on a muffin and large breakfast and all we're the same

A popular Wetherspoons that I've visited a half-dozen times in the past four months. The food is typical Wetherspoons. It's adequate but it's not going to knock your socks off. Beer and drinks selection is solid with a good rotation of guest beers. The toilets are clean and the service is friendly and efficient. The only negative is that the Central Bar can get very busy, especially in evenings between 5 and 9pm. Sometimes I and my friends have had to go elsewhere as there have been no tables available. As it's a popular pub, it can get noisy - but this does help give the Central Bar a good atmosphere. Don't go here if you want an intimate and romantic evening. It's less busy in the early afternoon and later at night.

Overly busy, the staff go back to the kitchen empty handed rather than clear tables, they have no sense of who came to the bar first and just served the people nearest them and as with all wetherspoons I've tried the beer isn't great. I seen one table ask 3 times for their table to be cleared before it actually happened.
