Honestly shocked how racist the manager is. He only brought the non Asians orders. Only until 10 minutes after everyone else's food and drinks came did they get their drinks.

Standard spoons, can't complain.

The pub is garbage, it is not connected to the internet so you can order, I waited a long time but they said the chef was closed

It's a wetherspoon pub. There's nothing wrong with it, the beers are ok prices but there's nothing that makes me think I'd like to spend time here.

I was with the company of two people disable and the lady who supposed to take my order was very rude,impolite and inpatient.Needed the manager intervention to take the order.

Lovely breakfast cooked well, clean tables & quick service. In the ladies the large gap at the top of the doors does mean any bag hung up could be stolen from outside the cubicle, so careful ladies!

20250425fri Traditional breakfast does not come with tea/coffee. How about ordering a meal plus extras that includes tea, instead of paying £2? separately for the tea itself. I ordered the breakfast muffin meal with tea incl egg, bacon, sausage and added extra 4 bacon rashers £1.67?, scrambled egg £1.80? hashbrown 49p? altogether totalling £6.80? Its still cheaper than traditional breakfast and tea at £8.xx? but missing out on the toast, tomatoes, mushrooms. 1 of the managers are so rude. She is a young lady she literally depends on costumers to protect her after she is being rude w u. It happens. There is a waitress old lady she just push u away when u in the way. I don't know what they doing there but they not doing their job properly. Waiting time is ridiculous. Even the manager lady said if I'm nice she coming to serve me otherwise she will decide when she gonna serve me. Place is too busy staff is rude. I'm sorry I have to give a feedback like this but this is true. If u wanna go there just go the beer is cheap but keep it in mind they profiling u and after that u gonna get served... o 1 more thing, if u ask some drink but they don't have they gonna mix 4u something and they sell u. I don't think that's fair. Yesterday staff was a let down for this pub, they shouldn't work this kind of place

I ordered a steak medium rare and it came probably a little over well done. The response was “what would you like to do about it”, and I feel like the solution should be offered to me, not me be asked what it is. I’m not the guy to ask for a refund and I was too hungry to ask for another. I think it would have been fair to offer me another main or complimentary drink for another spoons visit. Vibe here is fine, but don’t get food unless it’s really easy to prepare. Disappointed

Decent pub in 1st floor of the building Great location , just opposite Shepherds Bush station and there is a view looking down bush street. Cheap and cheerful menu. Worth a visit

Good place to eat, except for one waitress who was really rude, it was my first time in this type of restaurant in London and when I approached her to ask if I should order at the counter she very rudely told me not to bother her as she was in the middle of another matter. But anyway, really delicious Fish and Chips, the beer is also delicious, unfortunately I took the bitter pill from the treatment of this woman of African descent.

Arrived at approximately 5pm on Saturday the 5th April only to find we couldn’t order food through the app the was instructions to speak to a member of staff as I did and was told to go to the bar with no eye contact and apologe this is not good customer service at all as you seem to promote all orders via the app.

The burger was absolutely unsatisfactory and there was so little meat it's impossible to justify why they charge more than a MacDonald's plain. The atmosphere is similar to a bus stop. Personel is nice, but I left hungry.

Everything is perfect .. just some noisy costumers because that area is full of those … however the food and the service was ok just need a bit better security to control those loud voices and cheap losers who think they own the place … thanks again for your great job … and best chicken wings is always in Wetherspoon restaurants .

"The Last Pint" -A short Wetherspoons story. Kev sat in the corner of Wetherspoons, nursing his third cheap lager, eyes darting. He always came here—it was easy, busy, nobody noticed him much. But tonight, something felt off. Across the room, a group of young lads laughed over their pitchers. One of them, a teenager with messy blond hair, locked eyes with Kev and smirked. He knew. Kev’s stomach turned. Sweat pooled at his collar. The lad whispered to his mates. They stared. They laughed. One lifted a phone. Recording? Heart pounding, Kev grabbed his piss tasting pint and bolted. But Wetherspoons isn’t a place you leave unnoticed. As he rushed past the bar, the old regulars turned. The slot machine beeped. The bartender, arms crossed, just watched. Someone stuck out a foot. Kev tripped. Glass shattered. Laughter roared. And then, before he could crawl to his feet, a dozen hands grabbed him. Wetherspoons had seen all kinds, but it didn’t welcome his kind.

This is such a horrible bar I have ever seen. The staff in the bar could not even count the money from the customers. Another staff at the bar skip to get my order for food or drink and I have been waiting to order for long . Such a Horrible service ever 🤷‍♂️

Ordered a breakfast on a quiet morning. Waited 25 minutes for it, and when I finally received it, everything was cold. The bacon was so cold, that it felt like it just came out of the fridge! I took a bite of the sausage and it was colder than the bacon! I informed a member of staff and my breakfast was returned to the kitchen. Another customer a few tables away from me, also complained about her food being cold. When I received the breakfast, it wasn't a freshly cooked one. They reheated it from the microwave! I'm pretty sure that you shouldn't reheat pork. I told him that I want a fresh one. I waited over 30 minutes for a fresh breakfast. The customer a few tables away, also waited over 30 minutes. When I received my breakfast, it was all overcooked! The front of house staff member did a great job in helping to try and make sure that everything has been sorted. Shocking experience from the kitchen.

Cheapest drinks in Shepherd's Bush green. Service is quick but it is a busy pub

A classic Wetherspoon bar. Always packed on QPR match days. Otherwise, you can always find a seat here. It's a bit drafty through the open doors, but otherwise, everything's fine.

This was a fantastic pub for drinking, with a grand design featured throughout! The large pillars going up are like funnels on a ship and blue lighting is beautiful, counter is very stylish in itself. I had a Corona Extra and the atmosphere was solid, very clean all over too!

Today I went to this pub with my friends and had a horrible experience, a man with shaved hair treated us very badly, he simply threw the drink on our table and said he was going to throw us out even though he had no reason to do so, especially since we had just arrived at the place, you could see he was having a bad day, but this is a workplace and should treat customers with more respect.

the bald waiter is rude and of a terrible impatience he should change job. My friend doesn't speak English well and he left without waiting for us to communicate that the beer was ours. Afterwards, because I wanted to explain the situation to him, he threatened to kick us out of the place. Fire him he is extremely rude person!!!

I came here for lunch one Sunday recently. I was surprised to find this establishment on the first floor of a small shopping centre. As usual with a Wetherspoons I went to find an empty table, parked my belongings there and then went up to the bar to order a large fish and chips with mushy peas and a large glass of chilled orange juice. My meal came relatively quickly and it was good as you always get in these places. I later moved to another table to sup a glass of Strongbow cider and watch some of the 6 nations rugby which was being shown live on a small telly next to the bar. The toilets are down a small corridor on the same level as the rest of the place. All good!

Vine a almorzar un domingo hace poco. Me sorprendió encontrar este establecimiento en el primer piso de un pequeño centro comercial. Como de costumbre con una Wetherspoons fui a buscar una mesa vacía, estacioné mis pertenencias allí y luego subí a la barra para pedir un gran pescado con papas fritas con guisantes y un gran vaso de jugo de naranja refrigerado. Mi comida llegó relativamente rápido y era bueno como siempre se consigue en estos lugares. Más tarde me mudé a otra mesa para tomar una copa de sidra Strongbow y ver algunos de los 6 países de rugby que se estaba mostrando en vivo en una pequeña tele al lado del bar. Los baños están por un pequeño pasillo al mismo nivel que el resto del lugar. ¡Todo bien!

Worse waterspoon I ever been. I stranded 15 min by the bar waited to be served but the ladies didn’t care. Worse service I ever seen in a pub, Saturday night with only 2 bad mood ladies serving at the bar while there was 3 people collecting glasses. No eye contact and keeping servicing people who were jumping the cue. I don’t know why by their working attitude and faces nobody likes to works there. Better do few miles more and go to the Hammersmith one. 1 star bcs there is no chance to give 0 or below

Food is tasty for the price. Staff is great. Cleanest spoons I've been to. Only downside is the cocktails (we ordered some of the fancy schmancy holiday range), but there's plenty of other options.

Comida horrible, camarera maleducada, al reclamar un plato que faltaba del pedido acudió a la mesa chillándonos y mostrando un ticket que avalaba su razón, resultando ser al final de otra mesa que no era la nuestra. SL final nos fuimos y se quedó jurando en arameo ( bueno, en inglés), ante la estupefacción del resto fe clientes del establecimiento. El manager, escuchó la reclamación pero no hizo nada… da la impresión de que manda más la camarera que él, para que se necesita un manager que no hace nada? Imperdonable la mala educación de la camarera, nos hizo pasar un rato muy desagradable. Piénsenselo antes de ir….

Yo mismo, Mi Novio y Sus Amigos tuvimos una peor experiencia hoy en wetherspoon. Una de las madres de mi amigo estaba allí con nosotros que vino para la graduación que estábamos allí para tomar algo de bebida y comida. Pero nos enfrentamos a rasicim de pesebre que es cabeza de blad. Pedimos la comida y bebida para más de 100 libras. Me siento tan molesto porque le pidió a mi novio que tomara la bebida de los desechos donde guardan el vaso usado porque el pesebre tomó la bebida llena de la mesa y cuando mi novio, su amigo fue a preguntar al respecto fue muy grosero con ellos. Después de todo, él no puede responder así, incluso yo también estoy trabajando en el campo de la hospitalidad. No están sirviendo los alimentos correctamente en la mesa. Al parecer, se pierden la orden y le dan un Ramen a nuestra mesa. Si fuéramos alérgicos a la comida habría sido un gran problema. Fue muy mala la peor experiencia.

I came to visit for my son’s graduation and despite of being a senior citizen i have not experienced such racist and inappropriate behaviour, such international experience of my first weatherspoon experience after my son greatly appreciated the weatherspoon culture from the other franchises he visited such bad experiences that turned our joy into intolerable experiences

It's a Spoons, so don't expect Michelín star dining, but staff seemed especially helpful and friendly for the chain. Patrons seemed a pleasant bunch as well. One of the better Spoons I've encountered.

This place is always buzzing, very lively and vibrant most of the time especially on the weekends. Nice view on Shepherds Bush. Affordable drinks and food, and food it's is quite good for the money you pay.

Not quite the usual JDWetherspoons: upstairs in a shopping centre, above Sainsbury's on the ground floor and opposite a cinema. Has a real flame fire. Intelligent bar staff (medical undergrads etc). Loads of Russian and Eastern European conversation taking place. Loved it! 😊

Visited this place on a Friday night, and while it was crowded (as expected), the vibe was fantastic! The food and drinks were great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The only downside was a small oversight—our order included five non-alcoholic drinks and two alcoholic drinks, but we were given just one straw to share. However, we’ll chalk that up to a slight mistake, as everything else made up for it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

Very busy venue! Excellent and convenient location on the upper floor of the shopping centre. It's always very busy and run by a lovely friendly team. The ideal place to chill out after a day of shopping and lots of walking. There is also a reasonably priced car park with adequate disabled parking spaces and electric charging points.

The worst experience in wetherspoon, it was very cold because of the air conditioners the managers said that they can not do anything, the lemons of the stuffed beers seemed like they had been cut for 1 week after visiting about 60 different wetherspoons this is my worst experience! I want to update my experience after few years, site still a bit cold and smell not very well. Tables are dirty like always in uk I think these is a national tradition eat in top of shith (these suld unaceptable). Price of Juice are ridiculous is more spensive the Juice for the child thank the beer is same crazy as the bread 2 pices of rubbish sándwich bread for 1.99! Wtf have more TAX the Orange and the bread than the alcohol. Simple out of sens that prices

My bag was professionally stolen at the bar while we had 6 people together and there are 2-3 security guards at the restaurant. Definitely not a safe place to even have a meal.

I wanted to drink Guinness in a traditional English pub, so my brother-in-law took me... The atmosphere was great, the beer was... What more could you want👍

Slow service and food is sub par,they only accept card payments and it can be busy on days when QPR play so it's filled with football fans

Been to plenty of pubs my life but I’ve never seen a barman as rude as the short, tubby bald man here. Rude to customers and when I called him out he said he didn’t care. Rude to his staff as well. Quite frankly it was embarrassing for everyone concerned. Get him sacked, he’s ruining what would otherwise would be a cracking spoons.

Quick service but might be quite busy at peak times

Busy of a Friday night. Decent though. I mean, it's a Spoons basically. Difficult to say different things about Spoons joints. Same atmosphere in all of em. Main difference is the building. This was the greatest to be fair. But decent.

This place could be amazing if they learn to serve food hot, it's very hit and miss depending on who is in the kitchen. When it is hot food is a 5* when it ain't it's quite disappointing, knowing how pub kitchens run, to then recieve a plate of uncooked food. Also want to shout out the deaf waitor that works here is always amazing with his service I never manager to catch him name on his I.d. but please congratulate him.
