Frankie's Sports Bar & Diner in Hammersmith and Fulham

Visited after touring the Chelsea stadium. The bar was very welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful. My partner and I ordered the Bangkok Bad Boy Chicken Burger which same with a side of fries and we also got the Nice’N’Spicy wings for a starter. I think this was the biggest burger I have ever eaten I felt like I had to calculate each bite strategically!! My partner said it is the best burger they have ever had while in the Uk. I would also say it was probably one of the best I have had it was crispy and the toppings inside worked perfectly together. The wings were just as good and they definitely did not disappoint! Definitely value for money for an evening out I would highly recommend.

Tuve una comida maravillosa y muy agradable en Frankie's hoy con mis padres. Me atendió Beata, que era absolutamente maravilloso e hizo nuestra visita aún más especial, así que me gustaría decir un agradecimiento especial a Beata por su gran servicio y hospitalidad. La comida era preciosa - tuve una pizza margherita, mi mamá tenía tacos de pescado y papas fritas y mi papá fue por la hamburguesa. Los tres disfrutamos de nuestra comida y nuestra visita a Stamford Bridge!

Visitamos el bar y la parrilla de Frankie esta noche en el Chelsea FC. La comida que seleccionamos, pescado, guisantes y patatas fritas se publicitó en £ 14 : 50 en el menú, así que pedimos dos. El servicio fue deficiente desde el principio, solo un cuchillo, tenedor y servilleta y una botella de vinagre vacía. La mesa estaba grasienta por no haberse limpiado correctamente del uso anterior. Llegó la comida y nos dieron los utensilios. Mientras tanto, un joven asistente corría por ahí, a punto de convertirse en un peligro. El bar estaba relativamente tranquilo, así que no estaba claro por qué sentía que necesitaba correr a todas partes. Se trajo la comida y toda la comida parecía que se había vuelto a cocinar o recalentado, incluso los guisantes. El pescado era pequeño y principalmente rebozado, con el poco pescado que había, pegado al rebozado. La mitad de las patatas fritas eran simplemente crujientes “gordas”. Traté de comer pescado, pero al final me rendí. Mi compañero no había comido desde muy temprano ese día, así que administró la mayor parte de la suya, pero cuando el asistente le preguntó si todo estaba bien, le dije que la comida estaba sobrecocinada / sobrecalentada y no era comestible. Gruñó y tomó los platos. Al pagar nos cobraron 37 libras . . el precio había subido a 17 libras : 10 ? ? ¿No está claro por qué? Y el cargo por servicio £ 3 : 42 se añadió sin informarnos o explicarnos, se añadiría a la factura. Mi compañero pagó y luego se dio cuenta de que nos habían cobrado de más y regresó para hablar con un asistente. El asistente mayor fue grosero y desdeñoso cuando el proyecto de ley fue impugnado y le dijo que todo lo que estaba en el proyecto de ley era ‘estándar’. Mi compañero también impugnó el cargo por servicio, ya que el servicio era extremadamente deficiente, pero nuevamente se recibió con grosería y arrogancia. En su posición al respecto, el cargo por servicios fue reembolsado a regañadientes, pero el aumento del precio no se explicó ni reembolsó. Encuentro increíble que un chef de primer nivel pueda poseer y poner su nombre a una de las peores comidas que he comido. Como este es uno de los seis bares de alimentos / parrillas del punto de venta, creo que otros clientes potenciales deberían tener una revisión realista disponible.

Very nice experience. I was served by Kamil. Very nice guy and has a good hospitality experience. I recommend him for bigger opportunities. People like him should always grace public spaces like this

Really kind staff and really useful allergy advice on the app. Food was good and Guinness was better.

Very nice food and very quick service. We had a package built in with the stadium tour so thought it might be basic but the food was very good. Came out very hot and the chicken burger was lovely.

I visited the Bar twice, on 16th and 18th August 2024. I watched the game CFC vs Man city and it was amazing atmosphere. My waiter was Peppe and the young man serves with all his heart. He made me feel welcomed as it was my first Stamford bridge experience. I also remember that he offered me the WIFI as soon as he heard that I didn't have local number. If you are going to Frankie's, look out for him. I also enjoyed the security of the place, I felt safe.

We went to Frankie’s before and after the Chelsea v City game. Fabulous atmosphere and very good service even when busy.

Love this place but we are currently sitting outside for a relaxing drink before going back to our room. There is a big table of staff from both Frankie’s and the adjoining hotel who are drinking, shouting, swearing at the top of their voices. Staff members should not be able to drink after shift if they are going to act like this. I will say the lady who was working is very professional.

Lovely staff. Very courteous and professional. Arranged a birthday cake for my lil boy as a surprise.

We went there to watch the England v Switzerland Euro match. The atmosphere for a "sports" bar was very disappointing. Loads of screens showing the match both indoors and outdoors. I have been to pubs during England matches and the atmosphere is electric. The place should have been packed to the rafters. Clearly locals (I am not one) don't make a beeline to this place to watch England matches. The food was really disappointing. The wings "London" flavour and pork bites were not nice. The chips were alright. The service was very good. And the booking process was very straightforward. The team were very accommodating and would respond to messages quickly. The drinks were ok.

I'm staying at the Millennium And Copthorne Hotels At Chelsea Football Club hotel, right next to the hotel. I wanted to come here around 21:30 and have a drink. It said on Google that it closed at 23:00. The gentleman inside said it was closed. The gentleman told me that I could have a drink at the hotel bar. Then I went to my room. And then, as I was passing by to go out, I saw that there were a lot of people coming in and drinking something, but the gentleman told me it was closed. I'm disappointed

I’m giving this five stars because it’s a classic Chelsea football club sports bar. The food was quite good for bar food, but the evening was the best because of our server Karolina P was fantastic. We appreciated her service and smile.

Absolutely loved the food, service and ambience of the place. We had dinner here after a Chelsea tour for my son's 7th birthday. Karolina P served us and she was an absolute joy throughout. The manageress was so friendly and approachable and helped to make my son's birthday extra special.

Definitely a tourist venue. We went there during the Euros. The food was what you would expect from a tourist avenue. It was moderately busy that night but it was difficult to get the wait staffs attention because they were watching football. Minor silly things like forgetting to bring a sketch up for ten or fifteen minutes. The kids chicken tenders were awful. dry overcooked. The margarita pizza is a cheese pizza.. It was Fine and I thought the price was decent. The fishing chips were meh.

Great place to watch sports, amazing atmosphere, especially the new outside area which has been set up for the summer. The staff certainly make Frankies, extremely friendly and nothings too much trouble for them. Huge shout out to Beata who’s absolutely amazing - she’s a credit to the establishment. Thank you team.

Fantastic addition to Chelsea FC and open every day to the public. Great team and wings to die for! Have been a few times and would definitely recommend if you are in the Fulham or Chelsea area.

Absolutely terrible. Waited over an hour to be served terrible food. The guy at the door (tall ginger hair and sounded Russian) kept saying ' 3 minutes'. Eventually got served and the food was atrocious. There is only one reason you would come here to eat, the other 99 / 100 AVOID.

Stayed at the Millennium and had a few drinks here. Staff are very attentive and on the ball. Good atmosphere and complements the hotels next door. Better having a drink here than in the hotel.

Booked a table for my sons 18th birthday and champions league final. The manager was so accommodating and even gave us a table with a brilliant view of the big screen tv's. Food was amazing so much flavour . Ww all had such a memorable time.

After a stadium tour around Stamford Bridge today we came here for some grub and the staff were really friendly and welcoming very quick service and showing the FA cup final on the tv and food was very nice 2 course meal southern fried chicken burger with fries and for dessert brownie with ice cream definitely recommended if your in the area or visiting the stadium thanks so much for the service guys

Being next to a class hotel and next to the stadium we don't understand why the waiters don't make the effort to speak French. Second negative point was that we asked for two mojitos and it was just lemony lemonade knowing that I am a bartender I found it unacceptable that there is no rum the waiter jabbered in his language to say that he could only serve small doses of strong alcohol except there are beers which are very strong I do not recommend this establishment

Today, May 9, we visited this bar around 9:00 p.m. The food was very good and the service (Karolina) was really pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend visiting this bar.

During the game we couldnt order anything we wanted. Thats ok. But our neighbours could order everything. We wanted pizza...no pizza. The neighbours wanted pizza ..they got pizza. We wanted Cola, no cola. The neighbours wanted cola, they got cola. No good service

Wir hatten Pizza mit Chili und Salami, sehr scharf, endlich mal ne scharfe Pizza. :-) Super! Unsere Bedienung „Rei“ war sehr, sehr nett und er konnte uns viel über London erzählen, es war wirklich ein sehr netter Abend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Essen gehen. Popped in here for some lunch. We were greeted by a lovely man who showed us to a table. The menu was online, no problem for us at all. A nice selection to choose from. We had fish and chips, bbq pulled pork tacos and a ham and mushroom pizza. All of the food was amazing, the pizza was better than pizza express pizzas. The staff were all really friendly, especially Pepe and the one who looks like Gianluca Vialli. Overall we had a great time, everywhere was clean, service was brilliant and food was fantastic. Highly recommended if in the area.

Frankies’s Sports Bar and Grill Hosted us for a farewell dinner on our England soccer trip. Food and service was great and it was well organized. In addition, on the first night we were there they held the kitchen open for us. Pepe was a great server, extremely friendly! Definitely worth going here.

The food and service were excellent. The lady manager was great and so were all the other members of staff. Definitely recommend even if you’re not a Chelsea suppporter.

We were in London and stayed at hotel next door to Frankie’s and we got back late from a tour one night, the kitchen closed at 9pm and we walked in at 9:01pm. They were gracious enough to keep the kitchen open for us and we had approximately 20 people. The food was really good especially the pork tacos and bbq wings. The one thing that stood out the most was the service, Pepe was the best and if you have a chance to stop in there you will not regret it. Thanks Pepe for making our trip so enjoyable.

We stopped in right at 9pm which is when the kitchen closes and they did not hesitate to serve a big group of us! They were so hospitable and welcoming. Definitely 5 stars!!! Plus the food was delicious!
