BrewDog Shepherd's Bush in Hammersmith and Fulham

Rude bar lady - not very smiley and threw bad looks upon every occasion. Also were advised at the time that only 2 £1 punk per customer (offer running in Jan) - despite being told in another brewdog pub in Hammersmith no limits! Questionable as myself and my partner we're the only customers in the venue.....🙄.

Great music, a good edge to the vibe in here. Gives a grungy vibe. Beer off the charts. More beer than I've ever seen in one place before. The beers they've managed to get hands on blows me away

Amazing staff! Katie, Claire, Jake and Sam are very welcoming and professional! All drinks that were recommended were great! I would personally love it if the Neon Dream could be reintroduced. Definitely coming back soon!

Sam the manager is hilarious and super professional! The staff who attended to me were Katie, Jake and Claire. They are very knowledgeable about their beers and have attention to detail whilst providing a fun atmosphere. Will definitely be retuning!

Came on Wings Wednesday and was served by Sam the general manager. Service with a smile, a laugh and even helped me pick a hat for my son's birthday who is a fan of the same TV show hat he was wearing. Will come again! Lady with her tattoos behind the bar was so lovely too!

We had a great night at Brewdog - great selection off drinks, delicious food and the service was good and the staff were helpful in making recommendations. A great time had by all!

Went for Wings Wednesday ‘unlimited’ chicken wings, and in 2 hours we only got two plates of wings. They weren’t even that busy. I suspect this is intentional in order to limit the number you get. Aside from that, the wings were quite nice. Drinks are insanely expensive - expect to pay minimum £7 a pint here. Plenty of better and much cheaper places to get a pint in Shepherds Bush.

We were running late due to bad weather traffic for our booking and your link states to call the venue. But no-one answered, we just had to hope but on arrival the place was almost empty so we didn't need to panic! One part of order was forgotten along with whole of one person's order, we had to ask again.

Great place for burger and beer before a gig at the O2.

Visited at around 12 lunch time. Wasn’t busy at all. Freezing cold. Ordered food via the QR code on the table and waited 40 minutes for it to arrive. Beer served in plastic pints. No pool playing allowed ‘because of the football’. No soap in the gents. Regretted not going to Sindercombe Social over the road first where the atmosphere, welcome and heating was all warm.

The crew is not good. They spilled food on me. They didn't even clean the table. The whole restaurant is filthy. The food was also very bad and had a bad effect on my health.

A fantastic beer selection, friendly service and the burgers 🍔 were really tasty.

Good Brewdog in SB, good range of drinks, their own and guest beers, shame about the plastic glasses for use indoors, not good for expensive craft beer.

I haven't tried their food, but I tried a few of their beers, there is one of the biggest selections I have ever seen. And they are really good. The environment it's kind of punk rock meets hipsters and it just works. Highly suggested for few good beers

I like Brewdog bars for the beer. They have a great choice of interesting craft ales and stouts so worth going for that alone. I am afraid that the food is disappointing and has gone down hill over the last couple of years. The chicken wings were tiny and for over £11 I didn’t get many. My advice would be drink here eat somewhere else.

It's a super place and love the beer. But the prices are extortionate. The place was thus empty on a Saturday night. We popped over to whetherspoons about 9 pm, and it was Rammed. Drinks 1/3 price. The punk IPA in spoons was £3:50 a PINT cheaper than the BrewDog. Silly

Waited an hour for food. When I complained it arrived, stone cold

The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were kind and friendly. My only criticism was the ladies' toilets. With only three cubicals, the condition of each was very poor and for me unusable. The day we dined, it certainly was not a busy period, but the state of the toilets were off-putting. I hope it was an exception, or if not, there is an improvement.

1 star but for me it would be 0. we entered and there was no presence of the waiters. there was no one to greet us or take us to the table, we remained there for 5 minutes standing in front of the counter. most likely the waitress/waiter was at the counter drinking a beer and chatting with his back turned towards the entrance.

Went for Wing Wednesday and it did not disappoint! The wings were crunchy and juicy - battered and fried just right! Their Korean flavour was my favourite - it wasn’t too sweet or smoky. Had a lovely mild flavour. The buffalo was also very very nice and is certainly on a wetter side. Great choice of beers and friendly staff

I don't like bitter tasting beer so I got to taste quite a few from the friendly staff before deciding. Amazing beer and my friend recommends the burger every time.

Well worth a visit. There are an incredible number of types of beer on tap. Good food, you order easily via app and Qr code at the table.

The musics good, the arcade machines are cool but the food and service isn’t great. Mac and cheese that tastes of nothing and the texture of rubber, a burger that was all around flavourless and cold cauliflower wings. Food took around 45 minutes to an hour to come out. I’d avoid and find somewhere to eat, but good for a few drinks pre- post show at the empire.

Went today only to realise I can sit for one round only as the temperature is so high inside that I can’t stay. Other clients are sweating an suffering as well. Outside it was nice and fresh, inside feels like a sauna. They clearly have an aircon so why not turning it on? Is the expectation I drink more because it is too hot? BrewDog is not cheap at all and though I am a shareholder and strong supporter of the brand I wonder why they still don’t show any maturity in running their bars.

Great bar, very chill vibe during the day for lunch with my Dad. Servers were very attentive and offered a great array of beers with some tasters! Food was great too - love the buffalo burger and dragon fries!

I had a plant based burger and a cider. Although the atmosphere during lunch time was chill and relaxing, and I really liked the food, I must warn people that a good chunk of the price you see before you pay is Service charge, and to be transparent I remove it. Getting a burger from a counter to a table is what the staff is paid for. Be aware of that charge, maybe leave a cash tip to the actual person serving you as service charges get taxed.

The food was exceptional for pub food. The staff were friendly and the pub along with the facilities were clean.

Came here last Sunday and was served by Sissel (Sorry if I got the name wrong), she went out of her way to provide outstanding service to me and my friends. There were no outdoor seats as it had just been raining, so she went and grabbed a table and bench specifically for us, all while she was working on her own. She was super friendly and communicative regardless of the amount of work she was tackling at the same time. Still being able to have a laugh while working that hard is beyond admirable. Sisel went out of her way to accommodate us and make us laugh while keeping her own spirits up. This kind of service is what makes people want to return to a place and should absolutley be recognised, thank you Sisel for a genuinely great experience.

I have been to this particular Brewdog quite a lot over the last two years and have always enjoyed it. The drinks are good and the food usually arrives in a reasonable time.

I experienced a huge problem with my order: First of all, yoy need to use the app/website to make an order, which we ded. And there are beers on the menu which don't exist on the tap. We ordered them without knowing this fact. After the waitress said that there were no beers in the bar. They proposed to switch the beers, but the items we ordered were more expensive. Thankfully they provided us with an additional pint in excuse. The second problem is that there are 6 pound deals on the starters on the menu, but we ordered them in an ordinary way and paid an ordinary price. To have this deal you need to order a burger, and in the special menu in the app add 2 starters as an addition. That is completely unclear. And we knew all of this only after 25 minutes of waiting for our order at the time when there were not a lot of clients in the bar. I'm a huge brewdog fan and I loved that place before, but that was a completely poor experience.

I am a fan of the brewdog brand in general and have been to several brewdogs in London often and other cities in the past which is why my experience the last couple of times I've been to this local brewdog have stood out as being negative that and the fact that it used to be a good place to go (haven't been back since last time). I had previously been to this particular brewdog about 6-8 times in last 6 months with friends and I noticed last 2 times I went that it's deteriorated quite a bit (I've been going here for just under a year but not sure exactly how many times in total). One thing that's stood out is that the staff came accross as unfriendly and impolite whereas that was definitely not the case before - are they annoyed at brewdog or life in general, or the fact they have to work? To add insult to injury they also have an automatic tip thing to try and guilt you into paying more (for less). The staff were brusque in each case last few times I've been, and one in particular obnoxious- the last time was the last straw and we haven't been back since. The staff member last time looked like they'd die less reluctantly than actually pour a drink which made me not want to drink it. It's not just me who has noticed this but others I have been with and it ruins the vibe which is a pity as it wasn't like that before- I really liked this place a while back. It's amazing the difference it can make when you employ people with social skills and you only realise what you miss when it isn't there! Also the male toilets were out and you had to go up and ask for the key to the disabled toilet (why not just leave it open?), restaurants are legally obliged to provide toilet access. They probably couldn't be bothered paying weekend call out charges for a plumber which is kind of keeping with the brewdog money pinching mentality if that is the case and a bit pathetic. I don't tend to go in for the food- I assume that's still ok (have given benefit of doubt on that as it's been a while since I had food there)- but everything else except the beer is bad and there are now better places to drink nearby.

Probably the worst experience ever had in a Brewdog venue - managed horrifically. (*Beers were still good) The guy who claimed to be the manager, I think he said his name was Sheldin- had very little beer knowledge, absolutely zero customer care, and in no way represents the brand of which I am a EFP member. Refused to serve on occasion when he was texting and watching videos on social media, we were waiting for 10mins at a stage. Unhelpful with products, pool table etc. The toilets were also completely flooded. As a venue manager myself, a decision should have been made to fix the situation as soon as possible. Passing a key round to share a single disabled toilet is honestly unacceptable in a Brewdog venue of this size. Zero explanation from management who was more interested in his laptop - maybe he was contacting emergency plumbers or maybe watching more videos... On the other hand, Katie was EXCEPTIONAL. She absolutely overshadowed her manager's inability to run a shift. She was calm, caring, passionate about the great beers, and importantly for me, in control of 'her bar'. She was fantastic. Sissel was a dream of a server! so helpful and friendly

Out of the 10 or so BrewDog locations I've visited, this one is the most down to earth and kind out of all. As such it is top of my list for repeat locations.

An average place .. nothing new!

I come in regularly and the service has been terrible, even as recent as yesterday. Came in today and it’s so much better, the new guy with the glasses and long hair in a plait is a breath of fresh air and definitely needed, I hope he stays!

I never do reviews . But the whole dining experience was awful . The Mac cheese had no cheese was really bland , the onion rings had too much batter and virtually no onion and the buffalo chicken and chips the chicken was the worst I had ever had ever and the sauce was not well balanced. It was supposed to be buffalo honey but the honey was totally lost. It was so disappointing and we left our food after a few bites. I had to go and ask for our drinks although we used the app for table service. I will not go again I don’t recommend.

Understaffed, cue to order, ordered food, 45 minutes later, no sign, asked at the counter to be told there was only one chef on, would have been great to know this at the point of ordering, got refund and shan't return

Sissel was our server, she is truly amazing, her customer service is on point and just overall she's a delight. She made our first experience here enjoyable. Thank you :)

I came to eat a chicken and avocado burger (quite good and generous in chicken) with a mini mc'n'cheese (nice) and truffle cheese fries (the taste was nice but the fries were not excellent, they were lacking of fondant too crispy, of no real interest). The service was very fast (but at the same time I was the only one who ordered food).

It took a lot for me to finally change my rating having loved this venue for years but I cannot stand by a 5 star rating any longer. Staff are rude and inattentive, food has declined in quality, beer is never available and when it is it tastes off. As a hospitality worker and someone who works in a very similar industry it pains me to go into Brewdog Shepherd’s Bush anymore. Truly pains me.

A lovely atmosphere and great spot to get great drinks and food. Katie behind the bar was wonderful, very attentive and made fantastic suggestions on drink based on the tasters I tried and completely nailed it. Definitely worth a visit when you’re in the area

The worst Brew Dog venue I have been to. The barman/Manager with the beard must really hate his job. It felt like I was an inconvenience when ordering. The atmosphere was non existent and we ended up going over the road due to this. Food wasn't great.

Honestly this is the worst brew dog I’ve been to. The guy serving with the beard was so incredibly rude. He barely spoke a word to us when ordering our drinks and we were being perfectly polite! Made us think we were being an inconvenience for him. Even worse when bringing drinks over to the table and slammed the drink down so it spilt over the table. The vegan wings were so dry with barely any sauce on them, and for some reason looked like triangle hot dogs and not wings haha.

I give it one star because you can't give it less. I would not return even as a guest, nor do I recommend it. The service was terrible due to a man who did not make the slightest effort to understand you, not even pointing out things on the menu... he gave us a beer that literally tasted like organic fruits, something we did not order...as for the wings They were the worst I've ever seen/tasted... well, needless to say more... a real disappointment despite the reviews I had... and they cost me 48 pounds.

Absolutely loved it. Amazing beer tasting. We enjoyed 16 beer tastings. The rusty old look of the place is just mind-blowing. Definitely going back again.

What a delightful evening I went with a friend for a drink on a Saturday night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I definitely will be returning.

We had a really enjoyable night playing Star Wars and the three other pinball machines tonight. This is the essence of pinball, playing for credits and high scores, moreover with a few beers and some good company. The lager and the cider was to its usual high standard as was the food - that was one tasty burger. Thanks to the organisers, London Pinball, and Brewdog staff.

Really enjoyed my day at Brewdog for Star Wars day! Great fun playing in the pinball competition and meeting some fantastic people. Massive thanks to Jake & London Pinball for everything!

Apologies to the bartender (with tattoos and long beard) for interrupting your bad night by ordering a beer. But now I understand why there were so few people on a Friday night. It radiated from the bartender that he hated your job and the customers were disruptive elements. But smile at the world and the world smiles back. I promise you I won't come and disturb you again.

Pretty solid spot! We brought our two kids (2 & 4) and had a nice time. Both kids got the Hoppy Meals and they were perfect. Great beer selection with the option to do flights. If I lived here I would come back regularly.

Great bar with great selection of ales and special lagers. None of your 'brands'. Good music and ideally located just over the road from the iconic Empire. Retro arcade games like 'Pacman', a selection of old classic Board games AND dog friendly (even a 'doggy' food section on the menu!)

Food was great when it turned up. Went for wings Wednesday. First lot of wings and service was great. Next lot of wings hadn't turned up after 25 mins (considering the first lot had turned up in about 10 mins) so chased. Found out they had been given to someone else. Ok mistakes happen. Would expect the next lot to be quick? But then had to wait another 25 mins for them to finally turn up after chasing again. At that point I had finished my drink and had gone past eating (it was about 75 minutes after I had finished the first lot. Would I go back again not for food. The beer is good. I like the selection so maybe a different bar?

Went there on Saturday, which was very busy due to the concert near by. We enjoyed our drinks and their Hoppy Meal with a burger, until early next morning we both had a severe food poisoning.

Great beers, more space than most BrewDogs and over 40 taps of different beers. Always worth a visit.

Edit: as much as I love this place, they are always understaffed, 5pm when there should be more than one person on always a let down. Not the bartenders fault that they are left alone to take orders and run food for the after work rush.

Great place amazin selection and bar staff top notch

I visited on Friday afternoon. There was no one in the store, so we were able to relax by ourselves. When I told them that I drink BrewDog in Japan, they gave me a badge and a BrewDog passport and were very friendly. I ate the chicken wings, and they were filling and went perfectly with the beer!

Fantastic place, Jake was so helpful and friendly, talked me through the different beers. Tried a couple of new styles. Highly recommended 👍🍻

Went during the "Buy one get the second for half price" period. Katie, our server, was a great bartender and waitress. Good vibes all-round. Highly recommended Edit: I don't know how to leave another review but Paulina was equally as excellent when I went a week and a half ago. Thank you, Paulina!

Huge selection of beers but they really need to turn up the heating for customers when they are charging almost £7 for a standard strength beer. The food was also very average

AVOID!!!!! NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN!!!!! My boyfriend and I attended a show across the street and just went in after for a drink. We found a table with some lovely strangers who were at the concert and we all had a drink together. Suddenly this man late 30s I'd say came over to where me and the other girls were sitting and started being inappropriate. After MANY times to kindly ask the man to stop, I went up to the bar Staff and informed them hoping they'd kick him out. Bar staff KNEW about this as they said they already had a few complaints and said they'd "take care of it" not only was that not done, but my boyfriend ended up shouting at him as he came trying at me, despite me moving away TWICE. bar staff saw this and all they said to him was "did you come here with any friends? Can we get you some water" scared to the point of tears. I wanted to leave. Had to cut our night early because of the horrible attention by the staff. I left shaking and terrified of being followed. This is not right. WOMEN ARE NOT SAFE HERE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Please avoid this place like the plague. Staff were pleasant enough. Ordered coffee no coffee. Ordered tea no milk. Men toilets no toilet paper and water in sink not working. Basic hygiene needs not met.

Great atmosphere, on Friday evening had a few games of pool one of the well kept secrets of shepherds Bush. Surprised to see Diego here as he used to run my favourite Bar in Ealing. Hope we can finally get a good beer list going now that he's here.

Only negative about this place is you could do with more staff on match days but besides that the beer and food was excellent
