The food was really fresh and good quality and flavour was excellent. The staff were helpful, assisting me as I hadn't visited before. I've only marked down the atmosphere because it was quiet.

Good food at a reasonable price that really hits the spot. I ate here a few weeks ago, like I do every few months. For what you’re paying, it’s decent value. I was lucky to be served by Elena—she was lovely and welcoming. Her colleague, on the other hand, did his job but looked like he wasn’t too happy to be there.

Tortilla in Hammersmith is a great choice for fresh and flavorful Mexican food. Tried the Tres Tacos, they were packed with generous portions of fillings, and I could can customize them to your liking. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The seating area is clean and comfortable, making it a nice place to enjoy your meal.

They didn’t even put the lettuce I asked for! The portions where smaller than usual, really bad!

It was my first time here and the store manager, Ahmed, kindly explained and suggest things to me. The food was good especially for its price and the restaurant was clean!

This was a terrible experience. We didn’t receive my Fanta, the order took AGES even though it’s down the road. My partner is diabetic and injected insulin based on your delivery time and now his blood sugars went low which is dangerous. Now the burritos are freezing cold I can’t even eat them it’s so cold. I want an immediate refund now, to my bank account.

Ahmed was absolutely excellent. He made me the best tortilla ever. The only reason why I would be coming back will be because of him.

I recently placed a large bowl order from and I am extremely disappointed with what I received. The portion was far smaller than what I paid for—there were literal spaces in the bowl! It was clear they skimped on the ingredients, and it felt like I didn’t get my money’s worth at all. To make matters worse, several items were missing from my order This is unacceptable.I won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon.

Visited this Hammersmith branch of Tortilla. Ahmed & Chirang served us and were lovely, funny and explained the menu and dishes to us. Lovely experience and will come back to this branch for the kind excellent customer service. Food was delicious too.

Ahmed was absolutely amazing. As a vegetarian person I often have it hard to choose what to eat. Ahmed took in consideration my diet and gave me a really good option which was vegan chilli burrito which i absolutely loved it!

somehow never been to tortilla before but glad that tortilla hammersmith was the first experience. from the moment we stepped in Ahmed was super friendly and it was clear he's super knowledgeable about what he does. burrito was yum and we'll be back !

I have ordered my food around 17:30 I just received it at 18:30 the order was showing for so long preparing it and the driver was at restaurant, but it’s a bit strange that since de driver took the order he just got arrived in a 2 minute so strange because the food arrived so cold I have to put it on microwave to try to make it better. I am very disappointed with this.

Always loved Tortilla but the prices have been going up significantly. What really annoyed me was that I couldn’t redeem my stamps for a free main because I got a large (which used to be covered) instead of a medium, and my stamps were all taken away even though I had to pay. Not impressed.

I don't think I will be visiting here again.The food I got was nasty and the servers far from friendly.What is the matter with these take out resteraunts,they don't seem to care!!

Food was cold despite being delivered on time. The chicken was hard and some small pieces of bone which put me off eating the rest of the food. Leaving more than half of it.

Asked for no rice. It came with rice unfortunately. Other than that, delicious.

Been coming here over many years, delicious, fresh and full of flavour Mexican fillings with excellent service. Please bring back the steak filling at some point. Can get busy during lunch times but otherwise a quick turnaround.

It was an amazing experience. I have been at Tortilla at various locations. And the food everywhere has been consistently amazing. But I must say they have taken the service and atmosphere to the next level at this outlet in Hammersmith. I would highly recommend you to visit this place. P.S. the burrito I ordered looked too delicious that I forgot to click a picture. I will upload one and update it when I order next time.

Not bad for a burrito. Could be better, could be worse. It certainly satisfies the craving for a wrap.

Friendly staff. No criticism to the staff but the prices are not great for the quantity. You have to ask staff to add extra when you don’t feel like it’s enough eg the chicken.

I'm now a regular at this branch of tortilla and thought I would finally write a review, Big thank you to Kate and the rest of the team who always put a smile on my face whenever I come in, and always make sure to give me one of the best experiences I've ever had in a restaurant like tortilla. Food was especially amazing today so I just had to write a review!

Honestly one of the nicest spots in Hammersmith, I love most of the menu but the burritos are just quality. Girl called Kate serving me early this morning helpfully pointed out toppings that have allergens in them which was super helpful! Thanks guys!

ordered special- g.o.a.t tortilla- got rice , veggies and maybe a spoon of meat

Food was ok, but the Subway style counter service was rushed with loads of misunderstandings and constant attempts by staff to push ingredients that they randomly charge extra for. Ended up having to clarify for every ingredient whether it was included or not. Seating is cramped.

Day light robbery! I have asked for large and this is what I get - portion size is less compared to before and customer service was bad by this Asian girl.

The naked burrito was overly garnished with things we did not request for which spoilt the taste. However, the grilled chicken was tasty, but tortilla chips did not come with the burrito though most other restaurants included it.
