Subway in Wycombe

Aya or at least from what i could read on her name badge was extremly rude to one of her coworkers in front of custumers , it is dusgusting to see people being treated that way.

Delicious food and very fast service!

I ordered a delivery via ubereats yesterday and put toasted bread in my order for both my sandwiches. I received freezing cold sandwiches.

This is the most vile subway I have ever visited. They tried leaving a piece of meat that had been dropped in and hiding it with cheese. The lady was very rude on changing it. It was disgusting and unclean horrible service. They charged extra for wanted more but added the tiniest bit more after paying the extra. This was appalling and what made it worse was the attitude of this lady. Never visit disgusting

It’s not great,ordered a foot long cheesy steak.not much cheese,and not much flavour,don’t go till they sort their game out.

Ordered delivery, took an hour to leave the takeaway, and then they gave it to wrong driver! Didn't receive it at all. Was unable to contact takeaway as number wrong on website. Shocking service.

Me and my brother and friend decided to go to subway as we like there food but we were in shock…. When we entered my friend ordered 1 kids meal she got her food perfectly. When it came my turn to order I ordered 2 kids meal one for me one for my brother they gave me 2 kids meal sandwiches and I payed. When we sat down my friend went up and explained how they only gave us one sandwich each when we need 2snacks and 2drinks ( I was too nervous to go back up there) they said that they wasn’t aloud to give us it because we alr took the food I ORDERED TWO KIDS MEAL I GOT TWO CRUMSSSSS. Not satisfied at all and they were extremely rude as well when I was finished I got a bit hot so I stood outside (before the door was Alr opened) when I reterned to the restaurant they SCREAMED telling me to close the door. very disappointed

Absolutely the worst customer service I have received. No professionalism at all and no manners on how to talk to female customers. We were recommended to walk 2 minutes towards the Eden centre by the staff as they were disgusted by how we were treated by the male staff working there. That sums up how bad the situation is.

These scumbags sent me a frozen sub. Literally barely defrosted chicken inside of it and entire sub ice cold. Also I asked for tomato and in a footlong sub they put ONE tomato slice. Absolute crooks! How they’ve sent a sub out like that I’ll never know.

We were totally ripped off today, ordered our meal deals and we were told we couldn't have crisps and a cookie as it was either one or the other which is totally not what is advertised on website for this particular franchise. We are visiting the area so thought maybe it was a southern thing but turns out the staff don't have a clue what they're doing. I will take this further

For the love of god, and my untoasted sandwich, please start more carefully reading your orders. Currently you have less than 50% success rate at delivering the order specified.

No one answering the phone, order arrived very late and the cookie had been already bitten by someone. Wtaf is this service.

The blonde lady was really nice and friendly but the other worker treated her and costumers horrible. Was rude, didn't make the orders right and made everyone feel awkward.

No matter on what subway I go to them mfs always try and do 5 slices of pepperoni and salami instead of 6 which use to really get to me to the point where I fought them twice but now I just let them know and if they refuse I walk out go some other place.

Food arrived ice cold and was disgusting. The portion size was small and the baguette crumbled all over the place. This place needs shutting down! How can they let food leave their shop like that! Clearly don't care about their customers! I am fuming!

Ordered a foot long sub with a veggie patie . At the end I requested for my sandwich to be cut through the middle . Staff said that would be charged as two 6 inch sandwiches rather then foot long . I did not dispute as I thought it may be there policy . But what I found pathetic was the fact that they packed as one sandwich in the same wrapping . At the very list they should have packed it separately as they insisted if they cut sandwich it would be charged at price of 6!inch . Not impressed !

So greedy for things like cheese and meat even when asked for extra. "Cheesy" is just light sprinkle. Worst Subway in the whole town.

I went to subway on Tuesday around 5:30 as i wanted something quick to eat as I hadn’t eaten that day, i ordered a roast chicken breast six inch and it was the only thing i ate that day. I started feeling a little ill around 7/8, got home at 10:30 and no more than 15 mins later i was throwing everything up but nothing was coming out until i was coughing midway through heaving and coughing up chunks of food. This lasted all night until i was just throwing up bile. I would not recommend eating here, i have never had food poisoning before and the doctor said i was in a really awful state. Aching all over and could not get out of bed yesterday and now its Two days later and my chest and ribs are in agony because of how long i was heaving for and not being able to throw it up. I’m appalled, the lady behind the counter didn’t look like she even wanted to be there either, was basically hurrying me out of the door. Your health and hygiene needs to be sorted! If this had happened to a child or elderly person it could have killed them.

Ordered a toasted, hot sandwich. Received something cold and shoved in a bag. No one answers the phone, waste of time, disappointing. Your sandwich your way, not a chance.

The staff here is extremely rude, probably the owner of the store. It’s not the first time that he’s been so rude. Today we were told that the order was too complicated for him to handle. We have decided to not go to this branch anymore.

Well, the menus are the same wherever you go, there is more healthy food missing

Don't bother ordering from here, I put in an order and didn't receive a bottled drink I paid for, no cheese in the philly steak and cheese and now can't get hold of them on the phone. They're quick enough to take your money and not deliver the correct goods. Certainly not going ordering from here again

Was greeted with a hello by a male counter assistant who happened to be closing up for the day. I was given a steaming hot cup of tea. And the was quite polite too

This is the greatest subway shop of all time, the food is impeccably made, the soda machine is just that PERFECT level of greasy, the staff are loud enough that I can hear what they are saying - but not loud enough that i still have to say "what was that?" Or "uhhhh". Overall, if was humanly possible, I would give this a 200,000 stars instead of a measly 5. Pah, I spit on the five - this gloriousity deserves more than a FIVE. Is this 200 characters yet? I may just waffle on for a bit... So uh, how u doing? Oh that's good, good.. Me?? I'm fine, I'm fine, hbu? Oh your asking what I'm doing??? Well since you asked, I am trying to get this google reviewer achievements. Honestly it's like a game its sick, you should try it!! I stopped here for lunch the staff were friendly and helpful the restaurant itself was very clean and excellently presented the food was well wrapped and well presented, with the restaurant in the bus station very popular with travellers

First and definitely LAST time will be ordering from Subway! The herby roll was the only thing that was good. I asked for olives and pickles, which was translated into red onion and peppers...🤔 The rest was salad as ordered, but I was expecting a nicely filled roll, um, no! Looked like I'd been rationed!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience. Missed out my nachos, didnt toast my baguette and didnt add the cheese as requested. When I spoke to the restaurant, they couldn't be bothered really to send the missing nachos. Will never order again!!! Getting a refund from Just Eat was also a nightmare. Apparently now they dont refund your bank account but your Just Eat account.....not happy. Delivery time was early though....prob because they couldn't be bothered to give me my correct order!

Just ordered from them using Just eat app and instead of calling me to provide an alternative for a missing item from the range they decided to send the driver away empty handed but with the rest of my order. Upon calling them to query why I have not received one of the items that I ordered they replied that they had left a note with a driver and told the driver to explain the situation to me of which I received neither explanation or note. They referred me to Just eat and left my child without the item. Useless staff.

Cheap and tasty enough. I think it has probably been 10years since I last had a subway and it was exactly as I remembered it.

The new subway is good after they renovated it. The place is quite clean and not too expensive. As far as i know, they have halal good there if you only eat halal and there also is the option of vegetarian. There are also lots of sides and at least 6 different drinks. Lots of different breads and sauces. Now lets go to the only problem: there is one cashier who is really rude and sometimes, the receipt also has a voucher on and that person discards it then gives a receipt without a voucher when we ask him for a receipt. That person also says that you can't buy nachos or hash browns with the subcard. He says it doesn't work. I have paid by the subcard lots of times and with other cashiers. They do allow using it. That person should be fired!

The store has recently had a makeover which was well needed and they did a great job. The staff always had a warmer vibe of the two subways in high Wycombe, so combined with the updated store it is a good addition to the town.

The food is fine, but the place is small so a cold draft comes in every time someone enters.

Disappointing sandwiches that taste of very little. But hey people know and recognise the brand so I guess they go there. I didn't like it, but then others do.

Although small, meaning at peak times you may not be able to get a seat, the food is good, served quickly and not a stupid price.

Nice staff, cool location in shopping mall. Neat n tidy. Always love Subway so y not try this one too. Nice deals, seatings for quick bite n carry on ur journey so did i from London to High Wycombe.

It's a subway what's not to like

Very good meal. The service was excellent, this is the best subway in the UK.

Can't go wrong with a Subway. They were trialling vegan subs when I visited, which I think is delicious and will hopefully soon be added to the regular menu.

Less space for que and not wheel chair and buggy friendly

Went as a group had about 25 kg worth of sandwiches. 75% coming from only two sandwiches. They will put everything in for you.

If I could rate it less than 0 it wont be enough. I had food from there about 3 mounths ago and I was sick for a long time then I thought maybe it was something else, so today I went to eat there again I orderd steak and cheese wrap and I started eating, I found long hair inside I was sick I told the lady working there she said she will tell the manager, he didn't come over or anything. So disgusting, hope i dont get a food poisoning again!

Nice filled baguettes what i don't like is because its so small and in this heat there's been an awful lot of flys flying about especially where the foods kept in the containers at the front. So I've stopped going in there because of that. Oh & I got charged £6.70 for a foot long steak/cheese with extra cheese which is very expensive

Our kids particularly like this place for the food. Very limited seating, but we usually seam to get something. Try the hot nachos!

Always visit the eccles subway. Staff are second to non. Very friendly & helpful. Met some lovely people & made forever friends... just love it look forward to my daily visits.. food is always fresh & it's delishous..x love the cookies I'm addicted..x

Fast, cheap and Tasty lunch :) order exactly what you want and all made fresh to order. Seating inside and also to take away. Always choose subway for a good lunch for a good price

Looks like a Subway, smells like a Subway - IT IS a Subway!!! They sell Subway food, personally I find it very tasty. Prices were Subway prices. Drinks were Subway drinks. On reflection it's absolutely a Subway.

Food doesn't seem real and tastes like plastic. The bread is rubbery and not appetising. I use it for ease sometimes and it is very cheap, but the quality is extremely poor.

The service is very non description. The food about what you would expect. Perhaps some personality could be injected into the staff!

The wife and I had come down from Gerrards Cross to purchase some fondue spoons and cheese knives (our son is about to start university and we're kitting him out with basic kitchen supplies). We were just heading back to the Bentley when I decided that I ought to nip to the loo before we set off. The closest facilities appeared to be inside that large homeless shelter at the end of the shopping centre where those peculiar long green cars park. I dashed in and made a bee-line for the toilets whereupon I suddenly realised that this wasn't a public WC, it was some kind of sandwich shop. Well, I hadn't eaten since breakfast and our roast pheasant dinner wouldn't be ready for a few hours - I was rather peckish and decided to give it a try. A most interesting experience it was too! Unlike at The Ivy, where one merely orders a sandwich from the menu, here one follows the employee along the counter instructing them on how to make it for you. The range of breads on offer is impressive, though I was disappointed that they only had black olive and not the feta-and-quail-stuffed olives that are commonly available in every Waitrose up and down the country. Still, I was most impressed with my "meatball marinara" sandwich. The concept seems somewhat redundant. After all, if one wants to dictate exactly how one wants ones sandwich to be prepared, then one would usually just orders ones household staff to do it. Still, the place seemed popular - I wish the owners well and I imagine that the concept might catch on if they work at it.

Their mega breakfast won't be beaten on value. It's cheap, delicious and always fast. I've used Subway by the bust station so many times and was never disappointed. It does what it says on the tin!

It is a very small place but the food is very nice. I would only come here for lunch and not for dinner
