Fantastic Sunday lunch, 7 of us having a mix of roast and from the menu. 2/3 courses each Will definitely come back again and again !!

The guy who greeted us was not the best experience, didn't really welcome us as we arrived. once we were seeted it took a while to get us initial drinks,I would expect servers to know their drinks selection and what beers were "on draft" or bottled. Food was great Just want the staff to know their stuff. They need better training

Amazing service, food and atmosphere

Visited twice now and love the simple decor and the clean, no fuss food that's cooked to perfection and tastes delicious every time! It's not the cheapest place, but you definitely get value for money with the portion sizes. Celebrated a friend's Birthday there recently and the staff made it special by bringing out her dessert with a large sparkler and dry ice on the table for the added Wow factor! Hoping to go back again soon... loving Lavvin! (Photos are from 2 different visits... no way we could eat that much in one setting!!)

On Saturday, the 8th of February, four of us dined at Lavvin Marlow and had a pleasant experience. The ambience was relaxed and comfortable, providing an ideal setting for our meal. Each dish was well-prepared and thoughtfully presented, and the cocktails were both creative and well-made. The attentive service was another highlight of the night. The staff ensured our needs were met promptly and courteously throughout the meal, contributing to a positive dining experience. Based on this visit, I look forward to returning to Lavvin Marlow in the future.

Upmarket Mediterranean themed restaurant with a dark moody interior. Food was absolutely gorgeous with exciting flavour combinations. Would recommend.

Delicious food and attentive staff made this a great place to celebrate my partner's birthday. I particularly recommend the aubergine starter, which was incredible! Special mention to the lovely waitress, who made us feel very welcome and comfortable, and the surprise sparkler-lit dessert was also a nice touch.

Fabulous food and service. The only spoiler for us was the noise level. The restaurant was full. This did not affect the service. The staff were lovely. However due to the noise level, we could not have a conversation. I appreciate that if you have a great restaurant, it will be busy but I understand there are adjustments that can be made to decrease the noise level.

Really is the best restaurant ever, well worth our 1 hour drive. From the starters to the roast and the puddings, you can’t fault a thing! Service was spot on too. Attention to detail in all they serve here. Will most certainly be back on all occasions.

Decent food, well cooked meats. Slightly cold feel atmosphere wise but would revisit

Succulent dishes, reliant service and never disappoints. They have an on-site charcoal grill used for many dishes. Dynamite prawn starter is a fan favourite and a fair selection for the non meat eaters to boot.

The food was amazing....especially the octapus, calamari, and seafood linguine..we will be back. Thank you!

Place is top notch food, service and restaurant decor. Waiters and waitresses were all super friendly. Sunday roast is incredible. Definitely going back

Wow wow ....2nd time here and totally amazing I'm always picking faults with restaurant suffer with ocd and this place is heaven,not one thing I can fault.. the food 10/10 portions superb, decor superb and staff and service 10/10 and the red wine amazing..

Friendly welcome and great choice on the menu. We have selection starter with chicken shisk and lamb for main. Each dish tasted delicious with lovely flavours. Would recommend.

TBF the staff and ambiance are great, however, I was slightly underwhelmed by the actual food compared to our last visit. Both my friend’s wife and I ordered the scallops that were tasty but slightly tepid, couldn’t decide if they had spent too long waiting to be served or possibly undercooked, I suspect the former. The other two both had tacos that were good. Mains were good, steak, salmon , duck & monkfish. Everyone was pleased with their choices and the comment on the duck was ‘truly excellent’. All in all, a very decent meal without it being exceptional, as it was a few months ago.

The food and service are always 100% reliably excellent. Presentation is what you’d expect from a hi end reasonably priced restaurant. We are lucky to have it in Marlow. It’s easily the best place to eat in the evening.

Best roast in Marlow. Our waitress was fab ( long dark hair & very smiley ) sorted out a replacement doggy bag for my mum after the original got accidentally thrown away ) Need more roast potatoes ! It was really busy which reflects on Lavvins popularity, therefore quite noisy. Maybe improve acoustics at front of restaurant, must be quite challenging for staff - but huge thank you - everything was marvellous!

This is the second time I’ve visited in the space of a few months but first time trying the roast. It lived up to expectations, the food was great, well cooked and portion size was just right. Staff are friendly, highly recommend. Only thing I would say is that it gets really busy, but that’s because the food is so delicious! Crème brûlée was also very delicious.

By far the best meal we have had in Marlow- absolutely delicious- every single dish! My only criticism- and I understand the reasons- is that you can't book the table for longer, we felt a bit rushed at the end- although our fault as we were 10 mins late for the table, but could still have happily enjoyed desserts and coffees/ cocktails if we were able to.

Really enjoyable evening, I probably just didn't order the best option. My wife food was fantastic.

Great food and a great pre-christmas atmosphere. There was one proposal (thankfully positive) and three birthdays while we were there (with fireworks at the table). Service was quick and effecient while also not feeling hurried.

Excellent food, friendly service. It was a hot day so we sat out in the stylish courtyard. Chilled music, nice drinks. Food was absolutely delicious and good value for what we got.

We both had a Sunday roast, out of 6 pubs/restaurant locally it was far superior! Served nice and hot, fab yorkshires with lovely gravy and crunchy veg - tender meat - absolute heaven. The staff here are always SO charming too . . Thankyou!

First time I have been here. Absolutely gorgeous food, waitress was attentive and helpful with regard to allergies. Can’t believe I had a roast in a Turkish restaurant but it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend and I will be back with the other half. Thank you x

We went here on Saturday evening for a family meal. The staff were excellent, very friendly. The food was amazing and their cocktails were really good we would definitely recommend. My husband had the monkfish which he loves and said it was the best he had tasted in a long time. Thank you Lavvin for making the end to our family weekend away the best.

This is by far my favourite restaurant in Marlow . The food is always delicious and the same excellent quality everytime, and it is incredibly good value for money. The best thing about it though is the staff, with a special mention to Mehmet and Naz , but all the staff are wonderfully attentive and warm hearted and welcoming . It’s a really fabulous restaurant and I highly recommend it

I always look forward to having a meal and drinks at Lavin . Never disappoints just gets better and better easily. The best restaurant in Marlow always busy nothing is a problem to their staff. Incredibly attentive menu is fabulous. Food is always superb and the cocktails are just incredible. A wonderful meal again; so good that we’re coming again this Wednesday to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. We’ve eaten at Lavvin now on many occasions and the food and service are always consistently good. The ambience is just right. Lavvin’s is always our go-to restaurant in Marlow.

Absolute joke. After making a reservation the day before I was told that the booking was incorrect. Instead of apologising for any mistakes made, I was accused to have probably called the wrong place to book. Never experienced such bad service. Will never try to book again 🤷🏼‍♀️

Best Restaurant in Marlow IMHO 😉 We’ve just had another fantastic evening with friends at Lavvin - a family run restaurant in the heart of Marlow. This is our fourth visit this year. The team never fail to deliver. Friendly, attentive service, the food is in another class compared with many of Marlow numerous eateries and the ambience is fantastic - a great vibe with diners of all ages. You will not be disappointed - well if you are you must be quite difficult to please 😉😂. Thank you to all of the fabulous team at Lavvin. We will see you again soon. First time here on Sunday last week and it was brilliant. Not normal “run of the mill” food and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back soon!

All the food was excellent apart from the burger which was a bit basic and served on an empty plate it looked very lonely. The duck breast and sea bass however were very well presented and delicious.

Chicken in Shish and Mixed Grill was too dry, Lamb was very good. Very noisy when packed with people.

We had the best night for my birthday, the food, atmosphere and service were all top notch, as always. Thank you for everything 🙏

First time at Lavvin picking it off location near to cinema, website good range and look inside from pictures. Instantly liked as we walked in. Every aspect was excellent and we got a round table for 6. Pace food and service was spot on. The menu had a lovely range and all enjoyed every course. Mixed roast good option, got a lot more to try on the menu.

A lovely place with really tasted food and good atmosphere

Great food (really good steaks) and service. The venue echoes due to high ceilings and open design, so can be very noisy with large groups.
