Burger King in Wycombe

If I could give no stars I would!! Do not order from here. We ordered takeaway on delivery app, half the order was missing!! Could not get hold of anyone in store as they do not answer phone. Delivery app were not able to help either. Customer service = 0

Ordered on deliveroo and missed 2 meals.Impossible to get in touch.Very easy when it comes to taking the money and useless in correcting their mistakes.Do not bother with High Wycombe branch.Manager needs replacing.

Was told to order from machine while the associates were talking. Was told " we only take order when it's too busy"

Food cold on delivery be cause it was ready for pick up at 20 14 and got delivered to my address at 20 45 with cold drinks in with the food.I would like a full refund please.

I was charged but did not receive the order. the app says delivered. now going through refund process with just eat.

I have not received my order, despite the app saying it's been delivered. Please refund my money, or if you can't tell me how I can get it back.

The food is always good but this time around they didn’t give me my drink (which I paid extra for) and the just eat app didn’t give me the option to say what from my meal deal was missing.

Missing one burger and the ice cream was a small, not a large.

Driver was a lovely, friendly guy.

The food was great as usual but I had a delivery and my burger was not packed I tried to call and message I got no response we claimed back money for the burger but I was still left without my burger because of the minimum budget to get delivery so this was disappointing from burger king however this is the first time this has ever happened to me there services are normally great 👍

Time and time again chips and food like warm. Not happy. Food should be hot not tepid on delivery. Clearly food has been sitting around before delivery! Hungry and Unhappy!!

When ordering using account with our home address set correctly, the delivery address defaulted back to the restaurant address. Luckily the driver phoned us and we were able to redirect him, by the time he arrived the food was stone cold.

Lovely woman named Louna served us at the kiosk. She was very friendly and approachable. Food was hot and tasty. Will be coming back again.

Why is it putting an order through and the fast food restaurants can’t get orders correct.. missing two lots of chips .. not the first time please explain how this happens on a regular basis

Food was late and arrived stone cold, the Restaurant said it was being prepared 10 minutes after I ordered. I lost my appetite due to how unappetizing it was.

Everybody who came in including us were after waiting in the queue to be served were told to order on the machine. A bit of common sense and a notice would of solved this!. Food was slow not overly busy. Water was served warm should be refrigerated. For the price of the food in this Burger King service and food did not reach expectations.

food was supposed to be delivered at 8.45. I spoke to restraunt at 9pm. food was ready to be collected. it turns up an hour and 10 mins later at 22.09 the food had been sat around since 8.45

I'm order about 30 pounds and my drink was mising im pay about 5 pounds for that drink im call them and tell me its dont have my drink im ask for refund the money for drink and refuse...

Some of the food was not even edible. It had been sat for ages. Cheese bites where Stone Cold and hard. Onion rings were like rubber, chicken was rock solid. Chips were not edible. Burgers weren't great but manage to re heat them

They driver called me I told him 10 times he was at the wrong address he did not understand and did not pick up again

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Turned up at Burger King at 8:50pm says on the door closes at 9:30pm knocked on the door staff looked and chose to ignore and not even inform on why they're closed.

Ice cream was on top of the burger in the same bag so burger was a bit colder and ice cream had melted quite a bit. Could have been put in the other bag that the can of drink was in.

Kiosks keep giving an error for an order then when you approach the counter all the staff clearly don't want to punch the order in manually and they are very rude with 0 work ethic definitely one of the worst in the franchise

Got served very quickly. The burger tasted great and was overall satisfying. However, it could have included more sauce. The onion rings tasted amazing!

Not only did it take over an hour on a Tuesday evening, but when my Burger King arrived the delivery driver delivered an order from ‘Treatz’ instead. Useless.

I really enjoyed the meal at burger king in high wycome. Very friendly staff, neat and tidy environment. Lots of space to dine in. As long as the food is good, I wouldn't mind to wait a little longer 😜. I would also reccommend plant based burger, it tastes so good.

It was well over a hour late and had to put it in the microwave for me to be able to eat it. Won’t be ordering from there again

my order took over 2 hours to arrive and there wasnt much communication keeping us up to date on what was happening with our order, the time just kept getting pushed further and further back. Also didnt get given the chilli cheese bites for spending over £25 on the order
