Delivery driver was amazing but burger king gave him the wrong order so when i finally got the correct meal every single item was cold and soggy

Order has not been delivered at all

Was disappointed that I didn't get the correct order I wanted! It was also cold by the time my order arrived to my destination which was equally disappointing

Food came on time, driver was super nice had a nice conversation with him

warm food as they put the old drinks in the same bag so the bags with the food innwere soggy from the condensation from the drinks awesome

food was cold. took an hour to arrive as the delivery driver took on 4 other orders and I tracked him to each one. requested a refund as food was freezing by this point. refund amount £3.20 even though spent £16 on food.

Several years always full of families, then someone decided to replace the staff & Footfall fell by 99.9%. I'm glad to say. The permanent staff are finally once again decent human beings, who are no threat to little girls and very friendly to all people. No matter of age, race, religion or creed.

I had a great experience at Burger King. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was craving. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. It’s always a reliable spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tasty fast food and great service!

Good wasn’t delivered even though the app as said it was no phone call no knock on the door £44 with of food for children gone what’s getting done ridiculous

Toilets out of use. No serviettes on upper floor. Worst of all, the music! Had to suffer the worst music I've ever heard whilst eating. Horrific.

Got an uber eats delivery and all of our 4 burgers and six sides turned up cold as ice. The onion rings felt like they'd been cooked a week ago, the fries were so floppy they wouldn't even stand up straight and the cheesy bites were just cold lumps of cheddar. Tried to speak to uber and they didn't wanna hear it. Great to eat in avoid on deliver

Burger King is one of my favourite fast food restaurants. This particular location in Wycombe is very good, my only improvement is that when sitting upstairs, it gets very very hot and humid so I tend to sit downstairs when I can or outside. Nevertheless, the food is excellent and I do tend to order it uber too as I do enjoy the food. It can get quite busy and loud and as someone who struggles with this it can get overwhelming but that’s not the restaurants fault! Overall, I would recommend coming here as the food is excellent and the staff are lovely!

Great fast food chain, orders always just cooked and piping hot. The atmosphere is what you make it

Firstly I'm tired of my food being cold upon delivery. Secondly why is it when you peel back the Burger King stickers holding the packaging together - the underside is covered in orangey pink MUCK? It turns my stomach. Thirdly why were the napkins (that should have been placed inside the takeaway bag), were stuck to the outside covered in dirt? You've gone downhill. Burger King... More like Burger Slob.

Waited 5 minutes to get to a screen to order. Then having gone through many many menus it was saying a bacon quarter pounder was vegan friendly. We've gone to Wimpy - where you can speak to a human being rather than deal with a stupid screen.

My food was tasty, but lukewarm...had to reheat it in the microwave for a bit.

Me and my family came here for lunch and it was such a delight. We came in and ordered and as we ordered vegan foods they did let us know the wait time was going to be a couple minutes longer which was good to know. Then when we got the food it was fast and well made. I found the chips a little to salty but that was just my personal preference. Whilst we were eating one of the workers came around making sure we were okay and asking us if we needed anything else. The place was clean and no dirt or food waste anywhere showing it's well looked after. When we wanted more ketchup they were very kind and gave us a lot. It was amazing and would definitely recommend.

The food was over 2 hours and 15 minutes late, once arrived it was freezing cold, won’t be using this again as their delivery drivers go and sit at another place for 30 mins before delivering the food. Shocking service from both parties.

Excellent service, we just came in for a snack before going to the cinema. And our sever Jason could not have been more helpful. He described each meal for us and when asked gave a great recommendation as well. A 5 star experience. Well done Jason and Wycombe burger king

Ordered just after 5pm and received order just before 7pm. Not impressed

Very disappointed with the order. Everything was stone cold. No dips were sent withe food. Spent £21 for the worst food I ever had and got only £5 back, when I complained. The fried and onion rings were soggy so they ended up in the bin. Overall worst experience.

Food is always very hot and fresh ingredients. Burgers are always put together nicely. Only negative feedback is there is only normally 1 of 3 order screens working.

I kept getting updates regarding time that flucturated for a good 20 mins hence the late remark. However this is defo the first time the chips were warm and enjoyable the burger would of been nicer had it of been warmer. Overall 8/10 today.

The food tasted amazing, especially the chips! The staff were very kind and I didn't have to wait long for my order. All in all a great experience, 100% would recommend!

Mehreen did not tell me that the burger is haram. When I smelled it, I found out that it was haram. I put the whole burger in the bin. It was a waste of money. Haram restaurant. No guidance, you just have to put your order on screen. They didn't mention ingredients.

Hi I placed my order over two hours it's turned up everything cold I spent over £40 for cold food to be delivered, also I brought the food to feed my family my 5 year old daughter has had to wait over two hours hungry now I have to warm her food up

Went in there yesterday amazing service, I accidentally ordered the wrong order for my grandma but the manager jason helped me order the correct thing and made my grandma very happy I will be back in this week for my weekly fix :)

Came in today for lunch with my partner, ordering was easy on the touch screen displays, food was lovely, Service was great, was handed our food by Jason ( assistant manager ) very polite, very helpful, He walked passed to clear some tables, we were eating and he asked if everything was ok with our food. This is customer service at its finest. You don't expect a check back when in a place like this, But Jason went above and beyond. Great manager !

My husband had an anaphylaxis allergic reaction as the staff used the wrong ingredients in his order. I complained to the manger who tried to cover it up. I emailed their complaints email address and they have gone silent and again clearly don't care if people nearly die in their restaurants. What a joke of a company.

One of the best in High Wycombe! Especially the service , thanks largely to Staff . From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. Throughout my meal, It's rare to encounter such outstanding customer service

If I could give no stars I would!! Do not order from here. We ordered takeaway on delivery app, half the order was missing!! Could not get hold of anyone in store as they do not answer phone. Delivery app were not able to help either. Customer service = 0

Burgers we got was nice but JustEat didn't refund us for the missing one. VERY disappointed with them.

Food is good....but service is bad..... specially as an international student...they don't accept foreign travel cards...when asked they said they don't accept these cards and don't even know the reasoning...which is easily accepted in Mc Donald's and KFC. The service hence was very bland. One thing I am sure is the money is accepted as the money went from my bank but only returned back after the cashier cancelled it back. I am sad to inform that they are too lazy to keep the transaction bill requiring signature.

Took 1 hour 45 to arrive and was cold when it finally arrived. Why put a cold drink in the same bag as the food. The ability to cancel an order once placed is non existent no matter how long I’ve been waiting. The option to say how late the delivery was on this page doesn’t work. Not had any issues with the place in the past but today was really poor and tying to resolve issues through app or website is just hopeless.
