Grolsch was off very cloudy and tasted bad ,not the barmaids fault and she did offer me an alternative just very bad management or useless bar cellarman, management must think people are idiots selling beer that was clearly off thinking people are too stupid to notice,keg beer is so simple to keep so please don't insult my intelligence by telling me you didn't realise,shame nice place just totally useless management

Great food, great service and great value. We had breakfast today and it was delicious. Really recommend Windmill Diner if you want a good place to eat in Gravesend.

If your staff understood basic English better, they may not keep getting orders wrong! Again, no fries in my order after I paid for them! Sort out some decent staff!

Absolutely carp! Got the order wrong 5 times. Had to go to baxk to the counter to get items missed 3 times. No napkins, no straws. The place was a cesspit. You have to clean your own table. So make sure you have wipes. Main thing the food eegghhhh! Fries disgusting. Chicken wings are not cooked properly. It's just a waste of time. YOU WILL BE SICK.

Horrible, never ever go there, I have been a few times shoping from here as the location is ideal for me but as you get in super rude and horrible attitude they have! First time I thought they had a bad day or whatever but after second or third time just noticed they are so horrible!

Very greasy floor. Won't accept cash and you MUST use the electronic screens to make your order (which was very complicated). No face to face, only when you collect your food. Some tables were not clean and the TOILETS were absolutely filthy.

Staff member named Saba was very helpful when I was unsure what to get, ensuring she gave me and my cousin enough options to choose from. The service was quick and efficient. With no issues in waiting time. Not to mention the food was tastey and warm when arrived 👍

Ordered on Uber eats, was missing all the fries, was refunded but not the point, ordering for 4 people and none of us getting fries was a pointless meal, how hard is it to put fries with the burgers, useless!!!!

Toilets were shockingly messy and dirty

Ordered a fillet burger. Bread was rock hard. It was stale. Hardly any lettuce, a slither of mayo and the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. I’m very easy going when it comes to food but hands down this is the worst burger i have ever had from KFC. Dont bother with this place, go to Jollibee next door.
