Food cold as it always is had to reheat

Missing items and nobody answers the phone or replies so just pay for things you don’t receive!

not so happy with this order and no straw for the milkshake

Every time we order something they miss part of the order

30 minutes late, food was very cold

I ordered 2 large milk shakes, 2 triple cheese burgers, 1 smartie McFlurry, 1 sugar doughnuts. I received 2 large cokes, 2 triple cheese burgers and 2 sugar doughnuts..? .

From ordering to delivering it was just over an hour and half

Food cold and estimated delivery time kept moving later and later.

Delivery on time but it had no sause or straws and was missing a drink and chips

Didn’t receive my drink McFlurry or fruit shoot

One completely wrong meal, one meal missing entirely - pretty shocking. Two items delivered as ordered out of four is not acceptable.

I got a driver that couldn't understand the basic concept of keeping a drink upright during delivery & spilled nearly the whole thing.

Courier was very rude, he went to the wrong address and had a go at me saying he had been waiting there for 20minutes…I had been waiting the full 20minutes at the delivery address I stated and I even messaged him to explain the location and informed him I am here waiting for his arrival

When food was delivered food was all over the place in the bag, the chips qere stone cold. My sons burger was freezing the drinks had spilt in the bag . £50 nearly worth of food had to be binned due to being cold and drinks spilt . Absolutely unaccep

the top third of the bun on my big mac was missing!!

Ordered 2x triple cheeseburgers got 2x double cheeseburgers! Not the end of the world but frustrating when paid for the larger one! Also not sure if the Philly steak burger had sauce in it or not couldn’t tell

As McDonald's go it's alright. They had a bad rep for cold food etc but seem to of overcome that as the staff have changed over time. It is what it is.

ordered sauces for the chicken nuggets none packed. however on the plus side my quarter pounder with cheese has been nicely folded half in to like a calzone...

Much better than virtually all the other Maccy D's I've visited. Prompt order, polite staff, hot food...As they all should be!

When my token was called I was just there and said it was me and showed them the bill.. the guy went inside and got diverted to some other work , I was There for 10 mins asking 2 or 3 persons to provide my take away but after a while a lady came and said she was waiting for a long time from nowhere .

Food 5 Stars because we only choose the bits on the menu that we like and they are reliably what we want. Service only 3 stars because one day we had the most efficient friendly 5 star manager, but another day we had some staff that forgot to bring us our order to the grill bay. When I chased it, they had the order wrong too, 1 star.

This is our nearest McDonald's and unfortunately it's a bit of a shambles. They regularly forget to put items in the bag, burgers come out stereotypically poorly made and they seem to prioritise drive thru at the absolute expense of collection/restaurant service where you could be waiting 5x longer than the drive thru customers. And to top it off they didn't put my daughter's mine craft figures in the bag with the "Minecraft Meal"!

Got the deal but had one double cheeseburger when we was meant to have two and the same with Big Mac! We had one of each and not two?????

Quick and easy always clean. Remember, Sunday is Dad's day with his children.

The visit was spoilt by a gang of boys hanging around the entrance, spitting and climbing on the rails etc. A young girl with them looked intimidated by them. Advised staff, who had advised the manager who for some reason known to themselves did not intervene. Not a relaxing break in a long journey home!

Great food, with fairly quick service depending on what time of day you go, because it can get very busy.

Opens at 5am drive thru only but wont serve you at tills. I would try to fit a 44ton articulated truck through but I don't think it would fit. They obviously can't be bothered

Food was cold when we returned the burger to say this isn't good enough we could hear the staff complaining that they had to remake it. I was one of 3 people who complained their food was cold.

I pre-set a time as we needed it at one time. I’m not sure why, but it was over 30mins late and 3 of us missed out on our meal!

Ordered my burger fries and apple pie last after work at around 21:30 once ordered I was given a 25-35 min wait time which then kept increasing till the point my food did not arrive until 23:40 just over 2 hours and when arrived the pie was hot my burger and fries were barely warm.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Slogan should be: "Made with Contempt". I must have had 2 dozen McPlant's from here and you are guaranteed an abominable reheated horror that has clearly been lying around for longer than you could bear thinking about. I should also warn against getting fries delivered because I can assure you they'll be cold, and that's if you're lucky enough to get them because they habitually miss items or give you the wrong order, including getting meat (I'm not usually one to advertise it but yes I'm veggie), and they loathe answering their phone. Fool me for being so naive as to hope for something fresh so many times, but I won't be again even if, God forbid, there's a famine.

Technically it was on time because the delivery date kept getting pushed back further and further. Ended up taking an hour for just a burger meal. Quality was good but I ordered it as something quick and defied the objective.
