A31 Ferndown By-pass. Advertised as 24hr....seems to be up to the staff, when they want to be open....only option is drive thru. The staff aren't pleasant. The tables aren't cleared. disorganized really.😟....an unpleasant experience. The toilets are tiny, and never clean.

Easy to find and everything from a McDonald's you'd expect.

Typical McD. Fast service and all the screens seem to work well. Neat and clean as well.

The food was delicious the milkshakes were so fresh,the service we ordered are food then 3 minutes later it was there when I took one bite out of the chip I could taste a chip heaven and the Mcchiken sandwich was so nice and I was happy when I could make it a plain

1 star for the food because i like hot chocolate but for some reason they started doing hot chocolate with water. Hot chocolate means milk

Drive through very impersonal. He didn't even look at me, just stuck the food out. No communication. Just a little acknowledgement would be nice. I always try and appreciate them for the job they do!

The ordering is straightforward and we had table service. When it arrived was hot and tasted great.

Crispy chicken a bit spicy but didn't say on the menu, the staff changed it for a Mc chicken sandwich for me.

You changed the delivery time repeatedly, when it finally arrived all the tomato sauce was missing as was the tomato relish, the chicken wrap... small amount of bacon and chicken in the wrap was cold and burnt, the ice cream was warmer than the food so we had to put it in the freezer, so that will be inedible, and the chips had spent less time in the fryer than I spent answering the door! Also is there a reason you put the chips in the delivery bag and then just throw the box or bag on the top? 1 of the 6 portions of chips was in a container the rest were at the bottom of the bags or happy meal boxes with a bag or box chucked on the top, also and I don't know how you managed it but the cheeseburger looked like it had been sat on, and 2 of the 4 happy meal boxes were crushed??

It’s 6:40 and the doors are shut! I knocked on the door someone came and told me they don’t open the doors till 7am but on the door it says 6am open!! Disappointing!

Once again a disappointment. Stopped by for a quick dinner for the kids on the way home, I asked for a plain cheeseburger for my child and it’s full of onions! Had a plain sticker on the outside. Don’t understand how it’s so difficult to not put the additional items in. Every single time we use the drive thru the order is wrong! The staff obviously can’t read or they do it for fun. Worst McDonald’s in the area.

What has happened to McDonald's. First time getting breakfast from there. I was shocked to the size and price. Egg and sausage mcmuffin. To my shock, taking out of the bag, how small it was. I paid £6.69 for the meal. The hash brown is not as big as it was before. Service was slow, waiting about 10 minutes.

Took over an hour to be delivered

There is confusion in the weekday evenings service is getting worse the person taking the order is still getting muddled. I said three times at three separate windows Curry dip please still didn't get any even after I was told she was personally making sure it went in the bag.

McDonald's is quick fast food. We had breakfast muffin, it was tasty

Food arrived promptly however the food was freezing cold / Big Mac burger had only one slice of meat however im sure there is supposed to be 2?

Randomly served by a completely new team of staff who don't seem to care. Burger slopped into the box sideways like the thing was written in italics and everything was grim. Was hit or miss with this site before and now I'm definitely never coming back.

Missing items from my delivery

The somewhat decent quality of the food (for a fast food outlet) has been let down by the quality control as the order was not entirely what we asked for, as has happened a number of times to us before, at this branch. It is simply the convenience of the location that draws us back... But we now never expect to get what we actually ordered and look forward to the surprise the next time!

the food arrived over an hour after scheduled delivery time, meaning half of it was cold and soggy and the hash browns were all stuck to the packets. not impressed

One of your employees rudely placed my order of only 1 frappe on my table without even acknowledging me. and didn’t bring a straw and when I then asked for a straw and when she brought it over after approximately 28 seconds and when she brought it over she ripped the end off and blew the straw wrapper in my face and giggled a lil bit in my face, after I cleaned my tears up from crying in the loo, I thought I’d report this to Mr McDonalds himself in hopes my bad experiences would not happen to anyone else.

Terrible service, ordered at 4.43 status being 'preparing order' for over 2hrs then status changed to delivered without being delivered.

Check your order before you leave the drive through. It’s our weekly family treat - my wife is terminally ill and bed ridden so we enjoy our Saturday afternoon family meal as a chance to take a break from food prep. However there is no plan in place if they short order you - apparently they can’t send the food with one of the droves of drivers that teem in and out all day. In order that my wife actually get her meal I was forced to uber the missing part while I fed her the rest. Very poor customer care.

Delivery was on time with no concerns. However both mcflurries and milkshakes had completely melted and separated and were spilling through the packaging, know it’s a risk with delivery, however we order them every week and have never had this problem before. Very disappointed .

3 x barbecue dips were missing and there is no means to indicate that in the missing items on the Just Eat website. The dips were an essential part to my meal. This is not the first time it has happened. If you are in the restaurant it is easy to put right but not via delivery.
