McDonald's Ferndown in East Dorset

I wasn’t missing my whole meal only one of the medium chips I had both burgers but it didn’t give the option to only select medium chips

They sent me the wrong order but the deliver man was really nice and went back to the shop to get my order.

When first bag arrived with drink it was passed to me but bag soaked coke spilling everywhere on my carpet as driver passed me bag. No chicken served only burger n fries fast delivery

The slowest fast food I have ever experienced

Ordered £40 worth of food and part of that was a 6 chicken nugget meal. Where were the nuggets?!

Usually ok if you pick the food up but don’t get it delivered. The first time uber nearly delivered to wrong house, second time the driver waited for the order but got fed up and drove off so I had to cancel the order and then go and re order and pick it up.The 3rd time the BBQ stacker burger was missing, one carton of large chips was half filled up (and no they didn’t spill into the brown carrier bag) so perhaps the Uber driver was hungry.i complained to McDonalds but they said I had to get a refund from uber. I contacted them and they said they’d give me a refund, it’s been 5 days still no refund so contacted again and said I will get a £2.29 refund! Since when did a BBQ stacker cost £2.29? They refused to talk any further and hung up on me. So whatever you do DONT use Uber to deliver your macdonalds!

driver was really nice, delivered quickly, overall a nice experience. wish I tipped them!

No stars because McDonald's workers clearly can't read the ticket when you order more than one of the same items so half your food doesn't turn up

Would have been better had the person who made the cappuccino coffee understood that it is supposed to have milk in it.

I ordered at around 18:15 and the delivery time just kept increasing upon every refresh. Around an hour later it updated to say that the courier was at the restaurant. Almost 2 HOURS later it finally arrives. Predictably it was not particularly hot!

I am a visitor here, whenever I’ve ordered from my local McDonald it always arrives cold , this one didn’t, so when I’m back down here again I will definitely order again

Delivery was over 3 hours late - absolute disgraceful

Chips were cold, courier was waiting at restaurant for a while and we went from 30 minutes to 60 minutes delivery! Not drivers fault he was waiting!

Ordered a meal but came without the med chips infact no chips

Delivery driver delivered the wrong order and i was refused a refund

I asked on delivery notes for the driver to call my mobile and not ring the doorbell as have an elderly relative who is end of life and I’m not happy the notes are consistently being ignored when I add delivery instructions it keeps happening. I appreciate English is not everyone’s first language but what is the point of having them if nobody takes any notice. Please can this be addressed as often have problems with drivers not being able to read or speak English to an appropriate level. Thanks

Just picked up my order. What do you call this? Half a burger?? Where is other bun?

And my milkshake was missing. Driver said he was waiting for the order to be cooked.

Food wasn’t as good today as usual. Was a lot cooler than normal. Had to put in air fryer to heat up

You get what you expect from a mac donalds . If you are hungry and you don't mind the waist line a good place to go. you ll get the calorie count when ordering

Recently refurbished, and really light and very clean. Staff were nothing short of superb

this is usually a great restaurant and I've ordered from them many times. sometimes However the food arrives and it's cold and tastes as though it's been made a while, such as the fries and nuggets.

Cold food. Severely squashed cheeseburger.

The courier was very polite and on time. My coffee was luke warm which was disappointing.

Terrible service, slow and no one seemed to know what they were doing. Food cold and chips like cardboard. And when are they going to get a fillet of fish, straight in thr buns. Just a rubbish McDonald's

Why do you continue to claim innacurate delivery times. it's not the drivers fault, but the restaurant. You continue to accept orders, providing false, misleading and innacurate delivery times. After you have accepted the order, you continue to add 5, maybe 10 and even 15 minutes at a time to the order. If you are happy to continually decieve customers, you as a company should be accountable!

I will be honest it could inprove on costumer service . My meal came all messed up like they dont care

Food arrived and chips were cold, burgers squashed, no care taken in order prep.

McDonald's are all generally similar in standard, and as usual these days their fries are cardboardy and not hot enough. I now prefer KFC fries... But they still provide a known good and convenient service.

Miserable person taking the order at the drive through. He wasn’t listening so put through the wrong order. I pointed this out and I said let’s try again and he told me to stop being rude! I told him I wasn’t being rude but he had put down the wrong order but he blamed the button on his system! I was then moved to a third window to wait for my order and was left waiting for 6 minutes when the three cars behind me got their food - I hadn’t ordered anything special so assumed I was being “punished” but decided to start writing this review during the ‘waiting’ time, and finish it later!

The restaurant is not that far but they take so long to delivery. Food is so cold that I had to throw out the fries. Spending money for nothing.

Food was very good but i ordered a cheeseburger with no ketchup,mustard and onions yet there was mustard and ketchup on it. It’s not the end of the world for me (as i clicked no ketchup on accident) but still it was a mess up. Good driver and the food was good otherwise 😊

Ordered at 4pm. Estimated time got later and later. And just before 7pm it sats its been delivered but theres no sign of it

Good food when they get it right. Always check your order before leaving. Asked for NO tomato sauce as I'm diabetic, and I was assured both at the point of order and upon collecting my order that this was the case. Got home to find my burger covered in Tomato sauce....straight in the bin, waste of a journey and money.

Item missing and triple cheese burger missing a patty

Terribly slow service. Not a lot of room to stand and wait for order. Two entrances so no more than one screen visible from either entrance. Food was tasteless and unappetising.

Items were missing from the order. A chicken sharer box and big mac meal. Yes it was a fairly large order but they were 2 of the most expensive items!

TERRIBLE! Every time they mess up my order and they are so rude. There’s always something missing and they never answer there phone. Lack of respect and customer service.
