Terrible service, slow and no one seemed to know what they were doing. Food cold and chips like cardboard. And when are they going to get a fillet of fish, straight in thr buns. Just a rubbish McDonald's

McDonald's are all generally similar in standard, and as usual these days their fries are cardboardy and not hot enough. I now prefer KFC fries... But they still provide a known good and convenient service.

Ordered 9 nuggets only to find 6 in box. Went back and they rectified problem. Hot Terry's chocolate pies where barely warm .

Miserable person taking the order at the drive through. He wasn’t listening so put through the wrong order. I pointed this out and I said let’s try again and he told me to stop being rude! I told him I wasn’t being rude but he had put down the wrong order but he blamed the button on his system! I was then moved to a third window to wait for my order and was left waiting for 6 minutes when the three cars behind me got their food - I hadn’t ordered anything special so assumed I was being “punished” but decided to start writing this review during the ‘waiting’ time, and finish it later!

Not enough parking, but the food was hot and fresh

Good food when they get it right. Always check your order before leaving. Asked for NO tomato sauce as I'm diabetic, and I was assured both at the point of order and upon collecting my order that this was the case. Got home to find my burger covered in Tomato sauce....straight in the bin, waste of a journey and money.

Delivery driver was quick but drink was half spilled and the big tasty I ordered was only half a beef patty crumbled up this was my first time ordering from very very poor definitely won’t be ordering from here again

Item missing and triple cheese burger missing a patty

FOOD NEVER ARRIVED!!!. was charged and waited 3 hours. it said delivered after I believe it timed out. I never got my food and now I've gotta wait for a refund. ABYSMAL! and completely unfair how I've gotta wait to get my money back.

Terribly slow service. Not a lot of room to stand and wait for order. Two entrances so no more than one screen visible from either entrance. Food was tasteless and unappetising.

Items were missing from the order. A chicken sharer box and big mac meal. Yes it was a fairly large order but they were 2 of the most expensive items!

McDonalds……..where the food and the milkshakes are the same temperature. Straws and the sauces you pay for not included! Bargain.

I'm missing chips from a happy meal. some sauces that I paid for and missing fruit bags that I also paid for.

the MC crispy burger was spicy. I can't eat that and it's not mentioned anywhere that it is spicy.

Constantly forgetting parts of the order

Today was my first ever visit to Donald's restaurant. He wasn't working that day as he was out on a liquid lunch with the lads. I went for the McWaiter's McRecommendation, the McSpecial, and the Mcfish roll and quaffed it down with a nice bottle of '74 McChâteauneuf-du-Pape.

My order is missing two items I've already reported this and I have heard no response.I am very unhappy with this service as I've never experienced this before with Mc Donald's or Just eat. I'm hoping either a refund, or my items being delivered with discounts or vouchers for the inconvenience. Thank you

Squashed burgers, not very appetising

It was pretty bad overall, chicken was cold and the drink straw was soggy before i opened it. No sauce aswell kinda ruined the whole meal. How tf do you forget to put sauce with my nuggets. do better

The food was cold. Although the drinks and food had been bagged up separately, they had both been placed in the same zipped bag, meant to keep the food warm during delivering, thus making the food cold and the ice cream melt.

Quick and easy to deliver. Shame we can’t get our macdonalds points.

Absolutely awful, never get given sauces. Paid for 5 chicken selects and given 3. Paid for a double Big Mac (when it was available) and given a normal one. And when questioned about it they act as if I didn’t order anything to start with. Honestly just the worst service possible. You work at McDonalds it’s not difficult.

food was all squashed, there was brown lettuce in burgers, bottom of burger bun was hard, and food was pretty much cold. Also the coca cola tasted off.

The man was very kind but I could tell there were not many drivers at all because I had 2 orders and it was the same man about 30 minutes apart

We found the restaurant easily and we parked when another car left. It is one hour and a half free parking It was Friday morning and there were lots of families and children there. We enjoyed our breakfast when it came. It was a nice atmosphere and we felt comfortable.

Customised burgers so they would be freshly cooked that was a waste of time and money they got it wrong took back with receipt so they could see what was missing still kept asking me what was wrong with order eventually got it sorted but food was barely warm so it went in the bin total waste of money would have taken it back but after the fuss they made the first time didn't think it was worth it

Always stop here for breakfast when on a work site visit. Good place to stop at all times of the day as sometimes drop in on the return home.

I can’t even begin to explain how much this has disappointed me to have to write this any stars are generous I ordered on just eat and was delivered the complete wrong order I’m a vegetarian and hadn’t eaten all day and was in a huge need of a pick me up as a had a really bad day and I got 2 McCrispys and a McRib all of which I couldn’t eat luckily I my sister order was in there but again completely wrong all her favourites were taken out and the drinks were wrong and me and my sister didn’t like This was the thing that set me off in tears which sound really dramatic but this was the only thing depend on today McDonald but turns out I can’t WON’T BE USING MCDONALD EVER AGAIN FOR ANYTHING

Cold chips and missing dips even tho I rang the restaurant and said please don’t forget my dips as I’ve paid for them took me 8 times to ring before someone answered? Time went up 3 times also not ideal

Who is McDonald's hiring?? We ordered a big Mac meal, a chicken big max meal ,a hamburger and mozzarella dippers.... We were given three mcplant burgers. Fried and a small drink. That's it Absolutely friggin idiots.

Waited over an hour for food and when it arrived, anything hot was stone cold and McFlurry was completely melted and had spilt all over the bag inside!!

The order was on time but when the order turned up was missing 2 burgers which 2 of us had to miss out order was 40 pounds then when complained had to wait to the next day to get an answer then got money bk for 2 itims that was missing but that's it but still don't make up for 2 of us going with out how is this fair. Was not happy the I placed an order at 4:40pm it told me food was estimated to be here at 17:10pm and the app kept saying “thank you for your order” no updates no nothing! So I messaged the delivery person as gave me an option to and had no reply? Food got to me at 17:36pm. When the driver dropped off the food he said my order wasn’t even on the system and was saying he didn’t get paid for it so they was waiting? By the time my food came it was cold!

The burger was lovely but the salad consisted of a few leaves, 2 small slices of cucumber & 1 very thin slice of tomato & the chips were too cold to eat.

When my order arrived, I had no more liquid left in my drink. It was spilled everywhere.

Food was cold, chips were like rubber, with no salt. Coke was flat. Cheeseburger might as well be stale it’s like biting a tyre. Had to heat the apple pie.

Bacon was inedible and the roll was not put together well

arrived late so the food was cold and the mcflurry's had melted in the bag. had to microwave all the food so it was edible and put the mcflurry's in the freezer. usually not such a bad service but today's delivery was a big let down.

My order said delivered at 22.00 but it was 21.16 and it never turned up I ordered my food at 18.52 this has happened twice now from mc Donald's I called up the restaurant and said it left at 20.30 now I have to wait for just eat to respond and probably a few days for me to get a refund. How is this fair.

if you order from here. just make sure you get all the items you have ordered. if not you will be palmed off back to Just Eat to rectify the problem. the staff are incapable of reading an order and making sure the right items get delivered. don't bother trying to call the restaurant as they never answer their phone. Very Very poor and unprofessional. must do better.
