The best restaurants serving American food in England

I've had things missed from my order which is VERYYYYYY frustrating!!!!!!!!!

Food was cold and there was 3 nuggets missing from my 6 nugget meal

it arrived quickly and was warm, but the drink was missing

Firstly do you sort out your system am hungry at home at 1am am still waiting order and delivery boy told me on the system of McDonald was not showing order 0.00/10 rating from me Thx so much

The food in this one is always spot on. Rarely miss items off your order and generally better than Pool, Truro or Penzance Maccas. They must train better here or have more pride in their work as it’s noticeably cleaner with better food standards!

Went to Tgi fridays gloucester Saturday 5th October for drinks we sat at the bar enjoying watching the bar tender tia make various cocktails half way through the evening we were told by a member of staff that she had complained to them about us staring at her and told us to stop this made me upset as this wasn't what was happening and so I apologised to tia and said I was just enjoying watching her make the cocktails .She then said F U and walked off.I will never go there again I was so upset and my evening was totally ruined .She also charged me £16 for a single cocktai l awful experience.

I can’t offer any review as this place closed permanently about a year or more ago.

Great food, tasted amazing. Staff were friendly, even though it was busy and they were ran off their feet. Looking forward to coming back. 😀

Poor service, staff unhelpful and not interested in serving, more interested in chatting and hiding in the office, was a joke. Also a grubby looking restaurant, slow food service, will not be returning.

I ended up having to walk up the road and wave down the delivery driver. I was missing a bottle of water and the quality of food was appalling. Definitely will not be spending over £20.00 on 2 salads again.

The burgers are right up there with the best we've had. There is certainly nowhere in the Bay as good in our opinion. The staff were brilliant, and the music and decor all added to the experience. We've eaten here a few times and had takeaways, and the food is always delicious.
