The Service was quick and the food was hot. Tables were clean and staff even offered to bring food over to the table.

I had the best crispy chicken there. The burger was freshen, felt like the oil was changed recently and the fries were delicious. Will. Definitely come back again.

This is the first time i went to England and my friends suggested me to BK, so i agreed and bought a burger here, it isn't bad at all around here and there was a nice guy serving us.

Ordered two burgers, received one as plain after waiting for nearly 10m.

Poor service, staff unhelpful and not interested in serving, more interested in chatting and hiding in the office, was a joke. Also a grubby looking restaurant, slow food service, will not be returning.

There has always been a problem with this branch. When I have eaten at the Thanet/Westwood branch, the staff are very pleasant and the food always hot; unfortunately the same cannot be said about the Dover/St.James branch. The seating area is blocked off at 6pm and they won't even let you use the toilets. the staff appear not to want to be there and I used to regularly find when I got home, that my order was short (not good when you live 7 miles away?),and had to resort to checking my order before I left. I can only recommend that the franchise holder gets rid of the staff and rehires; or go somewhere else?

try not sending out multiple orders which give the cold drink time to make the hot food cold and the once cold drink warm common sense

The drink bottle was missing, and I’d asked for extra salt sachets which weren’t included, fries were hard, burger patties were dry.

The time kept being repeated pushed back so I had my bath and the delivery person couldn’t give me a chance to get out the bath and down the stairs it’s not my fault I had a bath the time was repeatedly pushed back for delivery

This issue really needs to get sorted out. It's completely put us of our dinner. I pay for the food to come hot. Not cold and it surely isn't the first time that this has happened. Not happy at all.

Have to say this was probably the best Burger King I’ve ever had! Me and my wife both had a lovely meal here the burgers we lovely and the staff were nice and didn’t mess up our order which seems to happen in every fast food restaurant we have visited over the last year, we very rarely get fast food because we are always left disappointed but tonight we had a lovely meal! It was actually perfect! Definitely going to want to go back to that restaurant again! Good staff great food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m very unhappy with my order,I checked how long my order was going to be as it stated the order would b with me around 16:25 then the time changed which I fully understand then at 1632 I checked and it stated my order was being prepared and the courier is at the restaurant,yet I did not receive the order until 1650,so it clearly shows that my food has been left in packaging 4 some time not freshly cooked just before it left the restaurant,all of it was cold, please can u get in contact with me

My food was fine but anyone who has deliveries on route expect them to be cold. The guy had 4 other orders in his bag and mine wasnt particularly hot. I didnt think the drivers could pick more than 1 order up at a time. Now i get why foods cold a lot
