absolutely disgraceful food was cold and nearly all the order was missing happened last time gave them a second chance never again one would think more attention would be paid to orders over £ 50 it gives this app a bad reputation not to mention that of burger king don't waste your time or money on this place .

The Service was quick and the food was hot. Tables were clean and staff even offered to bring food over to the table.

your delivery driver was completely useless. I got a phone call to ask me to come downstairs to collect my order but the delivery guy wasn't at either doors of my block of flats. I'm assuming that he was expecting me to walk around the carpark to find him. he did eventually come to the door. next time it would be helpful if he was waiting at the door rather than expecting me to try to find him in a large car park. I'm not impressed

The courier rung the wrong buzzer annoying my neighbours which made them annoyed with me THEY DIDN’T LOOK AT THE NUMBERS NEXT TO THE BUZZER!

Obviously find it difficult to make an order correctly. Double Whopper...only one burger. Asked for no cheese, no lettuce, and no bacon. Lettuce cheese and bacon all on. Foid was cold.

Driver left restaurant and sat idle for 15 mins, laughed in my face when i said my food was cold. Disgusting please sack the driver i have his number plate and a picture of him

Although the food was fine, I asked for some salt sachets to be included and they weren’t (again), and they put in ordinary Coke instead of Coke Zero. They also insist on putting the drink bottle in the same package as the food which means that it’s warmed up by the time it arrives. They’re just small things, but it could make things better.

This was a £ 50 order delivered which was wrong with over £ 11 of the order missing, drove to restaurant as no number to call who then said they would re do the order they didn't they gave us back the same food plus what was missing and a tub of ice cream for the inconvenience food was cold needless to say I will not be spending £ 50 on an order from here again .

Absolute joke...customer service zero. Can not order at counter have to use machines that are not capable of removing items from burgers. Talk to staff total waste of time. They say to go to counter and tell them what you really want after you have ordered something you don't want. We walked out disgusted will never go back again.

Order food to eat in the restaurant however they closed off the area for tables, so couldn’t eat in as they were to worried about cleaning up the area so ended up having to go outside on a bench. So much being a sit in Restaurant,

Got very bad FOOD POISONING from a burger and chilli cheese balls yesterday (06/08/2024). Abdominal cramps and diarrhoea through the night and all day after. It was the only food I consumed that day, so there's no doubt as to the source of the poisoning. My fault, I guess, for not leaving after seeing the filthy floor, tables and seats...

Flavorless lukewarm burgers, onion rings hard,cheese bite taste like soap and hot cold drinks. The only ok thing were the nuggets and dorito fries. This is the last time i order from Dover burger king its always abit naff. The one in folkestone is better.

food was not very hot considering it only traveled from st james park to the western docks. drink was warm too, when are they going to start keeping their bottled drinks in a cooler???

I'm sure no fault of the driver. Burger King is absolutely ridiculous, I wish they would cancel orders rather than send out cold food 45 minutes late. I ordered at 12:15pm and the food arrived and 1:40pm Dover Burger King needs to shut down they're absolutely useless.

Not sure if this was a dodgy Just Eat delivery person . Order failed to arrive but said delivered on app 20 Mins ago from this post ! There is NO phone number to contact the Burger King Dover on either Just Eat OR Google Maps ! So good luck with that if your orders missing , unreasonably late OR NEVER arrived ! Learn guys

food turned up half cold the burgers looked like someone throw them together the drink I paid 3.79 for only come half full.

Impossible to eat on site at 7 p.m., forced to take away despite an empty room!! Never seen that!! Instead, go to McDonald’s not too far away!

Not a fan of ordering from a screen, takes longer imo. Surly staff. Meal for two cost 26 quid! Not exactly value for money with zero service.

19:20 now, been there as is closed, well open but not eat in. Now we will going at the Cinema after that so were we are going to seat? Delivery only at 19:20 on a Friday night? At list disappointed, luckily enough there are others shops in the area that knows how to run a business

I never received my order - utter shambles! Requested delivery for 7pm and nothing arrived. Kept checking app and expected delivery kept increasing. Phoned Burger King who said they couldn’t action order until they were notified that a driver was available. Food never arrived and now I’m trying to get a refund!

Fries were cold and stale. No sauce, salt or pepper included. Coke was warm. Would expect fresh fries and cold coke.

Order was delivered really fast, which is not actually surprising as only included half the food. We were missing all the meals and only got the share box, a box of chicken Dorito fries and the drinks. We ordered milkshake but instead icecream was delivered. I tried calling to see if someone could run down and collect the items missing but no answer

Food looked lovely but unfortunately , it was cold (with exception of the onion rings) so not very enjoyable. Not helped by ice cream being placed in same bag as hot food. Resulting in cold food and melted ice cream

Disappointed with order as there were missing items. Ordered cheese in whopper burger which is charged extra for and not any in it . Order was missing portion of fries , meaning someone going without. Cannot fault the delivery driver , friendly and polite.

The burger was extremely dry, there was barely any peppercorn sauce so couldn’t taste it, for the price it was a tiny burger not value for money, the fries were certainly not a large! Halloumi fries were missing the dip

All I can say is, why do I get pushed back 6 times in favour of Just Eat orders! .20mins later I get my cups, no Cola of any description! My friend ordered immediately after me and had to wait even longer. Really poor service for those that are waiting in-store.

This outlet always seems to close the sitting area from approximately 6pm onwards, making it a takeaway only. Very annoying if you want a meal before going to the nearby cinema in the evening. We now use the other restaurants/food outlets instead.
