Burger King in Dover

Rude, dismissive, unhelpful and short tempered staff who are more interested in closing at 19:10 when the shop shuts at 21:00. Not worth my hard earned money.

Cheeky buggers thought they could get away with only filling my LARGE choccy milkshake halfway 🤷‍♀️ you best believe I sent the worker straight back to the machine to give me what I ordered. Took me for a bloody fool- never going again!

To the lady who gave me salted fries after I asked for fresh, and then lied to my face when they showed up suspisciously early (8:40pm, April 5th) thanks... I only got one chance to eat today, and I hate salt, so thanks for making half of it a waste of time and money. Every other time I've been to this BK everything has been fine, but I suppose you'd rather put energy into lying to me instead of waiting for the next batch like all of your collegues do. I regret not checking in the building because then I could have asked you in person. Next time I will. Well done, I'm glad you take pride in your work...

About the worst burger I have ever had. The machines for ordering weren't working properly. The service was slow. The Angus burger I had was extremely greasy to extent I couldn't see the base bun as it was Saturated in grease. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have made a big thing of it. I won't be going her again.

I have not been in a Burger King for years. Very pleasant young staff helped with ordering. Really enjoyed my burger. Cleanliness was first class.

What more could you want for breakfast than a breakfast butty hashbrowns & a hot cappuccino. The egg was delicious. Food was hot Staff were polite. Service was quick.

Wheelchair & pushchair accessible restaurant. High chairs and seating area was clean and tidy. Disabled toilets were clean. Crowns were already made up on the counter which made my children happy. Delicious food. MUST TRY - cheese and bacon loaded fries

Nice place and they follow covid rules. They don't put ketchup, mayonnaise inside the bag to avoid cross-contamination.

While in the store I saw a person having trouble with the kiosks, They asked for a person to help and an employee came out to help. They were having the same problem with the kiosks and asked for higher management to try to help and I was left shocked with how they were talked too. The employee tried explaining the problem and was basically told to spit it out so they gave a very short explanation and the manager told them to reset the kiosks and the customers will have to wait for it to boot back up to order and then the manager went back into the area he was originally. Honestly I’m upset with how the employee was treated when they was only trying to help someone.

Lovely store most polite store I have entered in Kent manager Dario is a great help when stuck for choice of what’s good best and most helpful manager I have ever meet friendly staff not scared to chat and I have never seen a Burger King so clean and fresh looking windows every week

Great service friendly staff I should of been informed to use the app and get discounts but never mind still Great food and service. The tables could have been cleaned, and the drinks machine refilled as there was only one machine working, and the other one only had dr pepper

The best Burger King best iv been to in a long time, ordered quickly and no problems, staff are really friendly, hot food clean restaurant. 🤴🏻 seems less staff there though as i could only see 4 staff not like McDonald’s where there 30+ but dover store did amazing job, well done. 10/10

Food was hot and very nice, but I found the price just a little bit high for my liking the staff need to learn the difference between burgers as I ordered a whopper and got double cheese XL disgusting service.

Visit the store a few times a week. Food is always very tasty, nice and hot, and of good quality. Restaurant is clean and tidy and toilets are clean. Have the option of placing your order through the screens or at the till with staff. Staff are friendly and very helpful. All in all, always a good experience.

Always love coming to Burger King. Place is always clean with lovely staff. Food always fresh and has much more flavour compared to the McDonalds in Dover.

Will never order here again, placed an app order whilst in branch, the order came up on screen, showed as ready to collect almost 20 mins later, went to the counter and the number disappeared as what looked like the same order (same drinks order) was handed to a delivery driver , staff just said 'no idea', litetally turned their back on us and left us with no refund or food. They weren't interested at all. Disgraceful, to make it even worse, you can only provide feedback via Burger King online, the customer service link doesn't work, so 2 weeks later we have no response to our feedback and no refund. This happened to others whilst we were there and they weren't interested in those people either.

It's a Burger King - fast hot & sort of identical. For me it's a good one. And now they've got all sorts of temptations - cheesy fries, cheesy bacon fries, every combination of burger, cheese & bacon you can think of. But they do keep trying you to get more & more when you order which feels pretty manipulative, tbh. Stand your ground & order what you originally decided - don't let them get into your head (& in your wallet & on your waist)

Now burger King as whole very very nice but this particular one not so much while the staff are friendly and helpful the food is an eye sore at times. I have been here about 3 times and each time they have gotten my order wrong it has come out messy and to cold to boot. The taste well there was none apart from how overwhelming dry it was I mean seriously it was like sand in my mouth the chips were soggy and undercooked as a whole don't go this this burger king

Food is always fantastic, staff are polite and friendly and always ask if you’d like sauces etc. I’ve eaten here many times and have never had a bad experience, only thing I’d say is that Burger King burgers do go cold quickly and the buns are flakey after awhile. (This isn’t individual to the Dover branch though) I’ve personally witnessed staff being abused here by moronic members of the public, someone screaming there wasn’t enough sauce in their burger. I wish they’d get rid of more of the seats and put in more order checkouts, the layout is a bit cramped.

Bought the new burger( peppercorn burger meal ) for just over £10 got home had to take it back looked like when some one vomited can't understand how a £10+ burger is half the size of a £5+ double whopper rip off. They made me a second one no better, all i could taste is the pungent Taste of pepper corn no flavour blond don't let the pic on the adverts fool you it's rubbish. Store wasn't busy food was ready in like less than a minute not sure what's the rush. I asked for no onions got home hey presto onions rrrrr 10 minutes drive back to the store

Food was OK, shame you have got rid of most of the offers on the app most are for delivery now and you don't deliver to my area so have to collect.

Cane here a few days ago, it was quiet and yet all the tables look dirty. When I went to the toilet there was, what I hope, sugar scattered all over the sink. Come back today and same sort of situation except its the same dirt in the toilet. The food is alright but I'm very sceptical about eating in as the main eating area and toilets appear to not be cleaned daily or through the day.

Terrible, rude staff. Food came out instantly (waaaayyyy too fast) and was stale and cold and tasted awful- we usually love Burger King but every other experience has been fresh food not left out for ages. Would rather waith 5 mins for fresh food than be served old, crusty, stale food in 10 seconds!!!

If it's open until 10 p.m. but the seating area is already closed at 5:30 p.m., you can only rate it with 1 star and eat elsewhere. It's a shame that you have to give a star.

Had the best burger there!! It was so juicy and nice....and the chips were also fresh and crispy. The restaurant seemed calm and staff handled well busy times. I recomand it for a tasty lunch :)

Great tasting burger and fresh chips. Was annoyed that for not a busy evening that most tables were dirty and struggled to find a clean table. The staff where very friendly and helpful.

Firstly they didn’t put the correct order through but as it was a takeaway and we only checked once we got home it was too late. The worst part was the vegan nuggets were NOT vegan at all. THEY PUT CHICKEN NUGGETS INSTEAD!!!! I’ve been vegetarian for 4 years (haven’t eaten any meat since & felt so ill after taking one bite of what I first assumed was a vegan nugget). I put my trust in Burger King to deliver the correct food and I’m left in disgust. I’m never going to be returning to this chain after my horrific experience in the Dover fast food shop. Please think twice before going to this Burger King in Dover, they should be shut down permanently.

Had chicken burger which was not great in comparison to McDonald's chicken sandwich. Also had onion rings which were awful....soggy and dont think there was any onion in there - tasted like onion flavouring in soggy breadcrumbs. Service and staff fine but let down by food. Wouldn't rush back.

In a wheel chair could enter the store easy as door was broken still after my 3rd visit to Dover.out of 3 visit I managed to get a hot drink twice .but only once was the drink I wanted a hot chocolate. I was offered a black coffee. Loaded fries not loaded at all just the price

Let down this time by portion size more cheese and bacon in the chips in the cheezey chips this time.

Great burger I pimped as I wanted it on a cold and windy night this Monday before the cinema! Quad whopper with cheese and bacon on each level....... Was soooooooooo good!

Poor service, male counter server could not have cared less, burger was cold so we're the chips, cold breeze blowing through the establishment. First and last time I will go there, if I could give o zero score I would, management need to go in and sort out. Disgraceful.

One younger employee sticks out. Brown hair about 16 yrs of age. He honestly couldn't of done better. His excellent customer service deserves a raise! if not a promotion.

Burger wasn't even warm poor service

Absolutely useless delivery service! For some unknown reason the staff at this particular branch cannot EVER get an order right!! Time and time again they consistently send a chicken burger instead of a double whopper and 6 chicken nuggets instead of 9! Also soft drinks always go missing! I’m sorry but why can’t their staff read the order and why can’t they send what is actually ordered for a change?? Do yourself a favour and don’t take a chance because they obviously don’t care about order fulfilment 😡😡

Completely shocked at how filthy the restraunt was. Even after cleaning a table it was still filthy everywhere the floor and the benchs covered in food. Toilets also filthy !

Its usual, no milk shakes to lazy to clean the machine.

Went to the Dover branch during a busy period. Friendly staff and very clean restaurant.

Very clean and tidy, staff polite and helpful. We arrived at approximately 9.30pm knowing that this particular place closes at 10pm. Was a little disappointed that all the seating area and toilets had been cleaned and blocked off. Sorry, but for me, if you close at 10pm then all facilities should be available until that time.

Good place for Quick eat, especially on Sunday late afternoon when the most of the shops are closed in the retail park.
