Came in after busy day, ordered food I think it is under new management, first we had to wait 45 minutes for the order, they don't know how to communicate, we ordered 2 sets off chicken wings asked for grilled ones, kofta kebab, and chicken tikka, but when food come, he forgot the 1 set of wings, the other set came all fried with extra thick coating, when the 2nd set off wings came they where also dried and burnt, the kofta was burnt, and forget to add the chicken tikka on, when my husband asked he said we are liars, what a disgusting customer service, he started shouting. I also run a business customers come first. There attitude is disgraceful. They need to do some customer service course, me and my husband walked out without eating the food. Ok it's understandable if u have missed something there is a way to sort things out if a mistake has been made. I would advise customers to stay away.

One of the dirtiest place I ever eaten. The staff are smelling bad , not wash their hands, food are not worth the price.

I wish I had read the reviews on Google before ordering. The chicken kebab was definitely not worth £9.20, looked pretty miserable, small, salad was just a tiny portion of shredded lettuce, two tiney pieces of tomatos, no cucumber, no red cabbage, tasteless chicken, zero flavour.£4 charge for delivery.

Good was very greasy as wasn’t hot at all. For some strange reason they have decided to smash a hole in the wall to the joining franchise restaurant. Which is peculiar.

Cockroaches all over the counter. Hygiene is shocking. You can see left over and food debris all over the fridge display that has been there for weeks, if not months. Whilst waiting, I saw two cockroaches on a stroll over the counter. It's absolutely disgusting....

Amazing food, we use this kebab regularly, food is always great. We like our doner well done and they always do this perfectly for us, food arrives quickly and hot. Definitely the best kebab in Dover.

Did order chicken shish.... Even chicken with salt and peper would be better. Garlic sauce - tescos 1£ is better. Delivery - 15min late. Not a chance to get reach on the phone.

Called intonight, tried to rob me on the price, ordered burger and chips with a coke, the chips were absolutely rancid and inedible, went in the bin, the burger was no better avoid like the plague.

Incorrect order delivered originally, corrected order incomplete and extremely unhelpful and rude over the phone when trying to only get delivered what we'd ordered.

Absolutely delicious food, and very well-priced! We were visiting Dover the other week and sort of stumbled across Istanbul Kebab House as we were hunting for fish and chips. There is a sign on the restaurant that says fish and chips, which is a bit misleading as fish and chips are not on the menu (perhaps the sign is outdated?). But my father-in-law (who I've concluded has a sixth sense for good hole-in-the-wall restaurants) got the family value meal (a huge platter of lamb and beef doner and chicken kebabs, soft pitas, salad, choice of two sauces, and a 2 liter of soda) for 30 quid, and we split it between four of us. It was some of the best food I've ever had, and although we ate it all in one sitting I think we could have easily made two meals out of the meat! My mouth is watering now just thinking about it. The next time we are in Dover we will for sure be back! I'd also like to try the pizza place right beside it (which we gathered was owned/run by the same family).

Look at the end of the day you can only do your best in life, I was really hungry for food, these amazing specimens ( seasoned beautifully) have honestly just out done them self proper good bit of grub that really just makes me emotional thinking about how amazing the food was beautiful just beautiful, some may even say perfect. Cheers bruv;)

Kebab not bad but be careful when ordering if you have Meat and chips dont have salad as they charge you for it service slow waited ages to be served even though there was only 3 of us in the shop. My order was taken last and it was wrong.

Unfortunately very disappointed. We had chicken shish. The chicken cubes wasn't marinated and if so then badly, meat was kind of tough. We choose all salads. And got literally one sliced tomato and one slice of cucumber but plenty of white cabbage and iceberg. Garlic sauce was very runny, not really taste of garlic at all. Chicken wings, heated up not grilled. So I doubt the origin. Sadly it's the last time for us to order here. Delivery was on time - only one positive point.

Waiting 3 hours for delivery absolutely shocking

The chicken shish inside my wrap was bland, tasted like chicken that had been seasoned with salt and pepper, did not taste the Turkish shish flavouring at all. The wrap was overpowered by the amount of onions in there. The chips were hard and over fried. The burger bun was over grilled, black burnt mark on the bun. The best part of the meal was the drinks! Cheap food but not worth it. I got this delivered and the staff over the phone were helpful.

Lovely food that's not at all greasy unlike other kebab shops. Definitely recommend

Great donner special mi lamb chicken Always buy when I come to dover

I’ll start with the food is great. However, that’s where it ends, the order and delivery process was appalling. We ordered, got confirmation email and then I started following tracking. This remained on processing for over half an hour, which was how long delivery should have been. We then started phoning, however they didn’t answer the phone. In the end we drove down to collect ourselves to find they hadn’t started preparing our order. Waited another 20 minutes while they made it. No apology, no refund of what is a huge delivery charge. Will not order from here again

Just had the most amazing combination kebab from here. Chicken and lamb, lovely chips too followed by a tasty piece of cake. Great service and particularly nice people who I wish the best of luck to having opened inn such tough times. I will be back without question and just what this end of Dover needed. finished a late shift and was going to order my dinner, when I phoned up the person that answered the phone said yes we are doing delivery still, I told him what I wanted and then out of the blue he said sorry no we can’t deliver that, it’s not enough food. I offered to pay extra for delivery and he put the phone down on me overall I’m not pleased with the service

That was delicious. Nice tender meat no chunky fatty bits. I like that you can choose wich salad and how much. The bread and the wrap are also really nice. And you get a good big portion we definitely going to order fron hete more often.So please keep uo up the quality and the portions.

Clean and neat seating, very friendly services, more importantly, very delicious food at reasonable price. We ordered a sea bass and a sea bream, both of them were all very tasty, one of the best grilled fishes we have ever had, highly recommended!
