didnt have enough money for a bucket, sadly

Went in as a large party, 9 of us. Didn't call ahead, just ordered nd paid using the machines instore. Food was served really swiftly, and everyone enjoyed their food. Downside was only 1 toilet for all customers to use.

Chips not very nice & very salty. Chicken was good. Kentucky at Whitfield was nicer.

The ice cream we had there was absolutely delicious 😋 Yummy and a very reasonable price. Infact we shared one as the portion was so generous ❤️❤️

Without mincing words, their services are superb, and I get value for my money. Team KFC 4life.

In my hot wing were hair and I almost had to vomit🤮🤮🤮🤮 that was disgusting.

I ordered at 1:22 and had to wait 25 minutes for my food and people who ordered 15-20 minutes after me got there's before me

Picked up chicken from market square. Worst KFC ever. Chicken was over cooked and dry like it had been sitting in the oven all day. Lesson learned!

Located at the Dover Market Square, has a parking space infront for you to do a quick pick-up. Staffs are polite and atmosphere serene.

Ordered through just eat, no chips and sides arrived. Just eat did not answer the phone, belatedly KFC (market square) answered and wanted us to order more food (plus delivery charge) in order to obtain food owed to us. Below average communication skills, please don't waste your time with these clowns (thieves)

I ordered two spicy wings, but there was only one French fries in it. Are you kidding me?

I came home after a 3.20 hour bus ride, I ate a good burger with potatoes, it was a real treat, I would be happy to come back

Mal servicio, habían dos mesas y la mía. Tardaron mas de 20 minutos en tener listo mi pedido. Dan prioridad a la comida para llevar a domicilio. Nada cordiales, para comer en la mesa no te llevan el pedido. Te dan una servilleta por persona y si pides más te miran mal pero te dan tres más.

Popped in after work for a takeaway the new chips are disgusting and the chicken was so dry and both were cold. Kfc has gone down hill in my estimation.

2nd time ive recieved sombody elses meal this time was for different address diff order numver & £10 less than i paid ! … cant get through on phone … surprise !! . DONT bother ordering from here use the 1 in whitfield instead Supposed to be a 10 pc family bucket got 2 meals instead .. not going to feed 5 people is it !!

As an Asian, I can not understand how they cook rice by this way, just tastes like many mini stones in my mouth 🤔️ But, of course chickens are great, this is what KFC should have .

It was very busy and very loud the machine didn't dispense any ticket and my food was left on the side for approx 30min until given to me resulting in it being cold I was quite dissatisfied with this as all I ordered was a single twister wrap.

It's a usual KFC that you would expect. They have more servings than usual. I was surprised that they serve rice. It was 👍🏻 wonderful.

Very slow they can’t handle it I think they need more people to work here . It’s fast food but you have to wait 1 hour

Fast food !! , no staff over 15 minute wait for food, only wanted to snack boxes. When the food arrived the wrap had been made, then lettuce taken out to suit my order.

A toilet hidden behind a locked door with a electronic keypad is saying a lot for the area, the self service machine had no paper for the receipt, this is common for 99% of the KFC branches i visit, but on the receipt is the code to access the toilet 🚽, the staff had to spend their time opening the door for customers. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just had a 4 piece meal delivered by Just eat. And it wasn’t at all nice! VERY greasy and only just warm have they changed the herbs and spices? As it never tastes as it used to. Don’t think I’ll be having it q. Very disappointed

Ordered food around 20.20, waiting until delivery time of 20.55-21.00 so called deliveroo who side they are waiting to find a driver. At 10pm I decided to call back and was told that the store is closed and I won't get my food, although the order is still live!! Deliveroo won't take responsibility nor will kfc!! I had tried to call kfc a few times but no answer! You'd think these companies would be properly prepared for NYE as it's a big ight for takeway So they have my money and I have no food!!

Worst 3 Piece meal I've had in years! I think 7 off the secret herbs and spices just have swam away in the grease and the hot wings must have just returned from a 6 week stay in Dubai! It was clean in there though and the staff were nice.

Delivered the wrong food to us, we were missing half of our order... when I went down to find out where the rest of our food was they apologised and then gave us exactly the same wrong food back again!! We have been here before and 9/10 times something is missing from the order. When you ring no-one answers... Above was a year ago. Thought I'd give them another chance so ordered a rice box and 1 piece of chicken... I received the rice box only.... come on!! I had 2 items on my order, its not difficult!!

Slow service, and the toilet was out of order. Whilst waiting for our order, I was asked by one of the kitchen staff to chase an Uber driver who had left a bottle of drink behind-hardly professional!

Had to wait over 15 minutes for my order but food was really good so no complaints there. However, witnessed what I can only assume is the Manager, or some form of management, be rude to a Just Eat driver in front of customers which led to a heated debate, and then took it out on a young lad working the kitchen, sending him to front of house but with total disrespect or courtesy with the way he spoke to him. If you can't handle the heat mate get out the kitchen!

Had a lovely fast food meal food was hot and tasted fresh was cooked very quickly staff very welcoming and friendly will definitely be back.

Well, I got a reward which I was not able to redeem as they said it was already used. I got that reward a minutes before I stepped in the restaurant. I felt myself bad as they saw at me as I'd be a cheater. So thanks KFC it does not worth to fight for a filet burger but was really embarrassing. Moreover there is no free parking space for customers I had to pay for 20 minutes parking which is ridiculous because your system did not allow to order to my home. Even I "checked in" at arrival I had to wait nearly 15 minutes.

Very very poor service, given voucher by KFC head office, whent to redeem this in Dover Market Square KFC team leader omniffie wouldn't accept voucher after after speaking to his manager, asked for managers name was given as Adrian and suddenly omniffie s name badge was removed when I asked for his name to make complaint, he had rather an attitude and kept whole que waiting while he called his manager, was offered 20% discount so left without food and took custom to favourite chicken in pencester, i recomend others to do same Well it's still poor, chicken greasy n coating uber salty still poor

Went to kfc for some takeaway I though that it’s a fast moving place but guess I was wrong No one has served us for more than 20min when we asked if anyone is serving,when we asked your polite Ryan just said that his colleague went to the back and didn’t come for a very long time. Drivers came for their online orders and were being frustrated as he was being rude and on purpose slow. Even gave them an attitude while they were asking nicely about their order . As per working with customers you should have train your employees how to work in a fast and forwarding place and how not to be rude even though working alone if it gets busy. Also prioritise orders. It is very rude especially when you have people waiting and kids being hungry & parents keep telling them that they have to wait as orders are being made. I myself work with customers and in fast forwarding place which is not easy but yet again I do keep professional as it does reflect on my manger and the business. Thanks to Ryan we won’t be coming back again until you learn your manners and how to work fast in fast forwarding place.

I liked the design of the kfc, very modern and slick to the design they have opted. What they loose on the star is, there was about 4 people in store in-regards to staff. There was a long line to order and then there was the back order to collecting the “the ordered” items. Food was nice but they use a universal menu, You only go there because you already like what they offer.

A bit disappointed, I ordered 2 bargin buckets, got home there was no chips in either of them. Wasn't going back to complain to far to go.

Last 3-4 times I’ve tried to go they were out of the veggie burger, they are often out of ice cream too.

Today I took my grandchildren to this place my 5 year old grandson is autistic and he found himself at the centre of jokes by a group of moronic youths this in turn upset my grand daughter, this group of.dovers finest continued with their jokes until I got angry at that point I asked management to remove them instead they were moved to the front of the shop even though they had no reason to be there so my advice if your with a disabled person is don't

There must have been a trainee in the kitchen as it took nearly 15 minutes for my food to arrive, so not fast. One of the lights on the wall was hanging off, no one had noticed it until we pointed it out. The person serving OFONIME trans 3073, 3/5/22 immediately had the area taped up and signs put up to keep people away. He's an asset, cool efficient with a sense of humour.

First time eating here in many years. Was close to Silver Screen Cinema. Was disgusted by a large group of teenage boys behaviour. They left before us thsnkfully. They didn't put their rubbish in the bin provided. The floor had spilt drinks on it. Food was ok. Not sure we will eat in again.

On route to beach had to get a KFC was lush

Quick and easy. Ordered on there touch screen. Seemed very friendly. 4 stars because of parking. You can park in main car park, cost £1.30 an hour. Or road next to car park free for 20min. Walk about 100/200 meters.

Good food. Cooked fully. Clean environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Only 1 negative experience of having to show a staff member they sold what I asked for from their own wall menu, after she was convinced they didn't and wanted to argue rather than look at their own menu.

Fast service, nice hot food. Definitely so much better now it's had a makeover.

I absolutely love their food like its amazing, I'm more of a spicy guy myself and well their spicy food is amazing. I would personally recommend the zinger chicken popcorn or the double zinger burger with the supercharger dip it is absolutely amazing and I recommend eating here 100%

Service is generally quite fast. However, you always need to ask for sauces as they never give them to you.
