KFC in Brighton and Hove

Today I went K.F.C western road in Brighton. I brought a food for 3 person. Table wasn’t clean and I asked coustomer service lady for cleaning young chinese lady’s body language was very rude. And I went again there for paper plates same lady was not politely serving me. Look like I begged for plates. She threw at me behaving like this. I’m so disappointed ☹️

we had to wait 40 minutes for it to be prepared which is ridiculous for "fast food".. then we had to wait for over 20 minutes for it to be delivered.. it was cold.. not happy and would like a refund please.

KFC western road absolutely horrendous, pieces of chicken are awful !!! chips even worse, all came ice cold, it’s so so sad

Just had the best KFC in the last 10 years from this shop but to spend £20 on food for one hungry person with a normal appetite and still be hungry on the other side is a joke. The prices have become extortionate and I will no longer be purchasing here.

It wasn’t the couriers fault it was the restaurant. Delayed at the preparation.

Nice little place and serves quick

2 and a half hours and no food. Ordered elsewhere instead. This place is a disgrace. This has happened a few times with the shop and the food is usually wrong or stone cold.

The delivery never came. It said delivered but I never received it

Service is really, rude behaviour. I have ordered through app in the store, which offered table service, but when went to kiosk for card the card for table service, they said they don't do table service.

The food and gravy was full of pepper and there was no flavour outside of that. To us that wasn’t KFC nor was it enjoyable to eat.

Cold food despite being early. Missing items too

Had a Chicken burger. Chicken very dry next to no mayo. Very disappointed will not order again

All 3 pieces of chicken were drumsticks and there were about 5 chips. Not great for the price

All you need in life is hot and spicy chicken wings, anyone who says you need more than that is a lier and you don't need that kind of negativity in your life. Some other cool stuff I spose like original chicken. Only problem with KFC nowadays is the pathetically small chip portions. But you know with chicken wings life will go on.

I didn’t enjoy the KFC here because it’s not as spicy, crispy, or crunchy as it is in the Middle East—it’s just bland. Once you’ve had Middle Eastern KFC, it’s hard to like the Western version!

Food still warm, and the chickens are well fried, love the original chicken also hot wings

Annoyingly I order through the app to the wrong branch whilst at Western Rd. The team were very kind and gave a free wrap ! Excellent service a real credit to KFC!

Luke warm. Chips obviously soggy. Chicken was a bit dry. It was okay.

Really dissatisfied with this order, we pre-ordered a delivery for 17:30 it turned up after 7pm. This was a birthday treat for my autistic son which turned into a disaster & really stressful situation. Food was cold & kids very hangry!! The poor delivery guy was really stressed also - but the food had clearly not been made on time to be delivered at 17:30 as the app kept saying it was being prepared at 18:30!

I must say they gave me what I asked for and they're like right darlings but it was very late and very cold I'm sorry probably not your faults but least they came here I have had some who just cancel it so fair play to you guys xxx

Very disappointed with this order today. The chicken is sooooo dry obviously not fresh .. not enjoyable at all.

Superfast service. Surprised that coffee costs £1 extra on meal deal. Chicken coating on pieces crispier and crunchier than, say, at Worthing or along A27 Chichester area.

Finger-Kickin' Double Bucket: 6 PC The whole meal was cold and no longer crisp. Because the delivery driver collected our delivery and then picked up another order for someone else (pizza express)and delivered that first to hove in wrong direction. Taken him 45 mins to deliver our order. Haven’t used just eat for a while and very unlikely to use again. Delivery driver apologised. But you shouldn’t be giving them 2 orders in different directions to deliver.

Terrible customer service when calling about my order and received someone else’s food, will not be ordering again.

Not sure KFC is still as good as I remember, this restaurant was ok, bit to much fast food and delivery drivers for me, but I still love the food

The delivery guy went to an address ive never lived at despite having sat nav. His english was not understandable when he finaly arrived he spent a further 10 minutes talking to someone on his phone food was cold and unedible was very unhappy

Went back again recently. Don't bother trying to claim your KFC rewards or special offers here as their app reader doesn't work. Or at least that's what they tell you... still get the impression they don't want to give anything away if they can help it 👎👎👎 Dear KFC, what is the point of giving me rewards and free offers on your App when your team won't accept them? Vague excuses offered "self service machines not working", "till won't accept App" when actually it looks like they really don't like giving away free food to their customers 🤔👎😞

Fast service hot,food,amazing staff,one member opened the door for my buggy without even needing to ask,staff that go above and beyond are rare

El personal muy amable y la comida aquí siempre se sirve rápidamente y caliente. Este restaurante está muy limpio y obviamente el personal aquí se enorgullece de su trabajo. Si quieres KFC en Brighton este es el que se usa. Hay otro KFC en London Road, pero evite ese, ya que siempre he encontrado el servicio deficiente.

I don't know how the order was, it never arrived, can't find it anywhere around the hospital, 2 very unhappy hungry children, I will not be recommending you again as this isn't the first time this has happened. 1 star not deserved, refund is

I ordered Colonels meal 4pc and you gave me only 3 pc and on the notes I said 3legs please and I received only 1 leg! Very poor services!!!

This is a zero stars for KFC head office and management. I ordered a delivery on the app and it changed to collect at checkout with no way of changing it. Ibhad to leave my young son at home tonrun out and collect. Useless. It's a 5 stars for Owen and Jamie at the western road store who were very understanding and helped out enormously. KFC, your head office staff is incompetent. Promote Jamie and Owen, they know what they are doing.

I recommend that you steer clear of this establishment. This 'meal' was disgusting.The chicken was overcooked and dripping in oil and the chips (there were 9 of them ) were cold and pliable.They will never have my business again..!

Quick service and food was hot and nice

KFC my guilty pleasure haha Though over the years the quality of food dropped. The chips are not longer good. Do love hot wings and a bucket of chicken. The other day decided I wanted a Zinger box meal and was disappointed with my burger.

I ordered my food at 19.20 and it didn’t arrive till 20.25 and was cold! I want a full refund this is ridiculous

The service is much better than McDonald always. But the chicken is so salty.

I never eat here so can't comment but walked past window and peered in. What I saw shook me. A group of guys hunched over a bucket of bones, slurping the juices and licking the grease as it ran down their faces. I was disgusted.

Probably the worst KFC in Brighton last time I came here the burger was stone cold as was the same for my chips they gave me rong drink . The staff member was arguing with me when I told him my problem anyway I got my money back after talking to the manager and walked out without eating . And the staff just allowed teenagers off school to just come in without ordering anything and mess around up stairs and trash the place I think the staff and management need training or to be fired

It's so bad that some youngsters end up coming to mess about in there, and staff don't seem to do much about it

Went into the store, got kicked out because I had a child with me, because "the store was too busy" even though it was not. Didn't even get refunded!!

Cold chips, hot wings instead of mini filet. Would be nice to have salt, hand wipes like you do when you go in

It was left to one of my neighbours and he knocked on my door. I find this unprofessional, food can not be left anywhere.

The portion of chips were cold and absolutely disgusting. Not sure what that seasoning is on them, but it’s absolutely rank.!

Honestly the worst KFC I have ever had. The chips were stone cold . After years of not eating a KFC I really fancied one. I wish I never gave in to my craving. The beans were so dry and chips had cleary been left sitting there as they were so cold and soggy. The burger was vile and had a drip of surce. I will never order this again.

Hour and half waiting for some wings this is unacceptable. Change my delivery time like 3 times. I tried to call like 5 times no one would pick up the phone to the kfc Brighton western road. Unbelievable. More lower then bad. Not recommended

We were appalled at what food we got for our money. The portions were incredibly small and certainly not worth what we paid for them. We were really disappointed and will be reluctant to go to KFC again.

Time kept changing in time frame

Cold, not rocket science but putting a cold can in with hot food isnt the best idea to keep food hot, idiots and no concept of wanting to deliver a good service, all. Food cold and went in bin

My food is cold. I just paid £30 for cold food. I'm not happy in the slightest. I don't think it was the drivers fault wither as he turned uo on time even having a bit of trouble with the address. I called the restaurant but they said to talk to you guys. My food is cold. My family is disappointed. I want my money back.

Amazing Food A Amazing Helper’s

This place has improved over the years and still a favourite lunch treat for the kids . The new touch screen ordering works well and wait for food is good . I must give a special mention to a long standing staff member who deserves a medal , LIZ you always have a smile and so calm and patient especially with the difficult customer s . We have seen you at your best managing the challenges of the disabled toilet and your deserve KFC award for that . Please pass on my gratitude

Order took ages and when we received the food was cold and the order was incorrect. Really unimpressed - and this is yet another order where either something was missing or wrong!

I was very upset with the delivery man. He wanted us to go out and collect our food from him instead of him bringing it to our door,plus the KFC bag was split open and 2 of the kansas bbq chicken were missing. Very very upset and cross.
