Superfast service. Surprised that coffee costs £1 extra on meal deal. Chicken coating on pieces crispier and crunchier than, say, at Worthing or along A27 Chichester area.

Not sure KFC is still as good as I remember, this restaurant was ok, bit to much fast food and delivery drivers for me, but I still love the food

Went back again recently. Don't bother trying to claim your KFC rewards or special offers here as their app reader doesn't work. Or at least that's what they tell you... still get the impression they don't want to give anything away if they can help it 👎👎👎 Dear KFC, what is the point of giving me rewards and free offers on your App when your team won't accept them? Vague excuses offered "self service machines not working", "till won't accept App" when actually it looks like they really don't like giving away free food to their customers 🤔👎😞

Fast service hot,food,amazing staff,one member opened the door for my buggy without even needing to ask,staff that go above and beyond are rare

Very friendly staff and the food here is always served quickly and piping hot. This restaurant is very clean and obviously the staff here take pride in their work. If you want KFC in Brighton this is the one to use. There is another KFC in London Road but avoid that one as I’ve always found the service poor.

I ordered Colonels meal 4pc and you gave me only 3 pc and on the notes I said 3legs please and I received only 1 leg! Very poor services!!!

Never received my order and it was showing on the apps that it is being delivered. 👎

This is a zero stars for KFC head office and management. I ordered a delivery on the app and it changed to collect at checkout with no way of changing it. Ibhad to leave my young son at home tonrun out and collect. Useless. It's a 5 stars for Owen and Jamie at the western road store who were very understanding and helped out enormously. KFC, your head office staff is incompetent. Promote Jamie and Owen, they know what they are doing.

I recommend that you steer clear of this establishment. This 'meal' was disgusting.The chicken was overcooked and dripping in oil and the chips (there were 9 of them ) were cold and pliable.They will never have my business again..!

Quick service and food was hot and nice

KFC my guilty pleasure haha Though over the years the quality of food dropped. The chips are not longer good. Do love hot wings and a bucket of chicken. The other day decided I wanted a Zinger box meal and was disappointed with my burger.

The service is much better than McDonald always. But the chicken is so salty.

I never eat here so can't comment but walked past window and peered in. What I saw shook me. A group of guys hunched over a bucket of bones, slurping the juices and licking the grease as it ran down their faces. I was disgusted.

Probably the worst KFC in Brighton last time I came here the burger was stone cold as was the same for my chips they gave me rong drink . The staff member was arguing with me when I told him my problem anyway I got my money back after talking to the manager and walked out without eating . And the staff just allowed teenagers off school to just come in without ordering anything and mess around up stairs and trash the place I think the staff and management need training or to be fired

It's so bad that some youngsters end up coming to mess about in there, and staff don't seem to do much about it

Went into the store, got kicked out because I had a child with me, because "the store was too busy" even though it was not. Didn't even get refunded!!

Cold chips, hot wings instead of mini filet. Would be nice to have salt, hand wipes like you do when you go in

It was left to one of my neighbours and he knocked on my door. I find this unprofessional, food can not be left anywhere.

The portion of chips were cold and absolutely disgusting. Not sure what that seasoning is on them, but it’s absolutely rank.!

Honestly the worst KFC I have ever had. The chips were stone cold . After years of not eating a KFC I really fancied one. I wish I never gave in to my craving. The beans were so dry and chips had cleary been left sitting there as they were so cold and soggy. The burger was vile and had a drip of surce. I will never order this again.

Hour and half waiting for some wings this is unacceptable. Change my delivery time like 3 times. I tried to call like 5 times no one would pick up the phone to the kfc Brighton western road. Unbelievable. More lower then bad. Not recommended

We were appalled at what food we got for our money. The portions were incredibly small and certainly not worth what we paid for them. We were really disappointed and will be reluctant to go to KFC again.

My food is cold. I just paid £30 for cold food. I'm not happy in the slightest. I don't think it was the drivers fault wither as he turned uo on time even having a bit of trouble with the address. I called the restaurant but they said to talk to you guys. My food is cold. My family is disappointed. I want my money back.

Just a regular KFC. I don't think it's fair that they charge you to use the toilet and have barriers to enforce this

This place has improved over the years and still a favourite lunch treat for the kids . The new touch screen ordering works well and wait for food is good . I must give a special mention to a long standing staff member who deserves a medal , LIZ you always have a smile and so calm and patient especially with the difficult customer s . We have seen you at your best managing the challenges of the disabled toilet and your deserve KFC award for that . Please pass on my gratitude

Order took ages and when we received the food was cold and the order was incorrect. Really unimpressed - and this is yet another order where either something was missing or wrong!

I was very upset with the delivery man. He wanted us to go out and collect our food from him instead of him bringing it to our door,plus the KFC bag was split open and 2 of the kansas bbq chicken were missing. Very very upset and cross.

'Aged' Food barely room temperature..Sure turned my bottom into a 'mulligatawny soup dispenser' within minutes...+ bring back the old chips...hot!..& the two piece meal... no longer available...guess the colonel is still chasing his max dollers... talking of 'max' does not appear to have the option for a non artificially sweetened drink...yuck!...recall when they did were one of the only outfits to put their hand out for the 'sugar tax'...another deal breaker...improvements not witnessed...I shall not contribute again.

The delivery man had no idea how to find an address. I was on the phone for over 5 minutes and he had no idea where he was going! As a result the food was warm and not hot. Extremely disappointing, would not use again!

Run by kids who frankly don't care. Food was thrown together and in a complete mess.

Shocking! The estimated delivery time went up by ten minutes twice & the by 20 minutes. It finally arrived an hour & half later. But! It hadn't arrived. The app said it was delivered when it wasn't. I had to go out into the street to call down the driver. The driver listed the food as delivered & my money would have been taken & I ould have had a nightmare getting it back, because your driver LIED! Next time I order out, I don't think it will be with Just Eat!

I had 3 pieces of chicken (and some other items) but all three were small legs. I would have expected at least one breast if ordering three pieces of chicken. That’s always been the rule unless you ask otherwise. Just trying to offload the smaller items on customers who are not present to check their orders.

Gd food need more. Loos as u have ask them to unlock them so all ways a que also. Could do. Some cleaning tables as few not clean

KFC is supposed to be made up of 5 cuts, thigh, wing, drumstick, rib, & keel. I expect a variety, not 4 drumsticks!

Chips were cold, order took ages

I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and a sweetcorn to take away. The pieces were very small, a wing and a thigh, and the sweetcorn was inedible: a lot of the kernels were brown so unless I picked the yellow ones off with a cocktail stick it was impossible!

Delivery driver was pleasant should be more like him.

I recently visited this branch on 12/6/23. This is review is about the 'lack' of food quality and expectation. The chicken coating and overall taste had completely NO resemblance to the 'distinctive' KFC taste to what I have 'always' experienced it other branches. It was bland with no spice mix and very dark in colour with an overwhelming oily/fatty taste. This can only be down to 3 reasons: 1- It was not cooked in the company recommended oil ie low-linolenic soybean oil etc, used in the high pressure fryer. 2- The coating ingredients were 'substandard / old or not used. 3 - The oil used was old. I believe that the locals who use this branch on a regular basis may not notice this obvious substandard taste in the product being served (due to it being their local) and the 'non-locals/ tourist' in the main, would not bother to complain or review it, for the reason that they will probably never visit the branch again anyway. I think it is something that this branch and it's satellite/area management need to investigate and resolve because it just doesn't taste like the internationally known recipe.

Bit grubby looking meal a bit greasy

This place feels like it needs more lights and a bloody good scrub it feels so dirty. The food was varied some bits were dry and others were greasey but the wings were spot on...staff were polite and efficient..come on managers sort your lives out.

Only one loo and it's lecky sink people pee all over loo had clean off beofre could use it not even wet flour sign as for men women changing and disable loo

I had an amazing time all thanks to the man called Owen he helps out so much and really is the greatest he was fast efficient and very well trained GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE
