Kfc in Brighton and Hove

we had two chicken fillet burgers and one was inedible, the chicken was extremely tough and unpleasant.

Delivery was 11 minutes later than estimated however driver was extremely friendly. Chips were cold.

The free popcorn chicken & 1 piece of hot wing was missing 😅

The order was delivered wrong, I ordered 20 hot wings and got 6 pieces of chicken instead so disappointed.

Ordered gravy got beans. Asked for no sauce in burger and covered in sauce 😫

I get that these places can be busy but then you really should adjust the expected delivery times to match busy times. And when the food was on its way the map showed the driver had inexplicably gone 3 miles north instead of coming straight here. Really frustrating when you’re sat here hungry.

Fast service and super delicious chicken. Ordering is done on a touch screen kiosk and makes it fast and easy to use. There are lots of options to choose from and all food is cooked to order.

In the order of a four piece meal, I received four drumsticks and no thighs or breast as is usually delivered and expected. Meal was also stone cold. MOST DISAPOINTING.

I got the wrong meal, it was one that was for one person, not a family meal like ordered. to top it off it'd been sorting there for hours, as the order for them was placed at half 7!!

Food took almost an hour over earliest estimation, food was cold, drink was warm. Driver had no apology, really disappointed, not worth the money at all

Good all mixed in together and burgers just chucked in bags al over the place and delivery driver couldn’t read simple instructions food had to be thrown away asked in regards to a refund but no response

Terrible food, the chips were under cooked and the batter on the chicken was dry and just slipped off the chicken. The whole thing was greasy and not enjoyable.

Feel like KFC has gone down hill, there was one server they don't make it clear they don't want anyone going up to the counter clearly agitated, I get if they are busy and short of staff but also felt rude, food wasn't done properly things were missing and it wasn't up to normal standard

Not all ordered items delivered

I did not get what I ordered. I ordered 2 hot wings with my zinger burger but was sent a leg instead.

Order not delivered at all.driver went to complete wrong area and still marked my order as delivered.just eat either told him to do so or gave him my pin for delivery. Called KFC and they did nothing,no contact with or from just eat,no contact number

Late delivery and hour's wait.. wrong address given to rider, was not checked before ordering sent out. Rider phoned to ask where the property was! Couldn't speak English or understand me. Food eventually turned up freezing cold Unsatisfactory

The delivery driver called me saying I put in the wrong address when I hadn’t he tried to charge me a fiver in cash saying it’s for the wrong address he hung up when I called we walked onto the main road and he said he was coming he’s been sat there the whole time and we watched him wait 20mins and drive up the right road when we got out food it was cold

I like this chicken if you get a good piece some pieces are hard to work out where on the chicken it's come from a bit like a dislocated shoulder but on the whole it's finger licken good

I order all the time from just eat, yesterday I got a McDonald's from you. You have my address . Why did I have to track the driver down and he tells me he didn't have my address. Now my food is cold. Rubbish

Cold yet again I’m not paying 27 pound for cold food waiting over an hr and I wanted dinner not cold supper the only thing hot was the tango ,

A lot of what we ordered wasn’t delivered. We were missing 2 chicken popcorn, coleslaw and beans.

The food sadly wasn’t hot on the cold side i had to reheat in my air fryer

1.5 liter of Pepsi Max was missing from my order tried to ring the KFC London Road Brighton branch but no answer just keeps ringing no answer

Food was freezing cold! ALL of it! Driver parked at top of road when there was plenty of space right outside too. Even the gravy was lukewarm! Do you even bother reading your feedback cos NOTHING changes. You don’t listen to your customers!

I don't know what KFC have done to their recipe but the chicken tastes so salty now it's very hard to eat, fries are lovely and thr fillet burger is nice but the mini fillets are so so salty

Always forget something with the order or something always wrong!

You need to stop sending food out in only bags when its cold weather like this! It needs to be in a box to help retain the heat especially when its going on the back of a bike. We pay enough for this service already so a box isnt asking for too much!

Ordered food when delivered 3 pieces of chicken were missing tried to contact just eat no success so contacted kfc London road direct customer service was poor not interested that I never received main part of my order told me to visit shop in the next month to collect my order , said if I wanted another order then I have to pay for it again . Definitely will not be ordering from them again

I ordered off domino’s waited and hour and the it got cancelled. Ordered a kfc, waited and hour and they delivered it to someone els. If I don’t get a refund and compensation I will NEVER use this serves again and will tell everyone I know to steer clear of just eat. TERRIBLE SERVES

Received partially the wrong order, received hot wings instead of popcorn chicken. However food was hot and fast delivery

Absolutely awful!! ALL food was freezing cold! I watched the driver go all the way to Hove when im literally up the road from KFC! My food was on the bike for over half an hour. I rang KFC who was useless and no help whatsoever! FUMING!!

Rude staff and bad communication

Excellent as always and hot - just wish you could chose not to have chips with your meal - Chips are the only thing that lets them down as they are always soggy and limp - need to be nice and light and crispy like Macdonalds

Had to wait nearly 2hrs for my food to be delivered and when it turned up it was cold. Completely unacceptable to wait 2hrs!! I wanted to cancel my order, but there was no option to do that whilst the order was live. Absolute joke of a service and I’ll never be using just eat again!

The female staff are fine. I however had the displeasure of having to deal with the male staff a group of Asian guys. My gods yeahh laugh at your customers be rude etc so nice such a great reason to come back. Not my fault you're working here nor am I here for you to laugh at. Now I will say I haven't been back here in person in probably well over a year so these guys could be gone. But having read the reviews and having ordered from them today and receiving rancid coleslaw and missing chips clearly nothing has changed. Then again its KFC its been terrible for what 7 years now?

It is with a heavy heart that I will not be ordering my love for KFC here again, the chicken was poor quality and the chicken was reheated. It was a terrible disappointment.

It’s not what it used to be becomes greasy in the food the chicken skin becomes all soggy with fat not the greatest

I was very disappointed to see that I didn’t receive the main part of my box meal and only received the sides. I ordered a boneless banquet but sadly didn’t receive the 3 mini fillets which was the main part of the box meal and the reason I ordered it.

No order arrived, waited for 2 hours 40 and still nothing, that it says its been delivered is just not true
