The female staff are fine. I however had the displeasure of having to deal with the male staff a group of Asian guys. My gods yeahh laugh at your customers be rude etc so nice such a great reason to come back. Not my fault you're working here nor am I here for you to laugh at. Now I will say I haven't been back here in person in probably well over a year so these guys could be gone. But having read the reviews and having ordered from them today and receiving rancid coleslaw and missing chips clearly nothing has changed. Then again its KFC its been terrible for what 7 years now?

Portion sizes are smaller every time. Poor quality with hardly anything there compared to what you pay for. Won’t be ordering a KFC again!

KFC on London Road has several issues. Most employees are from India and Pakistan and don't speak English. The restaurant is often messy, the staff appears untrained, and there are significant hygiene concerns.

loads of food was again missing trying for a refund but it won't do it the company is getting worse

be very careful on this site I ordered a meal and never delivered it but they have taken the money..you really don't need this especially if you cannot afford it very often..little boys birthday as well. ..

Missing the 3 mini fillets. It’s basically the whole meal. Not sure what to say.

Chips were cold , rest of it was hot .

Delivery time kept moving forward when it eventually arrived it was stone cold. It must have been ready 45 mins before it was picked up . It’s in the bin

Food was ice cold couldn’t even eat it, gravy was spilled everywhere, by far the worst kfc I’ve ever ordered.

The food was cold and the chips were really soggy my Can of drink was also damaged

Came to this kfc and had to wait over 40 minutes for the food. One meal was stone cold and the other was ok. However the gravy was so watery and tasted so bland! There were hardly any options for sides. The customer service was so poor. The supercharger was bland? No hot sauce apparently.

burger was unboxed, and flattened and food had just been thrown in and not separated into bags. Very unhappy. I have asked for no ketchup on my burger (as I am unable to eat it), and last 4 times they have smothered it in ketchup

order missing items only received 4 hotwings should of been 10, it's not the drivers fault which the restaurant tried to blame them when I contacted the shop.

Very disappointed, 2 sides of sweetcorn were missing, the chips had been squashed by the coke and some of the fillets weren’t mini they were minute.

Kfc London Road is not great, the food is not fresh and they most likely don't change the oil too often

Arrogant driver. Didn't follow my delivery instructions. Proceed to come upstairs to flat. Dropped food on the floor in front of the door and run downstairs shouting 'be careful that bag is ripped'. When confronted, he refused to take the bag away and shouted something. Food was squashed, cold and spilt in the bag.

Chicken mini fillets were extremely salty; wings and pieces were OK. Ordered two dips but only one was delivered.

Portion sizes very small, especially the chips. Lettuce on burger was turning brown and soggy. Chicken wings were nice as was the popcorn chicken but overall, was very disappointed with the amount of food and quality.

People need to learn how to pack bags, 1 tub of beans were squashed and spilled on the chips and bag split

Twister was cold and didn't have sause all through only at 1 end. The colonels 4pc normally come with 2 drumsticks and 2 other pieces, this had 4 drumsticks.

No Pepsi max bottle with bucket meal. No drink for 3 people :( been trying to call restaurant for ages. No answer. Ridiculous

everything that should have been hot was infact cold, at least the coleslaw was chilled. have not had coated chicken which should be nicely fried and firm before... I wanted to try your delivery service so now I have and I definitely won't be using this service again especially when the delivery driver is blatantly waiting for a tip!!!

Probably the worst fast food place I have ever have the displeasure of using. Have ordered food from them a few times now. The delivery drivers don’t even turn up, try to contact you or make an effort to deliver the order. Really really shocking. Seems like they take your money and couldn’t care less about delivering the service you have paid for. Would recommend avoiding at all costs

I specifically asked that the chicken parts be mixed and matched. instead I got the opposite. they gave me 3 drumsticks out of 4 chicken parts. I'm very upset.

I have yesterday aske for the refund. Your driver called me saying is outside despite of my instructions to buz the buzzer and he put me on hold. And sent message that food was delivered! I didnt any food outside . He wasnt in the right addtess if he left. Please advise when i get my refund its second tex it happened!

Food isn’t right tasting bar chips .. the chickens over greasy and don’t taste right and the corn on cob is bland .. gravy is lumpy like it’s been out all day like the chicken too

Food was delivered with the bag having split open in the delivery drivers bag. Was given a choice of keeping my order or no food as the driver didn’t speak English and was using his phone to communicate. The food was cold and needed reheating as well going everywhere in the delivery bag, certainly not value for money.

No point ordering KFC if they can't send the chicken with your meal. Waste of time. Won't answer the phone and the rest of it is cold.

I’m missing 2 fillets 3 wings 2 pieces of chicken and got a small box of chips this is in called for and very disappointing as half my family are not eating I’d like you to come and collect your food back please as I am ordering more food from somewhere else so my family can eat together

The driver left the restaurant at 5:55pm and delivered our food at 6:30pm For 30mins the driver was sat at one spot over by bear road When the food arrived it was cold and the boxes were all messed up I do have photo if you could just tell me how to submit it I would appreciate some sort of refund as this is unacceptable

Didn’t ever get order , app lied about driver stood outside in rain for over 10 min waiting for driver for no driver to show up and driver goes missing half way to my house from restaurant very disappointed and hungry this service should not exist as just eat more like No eat … this happens every time I try this dumb service and I mean every time , who can help me with such a rubbish service

Over half the food missing, including one entire meal. Food that was there, was awful. Dry, cold and soggy. Still waiting on refund 3 days later, so couldn’t even order another meal on the day

Took nearly 2 hours to come which is absolutely ridiculous wasn’t given any options but to just wait tried calling restaurant no answer tried finding a number to call just eat but no contact details available. I feel a refund should be given for such a long wait!
