Service is bad. One of the staff came and asked for a review so I got my phone to scan the QR code and I needed assistance with making the review. She opened the link and pressed 5 stars on all and wrote a comment that the service is very good! I didn’t ask her to make the review for me and it actually frustrated me that she did that!

I recently visited the Burger King on Kings Road, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and got my order right, which can be rare at fast-food places. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted just as you’d expect from Burger King — the Whopper was perfectly grilled, and the fries were hot. The location is clean and well-maintained, though it can get a bit busy during peak times. But for the quality and taste, it was worth it! Definitely recommend if you're craving a classic BK meal and don’t mind a short wait!

Friendly service and super tasty food

I expected this to be busy right on the main seafront of Brighton but it was very quiet. The staff were just a waste of space, they couldn't look any more unhappier at work. The burger was warm and the fries were hot. Better places to go.

the security at this burger king are absolutely horrible they are grown men shouting at young girls to stand in the pouring rain at 3 am due to having food in my hand ignoring the fact we also wanted to get food from there. disgusting behaviour.

Very similar to the burger kings we have back home in Canada and I really appreciate that comfort when I'm across the pond

Gave this burger king branch a try whilst spending a day in Brighton. Screens worked fine, order done quickly. Clean inside and almost empty. Not the best burger king I've been to. Food not hot. Fries tepid and pretty soggy. Burger bap soggy and not very toasted Burger didn't have that typical flame grilled taste at all. Had much nicer food in other branches in Cornwall where I'm from. Toilets had a code that I didn't see see at first on my receipt. They were clean but did smell bad. Very cramped toilets too. Overall it's very tired and on this occasion the food wasn't great. Shame really. I'd probably give it a miss and try the one in the centre of town. Wish I had to be honest.

I ordered on line 2 slices of tomato ends 1 lettuce leaf, hardly any sauce not worth the money at all, if I was in the shop I would have took it back

My visit was a great experience. The food was served hot, and I really enjoyed my Big King XL, which was packed with flavour. The service was quick and efficient, making it perfect for a fast, tasty meal. It’s a reliable option when craving a good 🍔

Took ages to get from ordered to preparing, the delivery time kept being put back, food was very squashed when it arrived.

Although I do not have high expectations for a place like Burger King, this place disappointed me. The burger tasted like it was already three hours old. The fries were cold, the coke had a flower taste. The place itself was dirty. Even a fast food restaurant can do better!

Pathetic experience. Ordered Halloumi burger and they gave us Chicken whooper and bacon and upon asking the staff responded it is halloumi petty??? ( which i can see was whooper) with bacon and we should told her when ordering, while for Halloumi burger there was no option for bacon. Later the staff responded as if they could remove bacon??? What a low standard like if someone is choosing veg option what is the point of serving non-veg and then answering like they didn’t care. Now I wonder if all burger king branches are serving chicken options instead of veg option. But for sure I won’t recommend this Burger king branch to anyone.

Very tasty burger, lots of salad and sauce and various spices.

I wanted to pay by card at the self-service checkout. The money came off, but the paper with the order number did not. I was forced to go with the order to the operator, who was very unpleasant. I evaluate the whole matter very negatively. I do not recommend this Burger king to anyone. I advise you with all my heart, go eat somewhere else please. Thanks a lot

Ordered a vegan royale and a Fanta. The drinks machine with the touchscreen where you do the drinks yourself looked absolutely filthy, but what could I do I had paid for it. I filled my cup with the fanta (no ice). It tasted okay at first but had a weird aftertaste. Later that night I was violently ill. I had eaten the exact same things as my mother-in-law and wife, except from the Fanta - I was the only one who had that. Those machines need deep cleaning regularly, the restaurant itself could do with some disinfecting whilst you’re at it.

Food quality ok'ish, food quantity is low compared to the price.

Saw a black hair in my royale. Showed it to the manager. He immediately told me that it was impossible. Apparently there is a manager in the kitchen that checks every sandwich for hair before it goes out. Talked to two other members of staff, they said the same thing. Felt gaslit. Ended up leaving the sandwich behind and left immediately. The vibes were horrible. I just wanted a sandwich without pubes on it bro 🤢🤮

Disgusting experience, food has made me and my friends actually ill. Not going to go into detail. This East Asian woman who served me and my friends was very rude and ruined the end of our night. Avoid Burger King, especially this one,over priced rude staff. Overall not worth it. They’re also weirdly over protective over the toilet PIN code, even with their customers.

Worst service I've ever had in Brighton. The staff is not friendly, they don't accept 50 pound bill. Afterwards, I called them to ask about lost thing, they hang up immediately. The food is okay ish, although McDonald's is much better.

One item missing . Large fries delivered large fries bag but only few pieces of fries . Not ordering anymore

I have a chronic illness and I came inside to order a drink and some chips so I could take my emergency medication as I felt an attack coming on, the workers kicked me out and shouted right in my face I told them I was buying a drink and food and they said they will not serve me because my friend who I was with was not buying anything I tried to explain my circumstances and why I needed to sit down but they then threatened to call the police

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Burger King. I ordered the peppercorn chicken burger, which sounded promising, but it turned out to be a colossal letdown. The patty was dry and flavorless, and the peppercorn sauce was practically nonexistent. For the exorbitant price of over £10, I expected a much better quality burger. To make matters worse, when I asked to refill my reusable water bottle with water, the staff outright refused and insisted I purchase one of their overpriced, single-use plastic water bottles. This was not only inconvenient but also incredibly wasteful and environmentally unfriendly. The overall experience was a complete disappointment, from the subpar food to the lack of sustainability efforts. I expected better from a major fast-food chain like Burger King. With so many other options available, I highly doubt I'll be returning to this particular location anytime soon. Save your money and skip this Burger King altogether.

Ordered a chicken legend meal, picked up fast but got home to find the CHICKEN legend had no chicken.

I think burger King has a bright idea for sales... customer to pay to get these token for toilet access.

My food arrived nearly two hours after it was ordered. The time just kept getting later and later. Once the order was finally picked up by the delivery driver, he appeared to have many stops along the way, resulting in a further 45 minutes wait from it leaving the restaurant to arrive at my door. The food was cold. I am really disappointed. I called the restaurant numerous times for an update and they didn’t pick up. Terrible service for what is supposed to be fast food.

Lovely place for food. My grandson had egg and bacon roll, and the eggs were so orange yellow really fresh......and we had cheese and chutney sandwiches..very tasty

The best Burger King in town! The people here are always so warm and friendly, they even remember my order as I’m there once a week. The food is always perfect and hot, can’t fault anything! 10/10, much better than the Burger King on North street.

I was not happy with this order as I specifically asked to have no bacon and just cheese in the burgers when they got the order wrong and there was a nail inside one of the burgers that was disgusting. The burgers didn’t even look like there were cooked probably. I haven’t had Burger King in a while and now I know why! I plan to get a complete refund and the order wasn’t even correct.

The only good thing is it's open until 5am, we needed food at midnight arriving at our hotel. However, the food is cold and gross. So overpriced, 2 meals cost around £24. The toilets are the grossest, just hold your pee until you get home.Dangerous late at night with security at the door since all the drunks come here after the club but at least they're ready I guess.

If there was a review level lower then terrible I would give it that. They refused to give us a cup of tap water even though we ordered food. The staff were rude and no help. Security were terrible. The food was mid. The lad with dark long her was lovely that was working at 1:50 on Saturday. Absolutely no redeeming qualities.

arrive to 1 family inside already so not busy at all but somehow manage to serve cold food and wrong drinks when i told staff about my whopper etc being cold i got was it freshly made i said it was not as its cold they then said they would make another with a huge attitude and i ask the till person was that the manager he raised his eyebrows and said yes unfortunatly i then asked for the managers name and i was refused it by 3 members of staff and the manager refused to provide her name and just walked away and picked a radio thing up really dont know how she is a manager the reviews for this locations speak for themselves cold food rude staff avoid like you would covid after seeing the picture below yes Fauzia is utterly rude over here-self serving cold food and agree with everything the previous family have reviewed

Using the booking machines are always a bit hit and miss! Either the food order is wrong or you don't get a receipt. In this instance I ordered a burger meal deal but ended up with just a burger! Hey ho - burger was ok - surroundings not so.

Order was 45 minutes late which meant I could not eat it before leaving for work. He arrived just as I was leaving so I could not even eat the food and it will have to be thrown away.

Food was cooked fresh, service was quick and efficient but for a place been so close to Brighton Pier, staff need to interact a bit more
