The food delivered late it’s cold I didn’t enjoy my cold food the fries is got soggy and the burger got cold and the drink was spilled it was a mess ..:(

As McDonald's go.... this is quite nice. Clean, lots of space, we did not have to wait long for our food eventhough it was busy and the food was piping hot!!! Just annoying that if you want to park up and relax you have to pay as it is in the Galleria complex 😞

Order through uber app. Waiting for an hour plus. Ordered 2 drinks but only got one. Ask for no ice but still get ice. All the fries were hard, soggy and cold, can’t even eat it. Ordered with the dips but all the dips were missing. Already disappointed with the long wait, but got more disappointed again with the quality and the accuracy of the food.

The food isn't always fresh (incredibly, considering the amount of people going there!) and the wait is awful in this place, both inside and drive thru. The atmosphere is not great either but it's handy for when shopping at the galleria.

Food is usually good, slow service is understandable when busy but I think there should be a monitor at the speaker machine for drivers to enter reg which allows a little additional parking time than 25 minutes just incase the time at drive thru causes over stay and PCNs

Initially expected at 1905 delivered 1926. Courier was at restaurant a long time waiting for food, but I can only comment by what I can see on the app. Also, I received nuggets when I ordered 9 chicken selects.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s, This visit was not amazing. One of meals didn’t come with a toy and when we asked the staff about it they were unhelpful and just said they needed to see the paper receipt we didn’t have.

Always an enormous queue at this drive thru they need to adapt to make the queue quicker and effective. Unfortunately can mess up orders due to time pressures.

Galleria MC Donald waiting for delivery is some kind of misunderstanding. Delivery was supposed to be within 30 minutes arrived after an hour. In addition, the order preparation time was constantly changing. It was getting longer and shorter. The only thing that was fast was home delivery. Order preparation took 50 minutes, of which delivery took 8 minutes. Very disappointed .

Slowest drive through I’ve used, it will easily take 30 mins to get your food with 6-7 cars in the queue. Food is always fine once it arrives though.

food is good. but almost every single time we order and pay for sauces they are never included in our order. 4 times I have specifically asked for them not to forget the sauces on the notes section and yet they are still never included. Not that big of a deal but sometimes sauces can make the meal.

Absolute joke. Ordered through their mcdelivery nonsense which is handled by Uber. Order came incomplete and there isn't even a customer service helpline to rectify any issues. The mcApp took 10 mins automated messages to tell me to call Uber which also wouldn't connect. Nobody answered at the restaurant. 11/03/2025 12:30 Unacceptable Treatment at McDonald's Galleria Hatfield I have been facing a recurring issue at this location for nearly a month now, and it has become incredibly frustrating. One particular employee—a bearded Indian man who also takes drive-thru orders—has been deliberately delaying my order every time I come to pick it up. Even when my order is visibly ready on the table, he refuses to hand it over, making me wait unnecessarily for 45 minutes or more while giving orders to others without delay. Most recently, on March 11, 2025, at around 12:30 PM, the same incident occurred. Despite me clearly seeing my order ready, he kept telling me, "Let me check," while continuing to serve others promptly. This behavior feels intentional and unfair, and I have no idea why he is treating me this way. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with fairness and professionalism. I urge the management at McDonald’s Galleria Hatfield to take this matter seriously and ensure that all customers are treated with respect.

Waited over 15min for food in restaurant meanwhile drive through orders been priority 🙄 Asked about our food, staff and manager even did not apologised for delays, no pls or thank you, not even smile. Spent £25 for this? Never again

When we received our order, our 2 youngest children were upset that they had no nuggets in their Happy Meals! We put in for a refund, £1.98, but then I had to order more nuggets, pay for delivery again so cost much more than the refund amount!

can be a big que due too at the drive thru and parking is now limited in the carparks too 20min after this you will need to pay for parking . parking is monitored via entry and exit cameras . food can be just about warm at times its a risk depending on how busy they our big que food will be cold

This is one of the worst MacDonalds out there. It is a shame it is my nearest drive through. The queues are horrendous. Easily half hour wait even when seemingly that long. If it is long then forget. When you finally get to the front you can at least get you drinks but you will have to park up and wait another 10 mins for your food. Fries are always half full.

It was yummy. The car park is nice and big. For some reason, some of the numbers were on the screen three times. Number 094 didn't pick up their order. There's still a couple of fish burgers waiting for you. I got to be number 001. Now I know the answer to that question on The Prisoner.
