Avoid. There has been so many issues with this branch. One, was a locked fire exit door. When mentioned to staff, their reply, " it stopped people running out with orders". So much for health & safety More recently, I ordered a family meal, only to find, in the sealed bag, that there was a burger missing. Trying to complain to McDonalds is like parting the Red Sea No obvious place to complain. I'm sure they make it difficult to complain, that, the majority of people give up, meaning, more money into the pockets of the McDonalds conglomerate

A lot of items unavailable. Toilets needed attention even after being told so.

Honestly terrible, waited 10 minutes at each window with 3 cars in front of me. As someone who used to work here I know it doesn’t take half an hour to get from order to delivery. Staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing and chips were burnt and rock solid. Stay well away if you’re actually hungry!

So disappointed. I ordered via uber eats. One item was not in the delivery package and uber eats paid me back just one 5th of the value of the missing item. And there is no other way to chase down this issue.

Quote possibly the worst Mackies I’ve visited. Sta in the drive through queue for 20 minutes with only 5 cars in front of us so we missed breakfast by one minute. No problem there so we ordered 2 cheeseburgers, and a 6 nugget meal. We had to repeat our order FOUR times! Considering they should have literally just been cooked, the burgers were cold and dry and the fries tasted like they were from last night. Truly awful but then it is McDonalds

Food was the same as any McDonald's (obviously) but the toilets were very unclean, lots of tabels with food still on them, lots of rubbish on the floor, no empty bins all were overflowing

I didn’t even receive the order so who ever took it from the delivery guy hope you enjoyed it or I hope the delivery guy didn’t eat it

Food average, coffees good, service was good, but noisy teenagers buying one drink between 6 of them and screaming and swearing.

Order arrived 4 hours late, stone cold clearly made hours ago. No way of cancelling via JustEat and when I rang McD they just ignored everything I asked and said and just fobbed me off.

Missed items on my 3 past orders, so won't get delivery from it again. They also make it very inconvenient to get the money back, requiring a phone call and a long waiting time. Beware.

Shokets available dont work. The food is the same as other Mc. Staff are kindly. I give 2 stars because they do a lot of marketing with the chargers and every time I need to use them don't work.

Our order was not delevered complete we ordered 3 large chips and a happy meal and we only got the happy meal and not any of the chips. This is not the first time this has happened and we are very frustrated.

3 medium chips way under sized more like happy meal small size

Delivery was fine however no chips were delivered and they gave me a Coke instead of a Fanta which seems to be an occurring problem when I order from mcdonalds there is always at least one item wrong or missing such a disappointment

I ordered my food at 3.05. First the app said its arriving at 3.35-3.50. I checked again at 3.35 and it's changed to 16.15-16.40. Food arrived at 16.15 but its was cold and no sauces for the meals.

During the day the drive through is pretty okay. At night however its as if they're not even open. On average dueing the night hours expect to be there for atleast 30-40 mins. Gone downhill that has.

My chips were stone cold and my mcflurry was melted.and my delivery time kept getting changed to later times.im not very happy and have to eat a cold dinner.

Cold. The chios tasted funny like the potatoes where green. Unbeatable. The coke tasted watered down - undrinkable. Cold apple pie too. Driver did not know how to smile or say hello!

Josh was the person who took my order today at the drive through. He was amazing. I can be a fussy eater and he was brilliant, didn't mind adjusting my order and when we pulled up he even went to double check it before they made it. Thank you for the good food and excellent customer service.

The delivery was fine etc but yet again missing items from McDonald’s. It’s soooo frustrating as someone has to go without & I can’t let it be my kids so it’s normally me, so I’m really not happy now as I’m sitting here hungry! It’s not good enough.

The food was never delivered. I have already put in a complaint. We ordered at 11;57 at waited until 1:30 and it still said the driver was at a restaurant. I don’t know why it says it was delivered at 12:40. We called restaurant mutiple times and even tried to cancel it but neither picked up nor was the option to cancel. I made a complaint at 1:30 and still there was no food and I wake up this morning to see it says it’s been delivered way before but we never received it. Please issue us a refund. Thank you!

Went through the drive through, ordered 9 Nuggets and a large meal. Got home to notice that my fries were missing and the box only had 6 nuggets in it.

If the restaurant was unable to make my order, the least they could have done was contact me to let me know rather than to just deliver the apple pie and the 2 dips. I’m appalled by this.

delivery was fine the grilled chicken wrap was disgusting the chicken was chewy and other parts were hard I sent the pictures to just eat I even have video evidence but all just eat could say was you have your own cooking style yeah hard chicken winner winner yuck

about 15 minutes for two burgers and a wrap is a bit too long, rude staff serving food. Sticky tables and seats.
