Worst service ever order from this place every other week. Minimum spend of £30 to lexus hatfield. Every week they get the order wrong. This time they forgot the peri chips and expect me to waite for the peri chips while my kofta pitta bread jets ice cold. Kind regards

Went to this establishment after visiting the uni of hatfield open day ....was not disappointed. We had their lunch time meal deal , main + side + drink for 8.95. Burgers were flavourful, tasty, well cooked and decent size...only downfall was did not have as many chips i would like...would defo go again with the family. Plenty of seating and quick service even though it was busy

Smash burger should be imroved little bit as the meat is not refined one, as it should be more tender and juicy. Learn the receipe from (Brim burgers). Moreover, It should add some steaks as well and turkish kababs in their menu.

Don't order online. When I went to collect it, they had me waiting 20 mins. Then they came out and asked me what I was waiting for again. Took the food 5 minutes up the road to the premier inn. Peri peri fries were stone cold. The rest was lukewarm. Only hot thing was the free bag of fries they chucked in, with no salt or seasoning. Disappointing.

I had a disappointing experience with Moe's Peri Peri restaurant's recent student promotion. The voucher claimed free food which is rice and strips, but after walking a considerable distance, we were informed they had run out after serving 450 students and asked us to return another day. Upon returning, we were told the promotion had already ended and was only for the first 300 students. This communication wasted my time and felt like a poorly executed marketing tactic. Additionally, they asked all the students for a good Google review before even giving the food, which seemed like an insincere approach to promotion. Overall, this left a negative impression. Please don’t trust the 5 star ratings and reviews here, as most of them were given by students before they even received their food.

Service was fast and the staff was friendly. Parking right next to the shop was free for the first hour which was more than enough time to eat. I ordered a Real Cheese Burger with a free side, Fiesta Burrito and apple juice which was £16.37. The burrito with red kidney beans, spicy rice and grilled chicken was one of the tastiest burrito's ive ever had. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Zubair is the best staff there. Quality, juicy, tender chicken. My favourite is loaded chicken fries and spicy grilled chicken burger.

Service was slow and my cheesy tortilla had only 1 chicken tender and cold cheese but the burger chips and sauces were delicious 😋

Excellent service by the cashier I asked him to give me a cheeseburger meal without the drink, because I didn't need the drink, he told me it would be the same price I take it with or without a drink, so he charged me 50p less, good service.

I found a hair in my half chicken. Complained that I found a hair and the cook argued back saying I've eaten the meal already and couldn't offer me anything. I hadn't eaten it and there was still alot of chicken and fries left. Spoke to the manager who said he doesn't know how it happened. The cook clearly had nothing covering his long beard which was obvious how it got there. Disgusting, bad customer service. I won't be returning.

Pink chai is amazing here! You get slimy smooth chai, wraps, and burgers that are especially amazing if you like spicy food! 🌶️🍔🌯 Parking is available during the day, but check for restrictions depending on your visit time. 🚗⛔️ Service is quick, and dining is available! 👍

Absolutely terrible! This was hands down the worst experience ever. How on earth do you serve a "full platter" meal without any sauces? Not once, not twice, but THREE times in a row! Every time I reported it, all I got was a pathetic "sorry." How about actually fixing the issue instead of useless apologies? This is not how you treat paying customers. It should've been sorted immediately, not ignored. Let’s be real—the only reason Moe's is still getting orders is because it's open 24/7. If it wasn’t for that, this place would've shut down years ago. Ridiculous!

The food was absolutely horrible. I ordered lemon and herb chicken and received spicy and extremely salty. The worst part was the wrap was soggy and kept falling apart. (See photos) The chips as you can see is overcooked or cooked with bad oil. The drink was warm and not even chilled. Overall a poor experience from a place where once it was so good. This place is not like how it used to be. No wonder it was so empty even at lunchtime…

Use to be my favourite place now the food is poor quality delivery takes forever when I sat in for food was sticky messy dirty, waited 45mins for two milkshakes ... and with my recent order I found a baby cockroach on my kitchen side after opening the bags with my delivery . I'm done not trusting moes anymore

Unfortunately for a 2nd time when ordering online through the website the delivery failed to happen. Meaning we had to call to find out where our food was…to be told they didn’t have our order and it was our fault. Being told we didn’t order through the website and our order had not gone through. But after sharing a screenshot of our order confirmation (and money being taken) they finally said our food would be with us! In 45minutes!! We have used Moe’s for years but this will be our last, after this experience.

Online order through their website. Dont use it as I don’t think it’s monitored. Food arrived after 90+ minutes after having to call twice to see where my food was. Food was so cold and after being starving it wasn’t a pleasant surprise when it turned up. Sad really as I usually enjoy a moes but left disappointed this time. Mrs wasn’t happy either so have to deal with her grumpy.

I love Moes but it’s better if you collect because when I order delivery they ALWAYS get my order wrong. I’ve ordered peri chips countless times and each time it comes plain. Then when I call they argue on the phone. I keep ordering thinking maybe this time it will be correct but no.

I visit Hatfield every 2 weeks to work and have a moe.s everytime I visit but never again .I have a very hard day at work I thought I would take advantage of ordering on line and get 20% off plus not have to wait for my meal to cook i tried to get on moe,s app for over 40 minutes only for it not work . I walked over to moe,s and explained what had happened and I showed the app was not working I expected to get the 20% off I did not so would not order there and went to witherspoon instead. I love moes but will not use it again

It's just average Or below average food taste. Not enough sauces are added for flavour. T Ate from here 2 times just bcz there are limited Halal restaurants there.

The service is bad. I ordered a drink and waited for around 15 mins and when asked the girl who took the order, at that time she went and spoke to the person to prepare it. later the drink arrived at the table but I ordered a takeaway and he apologized.

Spent my night in the toilet, beef was soggy, went into the actual shop to see how they’re cooking the food, bunch of clueless people, wearing gloves while talking on the phone, wearing gloves while clicking on the counter, the same gloves that they handle your food. One guy (without gloves) picking his ears and nose. Very unsanitary disgusting and will never order from here again. You’ll definitely end up with some sort of illness if this continues.

My son treated us to a meal. He is a University student with not a lot of spare cash. We sat down to eat but were told to leave as they were closing. Not impressed and will not recommend. Food may have been nice but we had nowhere apart from sitting on the floor in the street to eat it. Which we did not do.

Nice spot to eat at. They need to chill out with the flavouring when they paint it on but you pay your fee you get your ticket. Chicken was nice. Decent chips portion. Weren't dry at all. Very nice interior seems like it's just been refurbished. Isa if you're reading this. Cowabunga dude.

Made an order for 3 people and one whole meal was missing. I called up to tell them to be called a liar, no apology, didn’t even take there time out to call the delivery driver, just straight up said I was lying and hung up on me. Worst customer service ever

The lunch time offer is NOT for “any meal”. Incorrect advertisement outside to catch people’s attention and when you go in, the staff tries to charge you extra.

Have used Moe's for a few years and they used to be really good but for the second time recently have had to wait an hour and a half for delivery and food was lukewarm. Ironically delivery used to be free and was very quick, they now charge and delivery is very slow and not acceptable.
