I ordered three daddy burger with peri peri chips and I have to say the portion is huge.And the burger itself was really delicious blew my mind, I’m definitely coming back:)

Not at all recommended, staff over there with worse service unit one of the order taking guy behaves very rude while we ask about our order being ready there reply is so offending

Use to be my favourite place now the food is poor quality delivery takes forever when I sat in for food was sticky messy dirty, waited 45mins for two milkshakes ... and with my recent order I found a baby cockroach on my kitchen side after opening the bags with my delivery . I'm done not trusting moes anymore

Unfortunately for a 2nd time when ordering online through the website the delivery failed to happen. Meaning we had to call to find out where our food was…to be told they didn’t have our order and it was our fault. Being told we didn’t order through the website and our order had not gone through. But after sharing a screenshot of our order confirmation (and money being taken) they finally said our food would be with us! In 45minutes!! We have used Moe’s for years but this will be our last, after this experience.

Online order through their website. Dont use it as I don’t think it’s monitored. Food arrived after 90+ minutes after having to call twice to see where my food was. Food was so cold and after being starving it wasn’t a pleasant surprise when it turned up. Sad really as I usually enjoy a moes but left disappointed this time. Mrs wasn’t happy either so have to deal with her grumpy.

Delicious grilled chicken, good service and decent value. The levels of heat are great for a chilli lover like me and there's a good number of ways it is served. Often busy, but for good reason.

Consistently good quality food and portion sizes whenever we go. We have been regular for a while and they never disappoint. We recently got served by Zaweria, very polite and excellent service as well. Highly recommend their food.

I love Moes but it’s better if you collect because when I order delivery they ALWAYS get my order wrong. I’ve ordered peri chips countless times and each time it comes plain. Then when I call they argue on the phone. I keep ordering thinking maybe this time it will be correct but no.

I visit Hatfield every 2 weeks to work and have a moe.s everytime I visit but never again .I have a very hard day at work I thought I would take advantage of ordering on line and get 20% off plus not have to wait for my meal to cook i tried to get on moe,s app for over 40 minutes only for it not work . I walked over to moe,s and explained what had happened and I showed the app was not working I expected to get the 20% off I did not so would not order there and went to witherspoon instead. I love moes but will not use it again

It's just average Or below average food taste. Not enough sauces are added for flavour. T Ate from here 2 times just bcz there are limited Halal restaurants there.

Waited for an hour for no reason. They didn't mentioned that the waffle maker isn't working. Made me sit there and waste my time.

The service is bad. I ordered a drink and waited for around 15 mins and when asked the girl who took the order, at that time she went and spoke to the person to prepare it. later the drink arrived at the table but I ordered a takeaway and he apologized.

The food quality is very poor and the jerk chicken wrap is diabolical and should be renamed the jafaken chicken wrap.

Spent my night in the toilet, beef was soggy, went into the actual shop to see how they’re cooking the food, bunch of clueless people, wearing gloves while talking on the phone, wearing gloves while clicking on the counter, the same gloves that they handle your food. One guy (without gloves) picking his ears and nose. Very unsanitary disgusting and will never order from here again. You’ll definitely end up with some sort of illness if this continues.

My son treated us to a meal. He is a University student with not a lot of spare cash. We sat down to eat but were told to leave as they were closing. Not impressed and will not recommend. Food may have been nice but we had nowhere apart from sitting on the floor in the street to eat it. Which we did not do.

Nice spot to eat at. They need to chill out with the flavouring when they paint it on but you pay your fee you get your ticket. Chicken was nice. Decent chips portion. Weren't dry at all. Very nice interior seems like it's just been refurbished. Isa if you're reading this. Cowabunga dude.

Made an order for 3 people and one whole meal was missing. I called up to tell them to be called a liar, no apology, didn’t even take there time out to call the delivery driver, just straight up said I was lying and hung up on me. Worst customer service ever

The lunch time offer is NOT for “any meal”. Incorrect advertisement outside to catch people’s attention and when you go in, the staff tries to charge you extra.

Have used Moe's for a few years and they used to be really good but for the second time recently have had to wait an hour and a half for delivery and food was lukewarm. Ironically delivery used to be free and was very quick, they now charge and delivery is very slow and not acceptable.

peri chips n oreo sundae was good, but the double peri wrap sucks don’t believe the hype on Uber eats, word that 90% satisfaction rating is fubu, prolly not gonna order again I bought this impulsively at like 2:30am, when you’re hungry food is food

Halal food that was good but overpriced. Chips could have tasted better, wasn't too impressed with them, but peri peri wings and non-gourmet beef burgers were good. We didnt opt for the gourmet (Angus) burgers as there weren't any meal deals on offer- had there been we would have certainly spent that little extra.

My first time and an excellent experience, this is a place to be for healthy, pocket friendly meal at its peak. I love this place, home food away from home!

The food is not that nice and they didn't allow I and my friend to eat there because 'eating inside' was closed but someone was eating there already. They didn't give any tissue in the takeaway or any cutlery.

I am having food with family and three kids. I have been served with pita breads. After eating one , I have realize there is fungus (molt) on it. I have reported to the manager and I have replace new one and throw others in bin. Simply say sorry. So please carefull when having food. I am also reporting to food authority.

Food was good, little expensive. £1 a cheese slice. That's a joke. Service was very poor. Eating in, but they packed out food for takeaway and was given to us 20 mins after me asking is the food ready.

If I could give 10 stars for service I would, after my son's order was delivered to the wrong address through uber eats, the guys at the restaurant went above and beyond to resolve the problem, even though it was not their mistake. They were polite and helpful and as already repeat customers we will be spreading the word on how genuinely nice they are. They genuinely couldn't have done any more. Thank you Moe's.

I ordered a delivery last night yet AGAIN had food missing which yet AGAIN moes refused to sort out. They tried to tell me I had ordered a pitta bread instead of hulloumi when both are supposed to come in the meal deal which is £14.95 peri peri single platter. You can not change either options as they are included and they are telling me I’ve made the mistake and if next time I can’t change the option ring them. But now they can do nothing. I am fuming! The meal deal includes pitta AND hulloumi not either or!!!!!!!!!

To the management: the fries were okay, the oil was old and you need to change it more often I could taste this. I went for a cheeseburger and the bun was way bigger than the patty. The patty was also tasteless and had no flavour. Sort it out.

I have ordered (take away) a single whole chicken in store. After coming back to home, we got to see 3 pieces of chicken instead of 4pieces. Please check your parcel in store and then leave the shop. Very disappointed about the same.

I visited Hatfield on a business trip and a colleague took me here for lunch. Great food, moderately priced, friendly staff and the food came out fast and hot. I will be sure to visit here again next time i am in the area.
