Awful service, was told I have to wait outside for takeaway but they didn't have a issue with the next customer waiting instore for his food. I waited in my car which I explained in the notes section. Just left my food to get cold on counter. Was also told I had sauces in the bag but when I got to the car I noticed they didn't give any. AWFUL PLACE...STAY AWAY

Among all the chicken I have tried since I came to the UK for 10 days, this is the best!! It's so much better than "N" chicken. Reasonable price with big portions. The chicken is juicy, karak chai is fabulous, n my husband loves it. Said it has been a long time din drink such a nice tea since we are here. One thing that can be improved is ventilation. It will even perfect.

Terrible Service & Rude Manager – Avoid! MISSING ITEMS I ordered food from Moe’s Peri Peri in Hatfield, and for two days in a row, my order was completely wrong, with multiple missing items. This time, my order was worth £60, and yet again, items were missing. When I called the restaurant, the manager was shockingly rude and completely irresponsible in handling the issue. Instead of resolving the problem, he spoke disrespectfully and made no effort to help. We didn’t even open the food this time because we were so frustrated. We simply wanted a refund for their mistake, but the way the manager handled the situation was unacceptable. A business should take responsibility for its errors and treat customers with respect, yet this place does the opposite. If you’re thinking of ordering from here, beware – terrible customer service and no accountability! The management seriously needs training on professionalism and customer care. Would not recommend this place unless they improve their service and attitude.

Terrible Service and Rude Manager – Avoid! We ordered two days in a row, and both times, our order arrived incomplete. Missing items on one occasion might be a mistake, but two times in a row is unacceptable. When we called the restaurant to report the issue and request a refund, the manager refused to accept any responsibility. Instead of resolving the problem professionally, he was rude and dismissive, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. A business that repeatedly fails to deliver complete orders and then treats customers poorly when they ask for a resolution is not worth supporting. This review is all about bad management.

I'm new to UK so one of my friends suggested me to eat in Moe's and it tasted amazing. Made me realize home with the spices they got. Half chicken with rice hot and lemon is worth try from the lunch time menu. Service was really good. Idk her name but she helped me gow to order when i said i came for the first time. She even helped me flavours mixing. Finally i had a great experience. Might become their regular customer if it can be a little more affordable for international students

The food at Moe's is awesome and delicious, but personally, I am very disappointed with the customer service, which I find to be unfair. One of the team members, named Lekshya, served me my dine-in food. When I asked for tissues and spoons, she reacted with an attitude that seemed like, "Ahhh, why should I do this?" My review is not about this small incident but about the attitude displayed. If spoons and other items are supposed to be self-service, she should educate customers in a pleasant and respectful manner. There is absolutely no need to react negatively. This issue should be addressed immediately. Customer satisfaction is far more important than anything else, especially when it comes to enjoying food. Such behavior is unacceptable and should not occur while someone is dining. Also the team member does not apologize to us. Defending herself. Plates for spice rice and hot wings are not good. it's an oval plate that looks like a dog service bowl.Eating in such a kind of plate is not comfortable.

From few days I was coming regularly the girl on the till is not talking properly… while talking to me she is not even smiling…. I asked her name she said Swathi. Food was delicious and spicy as I love spicy food. It is not too far from the university and the person who I was served by today (Sonia) was very kind and quick.

Absolutely gutted to be writing this review. Used to come to Moe's 3 times a week while working away. Been away for six months and come back tonight. I ordered a chicken and rice meal to collect. When I walked in the girl behind the counter didn't smile, acted like it was an inconvenience I was there. I paid for my order and said thank you, she didn't look at me. I thought maybe she's not heard, so I said louder (but still in a friendly way) "have a good night". She completely blanked me. Customer services and manners cost nothing, just plain rude. Won't be returning.

Absolutely amazing food, got the double wrap with chips. It came with hundreds of chips and the wrap was perfect. The atmosphere is great I love the way the restaurant looks, on top of that the food was made and delivered almost immediately to my table. Only £10 for all of it! A must go location

Great place to have a quick lunch. Breakfast, however is something that you’re not ready to provide. You should have all the items on the breakfast menu or make it clear to the customer that we don’t have items that we advertise. Worst experience

Wonderful diner that’s open 24-7! Have a fantastic breakfast while staying nearby - omelette with Channa & partha with Karak chai, Alhumdolilah. Very reasonably priced, fast & efficient service and clean! I thoroughly enjoyed the food and tea was delish too! Highly recommend the diner Masha’Allah!

After 10 years of great service and high level of consistency it makes me very sad to leave a bad review but this service is going downhill! Incorrect items, cold food, mixing ice-cream and cake in 1 container, don't seem to care when you phone to complain and no email for customers to contact. I've had 3 orders in a row where the order has been inconsistent to there usual past high standards. If a customer cannot reply on your food service being good you'll loose customers! I'm sad as this may be the last order for me. If you don't have something in stock then call the customer don't just replace it with something random.. make every meal the same everytime including what it's supposed to come with and don't put ice-cream ontop of the cake as the dessert is what is ate last.. one goes in the fridge and the other in the freezer. This is also the first time I've received cold chicken and rice.. didn't enjoy it at all. I've recommended moes to many people and cannot anymore for the reasons above.

As far as late night food goes this place is actually amazing, natchos were good , spicy stuff was very spicy which is great . No fails on all fronts shame u can sit in late but I do understand. We will be back

Me and my family love to eat Moe’s. This restaurant food is one of the favourites food. My kids also love their food. Little spicy little crispy with yummy sauce and specially there rice just makes me crazy. Love Moe’s love your food ❤️❤️

Moes used to be really good with prompt delivery and the food was packed in a way that it wouldn't be soggy. Quality has gone down a lot with soggy food and very late delivery. The past few times has been more than 40 mins late on delivery. They will try and tell you it's Uber of Deliveroo but they they change the status to being delivered just to try and avoid taking responsibility.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 milkshakes. Manager claimed he gave them to customers but the blender wasn’t used. Lied straight to our faces, claiming he was calling us the whole time when we heard nothing sat right in front of him. Once we had the milkshakes they were okay, but would not recommend going there.

Went to this establishment after visiting the uni of hatfield open day ....was not disappointed. We had their lunch time meal deal , main + side + drink for 8.95. Burgers were flavourful, tasty, well cooked and decent size...only downfall was did not have as many chips i would like...would defo go again with the family. Plenty of seating and quick service even though it was busy

Smash burger should be imroved little bit as the meat is not refined one, as it should be more tender and juicy. Learn the receipe from (Brim burgers). Moreover, It should add some steaks as well and turkish kababs in their menu.
