Very OVERPRICED for what you get! Cocktails are nowhere near as nice as they used to be, They come in plain simple glasses with no decoration whatsoever. The food quality has definitely gone down hill in the last few years. You wait ages to get seats and served, we waited 20min for our drinks Which was weird considering the restaurant was very quiet. The tables are not cleaned sufficiently and very sticky. As for the staff, some were smiley and friendly while others were not. The gentleman who served us was quite slow off the mark and completely got our order wrong, we were also bugged quite a few times while trying to eat our food by different staff members which is never nice. The music was awful because you had two different types of music, one coming from the kitchen I think and another type playing in the restaurant. I've always enjoyed TGI Fridays, but sadly after this weekend's experience I will not be returning. Had the kids not been with me on the occasion I would had actually made a fuss and walked out.. Oh I forgot to add that the table we were sat at was so close to the other table that we struggled to get in and out was not comfortable at all!....

Booked the bottomless brunch, sat for nearly half an hour into our time, no service. When we asked if half the party could upgrade and the other half not, we were told no all of us had to upgrade. Decided to leave as very poor service, deliberate way of getting more money out of us and slack service. £35 each no drinks for half an hour, do not recommend at all.

Went for a meal with my 3 children. Starter for myself and my son was ok (calamari and mozzarella sticks). Main course arrived when starter plates and cutlery hadn't been cleared away. Children's meal 1 - hot dog, chips & garlic bread - brioche bun was stale and tasted vile, chips were over cooked (fried) with hardly any potato left Children's meal 2 - pasta, garlic bread & sweetcorn. Chips were on the plate instead of sweetcorn and were so oily they were inedible. Adult meal 1 - chicken sesame strips & chips - chips were inedible and oily 3 glasses of water ordered for the children (after their first round of drinks were finished) which didn't arrive. Waitresses just not attentive at all, despite there only being 5 other tables on it appeared they were understaffed with 3 waitresses (or 2 waitresses and q manager - I couldn't tell) To be fair we were not charged for all meals after the waitresses could clearly see the food quality issues but I'm afraid the overall experience was that bad we will not be returning.

Family birthday meal.... not one of us out of 8 people thought our meals were nice.... overpriced for very basic bland food... service awful....very understaffed.... the server we had was friendly and enthusiastic so wasn't his fault...couple of things on menu not available.... the food sat on the counter under heat lamp for at least 10 minutes!! Was dry and crispy when arrived....the bar man was sat on the floor at least twice? Maybe stocking shelves not sure... sadly won't be back... wasn't busy so can't blame that...it was 5.30 on a Sunday and about 5 tables in use.

Looking at the reviews for the last few months it is clear that there is an underlying issue with the way this place is run. Visiting tonight, staff were uninterested and doing their best to ignore customers. So much so that in the end the bartender came up to our table to take our drink order, I guess at least someone was trying to do their job. The food took over an hour to turn up, when it did it arrived cold and incorrect. Lots of other customers tonight clearly discontented with service.

Very disappointing service from all but one staff member. Very chaotic and disorganised even though the restaurant was under half full and there were many members of staff working. Dark haired lady met us on the door upon entry and was abrupt and rude. Service was similar from other waiting staff. Walked past our table avoiding eye contact so as not to serve us - went to stand by coworkers in groups to chat instead. We ended up going to the bar (supposedly full table service) to get drinks as could not get attention from waiting staff - saw quite a few other tables doing this too. Food took well over an hour to come out and as I said, all chips were stone cold. No cutlery or napkins on the table. Food arrived and we subsequently had to attract attention of (very difficult indeed!!) waiting staff to get cutlery to begin eating. Absolutely will not return. Appalling service - we paid and left but saw others just walk out after waiting a long time and being ignored. Girl with light brown/blonde hair with bar piercing through right ear was incredibly rude and inattentive - said/moaned “I don’t know what he is talking about” to fellow member of waiting team loudly in ear shot of us after serving us and us having to remind her of our order. All staff (apart from bar man) need some serious training in customer service. Tipped barman individually on way out but the rest of staff should be ashamed of themselves. TGIs need to hire someone experienced to manage / organise the rest of the lazy staff who were just there on a jolly (again apart from barman who carried the rest of the team!)

Went for dinner and what an awful experience, waited over an hour for SOME of the food order to come out , we asked after 50 minutes how long they think it might be as the table opposite got their food before and came in half hour after us , what food did come out was wrong and cold , the one burger we had to ask for another 15 minutes later and that finally came ,now nearly hour and 20 mins in , the one dish that was wrong and was supposed to be replaced but never came !! So I asked for the bill and asked for it to be taken off , the staff were very rude when asked where the food was he just said “it is quite busy” as he walked away from the table , not one person asked how the food was as I think they know they will end up with complaints about the food being cold despite it taking so long to cook ! Horrendous food even worse service would highly recommend you AVOID AT ALL COSTS ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN!!! Never ever going again , it was also my partners birthday so definitely was even more of a let down!

Service was diabolically slow. Table booked for 6.30pm. Due to having 2 small children in party, Starters arrived approx an hour after ordering. Some were lukewarm. Didn’t send back because of time element. No steak available? Burgers were quite small and came with a small bag of chips. At £18.95 total rip off. One burger arrived as everyone else finishing. To be fair server didn’t charge. But not good for a family meal. Generally it was very chaotic and wasn’t even busy. Drink’s overpriced. £14.75 for a Whitley g&t. No orange juice? TGI couldn’t organise a proverbial ____ up at a brewery. 10% tip left for staff. Who must take a lot of grief.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service just been in there ordered my meal waited over 50 minutes and the grill went down and cancelled all food, manger said full refund but that’s a joke still had to pay for the drinks that’s I wanted with my meal, I’m a diabetic and had already injected my insulting and No food arrived. No a care in the world from the MANAGER and should not deal in customer relations, should be sacked for not keeping her word on full refunds.

Absolutely terrible service! We ordered food and drinks, waited 45mins for the food to then be told they can’t cook our burgers because the grill isn’t working and the only other option was fried chicken. After telling them we didn’t want that we got told we can have a full refund but when the manager done the refund it was only for the food. After explaining we ordered the drinks with the food and now need to go elsewhere and get more drinks we just got told if nothing was wrong with them she couldn’t do anything. My friend is a diabetic and we had to go elsewhere to rush and find food as he had already injected his insulin. Poor management and customer service! Avoid!

We also went for the kids eat for £1 but this only applied to one child which still made it an expensive meal out with 3 kids. First time visiting TGI's tonight. The food was really good with efficient service from the staff. The only bad point was some woman singing (or strangling kittens) in the bar area. Food ordered was: Appetiser - Corndogs. Main - Ultimate Ribs with bbq sauce and house fries. Dessert - Pecan pie with vanilla icecream. I would highly recommend the food. Everything was cooked perfectly.

Poorly trained staff, saw 3 just standing around whilst I was waiting to be served, food took an hour to come, after 20 mins we were told there wasn't any wraps and the staff didn't offer alternatives or substitutes, however when our meal came it had the item they said they didn't have. Tables left uncleaned for over an hour attracting wasps.

I will admit, not a place I would choose to eat at but my partner really likes it. I found it quite expensive for what you get. The building and outside area is very good. The staff are great, polite and helpful. My partner enjoyed her favourite, chicken strips. I had the BBQ wings not realising they are smothered with BBQ sauce, with another pot of BBQ sauce in case you wanted them even more smothered! Once the BBQ excess was wiped off they were very tasty though.

Unfortunately, this eatery has gone downhill faster than Lindsey Vonn. The guy who met us on the door, also took the orders, then served the food. I believe he was the only waiter on. Wasn't the cleanest of dudes. We had to call for a first drink order, despite there being just 3 tables occupied. The menu is drastically reduced. Food was sub-par. The toilets - absolutely disgusting. A big let down really. From a lovely, vibrant place to eat, to a complete dive.

The staff were friendly but clearly understaffed. Service was slow and hard to get ahold of. The food was frankly, bad. Do NOT get the Cajun Mac and cheese I was given macaroni noodles with so little cheese sauce I could hardly see it let alone taste it. The saving grace was that I ordered BBQ pulled pork which thankfully could be tasted but I was still deeply unimpressed. £20 for essentially plain pasta... Massive rip off. We also ordered the cheese doughnuts which were hollow! It was just batter tubes with no cheese inside. My companions had issues with their food as well and the people in the booth next to us had to send food back and get replacements so clearly there were serious issues happening in the kitchen today. Safe to say that none of us will be eating at TGI Fridays again 🤷

Was really looking forward to this as it was a group outing, we ordered the sharing platter which arrived after our server prompted the staff to get the food to the table, the wings, mozzarella sticks and potato skins were all cold and I mean cold, we spoke to a member of staff who just looked vacant and said "do you want to speak to a manager" we did and the manager said we could reorder but it would take some time (we had already been there an hour), we decided just to send it back and was informed there would be no charge. My son then ordered the kids burger and the bun was so hard you could have broken a window with it, my son didn't want to make a fuss and didn't want to send it back, our waitress who was good said she can't believe how hard it was and to compensate gave my son a free desert. Overall I remember why I no longer eat at TGI Fridays and the next time someone suggests we eat there I will politely decline.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at TGI Friday's that left me feeling frustrated and cheated. Here's a detailed account of what happened: Upon arriving at TGI Friday's, I ordered a kids' meal and a burger for myself. I was informed that there was no table service if we chose to eat outside, so we had to place our order at the bar. This was the first red flag, but I went along with it. After placing our order, we waited for 20 to 30 minutes. Curious and concerned, I approached the staff to ask if the lack of table service meant we had to pick up our food ourselves. This seemed like a stupid question, but given the circumstances, I felt it was necessary to clarify. The staff's response was unhelpful, and it became apparent that the restaurant wasn't operating efficiently. At some point, I checked the time on my receipt and realized it had been 45 minutes since we placed our order. When I inquired about the delay, I was told that they had prepared the kids' meal but somehow missed my burger due to a "mistake on the system." This excuse seemed implausible; the kids' meal should have been ready in no time, which meant they either forgot about my order or neglected it. The situation was made even more frustrating by the fact that the staff seemed to be doing nothing. They weren't even busy; there were almost as many staff members as there were customers. Yet, despite the apparent lack of demand, the service was abysmal. I continued to wait, but my food still didn't arrive. Frustrated, I requested for my order to be prepared to-go. Near the one-hour mark, I decided to ask for a refund, as I couldn't justify paying TGI Friday's extortionate prices for a meal I would only be able to eat hours later after running errands and driving home. Ironically, as I was requesting the refund, my food finally arrived. By this point, it was too late. I refused the food and insisted on getting my money back. This experience was beyond unacceptable. The lack of efficient service, the unreasonable wait time, and the poor handling of my order were inexcusable. I expect better from a restaurant that charges such high prices. I hope TGI Friday's takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to prevent such incidents in the future. I urge management to look into this matter and take appropriate action against the staff involved. No customer should have to endure such a terrible dining experience.

I recently visited this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we were left waiting at the door for an extended period. When we finally got someone’s attention, we were told they would be with us in a second, but they continued to do other tasks and ignored us. To make matters worse, other staff members were just standing around chatting with each other, completely disregarding us. This lack of attention and professionalism was very frustrating and left a negative impression. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.

Please don’t waste your time coming to this establishment when there are PLENTY of others in the area that are significantly better and actually care. We went as a party of 7 for a child’s birthday lunch on a Saturday. There were plenty of empty tables at the time we arrived (13:30) and we had pre booked our table also. Placed our order and drinks came out in a just about reasonable time. 1 starter and 1 kids main hadn’t arrived over 35mins after ordering so I asked where they were. No one came back to tell us, but they did arrive 10mins later - 45mins for 1 starter and 1 kids dinner is ridiculous! We then saw so much food being taken to the hot plate but not being taken to tables. We saw, what ended up being, one of our burgers being placed under the hot plate but not being brought to the table for over 30mins; and when it was brought to the table it was crispy and not worth the £25 we would have to pay for it. We refused all the mains, requested the bill and were charged for ‘bottomless drinks’ even though we were never offered a refill. I asked the server why I was paying for something I didn’t receive, and that I would happily pay for the 1 drink I have had each but why am I paying for something I have never been offered. She said it wasn’t her fault, and they were very busy. I refuted this claim, as the restaurant was barely even 1/2 full. I was then told it was due to low staffing - I asked how the managers inability to rota correctly meant I had to pay for something I have never had. She couldn’t answer this question. At no point, despite asking, did the manager appear. This poor girl was left to answer our questions with what little information she had. If the restaurant was understaffed then management should have made the decision to hold all future orders in order to catch up. They also shouldn’t have allowed people to have tables if they couldn’t keep up, or make people aware of the wait on arrival. There seems to be no way of contacting the branch directly to address my issues (I have tried!) so this is my last ditched attempt. I have visited TGI Fridays in Cheltenham MANY times over the years, and never had this issue ever. Please do yourself a favour - I know the exterior of the Quays looks appealing but the whole experience is frustrating. Go elsewhere OR go to the branch in Cheltenham instead.

I recently dined at TGI Fridays and was quite disappointed with my experience. The service was painfully slow, with long waits for both taking our order and delivering the food. When the food finally arrived, it did not justify the high prices—everything seemed overpriced for the quality and portion sizes. While the staff was polite, the overall experience left much to be desired. Improvements in service speed and better value for the food would make a significant difference. I hope they address these issues soon, as it could be a much more enjoyable place to dine. the parking situation was a hassle. Parking was restricted and located a fair distance from the restaurant, making it inconvenient and inaccessible, especially for those with mobility issues.

Went on a quiet Sunday night but you could tell even though it was quiet they were still short staffed luckily our server Stu clocked in just in time to save our evening, Stu was very friendly and efficient our refillable drinks were never empty and he even made time to make my son a balloon crown, definitely a credit to the restaurant, food was okay nothing special the prices have definitely increased massively over the years and probably won’t be in too much of a hurry to come back especially with all the new restaurants popping up all around the docks

The service was slow, the food was slower and the apology was none existent until we made a fuss!! We had a pre-booked table at 13:30 on Saturday 29th June. At the time of booking, I advised that it was for a birthday. We arrived a little before 13:30, and were shown to our table. We placed our drinks order, then after drinks were received we placed our food order. The food order was placed a just before 13:45 and we asked for the child’s meal to arrive with the 1 starter ordered. By 14:20 we hadn’t received the child’s meal or the 1 starter, so I approached the hostess to explain we had been waiting an awfully long time for these, to which she responded ‘would you like me to go and check where they are for you?’ And I said ‘if you wouldn’t mind’. No one came back to the table to advise how much longer we needed to wait for the initial food, but it did shortly arrive at the table minus any apology for the delay. We noticed that the amount of food on the hot plate was rapidly building, and it was now double stacked on 2 layers with little leaving and it only being added to. We saw a burger on the hot plate, which eventually turned out to be one of our main meals, when the starter was being brought to us. We had to wait a further 20mins after the starter had been finished for the food, which had been waiting on the hot plate the whole time, to be brought to the table. The food was dry looking, the burger bun crispy and all round unappetising. We refused the food, based on the reasons above, and declined the offer of it being remade due to the wait the first time. We also expressed how dissatisfied we were at the fact we had purchased ‘endless refills’ however no one at any point in the last hour and 15mins had asked if we would like another drink. We agreed we would pay for the starter and child’s meal we had received at eaten, and for a standard drink as we hadn’t been offered any kind of refill to warrent paying extra for an endless refill option we were not offered at any point. We were provided with the bill, and charged for all the drinks including the endless refills, and we again challenged it. The waitress told us that they were very busy that day - i personally disagree with this statement based on the number of empty tables - and that there weren’t enough staff. I asked of someone’s inability to rota the correct number of staff on a weekend was a justified reason for me having not been offered and yet having to pay for something I didn’t receive. The young lady couldn’t answer me as we just went in circles a few times about staffing levels and how busy it apparently was until we gave up, paid the bill and left. This was a shambles. 4 tables of 4 and we waited over an hour for our starters. I had to go to the bar twice as there were no waiting staff and the "manager" just strutted about looking smug. We will never go here again. Overpriced beyond belief. £16 for a cocktail. Food was average at best. The bill came to over £170 for 4 of us. We went into spoons afterwards to have some decent food as we were still hungry. Avoid. There are lots of much better places in Gloucester to eat. Greggs is one of them!!!

Decided to go due to being child friendly. When the food eventually arrived we were presented with what looked like 3 children's meals.. The burger buns were rock solid, my chicken was overcooked, dry and completely devoid of flavour with a tiny portion of half cooked frozen chips. To be honest Weatherspoons can produce much higher quality food for half the price. Please don't put yourself through the trauma of eating here. I do hope that it shuts down soon and is replaced by restaurant which is better value and can produce edible food....

And then to make things worse, they didn't let us in, until another family had booked around 12. Not very good service, and such a shame. So we went next door to Bills, and got looked after brilliantly and the food there was great!

Haven't been to TGI's in a long time but both of us had good memories however we were disappointed with the recent meal and won't be going back. The menu is a lot smaller and the prices a lot steeper. We shared loaded potato skins and chicken wings to begin. The loaded potato skin was literally a potato skin, no potato with a smidgen of topping. Both of us had burgers which were bland. Two starters, two soft drinks, two mains and a side = £70 not impressed especially as portions were on the small side.

Very poor service. Walked through the door approx 7:20pm. Noticed only the section by the kitchen was open with 3 tables of customers. Saw 3 waiters working. None of them acknowledged us. Stood there for 5 minutes, still no one came to see to us. Perfect way to lose custom. Walked out and went to Anatolian Palace down the road and had a great meal.

Kira was the manager, very helpful, very pleasant.... Other members of staff on duty were very bubbly, cheerful and friendly during my visit. Nice enough chain, food below average quality, friendly staff. Very very expensive for what it is. Lunchtime special prices (£11 for a small budget frankfurter style sausage in a small roll) exclude chips and any side salad, once you add them back in there is no saving, and only really h'ors d'ouevre size on its own. My wife's salad seemed to mainly consist of a cabbage stalk.

A group of work colleagues and I went out for a meal. We had booked a table in advance. The restaurant was more than half empty but we had to wait an hour for our food and when it arrived it came in stages so some had nearly finished before other's meals had arrived. We asked about the delay and were told wold they were very short staffed, but this wasn't mentioned before ordering. We asked for the bill to be split, after twenty minutes of waiting a member of our group just went up and paid the entire bill, as everyone wanted to go home. There was also broken seating near us and many of the lights above our table weren't working.

TGI's used to be one of my favourite restaurants to go to until they revamped the menu and I haven't been since so this was the first time trying the new menu and now I can say for certain that I don't want to go back. Group of 5 of us came in for a birthday meal, got to our seats and waited for our waitress to come and take our orders, she was lovely from the start and went off with our order. Starters: Garlic bread and 4 x sesame seed chicken strips Main: 1 x Burger with normal fired, 1 x burger with sweet potato fries, sesame seed chicken strips with sweet potato fried, mac n cheese and rump steak Sides: Garlic bread, onion rings Drinks: 5 x Diet coke (1 without ice) Few minutes went by and we had our drinks come out, unfortunately, they all came out with ice so one had to be sent back and changed. 5-10 minutes later, our starters came out and they were all tasty and amazing which you would expect from what everyone thinks is the best thing on the menu! Our waitress came and collected all our plates once we had finished and we asked for some more drinks however, a couple of the refills were missed off so we had to ask before we got all our drinks We waited about another 10-15 minutes and she came along again and said that our mains were ready and then went off (I think she was being overworked and they were short staffed) Another 10 minutes had gone by and our mains were finally sent out to us. Once all our food was served, we made a start but unfortunately, this is where it started to go downhill, the mac n cheese was cold so had to be sent back, they came out a few minutes later with it piping hot and some extra crumbs things on top. Both the portions of sweet potatoes that we had were undercooked as we both found hard fries in our bags. The garlic bread that came as a side was completely different to the one that was served as a starter and was more of a herby paste on top of the bread and didn't taste like garlic bread. The steak was cold, underseasoned and tasted quite bland and certainly did not look like an 8oz! As it was a birthday meal and because we're British, when our waitress did ask us whilst we were eating if everything was ok, we politely said yes it was and continued eating through our mains. Once we finished and our plates were being taken away, our waitress asked us if we wanted any desserts and at this point, we did say we had some comments regarding our meal so she fetched her manger. We explained everything to the manager who apologised and said she would make a note on the receipt (She gave us a 10% discount) They finished taking away our plates and then a few minutes later, we got the famous TGI Birthday song and a piece of birthday cake which was really tasty. Once the cake had been eaten, we asked for the bill which came out quite quickly but it did take 5 - 10 minutes for someone else to come along and allow us to pay after we started getting our jackets on to leave. Overall, the meal came to around £190 (Before discount) and would definitely say it was not worth it, the new menu had many of the old and good items missing, everything seemed over priced (£26 for steak which I could buy and cook better for less than £5). Whilst the staff were friendly, I feel like they were just too rushed and trying to do too many things.

Have visited here a couple of times recently and each time has been worse than the last. The last time there were no staff front of house for most of the two hours during our visit. Customers wondering around trying to find staff for drink refills/ for their orders to be taken. Staff didn’t know the menu / gave contradictory answers. It wasn’t even busy there were less than 10 customers in the restaurant and it was only 7pm. Food was warm at very best and wasn’t great. I wish we’d have gone somewhere else. Lacklustre response from management when issues raised. Would not visit here again.

Got turned away despite only two or three people in the restaurant at the time. Told we needed a booking. I looked at the app and found an empty slot and booked it. Came back and the manager(?) a short rude woman told us “there is literally no table, the app is wrong” and we walked away. Took my money elsewhere and spent £80+ and when I walked past again, there was still hardly anyone in there. If you’re denying paying customers, how about you actually stop them from allowing bookings? She told us we needed a booking, so I got one with email confirmation and were still turned away. What if I had booked this before going in the first time without enquiring for a table beforehand? Would I have been given a table then or shooed away?

If I could give 0 I would. Biggest waste of money. Booked bottomless brunch and the menu was confusing as you had to pay extra for every little thing (even a bbq sauce). Once we finally ordered after 15 minutes we then noticed our server went off crying (she was so stressed dealing with three bottomless tables on her own) 10 minutes later another server came over and told us everyone had to pay £10 extra for cocktails when only 2 people in the group wanted them. Took forever for our drinks so I ended up paying £30 for food I had to share with someone and 2 drinks cause it took so long to get them! Drink and food choices were so limited and portions were tiny, biggest scam going. The whole experience was awful I’ll never go to another tgis. The toilets were also disgusting

Been here twice in 2 weeks, once for lunch and one for dinner. Both experiences were very much below average. Both visits service was very slow despite there only being a few tables. Both visits we were left at the door for a few minutes, the second time with 2 groups ahead of us with no staff to be seen. Both visits sat with tables around us complaining about being ignored. Guests getting up to go and find staff to order. Guests waiting at the door wondering around to find a staff member to seat them. Food was quick but cold both times. Staff absolutely miserable both times.

I wouldn't reccomened going to this restaurant at all. We spend £77 for 2 of us on a Monday (2 starters, 2 mains and 2 drinks) and we're severely underwhelmed by the experience. We had several meds ups to us which, had it been just one, would have been fine. 1st they went to seat us then directed us back to the door because they needed to clean a table. They then went to take our menus half an hour after we sat down when we hadn't ordered anything yet. After another half an hour a different server came back and said a started that I had order wasn't available and suggested a different option which I went with. When it was brought out they neglected to put the sauce it came with on the side so they went back to get it. By the time they came back with it (in a takeaway pot rather than a proper pot) my partner had already finished his starter. It took another hour for the mains to come out and when they did the portions were tiny and very underwhelming. Would definitely not recommend for service or value for money.

Not the best experience: Bitterly cold - to the point we sat eating with our coats on Appetisers took forever to arrive - it wasnt busy, more empty tables than filled ones. two chefs were in the kitchen, yet our appetisers took nearly an hour to arrive. the apology to go with it was slower, in fact it never arrived. Food not hot - main course was delivered quicker, but wasnt particularly hot. warm is a better description. Service wasn't great - no apologies for the delay, plates were cleared whilst one of us was still eating. Lets throw in the cost of the meals - nothing, and I mean nothing, not an appetiser nor a desert was less that £9. A medium glass of wine was over £9. Wont be going back!

Took my wife for her birthday, even booked it as a birthday occasion. This wasn't acknowledged at all whilst we were there. We were sat in a booth, sticky seats.. and there was broken light above the table, making reading the menu difficult. My wife picked her favourite, chicken strips, whilst I went for the ribs. Her meal was fine, however mine wasn't so great. My ribs arrived a few minutes after my wife's meal, and although the corn and chips were piping hot, the ribs were stone cold. And they smelt funny. I had maybe two, and left the rest. It was my first, and definitely my last trip to TGI'S. Although my plate contained an almost full rack of ribs, none of the staff seemed to think this was strange at all and wisked it away when asking if we were done. No happy birthday singing.. no happy birthday cake slice like my wife said there would be. (She grilled me after I put down it was a birthday occasion because she didn't want a scene in the resteraunt). So I guess she got what she wanted..
