KFC in Gloucester

Absolutely disgusting worst food ever chicken was not cooked there was nowhere to sit as all the tables were dirty and no one was cleaning them STAY AWAY!!

The driver was in my road and couldn’t find the house, he called me so I explained. took him 10 minutes to reply and another 20 to deliver after multiple explanations.

The delivery driver was useless and had to go out and find him, which led to the food being cold.

It takes far too long to get the food! Eventually the entire evening is ruined.

Yet again the evening was ruined because the children had what was an emergency meal almost 2HRS late! Thank you very much Just Eat!

Part of the order is missing, and the store cannot arrange for the delivery of the missing item. Just Eat can sort things out within a few days. very disappointing

The gravy was so thick it looked like there were bits in it. The food was tastless and the popcorn chicken was cold. The whole meal tasted and looked as if it had been sitting out for a long time.

For some reason address and postcode given when placing my order didn’t match on the drivers map so he couldn’t hit delivered button when he arrived. Probably he had to go up the road to the location to do so. Odd.

Very pathetic & disrespectful delivery driver. He was at wrong place & when I asked him it’s not the right one he just said I can’t come & hanged up. Now I saw my order has been delivered which I never got. I just wondering how JustEat allows these sort of individuals to use their platforms. That food was for my child & now I’m clueless what to do. I didn’t get my food.

The food was alright, some of it undercooked and also the driver was really rude. Used to work in fast food and he was incredibly rude to me there, let alone how he treated the Employees at KFC. Didn’t get a phone call to say he was here too, debating ordering through the KFC app next time because the drivers for Just Eat are so rude. Please improve customer service

Half the chips in the bag, the extra chicken had been sat under the heater to long and the chicken burger is cold to the touch throughout. The kfc is 2 min ride away that’s unacceptable quality.

Have ordered 6 piece bucket twice, and did not get any drumsticks which I enjoy the most

After order confirmation they changed estimated delivery time 4 times and arrived very late! Corn cobs were very bad taste!

This restaurant serves really good fast food. I particularly enjoyed the mighty bucket meal, chocolate milkshake, and burgers and fries. The service is also fast and digitized and makes everything quicker and easier. The only reason for the relatively low rating, has to do with the location of the restaurant. It is especially frustrating if you're a driver, as there's no parking onsite, and there's also no drive-thru available.

I've tried many of the fried chicken places here and I will always come back to KFC. You just can't beat it, so much tastier than the others around. Plus they are doing the special, three pieces of chicken, fries and a side for under £5. No contest.

The delivery driver did not deliver the food. Is they stole my food. Usually, I would think that they need it more than I but this particular time I spent my last bit of money to treat children. I am now down £30, With no food and no money order any food at 18.45 at night. I am so disappointed in the world in general!

On may 20th, 8.30pm, my children and I came there to eat food. I ordered the fillet 8 pieces, I got the food and when I tried it, it was very salty, the children also said that it is too salty, I was disappointed then. Please do not give such foods, please prepare such foods and serve them to the guests after the chef checks them, so at that moment my children and I had to return disappointed.

Fresh yummy food, kind staff and the place clean.

Went in on a Saturday evening. Place wasn't busy, with 1 person ahead of us in the queue, and no delivery orders or drivers in store. Waited for 15 minutes, to then be handed another customers order. When challenged the woman at the counter tried to delete my order from the system to hide it from her manager. Had to wait a forther 10 minutes for the same member of staff to then try to hand me another customers order. Finally, I received my order, and left the store. I then discovered my order had was again wrong. Couldn't go back to complain as I had to start an 11 hour shift.

Always Loved the kfc Hot Wings. I love the service and smile that most of the staff have while they take orders :) The fries are still disappointing. They do have hot drinks! And their hot chocolate is nice😅

Food seemed reheated so was soggy, and was also cold. Phoned the store for support but was told ‘it’s fresh’ and hung up on.

Really poor. Ordered a box meal, they brought the wrong order, with the wrong name on it, twice. The restaurant refused to match my order number to my order - just referred on to Just Eat.

Cold when it got here. The driver picked up the food and then decided to go on a tour of the city - turning a 3 minute journey into 20 minutes, so I'm not surprised it wasn't hot

Driver phoned me to ask me (i thought) to come outside to get my food - It took about 10 minutes on the phone to find out he was still at the restaurant trying to get directions from someone there.another few minutes of me repeating my post code and we started to get somewhere - When we got the food into our kitchen it was cold and most of it ended up in the bin - a waste of nearly £20.

How a meal can be part burnt and part undercooked is a mystery to me. Shockingly bad and ended up in the bin. I would recommend avoiding this outlet completely - I've tried it twice since reopening and both times have been awful.

Amazing food and customer service

All food is prepared to the highest quality and there is a good vibe inside. It's open until 1am! My favourite KFC branch in the area.

They forgot my drinks , the driver was so bad , couldn’t find my home , didn’t speak any English so was hard do communicate, had to go and meet him half way , and obviously food was cold by the time , with no drinks .

This is my second time went to this kfc the worst I have been, First time was disappointing, second time was the same, chicken were not fresh, old, hard and cold. Again, most end up in the bin. I regret not to check first before leaving this restaurant. Utterly wasting our money and time. Won't be back.

Absolute disgrace. I took my son in just now. Ordered him the children’s chicken burger meal with a milkshake and the three piece meal for myself. His ‘burger’ looked like it had been sat on. One of my chicken portions was normal size, the other two were ridiculously small (one was literally a square inch) I took one bit and it was like biting into a well used running shoe. The staff were innatentive and slow, and the napkin station was empty - in a very quiet restaurant. I took our tray back to the counter and informed them I would rather waste the £13 than eat that disgrace. Avoid at all cost.
