Have ordered 6 piece bucket twice, and did not get any drumsticks which I enjoy the most

Telling us it’s delivered, yet haven’t received the order

enjoyed it, but wasn't hot. delivery time was very fast and great.

After order confirmation they changed estimated delivery time 4 times and arrived very late! Corn cobs were very bad taste!

didn’t even get it, rang up kfc and they said it’s not their problem, emailed just eat and they’ve ignored me. what a waste of £26 pound

Couldn’t eat the food, was burnt and cold, no sauce in the burgers. Awful

Food took nearly an hour and half to get here, the eta kept changing and when it came delivery bag was ripped and food cold

I don't like that the food was put on the ground when I didn't take more than a minute to answer the door when driver knocked.

The delivery driver did not deliver the food. Is they stole my food. Usually, I would think that they need it more than I but this particular time I spent my last bit of money to treat children. I am now down £30, With no food and no money order any food at 18.45 at night. I am so disappointed in the world in general!

chips - hot!, gravy - hot!, chicken - hot!

Food was terrible. It came cold and soggy which is surprising considering I’m less than half a mile away from you. The chicken was cold and tough. Threw it all in the bin

They got my burger wrong! Poor service from west gate KFC!!!

On may 20th, 8.30pm, my children and I came there to eat food. I ordered the fillet 8 pieces, I got the food and when I tried it, it was very salty, the children also said that it is too salty, I was disappointed then. Please do not give such foods, please prepare such foods and serve them to the guests after the chef checks them, so at that moment my children and I had to return disappointed.

Really didn’t enjoy it. Felt off soon as I finished and I think I’m in for a long night

The food was stone cold and all soggy! It was like it had been sat there all day it was absolutely vile!! Driver was lovely but food was awful will not be ordering again

Considering it was £100 of food. Was pretty warm still and also all correct.

Fresh yummy food, kind staff and the place clean.

Went in on a Saturday evening. Place wasn't busy, with 1 person ahead of us in the queue, and no delivery orders or drivers in store. Waited for 15 minutes, to then be handed another customers order. When challenged the woman at the counter tried to delete my order from the system to hide it from her manager. Had to wait a forther 10 minutes for the same member of staff to then try to hand me another customers order. Finally, I received my order, and left the store. I then discovered my order had was again wrong. Couldn't go back to complain as I had to start an 11 hour shift.

Really good KFC nice staff, can be really busy sometimes. Very much KFC suffering with shrinkflation but KFC will always be a stable takeout

I've tried many if the fried chicken places here and I will always come back to KFC. You just can't beat it, so much tastier than the others around. Plus they are doing the special, three pieces of chicken, fries and a side for under £5. No contest.

Always Loved the kfc Hot Wings. I love the service and smile that most of the staff have while they take orders :) The fries are still disappointing. They do have hot drinks! And their hot chocolate is nice😅

Missing 1 PC chicken in the Fillet Tower Box Meal

Food seemed reheated so was soggy, and was also cold. Phoned the store for support but was told ‘it’s fresh’ and hung up on.

Poor food quality, was all just falling apart, flavourless and soggy. Rude response when I phoned the store.

Really poor. Ordered a box meal, they brought the wrong order, with the wrong name on it, twice. The restaurant refused to match my order number to my order - just referred on to Just Eat.

Cold when it got here. The driver picked up the food and then decided to go on a tour of the city - turning a 3 minute journey into 20 minutes, so I'm not surprised it wasn't hot

Driver phoned me to ask me (i thought) to come outside to get my food - It took about 10 minutes on the phone to find out he was still at the restaurant trying to get directions from someone there.another few minutes of me repeating my post code and we started to get somewhere - When we got the food into our kitchen it was cold and most of it ended up in the bin - a waste of nearly £20.

Cold and dry. Not impressed. Driver with no english or able to call to check location. Driver should not be allowed to work for just eat

How a meal can be part burnt and part undercooked is a mystery to me. Shockingly bad and ended up in the bin. I would recommend avoiding this outlet completely - I've tried it twice since reopening and both times have been awful.

We went today to kfc originally we went to McDonald's but it was a bit crowded and busy so the wife and I decided to go to kfc as the fries are banging

Amazing food and customer service

All food is prepared to the highest quality and there is a good vibe inside. It's open until 1am! My favourite KFC branch in the area.

They forgot my drinks , the driver was so bad , couldn’t find my home , didn’t speak any English so was hard do communicate, had to go and meet him half way , and obviously food was cold by the time , with no drinks .

This is my second time went to this kfc the worst I have been, First time was disappointing, second time was the same, chicken were not fresh, old, hard and cold. Again, most end up in the bin. I regret not to check first before leaving this restaurant. Utterly wasting our money and time. Won't be back.

Absolute disgrace. I took my son in just now. Ordered him the children’s chicken burger meal with a milkshake and the three piece meal for myself. His ‘burger’ looked like it had been sat on. One of my chicken portions was normal size, the other two were ridiculously small (one was literally a square inch) I took one bit and it was like biting into a well used running shoe. The staff were innatentive and slow, and the napkin station was empty - in a very quiet restaurant. I took our tray back to the counter and informed them I would rather waste the £13 than eat that disgrace. Avoid at all cost.

The chicken Is over cooked or barely cooked (enough to pass hygiene levels) fries are usually cold. But the gravy is nice.

And it was cold when it got here so I would like a refund

I had take away for my family but so shocked to see the quality of the food. I’ve spent my hard working money to enjoy with family but looks like it had to go in the bin. I would have to think second time to go to kfc again. Service was very poor.i believe smile comes with no cost.

The driver marked it as delivered but I did not receive it. I was stood outside for 10 minutes waiting. I received a missed call from the driver after it had rang once, I called back for them to shout down the phone to me when I said I never saw them whilst I was stood outside and they were driving back to the restaurant, not willing to turn round. My friend then called them to ask them to come back and after some back and forth the driver came back. Food at that point was delicious but not very warm.

This has to be one of the worst KFCs around. The service is second to everywhere else. You have to fight your way through the delivery people, who treat English people as lower life's than themselves. One server was standing scratching his greasy hair and then began to fill up bags of chips. Unfortunately this is a sixth hole.

One of the quickest deliveries I’ve had from just eat

The delivery person didn’t call me and drop this off at the entrance. I understand if this was a an Amazon order or something but this is food and this is the first time any delivery person from Just Eats hasn’t called me to come and receive my order. I live in a shared apartment so it’s not safe to keep my food at the entrance.

A fast service here with very friendly staff

The delivery driver was v rude.Firstly he parked over the drive of my neighbours so they could not get in or out. At my door he was on his mobile, on loud speaker chatting. He did not give me any eye contact or acknowledgement just shuffled my food towards me. Chips were soggy unfortunately. Disappointing experience.

Didn't bring the drinks and apparently stood outside 5 minutes as couldn't find us. Said his phone wasn't working and couldn't call us and that luckily he saw headlights and found the address?? Did he expect us to go hunting outside for him? Worst delivery driver ever.

I have not received my order I contacted the shop they told me to contact just wag I called your number no one helped me and now I still haven’t been able to get in touch with any customer service
