The best restaurants serving American food in England

My experience at subway summer fields was appalling I stood in a cue while people walked in after me and got served blatantly ignoring me I will not be recommending this place and definitely not returning!

Saima is the Heart of Your Store I just wanted to take a moment to shout out the absolute GEM of a woman who served us today—Saima. Honestly, I’ve never left a fast food place feeling this cared for and warm inside. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience—and she made it that way. From the second we walked in, Saima was patient, kind, and genuinely lovely. When we mentioned we were students, she immediately lit up and made conversation about how much she empathises with students—like she actually cared, not just small talk. She even went out of her way to offer us free snacks with our meal, which we absolutely didn’t expect. Her energy was so sweet and comforting, it felt like being looked after by a kind older sister—or the coolest mum ever (even though she looked way too young to be one!). We even had the chance to meet her daughter during our visit, and honestly? The kindness runs in the family. You can tell Saima is not just a wonderful worker, but also a wonderful human being, and that warmth shines through in everything she does. This wasn’t just great service—it was standout. Saima made us feel welcomed, valued, and seen. She turned a simple visit to KFC into something special. I really hope this reaches someone who can recognise how much of an asset she is to your team. Please appreciate her the way she deserves—Saima is a star.

Food took a long time but worth waiting for 2 meals for £12 95. Staff very friendly

Excelente. Siguiente. 6 trozos de pollo crujiente para un ojo regando £ 7. 95 resultaron ser 6 mcdonalds falsos buscando nuggets de pollo de algún lugar como comida de granja o Islandia. Vilento. Entonces pedí chocolate del diablo - descrito como un delicioso brownie gooey ... lo que procedió a aparecer fue una barra de leche láctea que había sido arrojada con la comida caliente y estaba completamente DERRETIDO y necesitaba ser arrojado en el contenedor. Pagó £ 3. 95 por ese privilegio. Salsa de queso. £ 2. 95 , no puedo comentar sobre la salsa en sí ya que la única manera que recibí fue aplastada en todo el pedido. Broma absoluta. La hamburguesa era abismal y por las 32 libras. 88 Pagué toda la orden, esto fue una farsa.

Food arrived cold and soggy and over a hour late considering its supposed to be gourmet I've had better from other burger takeaways ..not worth the money go elsewhere, wife left a review on their fb page but was deleted by takeaway

El Peri Peri y el pollo frito eran realmente sabrosos. Y el precio era muy razonable considerando lo buena que era la calidad de la comida. El restaurante en sí estaba muy limpio. Yo recomendaría mucho este lugar.

We came for a Saturday night meal just 2 of us, the place was full of delivery drivers waiting - the waiters don't even wait tables anymore you just open and pay on an app and they bring it over. They didn't ask if the food was ok (it wasn't). I had to chase them round the restaurant to get their attention as they were pre-occupied with the drivers. We ordered 1 x grilled chicken burger salad and 1 x breadcrumb chicken salad. The grilled chicken was the thickness of a small slice of ham which was already ridiculous and was pink in places. The breaded chicken came out cold and the coleslaw was lukewarm on both salads. There were 2 other tables in the restaurant with people on and they had complaints too. This place has gone completely downhill, came here for years with zero complaints ever. But I will not be returning.

I had bought couple of wraps with sweet chilli sauce . Sweet chilli sauce is like water, is flowing from the wraps. . Apart from everything is best

I really like Tim Hortons food but I do wish that they would refrain from putting the chocolate dip doughnuts in the same bag with hot items such as burgers. My last one I had to scrape the chocolate off the inside of the bag because it had melted.

The Reeds Arms is your average spoons. We had breakfast twice here when visiting Burnham. Food came out really quick and was hot. Staff were friendly.
