Today me and my wife went on drive through,staff taking oder is very rude,have no manors,when he take oder ,he even not tell ,how much is price?and when they give me my oder ,they even not say say thank you ,very disappointed

Nice food , not as busy as other fast food places. Friendly staff.

Upgraded me to large without asking, chose my dip for me (one I don't like), no napkins or salt and then tried to park me up for asking for a receipt, I refused and one was brought over 10 seconds later. Everything about this restaurant screams 'dodgy tactics' Wouldn't return to this particular branch

Today ordered a family feast 10 pcs with 2 sides ,fries and drinks.The chicken was much salty and not able to eat..not crispy ..fries were not properly cooked and not fried.overall I have wasted my money on it.Never had such a bad KFC ever in my life.

It was absolutely terrible! The service was incredibly slow and unmanaged. We waited 25/30 minutes for food, as well as every other customer in line, drive through and all. Do not go here! They haven't got a clue.

The toilets are absolutely disgusting!! Piss on the floor and seats tissues all over, stinks of blocked drains. Floors slippery and grease in toilets and main seating area. If you want to slip and hurt your self come here.

Drive through is really poor. We had to wait in the parking for 5min after we ordered to get the food.

Completely shameful, the Oreo Krusham is a watered down chocolate Slush Puppy with a few bits or Oreo floating about, compared to the advertised image which is a rich chocolate milkshake with what looks like half a pack of biscuits In it... Please stay well clear of these rip off merchants!!!!!

After seeing my order on screen I collected it via the drive thru. I realised no coleslaw sp walked in the store to advise. As the member of staff was helping me the manager walked over and told the member of staff to get back to work. I am management also and considered this rude and uncalled for embarrassing the member of staff in the process. I confronted the manager and was puzzled why I raised this. Being rude in front of customers in the service industry is not professional. I rarely do this online but felt I should this time. Food was very good as usual.

The place needs updated ...deep clean even the floor was sticky and outside rats and mice eating from the bins

Drive thru s great for a quick meal,but on a couple of the occasions I've got home and something is missing,on one occasion it was just a side,but the next time a entire box meal was missing,but other than that food was ok,

Very poor, only 2 tables eating yet we waited quite a while to be served. The staff member didn't seem interested & when asked a question seemed indifferent. Despite repeating ourselves he didn't seem to understand. We never received the sides we ordered and were given the wrong drink. Really disappointing.

Rats in the Drive thru and car park, chicken was all grey and soggy, burgers were given to us upside down in the box. Do not go here.

£8.87 for a wrap an large chips and the volume is half compared to MCDONALDS. The same products at McDonald was just £4.18. Never buying from KFC anymore

I recall interesting flavour from KFC chicken in the 1970s and 80s. Now, in 2024, it seems almost flavourless. So much for all the supposed herbs and spices. They are wasted on me.

Absolutely awful all round worst KFC I have ever had chicken batter was wet far from crispy chips nasty all round poor quality these people producing this food should go abroad to see how a KFC is run and the food produced they might learn a thing or two an the price for rubbish was astronomical

Every visit is like a game of “What part of my order will they get wrong today” and of course the order points aren’t topped up with receipt paper which makes correcting the error an ordeal… frustrating to visit this store.

Used the drive through. My wife's blue light card discount code would not work via the app. Never an issue when using the card. The server could not have been less helpful. Didn't even tell us the discount hadn't been applied at the 2nd attempt. Will never use this restaurant again and has put us off having Kfc again. There are always issues getting discounts via the app.

There was actual mould on the chicken. Only realised because the Zinger is so big I have to take it apart to eat it otherwise I could have been very sick. Wouldnt recommend.

Signature fries are horrible my granddaughter opted for kfc as she likes chicken. Not enough vegetarian options i know its a chicken shop but you could do a bean burger i stead of doing a vegan burger thatlooks like chicken but tastes like you are eating a mouthful of pepper

Slowest service on the planet!!

Food was completely cold. When we went up to inform the staff they told us the food wasn’t cold. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive to us this was made even worse by the fact that we were the only customers in the building and there were no drive thru customers we will not be going back

It is a KFC. Not sure what else you want to know? Clean, rapid service to the table, food as you would expect - not Michelin starred but that is not what you are there for. Fast, good value, nice place, easy to get to.

Ordered 6 wings and 2 fillet burgers. Both times gave food with just one meal in it. The manager said he would sort it as he was the one who took the order. Then it came out again with just one meal in there. We asked for a refund and apparently they don't do refunds and wouldn't take a second order for the second meal. He was very rude.

Cold food, small portions and Pepsi was flat, add to this poor miserable service and that just about says it all. I won't be going there again!!!!

Idiots whom seem to think it’s acceptable to wonder round a car park, cough in a food bag and refuse to reorder or refund. Didn’t even get the order right. The manager Zane couldn’t manage running a bath let alone a restuarant.. if I could leave no stars I would!!!

Again went with my daughter to the drive through, and low and behold they misses part of the order again. Luckily she knows how bad the staff are here and checked the order before leaving the window. Reminder to everyone check your order before leaving as it will be wrong 9 times out of 10.

Visited here on a Stevenage Boro match day so was fairly busy... The food was nice and hot, service was lacking a bit slow but given it was very busy due to football being on I can totally understand. The staff seemed helpful enough and nice. Overall I would definitely return I've also ordered online for delivery and food was nice and hot when It arrived via just eat. .

So on Thursday I decided to change it up and go for a KFC. I was parked up for only a couple of minutes. The food that was brought out to me ... a zinger tower meal was absolutely 💯 delicious 😋. The bun was toasted to perfection the burger to sauce ratio just right and the chips were the best 👌. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite and every second of that meal. 10/10 to the service, staff and food. Many thanks 😊 you made my day x

Visited for the first time and will be the last time. Waited at the till for 5 mins without any acknowledgement. The restaurant was empty so I don’t understand why I had to wait so long to get served. I managed to catch the attention of a staff member who told me to wait. I took this opportunity to walk out and take my business elsewhere. Won’t be returning in a hurry.

Really poor customer experience here, which makes sense why it's never busy. I recommend visiting a different franchise location, the staff here are incredibly rude, especially Rahul Reddy.

Undoubtedly the worst 'fast food' experience my family and I have ever had, and I am not exaggerating. Interaction when placing my order was painful, the staff simply do not enjoy what they do. My order took far too long, and it wasn't busy at all by fast food standards. Other customers where hanging around complaining that their food was taking too long, up to 15 minutes and there seemed to be complete confusion both at the ordering counter and behind, with lots of shouting between the staff. Our food arrived after 15 minutes, the order was wrong, with both things we hadn't ordered and 3 items missing. When I politely raised this with the staff member, he challenged me, rudely about what I had ordered (I didn't get my order wrong btw), and then just acted dismissive and rude. He threw some fries that were missing across the counter, then plonked the drink that was missing next to it, with no apology. Then, after finally realising his mistake with the missing sandwich, stared me out and asked what was wrong with me?! His colleagues tired to bail him out and assisted, but he acted aggressive and challenging. My expectations with fast food outlets are low, as are the stakes, I am a realist, however I do not expect a major international brand such as KFC to allow this kind of behaviour in one of their franchisees. Things just need to be better if they are to survive in this challenging and competitive market. I am the customer and I get to choose where I spend my disposable income and it will not be in such a disposable outlet as KFC in Stevenage...

Service was so bad I left with no food and let them keep the money I'd paid. I never saw my order. I was one of many annoyed customers. No-one seems to be in charge and the staff are unresponsive to angry customers and just look confused. They don't communicate in English. This was the 2nd and last time I've used this place. The 1st time also left me out of pocket because they left my order short of items

Terrible place. Ordered table service from the machine. They still managed to get the order wrong. Was ignored for ages at the counter trying to get the order corrected.

They are so slow and disorganised. They serve people in a random order, I waited over 20 mins in a virtually empty restaurant. They got the order wrong. The staff don’t know who they’ve served and who they haven’t. Food was fine to be fair. Absolutely hopeless management.

Relitivley clean resturant, small drive through and good parking. Never had a fully correct order food is in sealed bags so you can't check when busy.

The worst KFC in the UK. Forgot how bad it was after my visit last time but didn’t get time to review. The worst run and staff don’t seem to have a clue. Everything almost in the order was wrong and they have no idea on how to solve complaints. Avoid!!

Went on Thursday evening after attending a gig I have literally been ill since I now have food poisoning

Hit and miss in here. Sadly a miss on our recent visit. Order incomplete. Didn't realise until we were home as it looked fine on quick check in the store. Little did I know, that item missing from one of the meal boxes... Disappointed to say the least.

The food is amazing as always, the service is top notch, but the location is less desirable, with a strange empty atmosphere on days without any football on, then EXTREMELY overcrowded on days with football. Its also very far away from any bus stops, VERY far from the town centre, but very close to the football stadium.

Ordered through the drive through, only a few items. checked before leaving and they were all wrong, went back in to complain and the girl on drive through said i ordered everything plain when i didnt and all the staff laughed at me saying i shouldn't of ordered plain....

Paid for 5pieces, & 3pieces chicken, staff cannot count, only had 5 pieces in bucket when I finally got home with it, after shopping in town

Trying the current special Teriyaki chicken burger (after all the advertising) was a huge disappointment. It was a sliver of dry overcooked chicken with no sauce coating at the edges and a splodge of teriyaki sauce in the centre. I wonder if the cooks have seen the TV advertising and contemplated what the on-screen burger looks like compared to what we were served with?

Waited 30mins for food. Ordered before and majority of people in the place got their food before us. Complained to management and they said “they don’t care”. Won’t return, poor service, slow timings and overall bad experience.

I was pleased I was able to order at the counter so I could request my wife's preferred pieces of chicken. Polite and friendly staff👍

This place has put me off ever buying KFC again. I know mistakes happen so only getting half my order was annoying but once getting the food it was so dry it was inedible, just rank.

I ordered 2 meals. 1 chicken burger meal & a 3 piece chicken meal. I'd waited a few minutes when I was told the chicken wasn't cooked & would take 17 minutes. I said I'd wait as I really fancied KFC. The lady was nice & offered me a drink (which I declined). Once the chicken was cooked & I got my order I realised that my chicken burger had sat on the warming plate for the whole time. I assumed this must be usual practice. Once I started eating it however I realised I had warm lettuce & mayo with a totally dried out burger! Surly if there is a 17 minute wait for one part of the order, you don't prepare the rest of the order until its nearly all ready. Very disappointing.

This place is dead, with no life left in it. They take your money to serve cold, dry food with an attitude, and when you complain about waiting times or missing items, they just smirk out the window while checking out their phones Close it down and make extra parking spaces for the range shop 👍

Very poorly run food was wrong not only me but the several people in front of me in the drive through fast food actually took 30 minutes from ordering to actually receiving very very poor this isn't the 1st time here it's happened but definitely the worst experience will not use this branch again

If I can rate this less than 0 stars I would apsolotelly shocking I go in to order I get welcomed by people in the kitchen without beard nets scratching there beard over the cooking food I spent 32 pounds on on a few box meals which was the worst thing I've eaten in a while my box meal I paid to be a large I got a burger that's just been thrown in a box my chips was raw my mother and brothers hot chocolate was water with a little chocolate my mother had same meal as me but not large there was no difference in size my gravy had hair in it the gravy pot was not closed properly and the box was almost damaged in which the gravy went over my lap and top my chicken is so soggy I can wring it out and get half a cup of oil out of it absolutely shocking I'm surprised you've stayed open this long health and hygiene is something that this place needs I would advise anyone not to go hear I'm never coming hear again what a waste of money apsolotelly desgraceful
