Ali our waiter was very attentive. He gave his recommendations and he was 100% right. It was the first time me and my husband ate here and we were not disappointed. My husband is kind of picky and this place did not disappoint. Food was 10/10 would highly recommend. My husband got the steak fillet and the ribs were to die for! The nocci was also amazing and the chicken panco went down a treat. Definitely coming again!

The decor was absolutely amazing, but the service was past expectations. Ali was serving me and the family, super polite, attentiveness 👌🏾

We had an evening meal here and ordered two steaks. My wife does not like to see any blood which she clearly stated on ordering. The meals arrived and her steak was sitting in juice and blood. We mentioned it and the manager? Was called over. After some discussion, it was sent back to flash it again, it was returned on the same plate, She cut into it and it looked ok. But then ate some of the side dish, she then went back to the steak and found it was sitting on the same pool of blood. I don't belive the steak was rested before plating. My steak was ok and accompaniments were ok. But this is about the poor attitude of the manager? We asked the waitress if the one steak could be taken off the bill. The manager? Was called over again, but despite eating less than a quarter at most he insisted we paid for the poor steak. He said she had eaten it, then said half of it. It was probably less than a quarter eaten, We advised it was poor customer service to be arguing with a customers and we would not review positively he said do what you want I don't care. Have to say the other staff were lovely. Although my steak was ok this particular persons attitude was poor. We paid close to £100 for two steaks and sides one orange juice and a water and left disappointed. Obviously won't return again and hope nobody else has a similar experience.

Overpriced, Underwhelming, and Poorly Executed At best, this place is bang average, but my biggest issue is the service—basic, unengaging, and completely lacking in any premium or high-level hospitality. The staff simply take your order without mentioning specials, showing any enthusiasm, or making an effort to engage with you as a guest. They then plonk the food in front of you with zero presentation or care. For this, we were forced to pay a £30 mandatory service charge—which is utterly unjustified. Why not just incorporate it into the food prices instead of charging extra for a service that is virtually nonexistent? Now, onto the food. I ordered "hummus and pitta"—a simple dish that should be impossible to mess up. Even a store-bought hummus with a bit of pitta would have sufficed. Instead, they managed to ruin it, drowning the hummus in excessive olive oil and an odd sun-dried tomato sauce. To make matters worse, despite specifically requesting it ASAP to snack on, it arrived with the mains—a basic request ignored. The Mac & Cheese was bland, floppy, and had a bizarre texture. The T-bone steak had an unsettlingly sweet tang, possibly from the rosemary pink salt provided, but it was an odd and off-putting taste for a steak. The chips were entirely forgettable. The mushrooms? Clearly frozen sliced mushrooms, quickly sautéed with garlic, slapped onto a plate, and given an extortionate price tag. Even the drinks selection was subpar—while they avoid Israeli products, Barr Cola would have been far superior to the Karma Cola they served. All in all, my friend and I paid £300 for this very basic, uninspired meal—and that’s not even including the forced £30 service charge. For what we received in terms of both food and service, I wouldn’t pay more than £100. This place is highly overpriced, overrated, and in desperate need of improvement before it can justify its ludicrous pricing. Avoid.

Very lovely experience, starters were amazing! Ali was great throughout the whole evening and provided amazing service. My meal was really nice and came recommended, I’d suggest getting the spicy flavoured beef ribs, but only downside was my friend’s lamb which had a weird smell and taste to it.

If you're looking for a good place to celebrate a special day? Ribeye would be a good option. The service is very good and the team is professionally friendly. The atmosphere was good and I would go back for the vibes. Be prepared the open the wallet for the special occasion 😊🤗

We visited here for a meal whilst our son was attending an event in Utilita Arena. Location was great, as only a 5 min walk from the arena, where we had parked. Restaurant was really nice looking and well decorated, felt trendy and modern. It was a Thursday night and not busy at all, but they sat us between two other tables of customers despite the fact the restaurant had plenty of other empty tables. The tables either side of us were really close and it was hard to squeeze between them to get to our seat without feeling that you were putting your bottom in someone else’s dinner! It’s also then a little awkward sitting so close to other tables, as everyone can hear every word spoken. We were handed food menu, and we each ordered an Aberdeen Angus fillet - which incidentally was one of the cheapest items on the menu at £35. We also ordered some potato side dishes and a creamed spinach. I then asked for the wine menu, only to be told that alcohol was not served. As the tables either side of us were listening, I felt stupid as assumed everyone else knew that, and I was a little disappointed as I really enjoy a red wine with my steak! We each ordered a juice. Food sat on the hot plate for ages before it reached our table. At one point I was contemplating getting up and getting it myself, it took so long for a waiter to go over and get it for us. When it was finally served, food was very tasty; we thoroughly enjoyed our steak. However it felt overpriced for the experience. We won’t return. We then popped over to the pub opposite for a glass of wine, only to see the couple from the table next to us also grabbing a drink. Seems like the fact that alcohol isn’t served wasn’t common knowledge after all. We all agreed it should be better publicised so you can decide if that’s an issue, before you’ve ordered your food.

Food was mediocre as agreed by all of the group. Not worth the high prices at all and have had much better food for the same prices. A “mandatory” 10% service charge at the end just proving that they care more about squeezing money out of you rather than offering quality that would actually justify what they’re charging. I’m all for paying more for a premium experience but it seems as though their focus is more so on maximising their profit. If the service charge is mandatory then why not just factor it into the menu itself.

I had iftari here with my friends today and I was more than impressed by the service from Sufyaan and Ali. The food was also really nice! Would definitely come again.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Return We visited Ribeye Steakhouse in Birmingham expecting a great experience, but unfortunately, it was anything but. Firstly, considering this is a non-alcoholic restaurant, it was disappointing that several mocktails were unavailable due to missing ingredients. On top of that, the main menu had no fish available—not just for adults, but also on the children’s menu. This was at 6 PM on a Saturday, so it was shocking that they had already run out. The children’s menu itself was quite limited, and even the pasta option had been removed, leaving very few choices for kids. To make matters worse, we were seated at the worst table in the entire restaurant—right by the kitchen access. All we could see were dirty dishes being banged around, rubbish being scraped into bins, and staff constantly going in and out. The restaurant was only a third full, so there was no reason for us to be placed there. Throughout the time we were there, all we could hear was the waiters constantly dropping knives and forks onto the tiled floor. The noise was awful and made the whole experience even worse. Service was another major letdown. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. Drinks took nearly 30 minutes to arrive, and that was after we had to ask multiple times. No one informed us about the missing menu items until after we had ordered our drinks, leaving us with no real choice but to stay out of politeness. The final straw was the lack of care from the staff. A waiter dropped his glasses and bottles while carrying drinks, spilling everything, yet they didn’t even offer to replace nearby food dishes where glass could have potentially landed. Despite all these issues, they still had the nerve to ask for a service charge—absolutely not! This was supposed to be a special treat for our grandchildren, but it ended up being a terrible experience. We won’t ever be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It’s a shame to see this establishment is capped at 5 stars only, would rate it 10/10 the food was amazing and most importantly the staff was super friendly. Would recommend this to everyone! Huge shout out to Raks who from the moment we walked in till the final steps out the door provided the best service and insured we had a fantastic experience.

The sides complemented the dish beautifully; the mashed potatoes were creamy, and the grilled veggies had a lovely charred finish. The only reason I’m giving it 4.5 instead of 5 stars is because the service was slightly slower than expected during peak hours. However, the food quality and overall experience made up for it. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what truly made our evening exceptional was the outstanding service from Ali. Ali went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His work ethic is truly commendable, efficient, and incredibly professional. He made sure our drinks were always topped up, food arrived promptly, and he checked in just the right amount to ensure we were happy without being intrusive. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, helping us pick the perfect dishes, and his friendly, positive attitude made the experience even better. If you’re looking for top-tier food with world-class service, Ribeye Steakhouse Birmingham is the place to go!! Just make sure to ask for Ali! We’ll definitely be back soon.

The food & service were excellent, but the restaurant was very cold!

Avoid (or at least read this first so you aren't disappointed/surprised by the experience you are about to pay for). Visited in March 2025 for dinner before a concert. IMO this restaurant would not survive normally if it weren't for the flow of concert goer's needing to eat lunch/dinner and the limited options in that part of the city. Pros - food & drinks were nice and served quickly. Cons - Staff are boarder line polite. I got the sense that the mgr sets this tone and they follow. - Luke warm greeting when we arrived, no offer of where we'd like to sit, - Didn't offer to take our coats/scarves to the hook area so we decided to do it ourselves, - Literally zero engagement with us even when the waitress took our order, it was almost robotic levels of service (training and incentives to staff to deliver customer service experience absent). - Q - would you expect the mgr or waiter to ask if everything was ok once you food had been served or whether they could get anything else for you? well not here!!!). - The Final insult - we were a party of 2 people and on receiving the bill read that a 10% service fee had already been added to the bill. On reading the 1st page of the menu again we now see - A Mandatory 10% Service Charge will be added to all bills'. and there's your main root problem. Any restaurant that applies a mandatory service charge is 1) probably paying/supplementing staff wages with tips, 2) truthfully doesn't really care about the service from its staff to customers as everyone is getting paid and 3) probably thinks its food justifies this. In summary, its a great restaurant if you like steak, like staff that couldn't really give a crap and have spare money to pay for their wages.... 'How would you like it cooked sir? 'Rare or Ready to Swear!!?'

I am in Birmingham on business for the first time. I wanted to go to the EN Steak house in Mailbox, but I couldn't find it. I was wandering around the Mailbox area looking for EN Steakhouse because I saw they had better reviews online, but I found this place. I regret this terribly. I went here today, the 4th of March 2025. I went alone. Here's what upset me. I think the waiters were racist because I'm a black African. I entered the restaurant before a white, obviously British couple, and the waiters rushed to serve them first. I beckoned and asked to be served, but the waiter rudely told me he was serving someone else. It was only after about 35 minutes - when I was about to throw a fit that the waiter came and grudgingly took my order. As a matter of fact, by the time the waiter served me, the white couple i had entered the place with were finishing their starter. There was no alcohol because apparently they don't serve that here. So I asked for the ribeye red drink. Another waiter brought my drink - a lady whom I actually greeted, and she just ignored my greeting. It almost felt like she was upset to serve me and my presence was not needed there. It's funny, but it's the truth. The drink was not bad. I ordered one of the Rib-eyes- it starts with a 'C' letter - I forget. But the steak was spectacularly underwhelming. Rib-eyes are my thing. I do a lot of business in America and eat at the American steakhouses - Logan's, Texas Roadhouse, the Outback, etc...so I know what a fairly decent medium rare rib-eye steak should taste like. This didn't hit the spot for me. I ate it in a hurry because I was extremely hungry. I have been doing intermittent fasting and trying to lose weight and this was my first meal in 60 hours so I was starving. The steak cost 37 pounds, and the drink was 8 pounds, so my bill was supposed to be 45 pounds or something in that ballpark. When they brought the bill, for some reason, my bill was 58 pounds with some strange charges I did not understand. I couldn't understand what the extra 13 pounds charge was for. I wanted to challenge it, but I was so upset with the service and wanted to just get out of that place and thankfully - I'm a rich man and I'm not exactly Scrooge McDuck, so I shouldn't be arguing over 58 pounds. Not my best restaurant experience, and I'm certainly never going here again.

Honestly so bad and I don’t even think they’re aware of it either. Food was average at best. Was given Cold plates! I’m sorry but being given a warm plate to eat off is the bare minimum in any restaurant. Over cooked steak and was asked if I’d like my change when I paid with cash (It was £16 change) which I find very rude to assume id leave that after poor service. Can’t say I’d ever go back and felt robbed

Had lambchops, steak and mocktail for my meal. I asked for a medium rare. It was burnt on the outside but rare on the inside. Prices are extortionate while the portions ares tiny. Definitely not worth the hype. Was really a let down. They also offer water but charge for it. Prices should be made clear before offering anything. Not to forget the mandatory 10% service charge... It was really a poor experience

I tried it for the first time. I loved the appetizers, and the drinks were delightful, but the steaks were disappointing. We politely spoke to the manager about it, but he indicated there was nothing wrong with the steaks. The service was amazing. The ambience was excellent.

Please see my original complaint raised via email to which i had no response or appology apart from a discounted meal.. Good evening, i booked a table for 7.30pm at ribeye birmingham tonight (14.02.2025). Our first time visiting your restaurent. We arrived at the restaurent and sat and waited 25 minutes for our table making it 8pm before we actually sat down - no apology or agknowledgment just 'take a seat' from the host. We waited 15minutes for a member of staff to come over to our table and take our drinks order and then personally called a waiter over to order our food once we had decided what we were eating. We ordered a cheesy share and tare garlic bread to start and then I ordered lamb, mash & beef jus and my husband ordered a tbone steak, mac & cheese, truffle fries & a chilli sauce. The food arrived promptly; my meal was cold, to the point i sent the beef jus back and asked for it to be reheated to try and warm my food up as to not cause a scene. My husbands steak was like rubber and his steak was also cold, the truffle fries and mac and cheese were hot. None of the staff came back to ask us if our food was ok, despite me sending my beef jus back to be reheated and my partner leaving almost a full tbone steak on his plate whilst the plates were collected once we had 'finished' eating. All off the food leaving the hot plate in the kitchen had zero smoke coming from it, the hotplate lights wernt on and there was 2 plates of food sent back to the kitchen whilst we were sat there. We didnt have chance to order pudding or another drink as the service from staff just wasnt there unless we asked for something. Once the plates were cleared we asked for the bill, the waitress took 20 minutes to bring our bill to the table, we said thankyou and asked for the card machine. She placed the card machine on the table and stated 'put your card in' .. no please or thankyou - after this being the final straw i removed my card and asked the waitress to remove the service charge from my bill which she did with no comments at all. Considering we spent almost £105 in total after having the service charge removed, i think the food, service and overall night was shocking on behalf of a big company who charges big prices. We dont often spend large amounts of money but as it was valentines day we decided to spoil ourselves. I left feeling very unsatisfied, annoyed and unappreciated. I unfortunately wont be visiting again, neither will i reccomend you to family and friends. I will also leave an accurate in depth review on google and trip advisor. I look forward to your response.

Welcome to another edition of ‘how much money have I wasted on a steak today’. Seriously bad steak and then to top it off the caramel sauce for the chocolate bomb was burnt. Looks good in pics but not a good experience, needless to say I won’t be back.

Excellent restaurant. The Wagyu steak and lamb shank were amazing. Expensive but worth it. A nice selection of food and a great ambiance. I attended today again, still great food but the restaurant was cold though. Service was excellent but desserts were not to the standard of the mains.

Had an amazing experience at Ripeye Steakhouse! I enjoyed a perfectly cooked ribeye, while my friend had the lamb, both full of flavor. We also tried the Bocconcini balls, which were absolutely delicious. The highlight of the night, though, was the fantastic service—special thanks to Sara, our waitress, who was incredibly friendly and made our evening even more enjoyable. Great food and even better hospitality—highly recommend!

Had a decent meal - though very expensive for the portion size and quality. Also, no tap water available which was disappointing.

Waited 30 minutes before we got our drinks and had to ask multiple times after we had already got our starters like we were forgotten about . Sat next to the doors so was very cold. The fillet steak was nice but the steak knives were very blunt so found it hard to cut into . We had no apology from the servers after expressing that we had been waiting a long time and all people that had came in after had already been served their main meal. Understanding that it was valentine’s day but service was not good at all

A meat lover's paradise in the heart of Brindley place. Reasonable portions that will leave your tummy happy and fulfilled along with the exceptional service with friendly accommodating staff. I would highly recomend the Beef Ribs, they are to die for and come in either Spicy, BBQ, or Half-and-Half rubs.

The food was absolutely delicious 😻! so much so that I wish I could personally thank the chef! It arrived piping hot and ready to be devoured, which you can see in the video. Service was impressively prompt, with our dishes arriving shortly after we were served our mocktails. (Do note that this is an alcohol-free establishment.) While the drink selection could be improved, as some mocktails were unavailable, the overall experience was delightful. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with great lighting that added to the overall dining experience. Speaking of lighting…yes, the bathroom is definitely picture worthy! You can see for yourself in the photo. The lovely manager checked in on us multiple times, ensuring we were enjoying our meal, which was a nice touch. All in all, a fantastic meal..I’d highly recommend it!

Not a single thing I can say tasted good in this place. We ordered the sharer platter and 2 x t bone Steaks. We asked for medium steak but it was completely raw. Lamb chops were so tough I had to send it back. The service was really slow and even the steak knives were really blunt, was tough work cutting the steak. Expensive and really nothing special.

El interior del restaurante es precioso y bien pensado a la hora de diseñar. El personal era atento y había un montón de ellos para ayudarnos. En cuanto a la comida, pedimos la torre de langostinos que consistía en 4 langostinos que realmente no clasificaría como una “torre”. Las gambas eran preciosas, pero por el precio, 4 gambas parece un apretón! También pedimos el Tomahawk, se presentó muy bien, pero desafortunadamente entre dos personas, solo teníamos 5 rodajas delgadas cada una, ya que había una gran cantidad de rodajas de grasa y grisáceos que se desecharon. La carne era agradable, pero no la más agradable que he probado, definitivamente hay mejor filete en otros restaurantes en Birmingham en el mismo “carril” que Ribeye. No volvería a pedir un tomahawk, en cambio, optaría por un filete singular, no por compartir. El puré de cebollino era absolutamente divino y también lo eran las patatas delfines, lo recomiendo encarecidamente! En general, volvería atrás, pero optaría por algunos elementos de menú diferentes. Algunos artículos parecen bastante caros para los tamaños de porción / calidad.

El restaurante fue reservado después de mirar el menú en línea. Debería haber leído la información completa en el sitio web que identifica a los Mocktails. Food decent. Prices expensive. They try and charge for what is clearly just tap water. You ask for it and they say they don’t have it and add it onto the bill. They also add a 10% service charge which despite someone saying it’s mandatory it is not and you are not warned in advance. You can tell as well this is the type of restaurant where people who are so rich they don’t even look at the bill go so they are trying to scam people.

I and my friends went to this place for a meal. Am not going to talk about the food or any thing to do with the place. But what am going through now. We had our meal and finally it was time to pay the bill which came to almost £150.00. Their card reader was faulty and so kept declining my payment. I was then asked to go to the front till and even there it kept doing the same. I remember they had to call someone who maybe was advising them on what to do. Eventually my payment went through and we left. Later in the night. I checked my mobile and saw the payment went through twice and it was on pending. Mind you this was on Saturday. So on the Sunday early morning I called my bank to see if I could adl them not to let the money out twice but this was not possible. The restaurant was opening at 12.00. I called the restaurant and explained my predicament. The man who answered the phone assured me they won't take the money twice and that I shouldn't worry. Later in the evening I checked and the money had been taken on both transactions. I called the place on Monday and asked to speak with the manager. The lady who answered the phone said she's the manager. I explained to her what had happened and she said I should write an email and forward my bank transactions showing the double payment plus my bill which I did. She refused to give me her name when I asked for it. The correspondence ingot says the owner is abroad on holiday. I have direct debits to pay and am not happy with this at all. I hope now the so called owner can see this and do what is right immediately.

Had an amazing dining experience at Ribeye Birmingham! Our waiter Ali, provided exceptional service – attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We ordered the Wagyu fillet (medium) and a sharing Tomahawk steak (medium rare), and both were cooked to perfection with incredible flavor. The vibes in the restaurant were brilliant, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. To top it off, the mocktails were exceptional – refreshing and beautifully crafted. We recently celebrated my sister’s birthday at Ribeye Birmingham, and it was an incredible experience! Our waiter Hajira, went above and beyond to make the evening special. She welcomed us warmly and made us feel completely at ease. Her food recommendations – the Creekstone ribeye and WX Wagyu ribeye – were absolutely spot on. Both were cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and a true treat for the taste buds. Really nice meal, very pricey, they didn’t point out that they served no alcohol, mandatory service charge, I topped on top of it (not realising) and the server didn’t mention that the service was already included. Lovely meal but very very expensive

A paradox: The steaks are terrible but the atmosphere is good. Don’t go here if you know how a good steak should be prepared and presented. We ordered: 1. 9oz Wagyu ribeye medium-well: It was sliced 1cm thick (a crime to anyone who knows steak) and overcooked (killed). It wasn’t soft, juicy and melting moments. I’m almost certain that it wasn’t Wagyu. 2. Angus Cote medium-well: It thickness was OK, but it was overcooked (killed). 3. Angus ribeye medium-well: It was served rare, with blood flowing out of it. We sent it back and they had the audacity to put back on the flames. Something you never do to a steak and it obviously got back to us overdone. 4. Greenstone Filet medium-well: Exactly the same experience as the ribeye. The cocktails were good. However, to add more salt to the dish (wound), the manager insisted that I pay a 10% service charge, which I refused.

Beautiful set up Food was definitely not up standard Ordered the Wagyu but definitely was not a wagyu. Steaks were not made how we wanted them. Had to send back our food twice. Was not up my expectations. Will definitely not be going back. Manager needs to get more training with regards to customer services.

I visited this restaurant with my friend for a Christmas dinner and it did not disappoint! The restaurant is beautiful and very spacious with comfortable seating. The mocktails were so nice! The food was amazing and I really enjoyed my steak, it was perfectly prepared. We even tried the desserts. The lady serving us was ever so kind, she was really helpful with recommendations and very friendly. Customer service was excellent! Would definitely recommend 👍☺️

The staff at this restaurant are exceptional! My friend reserved this spot for his birthday and graduation dinner, and we were well taken care of throughout the evening. The manager was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality steak with a touch of luxury.

We had the Sunday lunch, food was not that great, definitely not worth the price of £35 each when all you get are small portions and the food comes out cold, some of our food such as the parsnips came out burnt. The service was not good, staff looked as if they didn’t know what they were doing for example me and my partner ordered a coffee and it took over 30min for it to come and it wasn’t even busy, when asking staff for the bill they looked confused as if they didn’t know what they were doing. Had the chocolate bomb for desert but it wasn’t nice; the salted Carmel was burnt which made it taste awful. The only thing nice was the interior itself but apart from that I would definitely not recommend, especially for how expensive it is, there are so many better places in Birmingham.

An incredible experience on my sister in laws Birthday last Sunday afternoon. The Sunday lunch sharing platter was very tasty and flavorsome. Staff were pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. First time visit,but certainly will not be the last. An absolute goldmine of a restaurant. Amazing staff with food and drinks to match. We held my sons wedding party here and the whole experience ,deco and day was made even more beautiful by every single person who worked here. We could not fault the service and how accommodating they all were nothing was too hard to do. The whole feel of the the restaurant with beautiful touches of flowers and lighting was an experience that made it even more beautiful. Thank you all to the best team ever 💙

Our family hosted a nikkah here, best staff, aesthetic and place we could’ve asked for! Helped out last min, super accommodating. Raks and Imaan were so so helpful and everyone was lovely. Food was AMAZING and on time 10000% recommend, thank you for making the day so special 💗

Soon as we entered there was a funny smell also as we seated the smell was getting stronger. Which totally put us off . The steaks were chewy and I asked for well done I had received it as if it was medium will not be attending agaim

Steak was good pricey we don't mind but they don't sell alcohol. Just found out when we asked for wine list and told us they don't sell alcohol which 4 of us was very disappointed. We like our our steak with wine or alcohol. We even asked if we can buy our wine outside and bring inside the resto they said "NO" not allowed. Too bad it would have been the best Steak if wine available or we are allowed to bring our wine wich the shop just around the corner 😞

Amazing.best halal steakhouse I have ever been to, and I eat out every weekend. Came here for my birthday Defo will be returning. Helpful staff, amazing atmosphere, decor and cosy. Food was so on point, from perfectly medium rare Ribeye steak , to the lush bone marrow, perfectly fluffy Crispy chips, and the smoothest mash in the world. Let's not forget the tasty beef jus.

Cena decepcionante. El bistec estaba bien, pero toda la experiencia era caro y hay mucho mejores lugares para el mismo dinero. Todo es extra - lo único para el precio en el menú es el filete. Se sirve en un plato frío y luego se coloca en una mesa de mármol para que todo esté frío en un par de minutos. Luego un cargo de servicio del 10% para que lo lleven a 10 pies mientras dejan bastante claro que no querían. Para colmo, es un lugar libre de alcohol por lo que ni siquiera puede tomar una copa de vino para animarse. Ni siquiera tienen agua del grifo (requisito legal), lo que era una pena dada la salinidad de los hongos ahora fríos. Hay docenas de lugares cercanos con mejor servicio y mejor comida, por mucho menos dinero. Podría haber sido encantador, pero no lo fue.

My visit to Ribeye was absolutely lovely!! We came to celebrate my friends 21st birthday. The waiting staff were very friendly, specifically Sofia and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend!!!

The bbq beef ribs were 10/10!! I could have 3 plates of it and not get tired😮‍💨 Sophia was an amazing waitress! She made the experience great with her enthusiasm and friendliness. All staff were very helpful and can hold a good conversation. Definitely coming again!

After placing our order with the waitress we were waiting nearly 45 mins for our food. we asked for an update as food was taking too long to come and guess what food order wasn't put through 🙄. A lame ass apology from the a guy who was probably the manager. Didn't stay to reorder anything so god knows about their food.

Had a brilliant experience at Ribeye Steakhouse in Birmingham! The setting was warm and welcoming, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. I ordered the ribeye, and it was spot on, tender, packed with flavour, and cooked exactly as I’d asked. The sides and sauces were also fantastic. I would definitely recommend:)

I regret my choice. I choose this place over Fazenda to try but it’s a total disappointment. Ribeye was not tasty, it was chewy and not tender. It was served on cold plate which made my experience worse. Couldn’t enjoy bone marrow also. Would never go back.

So because of the exquisite flavours and presentation of the food I rate this place a solid five. However couple of criticisms, 1). We were forgotten about after our starters therefore was a lengthy wait for our mains. 2) atmosphere could have been a little more intimate, perhaps dimmer lightening and a different choice of music ? Apart from this, I can not fault the amazing food, the bang bang chicken was had quite an overpowering sauce, but was lovely, and the cod loin was phenomenal with dauphinois potatoes, and the pompeii punch had a stunning combination of coconut and pomegranate flavours. An absolute must try!

No es un mal asador halal Birmingham (como nos falta en la ciudad). Pero definitivamente hay margen de mejora. El filete de mi compañero tuvo que ser enviado de vuelta, desafortunadamente. Pidió medio -raro, y llegó prácticamente todavía moo- ing! Sin embargo, el equipo fue muy útil y esta cuestión se corrigió lo antes posible. Tenía la carne de Wellington. ¡Este suele ser mi plato favorito, así que tengo grandes expectativas! La pastelería era preciosa, y el paté de setas era agradable, también. Pero la carne estaba seca (y sabía como si no tuviera condimento). Qué pena. La verdura al vapor que tenía a un lado era excelente, sin embargo - muy ajoso y mantequilla. Nuestros cócteles eran un poco carentes de brillo. No está mal; pero no es algo que justifique el precio elevado. El equipo de FOH era todo amable y servicial. Aunque algunos de ellos no tenían los mejores conocimientos sobre comida y bebida (dejamos esto a la falta de experiencia, ya que todos parecen muy jóvenes) - fueron muy agradables de hablar y crearon un ambiente agradable. Con todo, decente. Aunque no estoy seguro de si volvería a gastar otras 200 libras... Necesita un poco más de finura en general.

Ok so this place is one of those places you save for a birthday/anniversary or something special. It was really boujee 😍 This steakhouse is situated in a really nice place. A multistorey Carpark is close by so theres no hassle with the car. Love love love the atmosphere and deco. We didn't make reservations for a Saturday night and managed to get a table quite easily. I believe they reserve the front section for walk ins. The place was still quite busy. For starters we got dynamite prawns which were lovely. The sauces paired with it were delicious. Steaks range from £55-100pp. The butter, sauces and sides are all extra. They didn't serve tap water which was a bummer but otherwise everything else was perfect. We ordered the 2 different steaks - creekstone and wagu cooked medium. The wagu being the more expensive one was definitely worth the money. We paired this with Rosemary fries and truffle fries. Both were really nice sides. I wasn't a fan of the peppercorn sauce, it wasn't terrible but it didn't blow me away. Overall would go again. I nice addition to the midlands. I would recommend

Came here as a birthday treat with high hopes and expectations but we were so disappointed. Firstly, the waiters were incredibly inattentive and we were left waiting ages to order our food and to pay the bill at the end. We didn’t know where the waiters were half the time as they were nowhere to be seen, so couldn’t even get their attention. Secondly, the quality of the food was so poor and absolutely not worth the price, especially for a “fine dining” restaurant. I have no idea why everything on the menu is so expensive, from the steak down to the chips the food was such low quality. I ordered the ribs and they didn’t have much flavour at all, and the wagyu steak was a huge disappointment. Tasted no different than a regular steak. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place. It’s a shame as the decor and the vibe of the restaurant in general is nice. I’d recommend re-training your staff and not cheaping out on your food.

Birthday celebrations. Definitely worth the journey for Sunday lunch. Big shout out to our server Sadia who was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff went above and beyond. Food was absolutely amazing.....photos to follow
