Came from London & had the ribeye steak with the beef ribs and fries, alongside with the mocktail. Great food & atmosphere. Really enjoyed the conversation with the staff & had an overall good experience

The service was excellent and polite staff. Interior of restaurant is very posh and well designed. Food was also good but it is quite highly priced and there was a 10% service charge. Enjoyed the walk near the canals after the meal. Had steak and lamb with chips. Glad I went there but be prepared for the higher charges as it is a restaurant at Brindley Place.

Enjoyed a great meal Saturday night, with two of my friends. Service was incredibly polite and attentive. They were also very happy to move us to an empty table that we preferred. Food came out promptly and to a very high standard. The T-bone was perfectly cooked and the mushroom sauce paired perfectly. Thank you for a lovely meal.

Try the ribeye for £35. With bone marrow butter. No sauce needed, with the chips, and ribs for starters. Pure food heaven, in every single mouthful. With a karma cola, you will eat good and stay on the right side of life. Just try it and thank me later. Easily the best steak in Brum. Also thank to all the great staff, especially Aliya who is like Mary Poppins with kids. Thank so much for the best birthday meal in 30 years!

Went here for a birthday meal with my 6 month old. He’s normally well behaved but was not in the mood this time. The waitresses were lovely and even took my son and held him so I could eat. Sadia was amazing and can’t thank her enough. All the staff were really helpful and we had a good time. The steak and the truffle gnocchi especially were to die for. We will be back again. Thank you.

Although on the pricey-side, this is a great steak restaurant that caters for us with a Halal diet. Definitely one to keep aside for the special occasions in life but I would recommend highly!

Lovely food but no wine or any alcohol available to have with the excellent steaks and ribs they serve. Went for my son’s graduation dinner. The servers were not friendly and did not engage with us. The Maitre D, however was a lovely gentleman, very professional and accommodating. Everyone enjoyed the food and the ambience. It’s expensive but the quality of the food was superb.

This place was truly amazing it was my girl friends 21 birthday so I decided to bring her here the food was cooked perfectly I had lamb she had beef when I say I have never tasted meat cooked so well . The staff are so friendly I rate this place 10/10 definitely worth the visit

We to Ribeye with friends as I have been told about the hype and atmosphere is 10/10. We were taken care by a young waitress called Aleya she took our order and was so knowledgeable with the menu. The food was amazing and so was the service Aleya took care of us felt like royalty. Thank you Aleya for making our visit special definitely will be coming again.

Food is always 10/10 however 2 issues 1- for some reason the staff member (Asian girl wearing all black ) seems to think every group of guys who visits will automatically be attracted to her so she only helps non male tables. For the record your a solid 5 out of 10 so maybe change your attitude in this sense, we only wanted to ask for our bill , not your rishta. 2- the service charge is now mandatory , surely with the prices being charged this should be optional but again we were told if there’s no issue with the service then it’s payable. We already had a bill of £210 for 3 of us and then service added. In terms of steak it’s the best place in brum but the above 2 are enough to put me off visiting again.

We had the pleasure of visiting Ribeye for the first time on a special occasion. The ambiance of the fully halal establishment was aesthetically pleasing, and the staff demonstrated outstanding attentiveness throughout our visit. What an incredible experience start to end. Sufian the manager was incredibly helpful in planning the surprise birthday for my aunty and my mum. When we arrived the restaurant was beautiful, the staff were smiley and friendly, we were given a colouring page for a child and our able was perfect. Dan our waiter, faultless. Incredible service, very accommodating. The food... incredible, we had ribs, steak, chips, mash, salad, veg - perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection. The mocktails, delicous. The birthday surprise and deserts, amazing. Honestly such a positive experience. We will definitely be back with the rest of the family. Thank you

Not a chance i d be returning, mandatory 10% service charge on top of overpriced food. Asked for it to be removed and was told the only way to remove it is if something was wrong with the food and you had to tell someone about it. Basically stealing extra money off you. Food was decent but for that price i expected more. The Coke served again was expensive for really cheap nasty tasting cola, couldnt bring my self to finish it.

This place is BRILLIANT! We were going to go to Zizzi next door but it was too busy so we chanced going to Ribeye and were so glad we did. Seated instantly, food came out quickly and was perfect. We all loved it. Service was so corteous and friendly. I wish I didn’t live in Suffolk as I’d like to find here all the time!

Fabulous steak. I say this as a spoilt Aussie used to excellent beef. The American beef they have (name escapes me - starts with 'C' I think) was so tasty as to be UK non-pareil. They also offer something they refer to as 'Wagyu', a sobriquet of which I'm always sceptical, but based on my C-beef experience I may well shell out for next time. The alcohol -free menu works brilliantly in one experienced and one imagined way: the experience of tradition - I do like a red wine with a steak - is eschewed by the flavour of the steak itself. Pair this with a beefy Burgundy? Sure! But pair it with a pleasingly named and graceful Karma Cola and you quickly realise the wine is incidental. This is all about the beef. The imagined extra is a party of folks worried about Dave. Dave is one of the gang, always has been, but Dave doesn't drink anymore because of ... Dave stuff. But here's the thing ... We don't have to plan for Dave. We don't need to concern ourselves with the moral responsibility of Dave's life choices. Dave can join us here and the whole 'Dave thing' is just not a thing. In a lovely, unpointed, unaccusing way. Come on Dave, come and join us. And is that the first *real* smile we've seen from him in God knows how long? Great steak. Great service. Great atmos. Absolutely amazing food and service. The girl taking care of us was SO amazing with our 1,5 year old and took him to see around when he got restless and brought him colouring. You rarely come across someone so attentive and sweet. Food was amazing as well! On our drive back home we already planned our next visit.

If you want a glass of wine with your meal go elsewhere (it’s a dry restaurant). If you want amazing steak, perfectly cooked, great staff, this is the place to go.

We both had steak hubby had Angus fillet rare and I had the sirloin with creamy garlic potatoes and steamed veg. Omg was amazing. Alcohol free establishment but the drinks are amazing.

The steak was not bloody and juicy like I like my steak and they didn't have any alcohol at all but the staff were very friendly and hospitable

Exceptional service from Zara, she looked after us from beginning till end. She was very patient, and helped us choose the right steak. Decent enough Ribeye medium, sauce arrived when nearly finished, the waiter put plates on top of menus, the manager could barely manage our table (to be fair it was a large table) ... However most of the restaurant was empty, they struggled to serve, had no idea who ordered what, kept shouting to ask everytime they brought a dish in (what a joke), Brought some dishes to late, others early, the mixed grill for2/3 is to be be avoided!! They don't serve drinks nor permit BYOB for corkage... It has not got 1 star as its location is very good. Prices are too high and they charge service even on a bad performance like last week for us. Avoid eating here, plenty of choice nearby. The only veg main option is a disappointment, do not try.

I don’t usually leave reviews, however after today’s experience at Ribeye I had to. When we arrived the table we booked was tight for us, as I had a 2 year old that needed a high chair and a newborn in a buggy. The staff were quick to move us to a table that suited us with 2 infants without any hesitation. I needed a private area to pump milk for my newborn which was accommodated for and also given a jug of boiling water to heat the baby’s milk. We were looked after by Aliyya exceptionally, who took my daughter outside to the fountains to eat her dinner as she was crying to go outside. She told me not to worry and to enjoy my dinner whilst she looked after her. She fed her dinner and gave her colouring to keep her occupied. All the staff were very polite and Aliyya went above and beyond, her customer service is impeccable and she is a credit to the business. Thank you Ribeye for making my birthday as a mum with 2 under twos stress free and enjoyable. Finally I must say the food was amazing too, we will definitely be returning.

A flawless experience from start to finish on 16/05/2024. Provided brilliant service and delicious food to match. Going on a weekday, it wasn’t as busy but this didn’t detract from the experience as we were left with nothing but a positive experience. Staff were all very welcoming especially with our children. Provided colours and drawings for them which they enjoyed doing whilst we waited for the starters. The starters were very surprising in the best way possible. The bbq ribs were very flavoursome with a hint of spice along with the king prawn rolls which were presented very elegantly with micro greens and topped with a sweet chilli sauce. The mains came shortly after, a medium fillet and of course when at ribeye get the ribeye! Cooked medium rare which is my preference. Both were cooked perfectly and the quality of the steak was evident. We were extremely full so didn’t get a chance to order dessert but would definitely recommend Ribeye so will be visiting again. Pleasantly surprised by my experience coming all the way from Leicester, the Ribeye Team definitely made the trip well worth the drive.

Had significantly better steaks at much lower prices, chips well over seasoned and an attempt to scam £3.50 for tap water was a joke. Removed from the bill after a row with the manager. Tables far too cramped and felt a rushed experience. Would not return.

I was served by the most nicest lady today Aliyyah riazh. She really made mine and both my sisters experience amazing. She recommended us food that suited what we like and the food was amazing. We had some really nice conversations and she bonded with my sisters very well. She also helped with my baby sister while I was trying to eat which was so nice by feeding her and playing with her. All in all aliyyah gave us a perfect ending to our day and is so approachable to talk to. I have recommended family to go to ribeye and have spoken highly about aliyyah as a person and as a staff member at ribeye. Aliyyah if u see this message thank u for the experience and my sisters really liked you n the baby sister kept pointing to the restaurant to go back I think your her best friend now lol.

Exceptionally warm welcome from the hostess and friendly greeting from our waitress. We asked for a slight tweak on one of our side dishes which was easily accommodated and the meal was acceptable. The steak was cooked to our request and was simply ‘acceptable’… not exceptional. We wanted coffee to end our meal to be told that the coffee machine was broken and no coffees were available. But the real disappointment was with the entire ambience in the restaurant. The music was too loud and simply didn’t suit the high-end brand which is trying to be created. The couple nearby to us requested the music volume be turned a little lower only to be refused. Although our server was lovely, we couldn’t fault her, we were attended to by 5 different staff - we were in the restaurant for an hour - 3 people did a check back, it was simply over kill. No discretion at all. There were random persons walking in and out of the restaurant, not being seated, wandering around with purpose, chatting briefly to the staff and walking out again, they were clearly known to the staff and it really distracted from our meal. Whoever these people were, they were unprofessional. In the main, this is an attempt to create a high end product with a sports bar attitude and the 2 simply don’t marry. There are huge staff training issues to attend to in order to create a more discernible experience

We (Pav and I) visited on Saturday and were really looking forward to our meal after reviewing the menu prior to booking. The restaurant was a short walk from the Hilton and we arrived earlier than our reservation and warmly greeted and sat near the window. Pleasant atmosphere and beautiful decor. We ordered our drinks and shortly after we signalled we were ready to order our food. Our food came out rather quickly, we ordered the prawns and the chicken wings. Immediately upon trying the prawn rolls I advised my husband that they were cold in the middle. We advised a member of the waiting staff and the prawn starter plate was removed and he advised he would raise this event with the manager. We continued with our chicken wings which were piping hot and delicious. After around 15 minutes my husband said he would rather just continue with our mains and asked that the prawns were not brought out. Our mains then followed. We both had the Angus ribeye steak (medium) I had mash and mushrooms with peppercorn sauce and my husband had salad. My first observation was that both steaks were over cooked and the knives rather blunt. We were really putting the effort in to cut up our steaks. I didn’t finish mine by the end of it because I just wasn’t enjoying it as much as I was anticipating. The sides I have to say were delicious and generous in their portion size. The peppercorn sauce was perfect. Part way through our main the prawns arrived that we had cancelled, the waiter advised this was off the manager and they would not appear on the bill. We decided to skip dessert after feeling underwhelmed by what should have been the ‘main event’. When we requested the bill the prawn roll starter had not been removed from the bill. We raised this and it was resolved, in fairness if we had eaten it we would have paid for them, but we tried them and they were hot but the first experience just ruined the pleasure. In summary, food ok, needs improving. Plenty of great steak places in Birmingham but perhaps not fully halal for those specific requirement. For us, we have had better else where, but the service and the atmosphere was great. We won’t be revisiting again

The waiter dropped food on me, and didn't follow any compensation. It went in the eye

Was never told prior doing the booking that large bookings are required to pay a service charge. We were not happy with the service as the food wasn’t cooked to satisfaction and the restaurant have a signal blockage issue where no matter what network you’re with you’re unable to connect with the outside world. The restaurant doesn’t have WiFi either. So we had no cell service and food not prepared properly. Therefore we were took keen on paying a service charge. We made a complaint about it and was told that it’s in the menu (even though where it was placed nobody would’ve seen it and it’s not like we were made aware online prior doing the booking and making a £100 deposit). The manager (no name tag but was told his name was RAKS) was unnecessarily rude. Raks was unprofessional and was unbothered when speaking to us and despite booking the restaurant THREE WEEKS in advance, Raks had the nerves to say “we couldn’t cancelled your booking as it’s Ramadan but we went ahead and still accommodated “YOU GUYS”. Raks knew nothing about us our even our religious beliefs. The whole conversation was extremely uncomfortable and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Also, after being told the charge was mandatory, having spoken to a few others who have attended the same restaurant few weeks before we did stated they had the same issue and the charge was removed with no issue.

Where do I even start, the food was awful and very very overpriced for small portions as well. The drinks were very mediocre and also expensive. The service was perhaps the worst part of it, they all looked miserable and including the incredibly rude manager who did not help accommodate us. There are so many better restaurants in Brindley place so don’t even bother coming here.

Staff were very polite and welcoming however I ordered the lamb chops and they weren’t cooked as requested and I ordered the most expensive steak on the menu medium and the stake came rare. This ended up putting me off the steak halfway through and I didn’t finish it and no efforts were made by management to accommodate this on the bill. I don’t think I will be visiting again.

Booked in for my Mrs birthday. I would say the place is solid 3/5. The food is not worth the price tag. It’s expensive but I’ve been to expensive places it’s only worth it if the food is mind blowing. In my opinion you’d get the same quality steak with fraction of price in other places in Birmingham. It’s a nice place with nice interior. But I don’t find it as cosy. They tried to charge a service fee which I get them to take it off. Service wasn’t bad but it wasn’t exceptional. I don’t get it since when uk started adapting this trend. I normally tip but most of these place it doesn’t even go to waiters so I don’t bother anymore. But yea I won’t recommend this place.

Went for Iftaar in the evening, wasn't too busy and food came out quickly. Really enjoyed the steak, really tasty and cooked just the way I asked. A few issues with service, there was a hair in the Dynamite Chicken and while the dish was replaced there was little in the way of apology, almost felt like it was a regular occurrence. We also had to wait almost 10 min for the bill once we had finished. General service wasn't bad apart from this but you expect more when you're paying this much for food. There was a young Asian girl who was really welcoming and attentive (forgot to get her name), a credit to the store. Could do with sharper knives for the steak too as it was difficult to cut with the one provided

I found it hard to grasp that the chairs are so close together you have to turn the tub chair side ways to sit in, as there was a few of us it was a little tricky. I could not pull the chair back and stand. Awkward when one needed the toilet others had to shuffle along so you could get out. The chairs was back to back with other diners it gave a feeling of being crammed in. We ordered different mocktails all was perfect with each one. The dynamite prawns were amazing all food was cooked to perfection. The cooks are spot on excellent food. Staff members that gave us our food need to smile they seem a bit grumpy and they was not sure what food they had when handing out to the tables. He mistaked salmon for chicken and when we said no one ordered chicken, no apology or anything untill another staff member said that's salmon looking closer at the plate. Bit of confusion about what was ordered aswell. No vegetables /salad sides included unless purchased separately. We had the chocolate bomb pudding no hot fudge sauce to pour over. We did ask and was told no hot fudge sauce with it. We looked at the menu prior and seen it advertised with hot fudge sauce nothing like what we had seen online. Our server was polite and excellent it was her first day. She was eager to seek advise when we questioned items on the menu. We had to smash the chocolate bomb (small dome) but it was hard to smash the chocolate that some actually flicked off the plates we was also concerned incase we smashed the plate. We did take it up with management about the diassappointing pudding gave advise he was good took onboard on what we said. If it wasnt for the cooks excellent food we wouldn't return, we will not be ordering puddings.

It was our first time visiting Ribeye. We decided on this restaurant as it is a halal steak house and we were celebrating Eid. The staff were very friendly especially towards my two children assisting us when needed. The food was ok. We ordered dynamite shrimp and two steaks. I do feel it is very over priced for what you receive. They even charge 1£ for mustard and 3.50£ for tap water which they say is filtered. Overall had higher expectations but received mediocre. One last thing the steak knives are blunt .

Last Friday I had the pleasure of dining at Ribeye in Birmingham, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. I was greeted by the staff, who made me feel so welcomed. The ambiance was inviting, with a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. Now, let's talk about the food – it was simply outstanding. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing the highest quality meats. The steaks were cooked to perfection, that left me craving more. The sides were equally impressive, complementing the main course beautifully. What truly set this dining experience apart was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my meal was just right. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel special throughout the evening. Dining at Ribeye was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all of my expectations, especially being from London and having a range of top steak restaurants to choose from. This was exceptional food, every aspect of the visit was top-notch. I can't wait to return and indulge in another memorable meal.

Overall slightly disappointing. The steak was great, sides were okay. The waiter lacked warmth and friendliness but the manager did his best to ensure we enjoyed our time. The atmosphere was lovely. The butter served with the steak was cold, they don’t give tap water and surprisingly didn’t serve alcohol!

Fantastic decor and lovely food.

Hala Fine Dining at its finest. To begin we had a sharing platter starters, which includes Prawns, Lamb Chops, Ribs, Chicken Wings and Cheesy Bites. We also got some nibbles aswell, Hummus and Bread. The ribs were absolutely delicious, along with Lamb Chops on the sharing platter. Our mains included a T Bone Steak and Sirloin, along with chips with rosemary and salt. Again both delicious! Meat cooked with perfection, ordered Medium Welldone and got exactly that! The Mojito hit the spot aswell! Nice, tasty and juicy! Overall the experience was great, food came out in perfect time and temperature! The service was amazingly great, and both myself and my wife agreed it was worth the service charge applied on this occasion. Well done team!

I went there for my friend birthday meal when got there no one was assigned to our table we got our food the food was cold and they mix some of our order even tho we preorder no one ask us to take our drinks order we sat their for over 1 hour eat no one came I had to call someone over she took the order but we were still waiting for another 29 mins so we just change our minds very disappointed with there customer service and then they say service charges was mandatory which was £30 rep off would not recommend.

Had a great time here on date night with the Mrs, food was very good, the sharing dessert is very good apart from the chicken! That blue cheese was not it. The mains were good, gutted they gave me the compound butter cold. It's meant to be cooked with the meat! Anyway was all good up until the desert, they didn't have most of it and what they did have.... Chocolate bomb wasn't a chocolate bomb. Absolutely loved the ambience of the place. Staff are super professional and understand customer service. The restaurant is spacious and beautifully decorated and would accommodate large family and friends group. I had the Wagyu steak and it was beautifully done and tasted amazing. It was almost melting in my mouth. I had with bone marrow and it enhanced the experience even more. The price of a Wagyu steak is very high. It was £145 for a 10oz prime ribeye steak. That’s a lot of money, but I enjoyed it. Thanks Ribeye Steak for a Halal Wagyu experience.

I usually go to the Manchester branch however this time we tried this branch and the service we received was absolutely great. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating towards us, I had taken my little baby and they went out the way to warm her milk and kept her entertained by giving her a balloon :) We were served by Archie and Danyal who both were very attentive. Food and drinks were beautifully presented. Would definitely visit again.

Went during the week when it was quite quiet. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Steak was beautifully cooked. My prawn starter was slightly overcooked though. Good restaurant but a little pricey.

Would give it 3.5 stars out of 5. Decor is the wow factor that gains attraction, but that can’t be the main focus. Service is decent to good. Starters were good. Some better than others. But they were much better than the mains. However, you can get better starters elsewhere. That doesn’t mean they weren’t good. Got to give it to the ribs. They were amazing. Can’t fault them at all. Onto the mains. It wasn’t as good as expected. Was decent but not amazing. Chicken breast was awful, do not get that. Drinks are overpriced, and don’t have any speciality. Avoid. Nothing special. Overall, a place to try but not to return.

Amazing food and amazing service! Menu attached! Angus Ribeye was juicy and very tasty! Beef wellington was very tasty along with Cote De Boeuf! Beef ribs was spot on with their sauce!

Not bad. I greatly appreciate that I will be paying City Centre prices. Our 2 steaks were very plain and did not appear seasoned, however, they were very well cooked to our specific orders. The sides were tasty. The menu offers various coffees, but when we tried to order one, we were told they do not serve coffee, which was most confusing. This is a no alcohol restaurant. My wife ordered a mocktail, which was OK, I ordered tap water. We were given a bottle of water, which I double checked with our server was free of charge, he confirmed it was. It was worrisome to find it in our bill. After a complaint, it was removed. Won't return, as there are better places out there.

Nice juicy creekstone ribeye steaks cooked to perfection. We went for starters and mains including some mocktails. The bill came to around £118 for 2 people (including 10% service charge and minus £10 pp deposit so grand total £138). We went for wedding anniversary. The seating arrangement didn't create an ideal romantic setting, as tables were too close together. Please consider revising the layout for a more intimate dining experience.

The food was good however steak wasn’t upto standards. They told me that sirloin cut is never soft 🤪. Waitress didn’t know what she was doing bless her!

Expensive 10 % service charge extremely painful 4 of us and had two steak and 4 ribs drinks and chops with chips cost us like £400 which expensive. One if us had steak which £145 I don’t know how come piece of meat cost you that much any way won’t go back again

As soon as I walked in, I fell in love with the decor of the restaurant! It was so beautiful, the florals and the lighting was just beautiful. The mocktails we ordered were full of flavour and one of the best we’ve had by far, especially the passion fruit mojito! The food arrived to the table piping hot, the portions were a very good size and filling. The ribs were full of flavour and meat was falling off the bone. The beef wellington was lovely as well as the steak. The dessert was divine, we really enjoyed that too! Service was very good, the manager sufiyan also kept checking to make sure everything was okay which was nice to see. 10/10, will definitely visit again! :)

Daniyal was a top guy. Great service from everyone here & the food was elite too. It was a great atmosphere for my wife’s birthday!

Service, starter and steak was great; cannot fault any of these. Atmosphere was lovely and we enjoyed sitting in there, very relaxing. Sides and deserts were some of the worst me and my partner have had eating out. We had 3 sides and did not enjoy any. Your steak comes on its own so you would expect the sides to be great, they had a weird aftertaste and for the price you pay, they don't taste fresh, expensive and homemade. None of us enjoyed our deserts, the cheesecake had a weird texture and aftertaste to it; tiramisu was too dry. Deserts are £9.50 each so you would want nice fresh original recipes. It's so expensive for the quality of food in my opinion and it's a shame; if the sides were good then me and my partner would have came back but what's the point of having a steak on its own.

Having read the first few reviews, I must say most human beings are incapable of making dispassionate objective judgements. People are seemingly taken in by the location, settings and the appearance of professionalism, which skews their perceptions, and thus they conclude the food was exquisite, tender, tasty & delectable. Far from it. The steaks are standard in terms of taste, result in dislocation of the jaw (due to the need for excess chewing) & the potential for choking, because in the end you end up swallowing whole. The implantation of some type of leaf in the steak for presentation purposes is in reality a redundant idea as most people set it aside. The tastiness of the steak was average. The sides were decent, but that’s like saying the foreplay was decent. And even that was nothing to write home about. The mac and cheese had some weird aftertaste. In summary, this place in terms of food quality is not a patch on most purportedly “ordinary” restaurants on Ladypool Rd. It is an ideal place however for a couple for a romantic night because those of the female persuasion would be easily enamoured by the surroundings & the technically sounding descriptions on the menu. Besides they also think a man spending a lot of money on them is very romantic & would conclude a grilled pineapple slice on a steak is a novelty to thrill the senses.

Steak was amazing. I went for the Creekstone sirloin. Juicy, but the only downside was the amount of salt on the steak. The truffle and parmesan chips stole the show. Absolutely sensational. Mac and cheese was okay, a bit too peppery. The mash is just mash, I guess. Could have been a bigger portion of mash but overall I'd rate it 4/5 stars. Will definitely be coming again!

Came here before a concert at the nearby Utilita Booked online and was excited to eat there and try the steaks and had high hopes . When we were seated they waited 10 minutes before they came over which to us was unusual as usually they take drink orders before food .when the waiter came over we asked for wine list and was horrified to be told they do not serve alcohol as we were going to order a nice bottle of Red wine with our steak . Myself and husband both had 9oz Aberdeen Angus which was very good , however we had to order chips separate and a side salad.overall food was good although very highly priced as sides all extra and experience tarnished as had to drink water with a nice steak instead of a glass of red wine Should be told on website that it is a non alcoholic restaurant and a sign at reception .

I recently dined at the Ribeye steakhouse and had an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to Manager Sufyan. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly enhanced our evening. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the overall ambiance was delightful. Soufiane's professionalism and friendly demeanor made our visit memorable. Highly recommended!

Food: pleasantly surprised. I’ve worked at a steakhouse and this ribeye was honestly better. Food was 10/10. Gave a Personal thanks to the chef. Service: one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Went for my sisters birthday and she loved it. The Gora was so lovely. (He gave permission for me to say tht 😂) everything was amazing would definitely recommend this place.

Food and service was excellent. The downfall was loud music as we were struggling to hear each other. Also 15% of service charge is bit high... These 3 reasons left me to give 4 stars.
