Coyote Ugly Saloon in Birmingham

We went to Coyote Ugly for a friend's birthday and all in all had a good night. Our waitress, Safa, was absolutely brilliant. She was really friendly and bubbly and very helpful. The food was nice enough but the chips were warm, not hot and it was a bit quiet when we arrived but livened up over the course of the evening. The staff, in general, were friendly and I would recommend it for a fun night out.

Came to Coyote for the bottomless burger brunch to celebrate our friends birthday. From beginning to end our host Safa made the night amazing. Drinks kept coming, the girls showed us line dancing and the food was lovely! Thankyou Safa for making it amazing! 💃🥂

I have never had this happen before tried to go in last night and they refused my entry because my ID says miss I tried to explain I'm transgender and haven't full changed my ID as of yet I had two forms of ID yet they still wouldn't let me in and tried to take my ID off me this is the worst experience I have had in Birmingham my friends tried to back me up but the guard was horrible about it and homophobic

Absolutely horrendous! My husband and I walked in today at around 1pm. There wasn’t a single customer in there. We stood in eye sight of the girls working. They looked over 3-4 time, continued to chat, dance and laugh. By the 5th time they looked over and didn’t speak to us, we then decided walked out. As opened the door for my husband to push the pram out, 2 of the girls were waving at me sarcastically!! I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes!! Disgusting ‘service’, if that’s what you can even call it.

Bottomless brunch on a red letter day. First impressions damaged seats and scratched plastic glasses, that didn’t look like anything you would want to drink out of. Only food options were margarita or pepperoni pizza, but they didn’t have the latter. Most pizzas that came out were burnt and service went from quick to painfully slow. Main disappointment was no dancing on the bar by the staff, as it’s “too quiet” to do that on a Sunday….there were several tables all having brunch and also presumed it was a given. The staff did a great job with what they can actually offer and there was plenty of Prosecco. Bar that I would never go back and wouldn’t recommend.

Had a great time here today for my sister's birthday, friendly staff, fun atmosphere and great dancers. Special thanks to our waitress (Mia I believe, red hair) 😁

We was the only ones there . Do not waste your money. Was given drinks and burnt pizza. Was no dancing or nothing was left at that table . We didn't stay until the end. Asked for money back and was told my dancers did dancers. They didn't do one dance we were left at that table by our self no one else there.

I’ve visited this Coyote Ugly branch on Broad street a few times as I live in Birmingham and each time I visit the girls always get my drinks order wrong. The environment is dangerous. Security on the door are unprofessional I saw them use force when grabbing someone inside. The girls who dance also seem like they are on something. The environment itself just isn’t safe.

I went for a bottomless brunch had 4 bottles of ‘fizz’ didn't even get slightly tipsy compared to every other bottomless brunch i have been at the pizzas appeared to be goodfellas frozen pizzas and we didnt get served for the full brunch experience and had delays in service wouldnt recommend! Apparently there is a discrepancy between the descriptive alcohol of fizz and bubbles you wont get served presecco please clarify what you are drinking on your brunch before paying!

Elle was incredible! Brought the life back to the party and the service was brilliant!

I was part of a 14person hen party and we did the bottomless brunch. The service to begin with was really slow. Took over 30minutes to get any drinks mostly due to us all wanting to upgrade to cocktails and the card machines paying up. The waitress was fantastic and had kindly said we could have additional time added to the brunch for the delay in getting drinks. The manager found out and was VILE to the girls. Shouting in their faces in front of us!! The girls were fantastic. So helpful and great energy. Once we had our first round of drinks they kept coming. I’m a lightweight. We drank before arriving and I did not stop drinking the pitchers at all. I left completely sober. They must have the smallest amount of alcohol in them because I was more sober when I left then when I arrived. The pizzas were really nice. The girls dancing was great. The activities like line dancing and musical chairs fantastic. I wouldn’t recommend this and wouldn’t go again. Hope the lovely girls find new jobs where the manager treats them better too!

We went to the bottomless brunch for the 1:30pm slot on Sunday and it was reallyyyyy quiet (only three tables). Despite that, we still had a lot of fun, Mia was the brunch host and taught us a line dance and made sure we had a giggle. She also let us get up on the bar for a boogie! I’d go back, but only on a Friday or Saturday

We visited this weekend for a bottomless brunch to kick off my best friend's hen do. What a brilliant way to get our day started! From the minute we arrived we had drinks waiting for us and they kept flowing throughout the whole 90 minutes. The whole experience was so much fun, lots of dancing and games to get everyone in the party spirit. A special mention to our host, Angel. She was super attentive, made sure we had everything we needed and really got our group hyped up! Without a doubt, we will be returning for our next special occasion!

My favourite place in Birmingham for a night out very hot girls I’ve just left Albert Schloss because the girls there not as good as here in coyote this one was quiet but nice

Please listen to the other 1 star reviews. Absolutely waste of money ! Dreadful is the only way to describe it. Would have rather set fire to my money than come in. Atmosphere is terrible. Food is terrible. Drinks are terrible. The drinks were 99% lemonade and tasteless. Just go somewhere else, anywhere else if u want bottomless brunch. Photo is a 'blue lagoon'......

Bouncer i was checked by was a joke, he went from 0 to 100 because i was telling him what i had in my pockets a little loudly. Dancers on bar tables were new, dont think it helps the service speed though, getting served took ages and the glasses/plastic cups are tiny so you dont really get the right level of mixers.

I really enjoyed my time here, would definitely comeback and recommend to all my friends and family, the staff was amazing she welcomed us accommodated us, checked that everything was ok with us and our food, she spoiled us, the line dance was fantastic, she took our photos and videos for us, thank you so much, you will be seeing me back here.xx

Mia is a phenomenal member of staff and she helped me sober up with a smile, all staff should look to her behaviour with customers as the gold standard thank you for making me feel safe Mia :) - from that person ordering water that was a "fast drinker"

Terrible service and smelly! Absolutely shocked to see how many poor reviews. I wish I looked before going. This event was organised as a surprised for my hen do. My friends organised a package for £70 for a bottle and a booth. We had only been in there for around 2 hours when the staff removed our belongings and took our drinks from us. We left the booth for probably 10 minutes to dance and came back with our stuff moved, drinks taken back & my hen props deflated and binned. The toilets were horrendous, with doors hanging off, with women going to the loo on top of other people’s business. It was horrendous no toilet has a working flush. The smell was awful. Really disappointed with this. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Wouldn't really class it as a "bottleless brunch" when you get told "you'll get whatever gets sent out"... which was a single tray of cheap frozen pizza and 2 bottles of horrible tasting prosecco, don't bother wasting £27.50 its not worth it, including the line dancing, there are much better places that actually do bottomless brunch & Coyote Ugly isn't one of them

Can't rate the food as we didn't eat. Gave the service 5* despite the angry young lady in the red cardigan who I got the feeling really didn't want to serve me and acted like I'd slapped her grandma or something. The rest of the staff team were brilliant fun and engaging from what my wife and I experienced and observed. We literally popped in for one drink just to see what the place was about and left 4hrs later and slightly tipsy having had a brilliant afternoon of fun, singing and dancing. You've definitely nailed it, well done Coyote Ugly Team.

Went to this place a few times, but recently went with a group of girls. Had a older man film my friends dancing with each other which we reported to security and was told they would be kicked out/ deleted the video, we left due to feeling extremely uncomfortable waited outside the front and watched the men be let back in! I’m sickened by the fact that they keep men in such a place that has women in!

Waiting and bar staff were very good, although they didn't inform us that the only pints available which were included in the bottomless brunch was only Strongbow and Fosters!! No info or small print about this prior to booking. Pizza was absolutely awful. The first pizza served was like a warm flannel, something you may purchase from Iceland supermarket. The second was burnt and inedible. Shame about the food and drink issues, as the entertainment staff worked hard and everyone seemed to have fun. The venue urgently requires a makeover, and a sensible purchase would be a pizza oven!!!

Me and my friends were here for a few drinks, on a Tuesday night, even tho it was a quiet night Sara and Mia were great company behind the bar and were a good laugh we stayed for ages chatting to them will definitely be back!

Went for a bottomless brunch at the weekend and haven’t had that much fun in ages!! Sara and her team did a great job. They put so much effort into making it such a fun experience getting everyone up and dancing and just making it more than just food and drink. The atmosphere is so important and this place had it in abundance. The staff and the effort really make the experience. The pizza was nice. The drinks were free flowing. Honestly the best fun we have had in ages! I just had such a good time!! If you really want a fun, lively bottomless brunch then get yourselves here as you won’t be disappointed! Sara puts a lot of effort into making it really good fun and really makes the experience! I won’t forget our brunch for a very long time! Thank you ladies for such a good time x ps I actually think this was so good that I reviewed at the time but it didn’t work (maybe the Prosecco) so I have come back especially to do it again!

The Staff within bar were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately the evening was totally ruined by the security team. A phrase comes to mind IT IS NOT WHAT YOU SAY IT IS HOW YOU SAY IT. Door Staff used to be very respected when I was growing up but it's easy to see now why poorly trained door Staff actually create issues out of nothing. Rude, over the top and a total disgrace to a world wide chain .

Wow. OK, a Thursday so a bit quiet. However, Ellen 😍 and Sara were amazing. Line dancing and bar top dancing = extras 😘😘😘. We had such a lovely time and made our trip to Birmingham extra special. Will be back for a weekend when I'm sure the atmosphere will be ❤️❤️❤️

Took a short trip to Birmingham with friends and randomly booked bottomless brunch here, the best decision we made by far! What an atmosphere! Served and loved by the amazing Angel, we will definitely be returning, see you see Coyotes

Honestly AVOID. Charged over £300 for 5 drinks. Genuinely think they take advantage of ‘drunk’ customers that go in there to gain a profit from as we have heard the same situation has happened to others that have visited here… such a faff to get the refund 2 weeks later and we finally have it and they are even took the price of the drinks off the refund. However the manager Sara handled it well and sorted it.

First off it absolutely stunk of feet in there the stench was unbearable, next my drink had some strange white stringy substance in it had to change it was disgusting, toilets were vile, I was then asked to dance on the bar by the staff, so I climbed up to which they then had A GO at me telling me I had to take the stairs instead of climbing up, it was pointless as I was already on there, they were about in tears like it was the end of the world, these barely legal girls shouting in my face, very strange experience I just got back down, was quite humiliating they could have told me to start with. Me and my group of friends never setting foot in there again

Went in for a drink with some friends before a concert. They allow you to take money in the jukebox even though it's disconnected and the staff are playing their own music and once we noticed this they refuse to refund you. Staff are too busy filming tiktok lives to offer you any form of good service. Pool tables dont work. Place was empty and this should have been a red flag but my group can see why. I'll personally avoid this place like the plague. It's simple, turn your jukebox off if you are only gonna play your own music and put a sign on the pool tables to say they don't work. Could have saved us spending any money at your overpriced bar.

Walked in and it was empty, literally no one inside, this should have been the first red flag but gave it the benefit of the doubt. There was a young lady dancing on the bar, no one else around. Finally another young lady came and served us. They proceeded to carry on with their TikTok Live streams - very unprofessional and almost laughable. Was not happy at all. Took money for the Juke box, picked our songs and they never came on. When questioned one of the ladies said its not connected up and she was just playing her own music - even though on the Juke box it displayed as playing the songs we had picked. We were told if we had a problem to contact the number on the Juke box as they can't refund us for it. We asked for pool ques for the pool tables to which we were told 'those tables don't work'. Honestly terrible. If i could give 0 stars I would have.

You get 90 minutes bottomless brunch, we were there 30 minutes before we got a drink or any food. The pizza was shocking, like the cheapest you could get from any supermarket value range my friend paid an extra £10 to have cocktails and managed to get 2 in 90 minutes! You are literally paying for the name. Can not hear each other as music was so loud also, terrible place 0/10 not wotlrth the money when ther are so many places in Birmingham doing bottomless brunch for same price all hand made and extras.

The security guy wanted me to pay him 10 pounds for the entry. I told him I am ready to pay at the counter. But he insisted I pay him instead. I said I am not stupid and I will not pay him anything but showed him the money and told him I am ready to pay. He kept telling me that I have to pay him even after consistently telling him that I won’t do it. He thought I was drunk, I was fully sober. I even told him that my friends are already inside and told him that I wanted to speak to the manager. And he showed me someone and told that he owns the plays and he didn’t look like he did. So I did not enter and went elsewhere. Very shady. Not gonna go there ever again.

Very poor. Went here for some late afternoon lunch but upon arrival was told they was out of bacon and chicken tenders. Still we decided to order some food which took ages to be served, we was litterly the only people in place. We watched the chef actually burn our burger buns and blow them out. Still theu served them to us (they was black). After most of our food came out we got told the chef had forgotten our Fries, so had to wait for them. When we asked for napkins all we got some blue roll. Also no straws. Also the place didn't smell very clean.
