Coyote Ugly Saloon in Birmingham

Waiting and bar staff were very good, although they didn't inform us that the only pints available which were included in the bottomless brunch was only Strongbow and Fosters!! No info or small print about this prior to booking. Pizza was absolutely awful. The first pizza served was like a warm flannel, something you may purchase from Iceland supermarket. The second was burnt and inedible. Shame about the food and drink issues, as the entertainment staff worked hard and everyone seemed to have fun. The venue urgently requires a makeover, and a sensible purchase would be a pizza oven!!!

Elle was a very polite and understanding person. After a small misunderstanding of a voucher situation. Ella was very helpful and let us carry on with our day and set a promise to arrange for the code to be sent at a later date. You can’t ask for better when someone e shoes out there way to make your day amazing. Thank you.

This place was amazing for brunch, we got unlimited pizza, we upgraded for unlimited cocktails, we got to see the staff dance amazingly and we even got to give it a go ourselves !

Such a fun bottomless brunch, highly recommend! Our waitress Malaika was so good, made sure we always had a drink on hand! 10/10 recommend, make sure you get on the bar to dance.

Me and my friends were here for a few drinks, on a Tuesday night, even tho it was a quiet night Sara and Mia were great company behind the bar and were a good laugh we stayed for ages chatting to them will definitely be back!

Went for a bottomless brunch at the weekend and haven’t had that much fun in ages!! Sara and her team did a great job. They put so much effort into making it such a fun experience getting everyone up and dancing and just making it more than just food and drink. The atmosphere is so important and this place had it in abundance. The staff and the effort really make the experience. The pizza was nice. The drinks were free flowing. Honestly the best fun we have had in ages! I just had such a good time!! If you really want a fun, lively bottomless brunch then get yourselves here as you won’t be disappointed! Sara puts a lot of effort into making it really good fun and really makes the experience! I won’t forget our brunch for a very long time! Thank you ladies for such a good time x ps I actually think this was so good that I reviewed at the time but it didn’t work (maybe the Prosecco) so I have come back especially to do it again!

The Staff within bar were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately the evening was totally ruined by the security team. A phrase comes to mind IT IS NOT WHAT YOU SAY IT IS HOW YOU SAY IT. Door Staff used to be very respected when I was growing up but it's easy to see now why poorly trained door Staff actually create issues out of nothing. Rude, over the top and a total disgrace to a world wide chain .

Wow. OK, a Thursday so a bit quiet. However, Ellen 😍 and Sara were amazing. Line dancing and bar top dancing = extras 😘😘😘. We had such a lovely time and made our trip to Birmingham extra special. Will be back for a weekend when I'm sure the atmosphere will be ❤️❤️❤️

We LOVED our bottomless brunch here! Angel was our guide and saviour as she poured us amzing cocktails, taught us how to dance and got us up on the bar! An experience not to miss if visiting Birmingham, WOW! The staff really make this place amazing, 5 stars all round

Honestly AVOID. Charged over £300 for 5 drinks. Genuinely think they take advantage of ‘drunk’ customers that go in there to gain a profit from as we have heard the same situation has happened to others that have visited here… such a faff to get the refund 2 weeks later and we finally have it and they are even took the price of the drinks off the refund. However the manager Sara handled it well and sorted it.

First off it absolutely stunk of feet in there the stench was unbearable, next my drink had some strange white stringy substance in it had to change it was disgusting, toilets were vile, I was then asked to dance on the bar by the staff, so I climbed up to which they then had A GO at me telling me I had to take the stairs instead of climbing up, it was pointless as I was already on there, they were about in tears like it was the end of the world, these barely legal girls shouting in my face, very strange experience I just got back down, was quite humiliating they could have told me to start with. Me and my group of friends never setting foot in there again

Walked in and it was empty, literally no one inside, this should have been the first red flag but gave it the benefit of the doubt. There was a young lady dancing on the bar, no one else around. Finally another young lady came and served us. They proceeded to carry on with their TikTok Live streams - very unprofessional and almost laughable. Was not happy at all. Took money for the Juke box, picked our songs and they never came on. When questioned one of the ladies said its not connected up and she was just playing her own music - even though on the Juke box it displayed as playing the songs we had picked. We were told if we had a problem to contact the number on the Juke box as they can't refund us for it. We asked for pool ques for the pool tables to which we were told 'those tables don't work'. Honestly terrible. If i could give 0 stars I would have.

Went in for a drink with some friends before a concert. They allow you to take money in the jukebox even though it's disconnected and the staff are playing their own music and once we noticed this they refuse to refund you. Staff are too busy filming tiktok lives to offer you any form of good service. Pool tables dont work. Place was empty and this should have been a red flag but my group can see why. I'll personally avoid this place like the plague. It's simple, turn your jukebox off if you are only gonna play your own music and put a sign on the pool tables to say they don't work. Could have saved us spending any money at your overpriced bar.

You get 90 minutes bottomless brunch, we were there 30 minutes before we got a drink or any food. The pizza was shocking, like the cheapest you could get from any supermarket value range my friend paid an extra £10 to have cocktails and managed to get 2 in 90 minutes! You are literally paying for the name. Can not hear each other as music was so loud also, terrible place 0/10 not wotlrth the money when ther are so many places in Birmingham doing bottomless brunch for same price all hand made and extras.

The security guy wanted me to pay him 10 pounds for the entry. I told him I am ready to pay at the counter. But he insisted I pay him instead. I said I am not stupid and I will not pay him anything but showed him the money and told him I am ready to pay. He kept telling me that I have to pay him even after consistently telling him that I won’t do it. He thought I was drunk, I was fully sober. I even told him that my friends are already inside and told him that I wanted to speak to the manager. And he showed me someone and told that he owns the plays and he didn’t look like he did. So I did not enter and went elsewhere. Very shady. Not gonna go there ever again.

Very poor. Went here for some late afternoon lunch but upon arrival was told they was out of bacon and chicken tenders. Still we decided to order some food which took ages to be served, we was litterly the only people in place. We watched the chef actually burn our burger buns and blow them out. Still theu served them to us (they was black). After most of our food came out we got told the chef had forgotten our Fries, so had to wait for them. When we asked for napkins all we got some blue roll. Also no straws. Also the place didn't smell very clean.

Wow! Este brunch era simplemente INCREÍBLE! Los Coyotes estaban realmente en la cima, asegurándose de que el entretenimiento era de primera categoría y la multitud siempre estaba entretenida! ¡Nuestra camarera Elle nunca dejó que nuestros vasos se vaciaran y trajo nuestra comida dentro de los 15 minutos de que pedimos! Realmente valió la pena el dinero que pagamos! Estábamos celebrando el cumpleaños 24 de nuestra amiga y ella estaba sonriendo todo el tiempo! Gracias a Elle y al resto del personal de Coyote Ugly por una experiencia tan maravillosa! Sin duda volveremos!

¡No vayas por un brunch sin fondo! Llegamos a las 3. 30 y tenía 2 botellas de Prosecco entre 8 de nosotros durante 40 minutos. El brunch sin fondo a £ 45 la cabeza si se actualiza para los cócteles es horrible. Hablamos con 4 mesas a nuestro alrededor que también dijeron que enviarían correos electrónicos a la oficina central, ya que la capacitación y la organización del personal no es algo. Nuestra pizza llegó 5 minutos antes del final del brunch sin fondo .. y en eso, estábamos 2 pizzas abajo para la mesa que nunca llegó a pesar de mencionarlo al gerente! Avoid, avoid, avoid. ¡Personal empujando a la gente bailando en las islas, muebles rasgados!

Sin fondo no vale la pena en absoluto Pagar un extra de £ 10 por cócteles que donde promedio y no es genial en absoluto Tardamos 20 minutos desde la reserva de nuestro brunch para conseguir nuestra primera bebida, en total tuvimos 3 bebidas en 1. 5 horas que habíamos reservado Sientan todos los brunch reservados en lugares aleatorios teníamos una mesa al azar en frente luego pocas otras mesas en el medio de las pocas en la parte de atrás, se siente impresionante, épicamente cuando quieren que se involucre en los juegos, etc. tiene sentido tener todos los brunch sin fondo juntos en un área para que la gente esté más incluida para levantarse. Está abierto al público para entrar sin fondo, lo que es perfecto, pero todos pueden sentarse en frente en el área del bar como otros han dicho que es más o menos asientos premium, ya que es donde está la pista de baile, el bar... Cuando terminamos nuestro brunch nos dijeron que podíamos sentarnos en la parte inferior y terminar nuestras bebidas, entonces nos dijeron que teníamos que movernos. Lo hicimos y afortunadamente fue otra mesa de repuesto que logramos encontrar nuestro personal no se ofreció a intentar encontrarnos otra mesa. Pero estaba feliz de que hombres al azar salieran de la calle y tomaran mesas, etc. El entretenimiento estaba bien, el lugar está completo corrió hacia abajo y hortera, puertas que faltan de los baños. Con todo, probablemente uno de los peores brunch en Birmingham

Got a Groupon for bottomless burger brunch-excellent value! Me and my friend loved it. There was only a few tables in but the staff went out their way to make sure we had the perfect time, we danced on the bar and they taught us line dancing. The food was lovely and the drinks kept flowing! Would definitely reccomend!

We visited here on Saturday afternoon for the bottomless brunch which included Prosecco and pizza 🍕 A few of us upgraded for £10 in order to get more cocktails. Unfortunately one of my friends was unable to eat as they ran out of gluten free pizza, which was advertised as available. The drinks were very slow to come out at first, our glasses were empty a few times which doesn't normally happen at a bottomless. The team were short staffed. The toilets had no toilet roll and more concerning 4 of the cubicles had no door on them!!! This really is a poor standard of venue. I have never been to any other bar where there are no doors on the toilets!! This really is a privacy issue as well as infection control and health and safety risk!! The management of this place really need to up their game!! So on the whole and very poor experience. We won't be returning sorry

Felt unsafe and was attacked by women when waiting by the disabled toilet. Security and management didn’t take the matter seriously.

I would have put 5 stars for everything, the table server we had for a bottomless brunch was fantastic and was ran off her feet but still able to serve tables in ample time while keeping a positive attitude and honestly made the time a pleasure, the reduction in rating comes from my experience from one of the servers named Emily. I waited for around 10 minutes being polite as can be as I saw they were busy, to then be met with “why didn’t you use your big boy voice” to be served. Completely unprofessional in the context of a busy bar when simply waiting for an order that we had already paid for. I believe the girl who served us is named Saffan? But she is a great part of that team and held it together under all the pressure!

Came to celebrate a friend's birthday, while the atmosphere was fantastic, table placement was not ideal. Half the group couldn't see the stage, the table was wobbly, had no light, pizzas arrived within the last five minutes of our bottomless brunch, they had arrived burnt and drink orders were missed. Flooring in toilets is unsafe, broken tiles causing a trip hazard, no lock on the door and some stalls with no door at all. While we can understand it's busy and there will be waits, the overall experience was very disappointing.

Actualizamos a cócteles y aunque nuestro servidor era encantador y podemos apreciar que estaba ocupado, pedidos de bebidas donde se perdieron, las bebidas equivocadas se llevaron a nuestra mesa, la mesa en sí estaba tambaleante y las bebidas se derramaron. Nuestra mesa estaba junto a la cabina de DJ así que no podíamos ver el escenario, la luz sobre nuestra mesa no funcionaba. Los asientos de otra cabina fueron rotos y rasgados. Nuestros cócteles se servían en vasos de una pinta sin hielo, así que estaban calientes. La comida se entregó al final de la ranura y tuvimos que enviar un poco de vuelta porque la pizza se quemó. Nos sentimos apresurados a comer y terminar porque la siguiente ranura había comenzado. Los baños eran un estado. Tejido en los lados y el piso, 2 puestos no tenían puertas, una puerta no tenía una cerradura y los azulejos se rompieron en el piso creando un riesgo de tropiezo. He estado en el brunch aquí antes y fue muy divertido, pero esta vez ha sido un fracaso. No desperdiciaría dinero reservando.

Called in with a group of friends on a Tuesday night. After going through the security check outside, we found that the place was half empty and that there was entertainment that night. We decided to use the pool tables, but they were also out of action. I've been to some of the other Coyote Uglys, which are around the UK, and this is not up to the same standard.

Safa was so nice and lovely , she took care of us all night . I came all the way down from Scotland and I enjoyed every minute of my time here . Safa needs a raise absolutely amazing service , would come back just for her , she’s a right laugh !

Booked in online but when arrived we wasn't booked in on the system and didn't even do bottomless brunch and the time we was booked in for so had to come back and hour later. Went on Sunday Afternoon so was empty when we arrived. Had bottomless burger brunch, food wasn't anything special. Had no cutlery only a takeaway fork, no knife, no napkins. Staff were very friendly, helpful and very chatty which was nice. The lady serving us wasn't sure on alot of the things we asked but would go and find out the answers. Drinks service was slow and she forgot our drinks but was sorted when she came over after and remembered. Ladies toilets Had alot which didn't lock. Would return but maybe on another day when busier.

Big shout out to the compare/host MIA, very professional, fun and kept everyone entertained, also to our waitress SAPPHIRE who kept us topped up with drinks. We had the groupon burger bottomless brunch deal, the burgers and fries were fresh and tasty. Mia kept referring to our birthday boy by his name which made him feel special, let his sing verse of a song and take part in the other activities. Well worth the money.

Went for a bottomless brunch!! This included a pizza each and prosecco. We upgraded for £10 each for cocktails ans they were great, 90 minutes ans they kept topping us up. Shame it was empty as was a Tuesday night but they got us up and were teaching us dances so hats off to them for trying to make it special. Overall great night!!

Actually pretty fun enjoyed the music, but those big tv screens everywhereee 😫😫 So distracting from the actual club. Trying to boogie to Britney Spears and all you see on tv is the Gaza strip being bombed or the Women’s 400m. Definitely maybe change that

Our first visit to a Coyote Ugly Bar and what a disappointment. Place wasn’t very clean. Very young girl on the bar, expected more than one and not a child looking dancer so made me feel very un easy. We were given a voucher which we handed in for a free shot but after getting our drinks wrong we didn’t even get our free shot. Would not return.

Great place for adults to drink. It can get pretty wild with free shots given for girls who dance on the bar. Best on weekends. There are TVs and pool tables inside.

I'll start with a positive, the atmosphere was absolutely amazing, I cannot fault that. However, me and 4 others booked the bottomless brunch with pizza for a hen do. We waited half an hour to actually be seated and when we did get seated another group of people were already on our table. We all upgraded to have bottomless cocktails at an extra £10 each on top of the £35 we had already paid. We were told there was only an option of 2 pizza choices, and were only brought 4 pizzas, so not even 1 each. We ordered our cocktails at the same time as the pizza and were offered a bottle of prosecco to get us started...this never arrived. We waited another 45 minutes with no drinks so we asked a member of staff who said she would personally bring us 2 pitchers of cocktails...about 15 minutes later they arrived but tasted just like fruit juice. We were then told we could not have our original ordered cocktails until we finished the pitchers. We ended up getting our cocktails but they were disgusting, by this time the bottomless brunch was over so would have to pay for anymore drinks. To pay £45 each for 1 cocktail and not even a whole pizza each is not acceptable. My friend has emailed them twice and messaged on Instagram and Facebook and has no response.
