The best restaurants serving American food in England

I recently had the pleasure of being served by John (The Bald😇 ) at Pret Café, and I must say, he is the pinnacle of professionalism and respect. From the moment I walked in, John made me feel welcome with his warm demeanor and attentive service. He embodies the very essence of what excellent customer service should be. It's clear that John represents Pret Café in the best way possible, setting a high standard for customer service. His dedication to his work and genuine care for the customers are reasons I will definitely return to this café. John is a true asset to Pret Café, and employees like him are what make customers feel valued and eager to come back.

Littlehampton would be a better place without it.

To be expected there are always going to be people, especially students, that are disrespectful and feel the need to lash out through leaving bad reviews but I’ve come here with friends for years and I, and none of my friends, have ever had a problem. The staff are fair, understanding and absolute gem’s. Good people, people who come here never stop coming back and it’s no wonder why! ❤️ Ps. They’re also dog friendly

Poor attitude, service and food.

Fuimos a comer/cenar tarde con la familia. Inmediatamente tirado por la política de solo efectivo, en este día una edad que usted sabe lo que eso significa... El personal realmente desinteresado y grosero, apenas diciendo una palabra, preferiría estar en cualquier otro lugar. El tema del vaquero era bueno, aparte de la música que era algún tipo de canciones árabes que se sentía muy extraño dado el tema Los baños eran absolutamente repugnantes. Destacaré que fuimos poco después de que se abrió, así que el desorden y los baños empapados de orina eran del día anterior. Incluyendo una regadera manual de bidé derribada en medio de los baños de caballeros... ¿Hablas en serio? Esto resume cómo gestionan este lugar. La comida era extremadamente básica, los desiertos eran lo suficientemente agradable pero difícil de equivocarse Pagó y se fue lo más rápido posible, ya que toda la experiencia fue extraña. Las dos chicas jóvenes en turno parecen no haber trabajado nunca en (o estado en) un restaurante antes e hicieron que toda la experiencia fuera terrible Un lugar extraño, puede que valga la pena ir a reír, pero eso es todo

Good food, reasonable price, food ready super quick

Chicken fillet burger was a bit dry, ( not the dipped burger ). Special doner and the dipped wings were quite good.

Outstanding Service from Lizzy at Helston Subway! I recently visited the Helston Subway and had the pleasure of being served by Lizzy. She is bold, confident, and isn’t afraid to speak her mind, something that made our experience even better! Her honesty about the food options was refreshing, and she gave us great recommendations that really hit the spot. On top of that, her service was outstanding, making sure everything was just right and that we left happy. If you're stopping by this Subway, I highly recommend looking out for Lizzy, you won’t be disappointed! Watch out for the sauce that gives you the sh!ts it's that good 😉

Been here a number of times, varying in occasions.. Date, night out, work drinks.. But today I visited alone & as always, lovely vibe. Really friendly and chatty staff.

So glad they opened up when they did. Been using one in Bentalls centre up the road that's gone downhill. Food here is always freshly cooked and tastes great. Staff really friendly. Would be 5 stars if you had a card machine to pay with. Definitely use these from now on. Food is great. Now given 5 stars as they now take card

Ordered half a lobster to go with my meal (as an extra) worst I’ve ever had, chewy, so much it was inedible. Very disappointing as have been looking forward to eating here, complaint did no good at all…… Won’t return, wouldn’t recommend

Manpreet served us very well & was very pleasant & helpful. The food was very nice & arrived promptly, good choice on the menu

This was the first time me and my family have been here and i must say we will definitely return we was there to celebrate my brother in laws 40th and the welcome we got was amazing they were very polite always on hand to help and they didn't mind the big crowd we had food was amazing and a gd price served piping hot overall 10/10
