We arrived at a very busy time following a train load of rugby fans from Twickenham. We were amazed at the effort and teamwork put in by all staff to serve people quickly and efficiently. We'll done guys.

Placed order for delivery; told it would be within 45 minutes. 1 hour 20 minutes later, not yet arrived. Phoned to query; the woman on the phone laughed before telling me it had left the restaurant. Food eventually arrived 1 hour 40 minutes after order was placed. Upon arrival asked for £2 more than the price stated when order placed. Money not the issue but after the pathetic service, the nerve surprised me. Needless to say, food was cold and it was average at best. Used to order from here nearly every weekend. Not been for a while... standards have slumped! Will not be ordering from here again. Many local places which provide much better food and much better service.

This lovely staff called alfie was so sweet and kind. Security Kept an eye on us and it made us super comfortable and safe. Alfie was amazing to talk to too

So I popped through the drive through at KFC in Prestwich for my Wife as she fancied a KFC so i ordered a 10 piece bucket with 4x Fries, 2 large sides and a bottle of pop. Super Polite and friendly staff, Excellent customer service, Carpark was spotlessly clean super fast food and it was hot and tasted amazing. Very slow service if you're sitting in. Takeaway is faster else you sit and wait for ages. The food is good and worth a wait. We had the chicken tenders.

Just ordered a meal online, it arrived wrong but nowhere to amend or correct the order, such as shame after a lifetime enjoying the food from here.

Horrible experience. We've been waiting for over 3 hours. Food was not delivered. On Just Eat website there was a message that the order was delivered. Just Eat stole our money! Never again!!!
