I’ve been buying Krispy Kreme pre-pandemic, but now their stores are only taking card payments to ensure “customer efficiency”. Yet, upon walking past this branch recently, they had a Pride flag saying “Everyone is welcome here”. Doubt that includes customers who prefer, on only able, to pay by cash, regardless of sexuality. One can buy their donuts with cash via their in-store cabinets, but I feel doing so would be supporting their business (not bought from Krispy Kreme since Nov 22).

We stopped in because the nearby cafe nero was full. The coffee was warm which is about the best you can say and the donut very sickly sweet. Very average food but the seating area was clean, not over busy or loud and the service friendly

I went here not expecting much. A doughnut is a doughnut is a doughnut... No. No. No. So wrong. The doughnuts here are awesome, and if there's a super-cheerful lady behind the counter, ask her if she likes hot chocolate. If she does, GET ONE! She makes THE BEST hot chocolate in town. Foam all the way down to the bottom of the mug! No sludge! Just awesomeness!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the donuts delicious. A little pricey at £4 for two donuts but, ok as an occasional treat.

Throwing caution and diets to the winds, my wife and I went to the Krispy Kreme shop during a visit to Norwich. Yes, I agree, that they are rather expensive, but for the occassional treat they cannot be bettered in my mind. I found the shop staff very friendly, chatty, and were happy to offer people bewildered by the wide range of choice ( I admit, I was one of them ) advice, as well as suggesting they might try one of their personal favourites. If you have a sweet tooth, it is defintely the place to go.

I think that the doughnuts are perfect for a treat but they are just not worth the money. My first visit to this store there was a long haired young man at a kart outside the front of the store trying to sell boxes of 12. He was rude, offensive, insulting and even thought swearing was a good idea. Is service like this worth my money? No.

They desperately need a second till, having only one, and so many staff serving and bagging up the doughnuts, creates a huge bottle neck. You get thrust your doughnuts and change, and can hardly put them away, as they are ringing up the next customer. The shop is way to small, to be having that many servers. As I said another Tull would elevate this. I wouldn't want to sit in and eat, as you are so close to the people queuing up. The doughnuts, are what you'd expect from an branch. I'd go to one of the Tesco's to get them, less hassle.

All donuts are filled with really overly sickly fillings and others have a sugar glazyint i find them too sweet its ridiculous that they dont do just normal donuts for people that dont like them They do milkshakes also thats the only thing i will have from there but even that is a heart attack in a pot.

Bought a box as a treat for the kids and the lot went but to be honest was disappointed by them after all the hype over them. Still prefer a sugary jam doughnut from Sainsbury's.

My daughrer and i enjoyed a fancy donut each. I had a cappachino whilst my daughter had a chocolate style shake. This was for a total price of £8.26. Our donuts were lovely and fresh, my coffee was hot and good and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our coffee and doughnuts in today. We went early on a Sunday morning so there was no queue out of the door. Doughnuts were really good, large selection to choose from.

We came to Norwich for lunch and decided to take some doughnuts home.. mmm caramel cheesecake is delicious, not too sweet and sickly. Will be back to try some more. I know £4 for 2 doughnuts is a bit expensive but I think they are worth it.

Absolutely love Krispy Kreme but part of the novelty was because you couldn't get them in Norwich, now we can I don't think I will be enjoying them as much. Really tasty and love the fillings. A great asset to Norwich but for me the novelty will wear off now they are readily available.

It was okay. I think it suited our needs whilst being out in town shopping and needing some lunch. Wasn't too keen on the blue cheese coleslaw or onion rings. My friend liked his double cheeseburger, but it only had one slice of cheese in it, I had a chicken burger, and it was okay.

Popped in for a quick drink & sit down. Proper old locals pub, friendly staff. Just what we needed. Not much choice of casks ales but bottle of speckled hen did the job.

Owner is incredibly rude. I ordered through just eat for a take away for mine and my partner’s anniversary, unfortunately when it arrived it came stale, the cheesey chips were everywhere (owner wouldn’t even BELEIVE me?!) Called up and tried to discuss my queries with the owner about how my order had arrived, it was barley eatable! He told me “you were my last order and I can’t do anything about it now!” He then proceeded to try and tell me he would give me free cheesy chips, I said ill call up tomorrow to get them, he said “no you will get them when you order next time” I’m sorry but it’s the princable at the end of the day! Why on earth would you think I’d order from you again when you were so rude to me on the phone and 2 didn’t even apoligise for your mistakes, instead you ignored my querie & decided to do nothing! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Owner was rude, and started raising his voice at me on the phone and the food was disgusting! Won’t be ordering again, keep your dry fries or don’t work in a restaurant if you cannot handle your own mistakes at times. We are customers not enemies! Thankyou, I’m glad these aren’t my usual take away place I go to, vile.
