*****Suffered from food poison ***** 13 of us had dinner at jungle grill in Ilford lane on the 7/9/22, staff were very nice, food was edable but the problem began after we left the restaurant, children became ill even the adults were ill throughout the night, everyone had food poisoned stomach cramp from the food. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to poor hygiene and not sure how they cooked and preped their food or the quality of food. We had to call in sick on the following day, felt bad for the children they vomited on the following day. Please do not go there to get food poisoned. That was the first and last time for us at Jungle grill. Council should be strict on this matter and they should regulate food industry more. They don't deserve any star.

Ordered Parmesan chicken. It was so disgusting , flavourless and bitter. Does not taste or look like Parmesan chicken at all. Also so overpriced. Definitely not worth it.

Amazing visit have come here come a couple times and will continue to come here. Family friendly, great food, clean friendly and amazing staff. Defo recommend!

I’ve been ordering a lot of food in during the lockdown as a result of extreme withdrawal from not being able to go out and eat all the time. I ordered a Jungle Grill late one evening in June, tempted in by the £1 delivery offer on Deliveroo and it was just outstanding. Had the peri peri burger, which honestly for me is nicer than a Nando’s one - nice big chicken breast fillet marinated and charred on a flame grill (note: v. spicy though!!) and the loaded fries (chips with salsa, cheese and jalapeños) - the other half had a Congo burger with a milkshake. Since that it’s definitely topped the most-ordered list for me, and they’ve maintained quality of their preparation and ingredients for months. Other menu highlights include battered halloumi, the great value burger platters (Which include drink, fries and sides) and one of the best dips I’ve come across in the wild - Spicy Honey. I don’t know how they make/prepare it, but again if you like your food spicy or hot then you have to try this dip - the honey part is deceiving, the sauce isn’t sweet - but it’s a really great hot sauce that I order on the side every time. I haven’t tried the steak, and to be honest probably wouldn’t order steak from a fast food place anyway (and their food is REALLY fast - orders are always on time or early!) but worth ordering for the peri peri burger alone, as well as the spicy honey dip. Get halloumi instead of chips - goes banging with the sauce.

Had high expectations but very disappointed. Decided to treat myself and partner to take away during lockdown and fancied a burger. Decided on a cheeseburger and chips with a strawberry milkshake. The delivery was good. The chips were Luke warm and the burger looked lovely. Unfortunately the burger had no cheese and tasted of curry/spices. I was completely put off. Partner had a chilli con carni burger... no chilli. The strawberry milkshake hadn’t seen a strawberry and tasted of nothing but mild spice... I ate three bites and threw it away. £30 I won’t see again ! Not happy!

Went to this place for lunch. Wanted to try the grill so we ordered lamb chops and wings however the owner advised us to go for the platter which would have everything in it and it would cost us less! Got the food in good time and it did taste delicious. I don’t think their speciality is steak over here but the rest of the grilled food is very tasty. To top it off the owner is a really lovely person and friendly nothing is too much for him, i will definitely be coming here again to try the burgers next time.

Food quantity and quality was amazing. Sitting arrangement and service was awesome too. I was visiting with my friends and tried this first time. Will probably visit again and again

Amazing service, amazing pricing for large portions. Very friendly staff, and quick service. Family and friends friendly. Amazing food too. Enjoyed my lunch a lot here and I keep coming back here.

Whilst Hounslow has been getting better it's not really the first area that pops into your head when you think of a decent food spot. Yes we might have ample of very good chicken shops, but we don't really have lots of very good mid tier food places. Feel Jungle fills this void nicely, its a step up from your chicken shop food without being an OTT pretentious burger joint. Staff are very friendly, seating is good and clean. Open kitchen so you can see the chefs preparing your meal, Would recommend this place for a family/ friends get together ... HIGHLY recommend the buttermilk chicken burger (outstanding quality). I would consider this a really good step up for Hounslow. Very reasonable priced as well, meal costing you less than £9 per person.

Excellent food, great customer service and quality. They give great portion sizes at a very good price.

Excellent food, made by passionate staff. Will defo will be coming here again. Make sure to check out the jungle mix platter.

I honestly can’t believe the bad reviews for this place. My brother had visited before and recommend I visit. I was not disappointed, great polite team who were friendly and helpful. The food was great, perfectly done - I will definitely be visiting again.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE😫 Me and a friend visited here as nandos was closed so thought lets give this place a try. Wish we didnt total waste of money!! We ordered at the counter a jungle grill and 1 chilli cheese burger and 1 bacon cheese burger. Told chef we want it less spicy he gave us the choice of medium or chilli no mild. Sat down no plates were given no tissues had to ask for plates once food arrived, So platter arrived the steak was smoothed In chilli sauce couldnt tell which was the beef and which was chicken, one bite and we realised this was super spicy called the waitress over which took the whole platter back bought it back again with maybe ketchup mixed in to it so was full of sauce. so we said it's fine started to eat. I took a piece of chicken and tasted abit weird so cut another piece open and the whole piece of chicken WAS RAW AND PINK WITH WATER LEAKING out. Again called the waitress back who said its never happened before but will take back. bought it back again we told her were put off now so please take it back. by this time the burgers came, the Patty's were all burnt from corners and tasted raw fm inside. bacon was so over cooked that I couldn't bite into it. onwer/chef came over and this time with a take away box with our platter init. I explained to him food was chilli, RAW and burnt fm outside. anyone could see we only ate 1 chicken wing each from the platter and a few chips before platter was taken back twice to be re cooked. we explained in a low voice so other customers wouldn't hear that we want our money back for platter as we didn't eat nothing from it and it's been reheated three times. owner started to shout "how can I give you money you ate all the food and now you want money I will only give you £2.00 back". at this point he started to cause a scene you can see there is only two if us cooking and we busy. which is not the customers problem if they cant keep up with orders so that means it's okay to give out food that is not fit for human consumption. I said to him listen you can keep the take away box and the £2.00 I've been put off your food and we walked out. dont go to this place customer service stinks and food is even worse.

I had noticed a new place pop up in Hounslow High Street. Looks good from the outside but given the large number of burger/fast food joints in Hounslow I was hoping this could stand out from the crowd. The menu is extensive a lot of options, mostly beef or chicken burgers. I noticed hot dogs had been crossed off the menu. As we were a party of six we all ordered different things, I went with the Steak burger and my party chose a variety of burgers, some chicken some beef. We ordered fries to go with this, they have a variety of options,jungle fries, peri-peri fries etc. The Good. Food mostly good, my burger was tasty Fries tasty. Food served quickly. Good value for money The Bad. The lady who took my order does not understand English. I had real problems in communicating the order. I had to repeat several times. No glasses. We had to consume drinks via straws. No ketchup on table, we had to request this. A little drafty inside this is despite us sitting away from the front of the restaurant. Overall it wasn't bad, the food was OK but not outstanding. If they can improve on a few things I would possibly go back and try again.
