The best restaurants serving American food in England

When you go here I would order through Jessica, she was very attentive and the most polite server I’ve ever encountered. Just our interaction with her made this place a 5/5. The food was amazing and fairly priced. Great all round trip

The staff were amazing and the food never had a steak with that flavour through it, cooked perfectly , mock tail was amazing and sides were generous. Pepper orn sauce was amazing !

1 star – Unless You’re Craving Disappointment, Avoid Like the Plague Popped into Moonlight Crosby for what should’ve been a simple, sweet treat — two waffles. Nothing extravagant. Just waffles. Fast-forward 50 minutes later… still no waffles, just the crushing realisation that we’d aged a decade and developed a mild case of hanger. We ended up asking for a refund because our food clearly got lost in some dessert-based black hole. Now, let’s talk customer service — or lack thereof. The woman serving us was giving serious “main character in a villain origin story” energy. Rude? Check. Sarcastic? Check. Refused to give her name like she was protecting state secrets? Also check. strutted around like she was doing the Moonwalk — literally — wearing one blue glove like she was auditioning for a tribute act. Food hygiene clearly not part of the show. I mentioned the whole ordeal to another staff member, who literally laughed and said, “That’s just how she is.” Ah, lovely. Nothing says “we value our customers” like turning a hygiene hazard with attitude into a personality quirk. If you enjoy being ignored, insulted, and possibly given food handled with bare hands, then this is the place for you. As for me? I’ll be satisfying my dessert cravings somewhere that doesn’t feel like a customer service horror movie.

Probably the best Devon cream tea in Devon. Home made scones great service and lovely grounds will definitely be back.

Siempre es un lugar maravilloso para ir en cualquier ocasión. Un menú realmente especial e interesante con mucha variedad y variedad. El bistec con patatas fritas es fenomenal y la variedad de cócteles es fabulosa. Increíble decoración en las paredes de toda la historia del cine y una increíble atención al detalle en todo el restaurante. Muchas piezas de guiones antiguos, pinturas y fotografías de estrellas de cine e interesantes huellas de manos de Hollywood en la pared: ¡una cena que no debe perderse!

Brilliant breakfast and wonderful charming service from Lola

Just WOW!! Booked in advance for a works Christmas outing, 13 people. Was given a table for 12, service was very polite but clearly understaffed as only one server to cover multiple tables! Another venue booked so assumed two and a half hours to cater 3 courses, with a relatively minor menu, should have been adequate!! Was informed that restaurant had a problem with their draught beer, and then proceeded to be told they had run out of lager in bottles, we had, at that point only had 1 drink each! We managed to consume a starter and a main, but never had time to order a dessert as after two and a half hours we had to move on to our pre booked next location! When consulting the 'Duty Manager' regarding the, quite frankly, dull and frustrating christmas outing, it was met with distain, rudeness and clearly undertrained dismissall! 'IT'S JUST HOW IT IS TONIGHT' being one of the comical retorts!! Poor service, in a company whos reputation is, in my opinion underserved, is unacceptable! Food was good, as has always been the case!! What are these failing companies not understanding about quality of service!!!!

Gran bar y muy buena comida. Entró a tomar una copa el bar era muy amable y hablador. Estaba en una primera cita y decidimos tomar un bocado para comer y este lugar sirve excelentes hamburguesas y comida estilo americano. Decidimos tener un domingo de carne asada servida en un pudín gigante de Yorkshire con papas asadas zanahorias de queso coliflor. Tenía un toque cajún y se marinó en especias. Estaba delicioso lo único que no me gustó fue que tenía papel debajo. No recomendaría hacer que no sea fácil comer. Definiría el regreso sin embargo. La comida y el vicio es bueno.

Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning...quite busy at 9am already. I had the traditional breakfast and husband had sausage on toast...we bought a coffee and tea and after that they are unlimited..excellent value for money.. Good quality sausages.. Decor bit dated but staff friendly. Beautiful baskets out front

We visit often and just wanted to say how lovely the girls are. Libby cooked the most amazing dinner the best we have had to date.

It was a sunday lunchtime and we went to gbk for mothers day lunch and when we saw the burgers we decoded to go here as they looked very nice. However when we were taken to our table we was sat there for 20 minutes not knowing how to place an order once we found out we was sat waiting for our food for 30 minutes. Now the burgers did taste okay and wasnt a problem however the chicken wings were one of the worst i have ever tasted the batter tasted like rubber and it was the worst chicken wings i have ever tasted. The chefs were sat there talking and not actually cooking our food. We were really ashamed on the service as there was one waitress who was really putting in the hard work. Overall would not recommend.
