The best restaurants serving American food in England

It’s taken from august 2024 until Jan 2025 to write this review which is when I found out it was closed. This doesn’t surprise me at all. Pros food was timely and hot plus ok quality Cons - the place was dirty, the staff were rubbish and the atmosphere was awful so we just couldn’t wait to get out of there. Plus it was ridiculously expensive- we should have gone to Mac Donald’insted. I’ll never go to another TGI’s again

Stayed on a B&B basis. Our room was huge, with large bathroom attached and a small kitchen area complete with microwave, table and chairs. On arrival Tom checked us in and said once you’re sorted come down to the bar and have a free drink. The bed was very comfortable as was the room. Tom gave us a postcard sized voucher to take with us for our breakfast which was at Byfords nearby which was also amazing. We had keys to not only our room but to let ourselves into the property as well. Would recommended.

Love the milkshakes from here. 1 bag of chips is bigger than a small child 🤣 absolutely gorgeous!

Decent city centre pub. Always enjoyed a visit here.

Unsealed food and cold. Items missing and when asked what could be done I was told “oh I dunno get a refund I guess”.

Absolutely delicious smash burger. Thick enough to have the inside pink but smashed enough to get all the crusty bits. Brilliant and dangerous as a lunch option, particularly with clean taps and a good selection of craft beer.

Me metieron en el último minuto, fue genial! El servicio era maravilloso y la comida era buena también! Estaba de humor para una hamburguesa que era difícil de encontrar. Jay era muy servicial y amable, así como todo el personal. ¡Volveré aquí de nuevo!

You can't book a table here but the que moves quickly. Simple menu as in the name, Steak with a sauce served with fries. Two rounds of beautifully cooked beef, served at the table followed by a fabulous dessert menu. Exceedingly good value and excellent service.

OK if you looking for discounted designer wear and Yes there are a lot of new designer stores around the site from my last visit

Tuvimos una comida aquí con mis in-leyes antes del teatro y fue bueno. Dos de nosotros comimos pescado con papas fritas, uno tenía salchichas y puré y el otro una pizza. Mi pescado y patatas fritas era muy bueno, ligero y crujiente. El personal era encantador y atento. Lo único negativo es que uno de los empleados de la cocina no llevaba sombrero para cubrirse el cabello.

worst food of my life. it might be good if you get something else, but do NOT get bottomless sesame chicken strips. it was so sickeningly sweet, I'm pretty sure they make the chicken extra sweet so you don't have too much of it, we only had 2 rounds of a small plate with 9 small strips of chicken and that was far too much and way too sweet we couldn't finish it. it was so sweet i didn't want to have a dessert even tho i initially planned to. it would've probably been way better if the chicken was salty and not sweet, but im sure they do that on purpose, which isn't smart since i won't be coming back after this experience. the garlic chips were ok

2 of 3 Burgers were missing and the 3rd was cold. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant for takeaway, this is the second time there has been a problem
