The best restaurants serving American food in England

Honestly the best service Iv ever had in a restaurant. Lindsey was spectacular. I will definitely be coming back 10/10 the food was also really good.

The food is excellent and the milkshake are outstanding it has lovely theming and clean tables the wait for food was short.

We've been here several times over the years, and it's slowly got worse and worse. This visit was the final straw though. 5 meals bought. All awful. The meat in the burgers was over cooed, dry, and tasteless - and the 'seasonal' veg of the Sunday roast ('seasonal ' being frozen broccoli and carrots) was undercooked and bland. It also took an hour for them to get us the food even when it wasn't that busy. For the prices paid and the lack of quality, you're better off at Wetherspoons. Cheaper, better quality, and a better range of beer choices. 'Spoons at least have craft beers and real ale, here's just generic lagers and ciders. Though once great, it's not horrifically poor. Greene King are clearly cost cutting their food, whilst still charging the same prices. Absolute waste of money eating here now, sadly.

Over from Ireland for work for few weeks. All the Staff are excellent very helpful and friendly Both Breakfast and dinner are excellent

I visited your establishment today and was greeted by rude staff. I made a mistake with my order (my fault) and when I asked about it, I rudely got told it’s what I ordered. After the waitress had gone, I could see and hear her from near the till slagging me off and making insulting remarks about me. I have near been so insulted, humiliated or made to feel so little in a restaurant before. I mean, I couldn’t wait to get out. Under no circumstances would I ever return. For the insults and rude service, I was made to pay a service charge that they wouldn’t remove after I asked. It was the lady in the pink jumper that made the insulting remarks. Looked like a manager. As for the food, felt under cooked and I didn’t dare ask the waitress for it to be changed as I didn’t want to be humiliated again.

La comida era absolutamente deliciosa. El personal era muy amable y acogedor, me hizo sentir a gusto con mis hijos visitando algún lugar que nunca habíamos estado.

50 libras por dos juegos de bolos para un adulto y un niño... no hay suficientes bolas para dar la vuelta al lugar y las bolas están todas astilladas y viejas como el infierno. No volvería.

Just like to say that the waiter called Leonard’s could not have done more to make our meal great. The food was not the best. Lots of items wrong or under - overcooked. Kitchen mistakes. We still enjoyed ourselves as the waiter was very understanding and helpful. Get more Leonardos. The 5 stars are only for the staff member The food deserves no stars.

We went for Mother's Day. Great food, great drinks, and very helpful staff. Our whole party was super happy with everything.

Despite being severely under staffed, Tina delivered excellent service with a constant smile - despite unnecessary grief from some people. Food and drinks were delivered in timely fashion considering.

Empezaré con lo positivo. El ambiente era genial en este lugar y la comida era decente también, muy buenas patatas fritas, hamburguesa y bebidas. Estaba listo para hacer de este un lugar regular para comer hasta que la factura llegó. Tienen ofertas en las comidas, y mi esposa y yo pedimos los dos en el menú de ofertas, pero yo quería la hamburguesa de queso con tocino sin guarnición, así que pedí esto, y cometí el error de decir "como la hamburguesa Jane simple pero con tocino, básicamente" - así que lo que decidieron hacer fue cobrarme por la Jane simple, luego agregar en cada parte adicional para que costara casi un extra de £ 10. Luego, también agregan un cargo por servicio 'opcional' o 'propina' que solo es opcional SI solicita específicamente que se lo quiten, porque agregan este cargo a su comida sin preguntarle. Turned up for a lovely Father’s Day meal and the place is closed down with no sign nor cars outside. Absolutely devastated!! 😞👎🏻

Worst dining experience in my 68 years on the planet! Asked for. Ore du Rhine, got Coke Zero, after + 2 hrs still no mains. Staff couldn’t speak English, starters we cold (when we finally got them) Walked out after + 2 hrs having not eating. Clearly the new owners and staff simply don’t know what they are doing. Will never go back

It’s pretty obvious what you’re getting here…I booked here as we were in Leicester Square for another event and we fancied some lobster! I was sceptical with this being a chain, however we had a great experience. Food was amazing, especially the scallop starter. Restaurant had a really nice atmosphere and the staff were all so attentive. I would highly recommend going here, yes it’s a little on the expensive side, but sort of expected for London.
