Amazing food, from starter to dessert! Will highly recommend to my friends! 10/10 Staff are very accommodating and friendly as well! Worth coming back!

We visited on a Tuesday night. Served immediately. We ordered a Complete Burger Drop Experience sharing platter with a side of chicken tenders. Didn’t have any buffalo ranch wings so we ordered the Sticky Korean ones which were really good. Both had the Halloumi cheese drop burger that was made up of 2 smashed beef patties with cheese, sweet chilli and grilled halloumi. Burger was amazing but everything was good. Would recommend the warm cheese with the burger.. was amazing!

Tasty burgers. Love the grill flavour and the fact that the burgers are not dry. Personally, I prefer two burgers than a meal

Ordered for delivery, I paid on top for the quick delivery, food took an hour to arrive, it was cold, fries were like cardboard and just to twist knife the order was missing the drink. I paid 33 quid for a burger and fries, extortionate in the first place to end up with a cold burger and fries which weren’t even edible, disgusting service.

You need to change the oil please.

Basically have got my order wrong or my food has been terrible inedible slop the last 4/5 times I’ve been. Avoid. Much better burger places out there. Expanded far too quickly and pretty clear profit goes ahead of loyal customers now. Rang shop back to complain about my order and the girl was laughing about it. Infuriating after paying well over the odds for a burger.

Básicamente he hecho mal mi pedido o mi comida ha sido terrible basura no comestible las últimas 4 / 5 veces que he estado. Evitar. Mucho mejores hamburgueserías. Expandido demasiado rápido y el beneficio bastante claro va por delante de los clientes leales ahora. Volví a llamar para quejarme de mi pedido y la chica se estaba riendo de ello. Enfurecido después de pagar mucho más de las probabilidades de una hamburguesa.

Burger and fries were cold when they arrived. They charge more on uber eats but service is not as good??

Excellent service and friendly staff and lovely food

Ordered 3 full meals via uber eats from this store. No fries arrived with the meals . Rang the shop and was told to contact uber even though the store staff packed the bags wrong. They threw the blame onto uber who refunded the missing fries. Still didn't help the fact that there were missing items from the order. Email was ignored by staff when complaining. Store did not help to rectify the issue.

Food was great, its more of a take out with an area of booths at the side, wood folks, drinks in cans etc. No parking. I enjoyed the burgers very much. Staff are friendly.

I was served today by Lucia and Arsh (I hope I spelt those correctly) and I had come to break my fast while driving down from Scotland to the south and I can hands down say I received some of the best experience I have ever received in my life. The store was very busy with takeaway orders but this didn’t compromise the food quality or service not in the slightest. I would highly recommend anybody to try it out!

Was served by Donya a really great experience we decided to try the drop experience platter for me and my daughter 2 juicy burgers any from menu with large loaded fry’s 3 slices of thick juicy brisket and 2 milkshakes for under £40. Well and truly stuffed a great ambiance and music in the venue. Staff allways want wing to help definitely recommend to others

Food is always great. Normally order a delivery but sat in for the first time and service was gold standard. Donya was warm and friendly, happy to answer my questions and give suggestions for my child too.

Women at the tills taking orders rather rude and aggressive. Slamming things at the counter just because there was a few customers waiting in the que.

Amazing staff and really good food

After having a takeaway from somewhere else we fancied something sweet. £4.90 for a tiny piece of frozen cheesecake. After letting it defrost it was nice but not a fiver nice given the size of it.

Service was great, Donya had us sat at our table and with menus as soon as we walked in the door. Food was great. Rated 3 for atmosphere as the place was freezing cold, however understandable with it not being busy. Pointless keeping a place warm with no one in it. Would happily visit again.

Yesterday I have ordered the platter from this branch. It was one of the worst food I have ever had. The burgers were very very dry and meet was very fatty. The bacon drop and onion burger both were really bad. The wings was very old and it had a taste as when you leave the chicken for long time after cooking. Even the fries was with a lot of meat fats. Literally, I was very disappointed, although it is not the first time to order from BD.

Collected an order from here on Sunday afternoon. No customer service at all from the lady behind the counter, who shouted "can i help ya", no "please" no "thank you". Slammed the deliver package on the counter and didn't say a word. I'm a regular collected from both west road and heaton branches. Please train you staff to provide a respectful service

Great atmosphere, nice place to eat out. Ordered the burger drop platter. Best thing off the menu were the amaaazing ice cream shakes! Worth a try! Rest of the food was good, not the best but maybe because everything was cold. We ordered the grilled onion burger and fire burger. Disappointed with the fire burger- literally zero spice/fire. Otherwise the loaded fries and brisket were good, just gone cold hence diminished the experience. Wings were pretty nice as well.

Decided to dine in and food was amazing! The recommendation from the waitress to get the fire chicken drop burger was well worth it as was amazing and had just enough spice for my taste. The seasoned fries were also top notch and goes well with the burger. Amazing customer service and waitress, Donya, was really helpful and polite. Highly recommend this place.

I have ordered from here quite a lot just got a burger deal with loaded fries the burgers have completely changed they literally just came with overcooked frozen chicken strips inside burned vegetables and literally no sauce also the the loaded fries were so burned they were literally solid and broke up like crisps when bitten into nearly broke my teeth surely they have noticed this and blatantly tried to cover it up with cheese and toppings I’ve not even eaten half of them I’ve thrown them in the bin and the burger was disgusting wont be ordering from here again this was one of my favour burger spots but they don’t taste anything like they did a few month prior went completely downhill charging £15.50 for frozen overcooked food keep your money and avoid this place

Outstanding food and service. We were greeted when we walked in and our server, Donya was friendly and helpful. The burgers were absolutely delicious and great quality and size for the price. Loaded fries were also really good and my wife loved the Oreo and kinder milkshake. Id highly recommend dining here to anyone who loves burgers!

Always a treat whenever we dine at Burger Drop. Food’s always great and their nutella brownie coffee milk shake is to die for. Today we’ve been served by Donia and the other lady who had been really accommodating, approachable, and cheerful. Would highly recommend to those who haven’t been yet, you won’t regret it.

Supposed to be good value but I found it was £12.5 for a “brisket” burger and chips, no tap water and sauce 50p a pot. Additionally only sugared off brand drinks available, can’t get a Coca Cola/spite etc. Additionally the toilet was out of order.

The service was really fast, and the waitress was really friendly and helpful. This place has the quality of five guys for half the price. If you’re near here I definitely recommend it. My only complaint is that the seating is pretty cramped, but the quality and value definitely makes the sacrifice worth it
