Easy to book online and free parking right outside. We were shown to our table that was right next to a young teens birthday group (maybe 20 people). As soon as we sat I asked for a quieter table as it was quite noisy with shouting kids and adults. I was told there wasn’t any as they’d shut an area off. So instantly I wasn’t happy and would have left if it wasn’t for the fact that my daughter wanted to eat here. The tables were sticky (two tables together) and table wobbled which just isnt acceptable when you pay to eat out). We then sat for 15 mins before being asked if we wanted drinks, we decided to place the food order at the same time as it was starting to get really busy. The lime and soda came and needed stirred to mix the whole two ingredients (thought a bartender would have done this). My burger was the glazed smashed burger, wasn’t much glaze on it and it was over cooked and bland. I asked for mayo and was given a bottle which turned out to be empty, it took another five mins to get someone to ask for another bottle. They brought two, one empty and one with a little left. We were told that was the last they had although I seen other tables getting some later on. Couldn’t wait to leave as the group party noise and flickering lights above us were doing my head in. Awful experience, bland over cooked burger, poorly mixed drinks, slow service, expensive price for what you get…I won’t be returning here. It’s just not worth it.

Absolutely shocking. TGI use to be our regular treat. very disappointing. Slow service Very little choice (not much choice for vegetarians ) Brought one meal out 10 mins before the rest came out. Drinks took ages to be made. There use to be fresh veg and mash but now it’s chips chips and more chips. Extremely expensive for what we had. Over all very poor.

Really disappointing. We were seated on bench seats that were falling apart and really squashed in. The waitress quickly took out drinks and food order, but we had finished our starters long before the drinks were served. The Children's burgers were both served with cheese which they didn't ask for, so they had to be sent back. When the burgers came back, alarmingly quickly, the meat on both was quite pink and one child wouldn't then eat much of it. The Oreo and cream milkshake was really "thin" - Five Guys shakes are larger, cheaper and far better. We were then given the bill for the wrong table. All in all it was an expensive and not particularly pleasurable meal experience.

I never review but I was absolutely astounded how back our experience was. After being seated and waiting for over 30 mins for someone to even take a drinks order we had to go find someone ourselves that was willing to help. We then had another long wait for the food with arrived cold. They brought the wrong drinks (apparently free re fills, but if they arrive 5 minutes before you leave what’s the point). We then tried to use the “kids eat free” code through the app which they only discounted for 1 child even though there’s 2 adults and 2 children visiting and eating. Then had to ask three separate people for the bill. There were also flies and the floor was filthy. Bizarre experience all around.

Quick and reliable service. Food was fresh and full of flavour, we all had the sesame chicken strips. Bottomless cokes were a very good idea. The waitress was quick at making sure we all had a full glass each throughout the whole experience. The waitress’s name was Lina and she was so polite and making sure we were all okay.

Fantastic meal as usual but what really took things to another level was the service from Stella. She was simply the nicest waitress I’ve ever encountered and couldn’t do enough for our party of 10. She read the mood of the group and really made us all feel special.

It was a brilliant night the server Lee is very good at his job. He is good with the kids too. Bought them Xmas stuff to do and balloons too. 🤗😀

What a rip off a full classic rib meal that used to fill you up has been replaced with a small rack at a higher price. I’m guessing the company profits Havnt shrunk like the ribs. Will never return

The most overpriced, tasteless meal I’ve ever had. Service was a joke. Do yourself a favour and don’t visit the overpriced American garbage restaurant.

This restaurant was good for a celebratory family get together. The highlights were: a table and good amount of space to meet our family’s dining needs; good quality, tasty food; good menu range; very good service from Maisie H. At the point of booking, we asked for the music not to be too loud to accommodate a hearing preference for one of our party and this was met. There was a very good range of offers available via the TGI app that made a substantial difference to our final payment. Service is inconsistent. Maisie H was attentive, efficient and highly effective. A better staff to customer ratio is highly likely to have resulted in quicker service and our meals, mains and desserts alike, being ready for all of our party at the same time.

Perhaps one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a chain restaurant or indeed any restaurant. It’s looking tired, toilets weren’t clean and an hour wait for food that had been under spotlights a long time. Used to think TGI Fridays was good but this experience was shocking. It was busy due to Xmas shoppers and Disney on Ice near by but was totally under prepared and understaffed, I don’t know why they bothered opening.

We used to go to this TGI Fridays a lot, food was always good and service always brilliant, we decided to go after Disney on Ice on Saturday evening and unfortunately it was terrible. I appreciate they were busy because of the event but since they were doing bookings only because of it, it was clear they had hugely overbooked for what the staff could cope with. We were seated, then no one came near for 20 minutes. We eventually ordered food and drinks at the same time, our starter arrived, overcooked and not very warm. Still no drinks until 5 minutes after we had finished our starter. Then after a long wait our child’s food and side order arrived. Child’s bacon cheese burger, fries and beans, came with no bacon or beans. Our food then didn’t come, we ate the side order rather than it go cold. The waitress was very apologetic and did kindly get us a free drink. Eventually the adults food arrived when our child was already finished, yet they brought out another child’s meal and we had to explain we had already had it. Food was okay at best. We eventually decided to order dessert and a hot drink, we were told no coffee available so ordered a tea- it never came. The desserts took so long that we had given up and walked to the front desk to ask for the bill before they came. Strawberries with child’s ice cream I didn’t dare let them eat, they were very past their best. Numerous empty tables piled up with plates. Overall very disappointing, staff trying their best but clearly not coping.

Was served by the lovely zackia who was absolutely amazing making sure we had everything we need and was topped up with our drinks, she was so lovely interacting with my little boy and even made him a balloon dog he loved her. Highly rated and great service but the only downside is that my daughter suffers from a pea allergy and all the bread available apart the gluten free bread had pea protein in them. Think she is just going to have to have the product bread less as she didn’t like the gluten free bread in future. A lot of places are using pea protein which is a nightmare for those allergic to it as it’s also not a recognised allergy

Booked to eat before the Peter Kay show, everyone knows it is going to be busy, we booked a table for 5.30, 2.5hrs before the show start time. Food was ok, but the service so slow, that we didn't get our main course until after 7pm. We had to eat a bit and get the rest boxed up as we wouldn't have time to eat it, and get to the Arena. Spent a fortune to basically rush some food down. Lots of tables constantly having to ask where their food was, quite stressful and not the enjoyable experience you want on a night out.

Lee was the best and funniest server I’ve ever had! Made the experience so enjoyable! Food was 10/10

I've been to TGIS on many occasions, and I can say on this occasion..... I was impressed! Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable and down right fantastic. We had an amazing night with him as he was very funny, and our food was great aswell. His name was Ishy. A great asset to your company, and I would say management material, Give the man a pay rise. 😉👍 Thank you for a fantastic night, we really enjoyed it 😊 See you again soon TGI

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but for the amount I paid to the experience we had, sorry but here goes. Lovely friendly welcome … No drinks order so went to bar, only had one person in front of me but still took 15 minutes to get some drinks. Not sure why but some drinks get prep’d in back?? Had to ask to order food, some of the ribs choices were not available. Took 1h 15m to get food, the only person with some urgency was the young lad running the food , who was trying his best. Others stood around chatting! Food - dry and over cooked and only just warm. Couldn’t be bother to find someone to tell them and no one bothered to ask. The bill was a joke, how you can charge that much for the food and service like we got is not good. Overall - not a great experience… sorry TGI’s but this was disappointing

Absolute joke of a place came for a meal as a family of 4, booked a table for 7:30pm n was seated in a dark area n then after sitting down the waitor said he’d move us to the table where a family was just leaving which we agreed for lighting etc, we waited 35 minutes for the table to be cleared when seated the table had sauce allover it so had to wait a further 10 minutes for it to be wiped after having to ask, we ordered drinks and was waiting 20 minutes for our drinks, we then ordered our food by this point it was 8:25pm at 10:00pm I asked where our food was baring in mind we booked the table at 7:30? The waiters response was “how am I supposed to know” to which I replied “can you ask someone who does” She stormed off n threw a cloth on the side!!! Our daughter was hungry so asked if the kids meal Could come out AT LEAST another waitress brought the food.. COLD… then 4 minutes later another child’s portion came out? Where’s the communication???? So my partner was told “eat that we don’t know how long your foods going to be” (REALLY?) Also our food came around 15 minutes later all burnt and cold?!? HOW?! We sent the food back and was offered more food but it would be another 30 minutes like we came for evening meal anyway we said we’d wait we was starving… anyway the food arrived, dry, hard chicken strips and sesame seed chicken was rank everything was lukewarm like it had been put in a mircowave n just left… the staff just kept telling us they didn’t know n saying the kitchen was a shambles, the restaurant was MUCKY food allover floor under nearly every table. When we came to pay our bill we asked a waitress for our bill and 15 minutes later she started cleaning up a table to which my partner asked “where’s the bill I have my kids and their tired” to her reply “how do I know” so he said “can you go n ask please I’m getting annoyed” she then stormed off n stood at the kitchen entrance chatting to another member of staff laughing n dancing!!! We asked another guy to get the manager who came and bring us the bill and apologised.. The manger told us “Do not return” and also said “ that out of the 9 tables in our area only 1 table had paid in full it was the same last night I feel like walking out it’s just getting worse!” Says a lot about this restaurant!! she also said “it’ll be closed soon with how it’s going we only have trainee staff and it isn’t working and we hardly have any drinks n that’s only how we’ve been getting money at the minute as no one is paying for the food we’re serving!” also since been back 2 hours me and my partner have both been sick and he is stuck on the toilet too… AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

What an absolute shambles. Worst meal the wife and I have ever been on and we've had a few iffy ones. Not our usual type of place but thought we'd try it as staying locally. Booked for 8pm, but they messed up our seating on arrival, finally sorted that out then waited a while for the table to be cleaned and the drinks and meal order to be taken. Starters finally came out and were cold so they changed them but were not much better. Then waited for over an hour for the mains, bearing in mind the restaurant was now only half full. Mains finally arrived with several items missing in the festive combos. Food was over cooked and very dry, basically burnt. That's the worst food I've ever had to eat in a very long time. By now it was nearly 10pm. We complained about missing food and the waitress managed to get some of the missing items for us but the damage was already done. The problem is there is no proper leadership in charge quiding the young staff on how to provide a good service. To be fair to our waitress, she was trying to be helpful and looked a bit embarrassed, she managed to give us a 25% discount which was accepted. However, I was that shocked by the way the place is being run I felt the need to make the first bad review I've ever written. I feel sorry for the kids working in there, it's not how a restaurant should be run. Shockingly bad place, needs new management urgently or shutting down. First time in TFi Friday's and will be the last.
