Great place to watch the F1 inside or in the beer garden in the summer!

Pretty decent tbh. I was fortunate enough not to have to buy a drink so cant say much about prices. The food was amazing. Looked amazing and tasted it too. Once the outside area closed the vibes increased inside. The DJ was decent, playing all the songs you know and love. Will definitely go again.

This is a great pub with three floors, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. It’s the perfect place for hangouts or sports nights with friends. The atmosphere is lively, and their music selection is also great with the vibes. I really like this pub and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun spot to unwind!

Went with a friend here by the evening and we sat on the rooftop, the place is amazing with ample seating area and options to choose from - you can either sit inside the pub, outside in a lit area or on the rooftop. The foodprices are resonable and the dishes are delicious. We ordered barbequed chicken wings and loaded fries and the fries were cripsy ! Loved the experience !

En realidad he estado allí antes, pero siempre tenía un servicio decente. Esta vez fuimos específicamente a ver rugby. Todo asegurado sin preocupaciones y si es necesario pueden dividir la pantalla para que un televisor pueda ver un deporte entre sí una vez que la pelota de fútbol llegó... . Bueno, la cagaron por completo. Nos perdimos la segunda mitad de lo que se ha descrito como uno de los grandes partidos de prueba. La pobre barmanista lo hizo lo mejor posible, pero NO LO SUFICIENTEMENTE BUENO!

My mate Zack and our friends had a terrible experience here over the Euros. We were promised an amazing viewing experience which ended up being an incredibly sad state of affairs. None of us will be going back anytime soon. Boo!

Don’t go here for any sports games, particularly the Euros. They overbook themselves and then blame you for your unhappiness. We booked two tables for 20 people for all knockout games, we got crammed into a corner with enough space for 10 people, obstructed views, no sound, poor staff service on the day. Outside of sports days it’s a lovely pub, they just put money over service on days they can cram as many in as possible. It’s a shame to say it but I won’t be going here anymore and neither will the 20 people I was with

I ordered most of the drinks with someone called Cai, service was excellent! All the drinks were stunning and came extremely quickly. Amazing pub!

Decent pub with a miserable bar person who just KEPT moaning about the smallest things. Like accusing us of asking for ice (we didn’t) and how it was going to cost him. I mean, no one asked for it, mate. So stop your snivelling. The bar was rammed busy, good vibes, but old tons of fun just remembered us each time we went up. Grow up you toddler. Apart from that decent pub, with lots of upset Arsenal fans after they blew the league which only made it more fun. To the moany goat guy at the bar…have a pint and cheer up a bit.

Had a few pints and a quick bite to eat while watching a midweek football game on TV. A nice pint of bira Moretti at a reasonable price,about £6.50 and a plate of chicken wings and halloumi fries around the £11 mark, I think .cheerful and polite staff made for an enjoyable evening.

Might be alright weekdays but over the weekend in a sunny day we waited 20min for a Spritz although we were right by the bar as our bartender didn’t really look like he wanted to serve us as he kept going toward the middle although we were clearly there before,4straws for a couple seems wasteful..and i found a fabric fluff ball in my drink…Still nice roof garden,expensive spritz tho…19£ for 2 outside of the happy hour

Hey, I had a great time last night, but I have one small suggestion. I thought the music was a bit all over the place. It would be cool if you could change it up weekly and play different genres throughout the month. But overall, I had a really good time. The little garden area is cute, and the staff were all super friendly.

Very disappointed with the service, my friend and I waited over an hour for our jerk chicken with fries, we followed up 3 times, and the staff kept saying the food was coming, it was almost like a practical joke. They refunded us the meal and eventually when the food came it was freezing, I asked for a hot meal, they took it back and I never saw the food. Extremely poor.

Tasty and affordable meals and unlike over priced London pubs, thus one has beers with fair prices. Service and music were both really good.

Lovely atmosphere with great service

Decent little boozer. We most recently came on a Saturday afternoon and it was really quiet. The other time was midweek before a gig at Kentish Town and was heaving, particularly out the back in the beer garden. Not a soul in the upstairs terrace which was fine by us. Although it was booked out for the evening, would be good for an event or live sport. I've been here twice and both times they've been out of their XPA which is a shame.

Function room poor. Tidy it up. We try to use the place to bring you business.

You must go here for a Sunday roast. Best meal I've had since Mary left the Cobden. Meat cooked to order. Superb!

really cool people! the chef showed me around what a legend! bar staff really helpful with finding a table for us outside as well. beer could be a lot better however, i.e. lines being cleaned more and the barrels being checked and also the gas level checked a little more as beer was flat and smelly at points! but that is the story with a lot of pubs these days, all in all a good location and nice people

My friend's annual birthday spot - a really nice pub with very reasonable prices. Great outdoors area and atmosphere throughout a Saturday night is good for any size of group.

I came here to watch the rugby. They spent 25 mins trying to figure it out but then they told us it wasn't possible. We ended up missing the hole first half. The manager was really rude, unhelpful, and unapologetic. If you want to watch sport, avoid this place

Can't really judge too much on the food, only drinks, as only went for those. The Coca Cola didn't seem legit or it was some sort of diet version... Personally I can't stand that and would not have ordered it like so. Drinks options seem a little lacking. The service was fast enough and the staff were all polite. I felt I had travelled back to the nineties as both the music and atmosphere have an underlying ambience of the time. I think I would visit here again perhaps if they have a live band on. All facilities were clean.

Terrible chips tasted like chicken and I’m vegetarian.left most of them not cooked properly.maybe old cooking oil from chicken wings ouch I did not want to serve them to my little dog either. Gave some feedback never got my money back, Couldn’t be bothered to ask.just left no hurry to return. A bit to laid back for me , needs a clean a bit grubby.

This pub is a winner. Bar staff always relaxed and friendly, great outdoor space, nice for a little dance if you stick around after everyone files in from the garden. I live locally and have come in during the day with my laptop, evening with friends, and booked a space outside for a party a couple of years back. Has never disappointed.

Got kicked off a table and accused of ripping off “reserved” signs when they had clearly forgotten to add signs to a table. The woman who came over was rude and didn’t even apologise for kicking us off. Absolute joke of a place. Lager is flat, tried Heineken, Amstel + Moretti. All were like dish water

A grand pub, the Abbey Tavern in Kentish Town is a vibrant street corner pub with a little bit of attitude, all good. Not one for the 'real ale' drinkers but a good place to visit. Jolly and off the wall may be a good description methinks. A most enjoyable pint was had, thank you.

My absolute favourite pub. All of the staff are so lovely and so much fun. I enjoy the DJ nights with an amazing atmosphere and good vibes. The beer garden is a lovely place to go for drinks in the sun and with the happy hour in place prices are reasonable.

Hired the back room for an event. Very un-organised and nothing ready. There is no music or a means of providing it. The manager Laila Fernandez is very very rude, dismissive, aggressive and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. So unimpressed with the way it ran and how it’s managed so a formal complaint being made. Don’t waste your money on the ridiculous minimum spend for the poor service and atmosphere. Embarrassed that I took my friends and colleagues there as should have booked elsewhere. They didn’t have any issue taking our money all afternoon but as soon as people started to leave everything was an issue

The pub was empty but it was a Wednesday afternoon so had a Guinness £6.60 thought ouch that's expensive so the next pint had a Heineken £5.50. it was ok but for the area I thought it was expensive

A great pub with a fantastic garden and fantastic gluten free beer. They’ve had the Daura gf beer in bottles for a while but now they have a local ipa on tap! It’s delicious! Highly recommend. Tell all your gf friends!

God sportspub, men hvis er til special øl som mig, så er dette IKKE stedet at drikke øl, men der er en god stemning, og musikken er helt tilpas, så man også har mulighed for at snakke med hinanden. Dees nachos er virkelig god.

Pulled pork sandwich was great, as were the fries, and very reasonably priced. Would definitely go back!

Really disappointing. Was in the area looking for a Sunday roast. Unfortunately this place had really bad service, everything was dirty and the food was awful. The chicken wasn’t cooked properly either (still pink) , so bad that we just left.

The Abbey Tavern, 8.5/10 Wowzers. Wowzinho. What a place. Really fine establishment, lovely staff in there too. Had a great table out the back, really really something else. We were easily the first in there. Not that it's a competition or anything but WE WERE FIRST MELTS North London is for real. Reviewed 18/04/21 on @northlondonpints Instagram.

Usually Abbey Tavern is a 4 out of 5. Decent beer, nice outdoor serving, folks in the bar is nice, and they've had some great kitchens (SoBe burgers being a 5/5), however yesterday was not great. A very very sad Guinness and one of the most dry burgers I've had. I know the current kitchen specialise on smoking meat, so maybe that is better, but had both their chicken and beef burger now and they are not good. It wasn't very hectic in the bar, so why not just pour the Guinness properly? Unfortunate to throw away some great potential with these mistakes. My recommendation is to have a chicken burger across the street at Pizza & Chicken Zone before, and order something else than Guinness.

Wasn’t actually going to bother to leave a review for this Mickey Mouse run pub but might as well. Used to be a fun place to go but now its just falling apart, furniture is shredding, bar staff have no idea how to serve or have any customer service skills, panic when something goes wrong and then give the customer’s attitude. Had poor service and rudeness from Juan, even though he denied being rude, but on a plus side, Sandra (i think thats her name) made up for it and apologised, at least she had some sense. Worst of the worst, the wannabe manager who would belongs in Mcdonalds and would probably fail working there too, Lali delaciyur, she was proud enough of her lack of customer service skills and to give me her name, I actually laughed at the way she spoke to me and at one point even threatened me, felt like I was about to start a UFC bathle, this is probably the only job she would last in as it requires absolutely no effort, anywhere else, she would be sacked instantly. Other than that, the other customers were great and friendly and some offered to let us sit with them after bar staff rudely started moving people around. So many better places in the area and I definitely wont be coming back here. There was only 1 person in the bar that could manage if anything went wrong, the rest, probably students, bless them, struggled. 1 star is a compliment, there was no option for zero.

Service in the bar was good depending who was serving. Food looked good and tasted good. But the amount of rubbish on the tables and floor put me off eating. The tables and floor need a thorough clean.

Good location and great garden. However it's completely let down by inattentive bar staff, who seem to resent having to stop chatting to their friends or playing with their phone to serve you. When raised with the manager, she was rude and dismissive which doesn't bode well for repeat custom.

Drink options nice and quite average proce for London, football and music is good. Only the toilets were missing loo roll in the ladies which upset a member of our party, the rest of us though were satisfied and enjoyed it.

Well only popped in for a shandy twice but the staff were friendly and helpful put the subtitles on the horseracing so I could read my horse win so yea if your about give it a go also lovely roof terrace and what looked like lovely food well it must have been one member of staff couldn't get enough

Nice place, good decoration. Waited more than 1 hour for our burgers and got the wrong order. Chicken burger was tasty, while the cheeseburger was very dry. They didn't have fries!!!!
