Food was alright for the price but The burger was tough and fell apart when bitten into. Whilst eating we kept getting stared at by the waitresses almost as though they were waiting on us to hurry and finish up quickly and take our plates. At a restaurant you’re meant to feel at ease and enjoy the food, take your time. But i felt as though I had to eat quickly and be gone

Oh my gosh, these people are just absolutely perfect! I’ve been to hundreds of restaurants in my life (as you can see from my history of Google reviews) and I’ve never in all my life experienced such amazing customer service. The servers cannot do enough for you. They are there to cater to your every need. Me and my date went for a lowkey Valentine’s evening meal, and when we got there it was quite empty and then it started becoming quite busy so I thought maybe the servers would become more distracted at that point and wouldn’t be so attentive but they were still on call for us for every single thing. The food was lovely (not perfect but nice). Even up until the point when we were leaving, the security guard was just so amazing to us. I would literally come here for every single dinner date just for the customer service. Unbelievable! Thank you VQ, you smashed it 🫵🏽✨

We came as a group for dinner with a set menu given the number of people. So far everything is normal. In terms of service, it was expeditious. We were at a table of four people. As soon as someone has finished, their plate is taken away to bring them the rest. If we start at the same time, we're not sure we'll finish at the same time. The fish & chips weren't great. Everything on the plate seemed industrial and frozen. One thing is certain, for a future stay in London, I will not come back here.

It was a late evening meal (11pm) of fish, chips and garden peas. Food tasted good, I would have preferred chunky chips as opposed to fries, but other than that okay. Staff very friendly.

So, the classic 12oz burger was the worst burger I ever had, small buns, 2 patties that were well well well done, and 3 pieces of tomato. I knew right away that the burger will be mediocre when 2 of us received 1 complementary fries.

This was a bit of a lucky find when we needed a quick Pit Stop. Service was friendly, and what we ordered was nice. The space itself is fine, but slightly odd. Over all an acceptable place to eat.

The food is nice, just a nice place to grab food if you’re hungry after the club or late night activity. Service is good, food is average. I’ve tried the salmon pasta, which I loved! But they’ve removed it from the menu. However the salmon and sweet potato is good too.

This is a 24hr breakfast restaurant that I adore. They do not just do breakfast all day and night but other foods too and alcohol. This has been a favourite spot for my friend and I to meet several times a year as one is North and one is South. Great service, great food and amazing cocktails.

Late night bar with cocktails and even food, just off of Tottenham Court Road. Friendly, clean, surcharge for late night food and safe. Good atmosphere.

Was going to a show at Dominion theatre. Pouring rain and miserable night. Had arranged to meet friends beforehand. Found this gem by chance. Lovely vegan burger, great fries. A good virgin Bloody Mary and coffees too. Wonderfully friendly staff and a nice vibe. Really glad I stumbled into it!

Fui para probar el english breakfast sin hacer fila. Vale la pena, está muy bueno. También probé los benedictinos y estaban muy bien. A mí me gustan los cafés helados y la verdad la porción es muy pequeña. Para el precio que tienen, podrían ser cafés más grandes. El personal es muy atento y encantador.

Nice dinner style cafe with healthy smoothies

We were belgian tourists coming just for a drink 2 days ago. One of us finished by eating some carbonara, seeing meals leaving and good smells. It was not exceptionnal but it was great enough! Workers were really great and kind, especially the bartender. She was sorry for the noise because of a xmas event from a big group of people. I recommend this place for sure.

Add 5£ for spinach and 5£ of service fee 50£ for 2 salads and diet coke

Don't be fooled by the pricing on the outside window. Prices double at night. What a rip off. Don't recommend. The server was very sweet at least. There's also a 2.50 cover charge they don't tell you about. What a scam. Never again! Should be ashamed!

The gentleman who took my order was very sweet and my breakfast was very good. The server who I asked to bring my bill though brought me the wrong bill, hovered over me with the card reader which made me feel rushed and after I paid I looked closer at the bill and it wasn’t mine. When I brought this to her attention she did give a refund of my money, but genuinely acted as if it was MY fault, like she was doing me a favour fixing her mistake and that I was wasting her time. Completely ruined experience. She also locked one entrance and blocked the other one with a rope. Apparently it was too busy, but it felt like a fire hazard. The only reason they are getting one star is because of how nice the guy who took my order initially was. They need more people like him.

This restaurant is a 5 star restaurant. The food u amazing and because u went in the evening it wasn't so packed. This place is 24 hours so come anytime and enjoy yourself

The fact that they stay open 24 hours is great in itself. Me and my friends went for the breakfast menu and I went for a veg breakfast. It was tasty and enjoyable it was on the slightly costly side however the quality was on point

My chicken sandwich was so tasteless. Like eating a rubber sole from a shoe. The starter was overpriced for the minimal food it contained. The atmosphere was like a school canteen. Staff didn’t resolve any issues.

Really REALLY rubbish - wouldn’t even waste my time going there again. Chicken club sandwhich was shocking, warmed up chicken. Chicken and waffles the chicken was stone cold in the middle - then asked if we would like it warmed up!? Well no actually we would like our food to just come out hot & fresh! Paying over the odds for bland, warmed up food - no thanks. Don’t waste your time! When said the chicken was cold the lady laughed and thought it was funny. Overall shocking experience

Went in to get a takeaway and the atmosphere made me stay. The waiter was great and chose a table in a great position. Took my order and didn't keep me waiting. Checked a couple of times to make sure I was happy with my meal.

I had a really great experience there! My partner and I had breakfast. Because I was returning, we received 20% discount (I think every time you return there). The food was amazing! The coffee had options for decaffeinated ☕️ , which we prefer. Additionally, the staff is amazing, and the environment is lovely! I definitely recommended it, especially for those staying in the Zedwell hotel. 👌

A quaint little place that I stumbled in down the street from my hotel. Looking for a late dinner my first night in London. I was so hungry, but I ordered more food than I could finish.

Good options however a little over priced. The food is very well done and good portions. The service is fantastic and quick in both ordering and food.

They serve an overpriced cesar salad - made with iceberg lettuce - and charge a 2.50 cover. Who makes a Cesar salad without romaine lettuce?? Disrespectful to the name of Cesar. Would not recommend. Just go to McDonalds if you’re gonna eat cheap food.

We were turned away twice from frequenting this restaurant. First time the four (4) of us wanted to grab drinks around 11pm and were booted advising food was required to be purchased before drinking. Second time the next morning we were turned away from ordering coffee when they said "we're too busy to serve you coffee". This place is beyond selfish and without a hospitality mindset. Horrible, and will never attempt a third time to get any food or drink.

Bit of a peculiar experience here, two gentle men working 29/06/2023 were lovely very nice and we’re accommodating when we’d ask to change tables due to a large crowned near us. HOWEVER it is safe to say that we DID NOT pay the discretionary service charge as the other lady working huffed and puffed and she charged away from our table when we asked her to split the bill. To be frank, I find it slightly disputable that a waitress be so negative and passive towards their customers. Food was mid pasta dish better than the sandwich however to be frank it was not hot enough. I wouldn’t go again nor would I pay 34 great British pound for that service or that quality of food. To be blunt it’s a basic fast food passing off as a 24hr restaurant.

Food and service are great. And the opening hours is the best for us after the opera. We’ve ordered omelette, ribs, chicken milanese, butter milk chicken with waffle, bolognese and some drinks. All of them are great especially the banana milkshake and berry-go-round. We, 4 adults and 1 child, visited on 2 Jun and we are from Hong Kong. 😊

Tyvärr ett bottennapp då denna restaurang tog över från St Giles frukostbuffe (hotellet). Dock inget jag antar de kan beskyllas över utan det är St Giles som borde ha kunnat fixa det bättre. Däremot så var servicen under all kritik, de var väldigt stressade, sprang runt i lokalen, slog in i saker och var allmänt högljudda. Det kändes framtvingat att beställa snabbt, ingen trevlig atmosfär och väldigt högljutt så att det var svårt att höra vad sällskapet sa mittemot. Det som drar ner betyget ännu mer var att de glömde bort vår beställning (vilket kan ha göra med deras stress att göra...) varav vi fick vänta i närmare 40 minuter. Den mat vi fick var god men väldigt små portioner och knappast något man blir mätt på. Det borde finnas en rekommendation.

One of the best placea to socialise and have a bite to eat! The boss is super friendly and all the staff are polite. We eat here every week and have no complaints!! Special shout out to Connor and Don for always making my day when I visit!!

A great 24 hour cafe with a full bar and awesome staff!

Ordered via deliveroo, 2 minutes away. Full English arrived over-cooked yet half of it was cold. Pancakes were tiny, without the bacon we ordered and with bananas that were old and blackened. Milkshake was a block of ice. Bland and poorly cooked food in general. What a shame.

Rien d'exceptionnel, déçu par la burgers que j'ai pris. Deux tranche de pain une grosse rondelle de tomate une feuille de salade et deux steack sans sauce... Pas fameux. Il me propose une chaise haute à notre arrivée mais une fois installé nous demandons quelque chose pour réchauffer les plats mais ils n'ont rien pour le faire. On se retrouve à table avec rien pour le petit.... 40 livres pour deux burgeurs 1 frite et 7n coca...

I Was in this restaurant the last weekend with my boyfriend and we loved it! We ate a chicken burger (very good), and prawn linguine teriyaki salmon (delicious!). Everything was fantastic, very good service, Flavio is the best manager of the world! Thank you and see you soon!

Since we are foreigners they have brought me to collect without showing me the bill. I asked him for it and he didn't want to give it to me. He has reprinted it for me and has thrown it away without showing it. I had put on 10 extra pounds. Incredible and disappointing treatment
