Food was okay, it isnt the best ive had at TGIs however Lucie the server was great and attentive when serving us. Will come again if back at trinity.

Amazing vegan sesame chicken - would definitely recommend but be aware it’s a bit on the pricey side!! Hannah from Leeds was super welcoming too :)

Came for a meal with my daughter we had a great meal our server emily was very polite and cheerful always on hand for any questions and the resteraunt was clean and tidy and was a great atmosphere will come again with other family members to eat

The food was very nice and very good value for money. My server Althea was very attentive and on the ball when helping with my daughters 13th birthday. She even added a sparkler to the sundae and made the day very special.

Never been to TGIs but before the Take That concert, thought we’d try it. Carissa was amazing through the meal. Always so cheerful, especially when she nearly slipped. Always making sure we were okay. She was constantly running around to make sure all her tables were as sorted. Nothing was an issue for her. 5 stars to Carissa! 10/10 would come back next time we are in Leeds

Fantastic service from Tia; she was fantastic with our children and checking on us during eating. She was also very helpful when I spoke about the potato skins being overcooked and dry resulting in this being taken off the bill. 3 stars given as it was overpriced and poor quality food. Children’s pasta was bland and as mentioned above potato skins were overdone. There was hardly anyone in the place during the Easter holidays; likely it’s more a place in evenings but we had frozen cocktails and these were also very weak and not great in flavour. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

What can i say , the food was absolutely delicious, we were stuffed by the end of it. That sesame chicken is too die for on so many levels ❤️ the burger and chicken strips continued the praise . Our server Sophie was beyond amazing and accomidating to us , laughing and joking with us until the end . only negatives were the chocolate fudge brownie which left a lot to desire

We were going to the Arena so booked a table for 5.30. There was no need, the place was virtually empty, in fact at one stage we were the only people in there apart from the bar man and a couple of waiters. When we left there were about 5 tables with people on them and I can sort of see why. It was very expensive, and the food was quite poor. We had a cocktail each (on the buy one get one free offer), nachos to share which were cold and not very nice at all. It would have been nice had we been given side plates since we were sharing and the waiter knew this. I had Cajun chicken pasta which was tasty but lukewarm (there was the option to add a piece of ciabatta bread for an extra £6.20!) and my partner had a burger which he said was dry. The bill was £52.00 with a Blue Light Card discount and still overpriced in our opinion. With the cost of living people will not pay over the odds prices for at the least very average food.

Me and my friend went with our littlest for lunch yesterday. On arrival, the chairs were not cleaned and floor was dirty my friend told the staff who took us to table he used his hand to wipe off the mess instead of getting anything a wipe or cleaning cloth. The food took ages to arrive. The portions were small, the food was bland no flavour, the kids meals which were thought were free from the app were not free we were charged them one of the kids meals had vegetables that were more than a week old and the carrot was not carrot it was the skin of carrot not the inside. The adult burgers were so dry. One of the desserts had hair. The staff were not welcoming. When we complaint to the manager he only knocked off a few pounds of the bill. This is not the TGI Fridays I know. We will certainly not be coming back. It's a rip off

My friends booked this for my hen do back in January. We had Olly running the session and he was great! Made the experience really fun, really receptive and really great experience! We had our own little section which was cornered off and decorated with hearts which just made it even better. Thank you so much for making it such a great day!

10 out of 10 service, both Shannon and the team were amazing, so accommodating to my allergies and even recording my food after i jumped in to do first aid on another table. The team that night are a credit to the brand and we will be returning soon. Thank you all so much again for looking after us.
