The staff here are the best! They are friendly, attentive and good humoured. Even at their busiest, they give top level customer service with a smile. The food is of good quality, especially their roast on a Sunday. We love visiting here. My mum has mobility issues and they always go out of their way to make sure she is comfortable and is at a table which is accessible. Not a bad word to say about them!

My brother is obsessed with American Diners so when we realised we were staying near one we had to visit. We visited on a Sunday and it was heaving. It was very cool and he got some pictures. Its the kind of place I would have loved visiting as a child. It has lots of play things which we didn't realise before going to it. There weren't any tables free when we went so we got ice cream to take with us. The ice cream was lovely with unique flavours. Its worth visiting just to look at.

Very poor sadly. Every just seems to be here because they have to be . No service no smiles no gratitude no welcome or thanks .all seem to waiting to go home. Shame beef eater used to be a place you could bring them family and know not so much. Staff seem like they are doing you a favour by serving you

Absolutely godly oreo milkshakes

Hi. Just I entered for lunch and they not answer back my hello and said we are booked for evening. I asked for lunch menu as they advertised but said no staff and we can give you chips. The chips and beer was bad and it’s better they close it. Please even don’t try it with this rude people.

I got an amazing service experience here last night, despite being super busy, Ereej was super friendly and helpful and she was recommending to me what flavours I should get. The ice cream was one of the best I’ve had in Brighton

Staff were absolutely sound. Good games, good pints and good bowling. We had a cracking time!

Milkshakes are always worth going for

We booked a meal and wasn't notified the heating was broken. Drove 35 miles to a cold restaurant. We decided to all go for the bottomless chicken offer on the app to be told no it wasn't available even though it was advertised online, on the app and on social media. Poor service, freezing cold restaurant and below average food. Prices gone up but portions and quality gone down. This used to be one of our favourite places to go but we won't be back.
