Service was terrible. We gave up waiting after 40 minutes

Would like to say thankyou to Amy & Will for helping me organise my hen doo and was on the other side of phone on the run up to it. There were 39 of us for bottomless brunch. The drinks kept on flowing and food was great. Naomi was are waiter on the day and all I can say she was amazing went above and beyond for all of us! She smashed it! Thankyou all again. All 39 of us was very pleased x

Hands down, one of the very worst places I've ever been to. And I'm not a fussy person. A standard frozen margarita was not only less than average in taste, but barely frozen, and not a trace of salt. Food.... where to start... Nachos 'super loaded' with beef chilli: cold congealed cheese, lukewarm chilli, avocado that looked dried out and nachos that might have been crispy last week.... now delightfully limp. My colleagues had cold chips, congealed cheese in a lukewarm bean dip. Cold nachos. A gross burger for £15.10... Service was painfully slow, despite the place being almost empty. The whole experience was awful. And the poor manager was still trying to defend the place.... Never again.

WORST I'VE BEEN A PART OF! Couldn't pay or order!

Came along to this resturant for my cousins Hen Do, having the boozy brunch and we were nothing short of chuffed! Food was amazing, such a fun and friendly atmosphere and a SPECIAL shout out to Katie who was unbelievably attentive, lovely and dead set on my cousin and us all having the best time! She was so efficient with topping up the drinks and was so helpful with sorting out a food order that needed specifics! Katie, you were amazing and made our experience even better! Thank you!

We were served by naomi she was absolutely amazing. The best host and fabulous service, so attentive ❤️ All our food was brought out correct and quickly. Drinks were flowing which for a hen party was perfect!!

Love the cocktails and the food was very good.

Had a fully grown ‘bouncer’ scream fowl language in our face trying to intimidate and abuse a young woman after falsely accusing her of dancing on a seat. Tried to explain the situation but just continued with the abusive language and kicked us out not even letting us finish food we already paid for. Disgusting behaviour. Definitely would not recommend to anyone

Fin was fab so happy and cheerful, constantly asking if we’re okay and good for drinks! music was taking requests so even better (up the welsh town) really happy with the night!! good price for good night !! xxx

Siun was amazing from start to finish. Really attentive, friendly, personable. Made sure we were never without a drink. Made the bottomless brunch experience so much better by being on top of her tables. Loved the afternoon!

Couldn't bring myself to eat anything in this place, it was very dirty. The mens toilets not have much privacy, as there was a window overlooking the urinals.

Had a fab bottomless brunch on Saturday. The food was gorgeous and the drinks were flowing, the service was brilliant and we didn't have to wait for drinks Naomi was gorgeous and kept us supplied all afternoon!

Staff are adding tips without knowledge of punter. I only bought a few drinks but noticed a 1.25 tip added from a staff member without selecting. Happy to tip normally. We all deserve to earn living.

Bottomless brunch- Abbie was on the ball with filling our drinks and asking if we wanted anything. The vibe in there was lovely and everyone was happy we all just wanted a good time! Would definitely go back again!

From the second we walked in the door, we were immediately ignored! We had a booking and were 15 minutes late due to a delayed flight. We first came in and was told we will be served in a minute. We stood and waited 10 minutes to be told our table was gone and we could sit in the bar area and order food. Servers walked passed us for a further 10 minutes, before we grabbed someone and to be told they stopped serving food 2 minutes ago. After talking to management he did not help. His only response was ‘ok’, he was young with clearly very little experience with dealing with customers. We got no courtesy drinks or any help after this we were basically shown to the door. As Irish over for the weekend we are less than impressed and will never return!

Me and my boyfriend did the. Master cocktail class it was completely ruined due to people in our group doing drugs and ending in 5 police cars being called. People fighting it was completely ruined and for that money I wanted a good experience but it wasn't at all. TERRIBLE DON'T RECOMMEND

I onky had drinks here and it took nearly 30 mins to get served. While I waited there so many members of staff that were just stood around talking which made the wait time feel longer and hence why I scored the service so low.

The atmosphere here was what made us sit down and eat as it looked nice inside. The waitress was nice and friendly. However when the food arrives it was barely warm, quite tasteless and not really good value. The cocktails and mock tails were basically glasses full of ice. First and last visit here for us.

We not informed that the toilets were out of order!! We pre booked an afternoon tea First of all it was not clear how to get in to the place when on a wheelchair When I found a door around the back of the building I had to tap on the glass for a waitress to let us in . She was not happy . We were told as she walked off that the only table left was a large 8 seater, so we sat down there . A few minutes later another waitress came over and we told her we had an afternoon tea booked and she apologised and said our table was by the window. So we relocated ourselves. We ordered two cocktails and the afternoon tea was brought to us. The savouries were ok, a bit bland tasting and looking- nothing special. The desserts were the same, apart from the delicious strawberry waffle dessert. We would not recommend on this alone However the shocker was when we needed the wheelchair accessible toilet and there was a plumber in there starting it was out of order! The tent urinal had large buckets under each urinal, which liquid all over the floor!! Totally unacceptable!! I am now wondering if this is acceptable at all Revolution bars ?!?! What goes in must come out and guess what, that applies to folks who are disabled!! Absolutely furious about no one bothering to inform their customers

Visited for drinks first night. Pretty standard 2-4-1 cocktails. Visited 2nd night for a sharer plater. Tasty food. To improve the place, would be good to keep on top of wiping tables as both nights they were sticky.

Sun night place was dead so hard to comment on atmosphere. Had 3 different cocktails between us, wasnt that impressed. Prices were level with most hotels and the quality more like Lanzarote cocktails. Two girls behind the bar just chatting and taking an age to actually make the drinks, so much so when we got our first drinks after a good quarter of an hour of so they apologised and like i say the place was dead, imagine on a busy night. Wouldnt be falling over to rush back.
