Went in at 530 pm on a Friday evening after work.. seated immediately..the hostess was very warm and friendly..sorry can't remember her name.. Served by Alice our waitress..very friendly and welcoming..service spot on and we all enjoyed the food and drinks we had.. Definitely recommend and ask for Alice !

Dined at the Liverpool Shopping Park Edge Lane Frankie and Bennys tonight. Our server Faye was an absolute credit to the franchise. Extremely polite, kind and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Cannot sing her praises enough. A shining star in the hospitality industry. The manageress was also amazing, and showed a real flair for delivering excellent customer service. Like Mary Poppins, practically perfect in every way!

Joanna was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The Fivers menu was a nice surprise and they're was a decent selection.

Had a meal in Edge Lane tonight and it was fantastic. We were served by a lovely young girl called Faye and she was amazing. Our Son who is in a wheelchair, had an amazing time ♥️

Came to F&B's on a Saturday night at 7pm. It was a last minute decision and despite there being 7 of us, we called ahead and they were able to accommodate us! Sophie was our server and was great! Helpful, smiley and very attentive. Even with 4 Children at the table, she was very patient with us! We'll definitely be back! Thanks!

Great service from a gentleman called John, very helpful, polite, professional and always on hand without being too much, great balance. The lady on the same shift was great too. Clean and tidy place. Food not so great unfortunately. Seems like the ingredients are not so high quality. Overall, not a bad experience really.

And when I asked if I could have a drink I was commanded to stop raising my voice, although I was completely talking in a calm manner, and everything I said I was told to “calm down” Probably the most surreal experience of my life. first time at this particular branch but it won't be the last. The food was amazing, especially the beetroot and bean burger, no disgusting pretend meat in it, just good wholesome veg and protein. My son had the Parma sandwich which he said was excellent, really juicy chicken and just the right portion size. Olivia was attentive without being intrusive, the food was lovely and piping hot, we were looked after without being hassled, brilliant place. We will be back

I had calamari starter and cobb salad (with pulled chicken) main and both dishes were perfect, indeed, the cobb salad was without doubt, the best salad I’ve ever had❤️. The atmosphere, service & price were also excellent. A special mention for our server Faith, what a beautiful person, naturally engaging, friendly & personable. Alice was really really helpful she had patience in abundance . We had to order each meal with allergens as we had a diner with us who was allergic to nuts , so we had to do each meal seperately and there was 6 of us . Alice was very helpful and cautious telling us exactly what to do and went to the chef to double check things , very attentive , very careful , she had a little bit of a joke with us aswell so that was nice and relaxing . Just overall pleasant experience , food was nice , good atmosphere , nice bit of music in background , nice tables , decor . Happy customers . Also Alice informed us of a meal that would suit us all maybe some platters but we ordered individually , but was nice for her suggestions and also she offered us desert menu at end .

Joe the manager really needs to work on his customer service skills and poor attitude including his eye rolling. This restaurant is already clearly struggling as it is, so he's clearly just making it worse and I won't be returning.

Visited on a very busy Saturday night to celebrate my recent promotion. Food was top quality, staff were friendly and very attentive, nothing was too much an issue for them. There was a great atmosphere and the restaurant was spotless considering it was so busy!

Our server Alice was warm and friendly, she check whether we wanted ice with our drinks. She understood the menu and helped with our order.

Every time we visit here we are just made to feel so welcome by the hosts and servers, like most of them have our order memorised (I promise we are not there every day!) I wish I could remember all of their names as they all make it such a beautiful place to go to! But my memory is awful! Alice was a server last time we visited and she is just a ray of sunshine, always has the happiest and loveliest smile on her face! We have became quite the regulars in Frankie and bennys over the last couple of months and it’s just always lovely, compliments to the chefs as well because the food never fails and always brings us back for our usual! Wow where do I start, the waitress was amazing so friendly and just made our experience 10/10. The food was amazing, lunch time menu for a 3 course it was around £15. I ordered Garlic bread expecting a couple of pieces since it was a starter but a 10inch freshly made Garlic bread arrived and it was the best one I've had in a long time next was the Crispy Chicken Burger and that was also 10/10 then the Brownie and Ice cream was also 10/10. The chef made myself and my Wife and Daughter so happy with the food he/she produced. Definitely highly recommend this F&B on Edge Lane.

Went to Frankies today with a friend and had a great meal. Classic meat lasagne plus arrabbatia with chicken and a starter of a massive garlic pizza bread between two of us. It was brilliant and Joanna, our waitress was fantastic, but to be fair, she always is. She couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. Excellent service and food. Thank you. It was a great afternoon.

We have received an outstanding service from Joe and very tasty food from amazing chefs. Our food was delivered very quickly and portion sizes has been bigger then expected. We recommend new calzone and calamari really nice. In general we would rate our experience 10 out of 10.
