Amazing service, Julia was fantastic.

Great selection of food on the menu, our food arrived at our table quickly and everything was piping hot, fresh and great portion size. Restaurant was very clean and staff were friendly & polite.

Had the most amazing Calamari, couldn't fault any of the food and drink we had and Joanne who served us was amazingly friendly and helpful and made the most delicious strawberry milkshake I have had ever

It's been a while since we visited, and the standards are still as high as ever. Joanna was helpful and gave us space to enjoy our meals. The quality of the food was amazing, and only our full bellies stopped us from dessert!

We came to Frankie and Bennys for lunch, we had cajun chicken wrap which was lovely. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. We were served by Joanna who was very attentive, all the staff were really good. We will be back.

Awful food, pasta was heated in the microwave to within an inch of its life and daughter had a frozen chip in amongst her cooked ones - how does that even happen? On top of this ripped off with a voucher I brought in and told I couldn’t use! Staff are very friendly but manager didn’t bother to come to speak to me about voucher just sent the poor girl back out. Won’t be returning.

Good service, clean restaurant, nice food. Our server Rebecca was lovely.

The steak price and portion was not worth it. The chips was only a handful, the full mushroom was as thin as a tea bag and the size of the plate is far too big for the portion and quality given. The steak was cooked midium rare to my request but it is a under seasoned. Had to get extra sides just to feel full. The kids tomatoe pasta was dry, it hardly had any sauce on it and tasteless. Otherwise the BBQ ribs and fish salad were fantastic. Service was great, the staff was attentive and even went out of their way to give a child a balloon. The staff never lacked manners and are very polite. Over all great vibe, good staff but unfortunately the food does need some improvement.

Joanna served us tonight at the Liverpool edge lane restaurant, food was lovely we all enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere was great and music not too loud.

Lovely BBQ ribs. Mouth-watering mac and cheese. Very kind and attentive service (served by Rebecca). Pornstar martini was nice but wasn’t a fan of the cherry cocktail. F&B never disappoints!

The atmosphere was delightful. We arrived at 1 p.m. and found it quite peaceful. The service was excellent; our food arrived promptly and was delicious.

We were served by a lovely lady called Faye. She was brilliant and adapted the menu for our personal choices. (I don't like strawberry ice-cream so she changed it to vanilla for me in my strawberry pavlova sundae.) Nothing was too much trouble for her and everything was served with a smile.
