I went to the restaurant with my family last week, the food was very good, there is free car parking and the staff at the restaurant were suoer friendly. Great service, I ordered Pizza, Spaghetti bolognese and chicken nuggets and fries for my kids but the portion( chicken nuggets and fries) is a bit small , next time I will order adult portion but they were full and enjoyed it. I went there yesterday after bowling and ordered a couple of pizzas and a kids chicken nugget meal,My meatball pizza arrived and there wasn't a meatball in sight. The manager came over and poked her finger into my pizza twice with her dirty face blue finger nails.think she had been scratching her hoop all night.also I got charged nearly £7 for a flat pint of peroni.i carn't believe I actually paid £48 for that.im still fumein now.

From the moment we arrived, the service at Frankie and Bennys was top notch. The quality of food was fantastic and the service provided by all staff involved was some of the best customer service we have experienced. Anything we needed, the waitress was more than happy to help. Nothing was too much for her. The food was delicious, worth every penny, and I was more than happy to let the manager know how enjoyable the experience was. I give my whole experience a 5 - highly satisfied. I would be happy to recommend this restaurant. I look forward to attending again.

Nice surprise, this was our first time visiting here, as we were shopping in the retail outlet and happy we walked in for lunch. Very nice relaxing and clean restaurant, staff was very friendly and helpful especially Joseph who served us. We ordered the set and the dishes came out nicely presented, freshly cooked and tasted delicious. We enjoyed dining at this Frankie & Benny restaurant, definitely will return again.

We recently dined at Frankie & Benny's, attracted by its inviting decor and cleanliness. The setting was pleasant, but we encountered a few issues that impacted our overall experience. The chips were quite good, offering a satisfying crunch, but the chicken burger didn't quite hit the mark, feeling a bit too firm for our liking. The staff were friendly and meant well, though there were moments when service seemed to lag, like when an attempt to order sweet potato fries was missed and our drinks arrived after we'd finished our meal. We also had a bit of trouble using a wedding gift voucher due to some system updates at the restaurant, which was a bit inconvenient. At the end of our meal, our gesture of leaving a tip wasn't acknowledged, which, while not a big issue, felt a little impersonal. Our visit was driven by the chance to use a special gift voucher, and while there were enjoyable aspects, the mix of service and food quality issues means we might think twice before returning.

Went for a meal with a couple of mates and had a great time food was really nice and a great price and the staff was amazing, had a server by the name of Ruby who was really nice and friendly giving us suggestions and helping us chose when we were having trouble and made some great recommendations to us, she was really nice and very patient with us when we were having trouble choosing. The food was really great the pasta at Frankie’s is sooo good especially the bolognaise, actually tastes really nice u like other places that taste like cardboard

After a recent visit to my local frankies it has regained its number one position in my favourite places to eat. We hadn't been in quite a while and was a little dubious about going but we was made to feel very welcome from the minute we stepped through the door, the food was amazing, hot and served in a very reasonable time. Our server "Jodie"? was quite possibly one of the happiest and loveliest young ladies we have had serve us in a long time, she tended to us perfectly and always with a smile on her face. Sometimes you can tell a person is just doing a job but it was clear to see that Jodie actually enjoyed her role and had passion and pride. The toilets were clean and stocked and the bill at the end was definitely worth paying for a wonderful meal and amazing service throughout. Well done edge lane 👏 now if you could clone your staff member and send her to Blackpool I'll give the restaurant there another try too👍🏻

Amazing..wow we cane today food was piping hot and fab..but our waitress Jodie was amazing from start to finishe.So welcoming and bubbly couldn't do anough for us. Overall great experience would definitely return.

Yep had a love full breakfast here this morning and was excellent. Had the traditional breakfast and spot on but always like black pudding so had that as an extra and no problems at all. Staff were great and the restaurant was clean and bright. Good place to have breakfast if in Liverpool.👍

Ordered a takeaway, I clearly put my specific dietary requirement instructions on the order & part of my order came completely wrong, riddled with stuff I can't eat. I phoned the store & was told that there's nothing they can do & refused to rectify the issue!

Staff were absolutely lovely. Restaurant was immaculate. The beef brisket breakfast dish was beautiful. The fried eggs were cooked to absolute perfection, runny but not undercooked. 10 out of 10.

Disgusting I wouldn't let a stray dog eat from here the staff are disgusting and they don't like complaints. If you complain they say you're threatening them and the shop. They delayed the order three times then cancelled it, then told us the delivery driver from just eat has took so they called him a thief. Vile people trading under a name of street feud when it's Frankie and Benny's on the sign tax fiddle comes to mind.

Jodie and Faith (the waitress) were absolutely amazing, so friendly and welcoming, they made our day. The service was brilliant, very quick and the waitresses even stopped to chat to us which was lovely. Me and my sister haven't been here in 7 years and it has been such a great experience. Monday evening so very quiet, food choices a bit limited and the seating wasn't great. Staff really nice and friendly though.

This placed has improved alot since I first visited it 6 years ago. I am a really impressed and I would recommend it. Great service and lovely food. I definitely plan on coming again...sooner rather than later...not another 6 years 🤣

Went here with my family as I work at another branch in Bristol and was going to treat them for a meal out and the staff here represent the TRG values inexplicably well especially Liv and Jodie who made my entire family and myself feel so welcome . The food and drinks were a 10/10. I would definitely come back here when I next visit Liverpool. 👍👍

Havnt been here in a while great atmosphere staff where friendly but wouldn't rate the food that good burger was burnt buger bun was hard sent it back came with a new one very quick but it was tasteless and chios where cold didn't eat much just paid the bill and left

The kids pizza here was terrible, it arrived a mess. The pizza from the adults menu was burnt and I also ordered a dessert (I got a waffle) it was horrible. It arrived and it was ice cold and tasted weird. However, the service was good and the staff were nice.

I ordered food and they gave me a completely different order the food they gave us was cold and tasted burnt When we complained they didn't even refund us half our order they just said "we're assuming this will solve the issue"

Nice food, but prices have gone up again

Not as good as it used to be. It takes what feels like two years for your food to be served whether you’re part of a group or just with you and one other person. Some meals are ok but the rest are fairly lacklustre and the pricing is far too expensive for food which is so basic and mediocre.

Dined @ Frankie and Benny's Edge lane this weekend, as usual fantastic service and was made up the mamas cheese bake is back! The staff are always super friendly up and make a fuss of my little one. It's his favourite place to eat. This visit was no exception. All the staff go out of their way to look after us, but especially one of the managers (red hair) nothings ever to much trouble and she always adds that extra sparkle!

‼️‼️Friend with hidden disability was treated extremely wrong by managers Jenny and Julia‼️‼️ Had a very friendly server. However. Totally put off by a very moody red/maroon haired employee who was sat on her phone most of the time we were there. We were having a bit of a laugh and were told to shush, twice. My friend is loud as a result of a hidden disability she has; clearly at Frankie & Bennys Edge Lane, people with hidden disabilities are not taken into account. We are taking this further. After asking for the bill we had it slammed down onto our table! We are the ones paying after all! Then caught her complaining to her fellow employees about us, total exaggeration and disrespect. We were also there an hour before a couple came in with a baby and we were told to shush. Any responsible and considerate employee would not have sat a couple with a baby next to 7 teenagers. Would not recommend Edge Lane if you have hidden disabilities or want to have a laugh in the place.

Fantastic staff and good food. No longer takes tastecard which is a shame and food and drink now shockingly expensive. £3.50 for a coke and 5.60 for the cheapest small white wine. At those prices I won't be going again.

Very quiet in there for a lunchtime. I remember the days when Frankie's was buzzing.

Great value for money. An attempt on American “Italian” food with home made dishes. The lovely service is on its own a reason to eat here. Large portions. Recommended.

It's probably the biggest Frankie & bennies I've ever been to & was quite a nice new building but it did lack a bit of an atmosphere. The service was very good but the food was rather average and the portion sizes were a bit on the small side.

Orderd 2 breakfast from here only 1 turned up so we called them up, they where so rude on the phone, saying sorry about that but we can't send another driver out u will have to just get a refund on just eat and put the phone down I would recommend not useing this place the food is disgusting the staff are very obnoxious and rude. We will never order food from this disgusting place, and recommend getting new staff

Ordered breakfast simple as you get a sausage sandwich. The bread was completely stale. The sausages were terrible quality and seem to have been cooked days ago. Didn't even butter the bread. I took one bite of Literally the worst food I've ever paid for. The worst part is a human being had to make it look at it and go "yes that is good" pathetc

Went to Frankie and bennys on Friday night, the service was terrible we waited 20 minutes for a drink, the food came out nearly an hour and 20 minutes later, you couldn’t even cut the food up it was like rubber and when I called the manager over she wasn’t interested and came out with well so you want something else. Worst service ever

Visited yesterday & ordered spaghetti bolognese, I can honestly say it was the worst bolognese I have ever had. It looked more like a gravy on top of spaghetti, it didn't taste much better either. It had no texture whatsoever. I don't complain when out as they either replace or think you're after money off. It was rank! I definitely won't be visiting again.

I had beef spag bol was disgusting spaghetti hard a tableful of watery mince tasteless partner had steak no flavor mushrooms rubbery! absolutely rubbish like children made us our tea vile tasteless never again 35quid 🤣🤣

Deliveroo ordering is incredibly slow. Rider got there 50 minutes ago and food still isn’t here. I ordered within 8 minutes of the restaurant opening, I’m 35 weeks pregnant and hungry and so is my toddler. Wouldn’t have bothered if I knew that they didn’t make food in order the checks come in. I could book a table so restaurant wasn’t fully booked. Yes there’s a heatwave today hence me avoiding the sun, but I only feel sorry for the rider/driver. The restaurant is usually more organised than this. Disappointed. Next time I’ll just cook my own pasta.

We usually go to the restaurant for the celebration date, and we noticed a gigantic increase in prices. the menu are smaller. In other words, we won't be back anytime soon. very expensive! and the food was good, but we didn't order things that expensive. That's the price of a restaurant for the rich.

Took over an hour to bring food and no apology

I hadn't been to frankie and bennys since lockdown so we decided to go for old times sake as the old ones had shut down dirong covid. We decided to go the edge lane and review the food for old times sake. What can i say.... Well nothing good!! This place should shut down as well Infact i am surprised it's still open let me explain why. #1 awful customer service. No staff at door and the venue was not busy at all so we decided to sit ourselves down. Once sat sown we was greeted with a staff member.... oh you cant sit there he said!! you should have waited by the door!.... But no one was at the door? Then the staff member wanted to take us back to the door which we was confused by. As we got to the door he confirmed there was seats available even though the place was near empty then decided to sit us down after all this strange rigmarole asif he was on some power trip. Not a good start!! #2 when the food arrived we was greeted with a charcoal black garlic bread missing food and the food that we did get was either cold or just not cooked properly. We sent the garlic bread back obviously at this point they asked was everything ok with our food..... Well no but at this point i give up pointing out how bad this place actually is. The ribs was like chewing a rubber gummy full off grease and fat not hot at all and under cooked... Even the corn on cob was pathetic and was near freezing still. The missing food turned up after we had to remind the staff mac and cheese balls whoch was absolutely vile and guess what.... Freezing cold!! Yep they don't seem to like serving hot food here. The coca cola was also flat ad a pancake how is it possible for a place to get things so wrong? I would never eat here again I will not recommend ot to anyone and I'll make sure people avoid this awful place save your money. You would be better off buying yourselves a microwave meal. 1 star i wouldn't give it 1 star but unfortunately there is no option for 0 Stay away you've been warned!!!

Lackluster. Went for a nice meal and was quite disappointed. Quality was lacking, not much taste to the pizza and the drinks were quite expensive. Table service was great but food really fell below the mark for the price. The whole time there were delivery people standing next to our table putting their delivery boxes next to our table and just bringing down the feel of the restaurant, and was quite awkward. There were upwards of 5 delivery people stood next to our table. I really was hoping to make the best of the visit but was quite disappointing.

Food was ok but for the price we paid it was more like pub food. In fact I think some pub food is actually nicer. Isn’t the same how it used to be but the service and staff are great. Decent price cocktails. Wouldn’t come back for the food just maybe drinks

PERFECT EVENING FOR THE BIRTHDAY GIRL. Our server was Georgia. She was an absolute delight with service, conversation and professionalism throughout. Our food and drinks were served with no waiting time, and all 3 meals were cooked and plated perfect. The service we received made our visit even more enjoyable, as Georgia went out of her way to make a fuss of the birthday girl all evening, despite of how busy she was. Fantastic quality of food, and the service topped it off. Thank you.
