Very Very expensive 2 basic burgers one portion of chips and one drink was over £30 We won't be going back. This is a fast food McDonald's type restaurant with high end restaurant prices.

Ordered 2 meals and an extra burger via uber. Didn't get any fries, my burger was literally the opposite of what I ordered. Tried to call couldn't get through. Love the feeling of ordering a slightly expensive takeaway, not getting what you asked for and then not being able to rectify it.

Upstairs there are very good views

For a fast food chain, the food was great and tasty. The quantities of the fries are very generous, for two people I recommend medium. 😂

Great Restaurant 10/10 with 2 floors. There are tables outside . The average price for meal is 20 £ per person. Reasonable price with good quality.

No Issues with the food. But its still essentially fast food. Its the cost that totally outrageous. 1 x “Little Cheeseburger”, with onions, Fries and a soda…..£18:00!!! Imagine taking 2 kids, same order would be £54!!! Its a total rip off when you get to eat it (eventually), in a souless cold fast food joint. Good food, extortionate £prices. Get real 5gys

Great burger in fact it was excellent and so was the hot dog. Huge portions as well. The only downside was the cost at £35 for 2 fast food meals.

Wow who said value was dead we managed to get 2 cheese burgers a hot dog , 1 cup of chips and 3 soft drinks and all for only £47:50 and without me asking the server even threw It all into a brown paper bag all this for under £50.00 what a result, fast food at the very best value for money😏

Pricey for what it is but they do taste lovely. Took my daughter for her first one, she loved it.

Not a bad place but the chips were the only thing that tasted nice there. The Burgers aren't any to write home about to be brutally honest.

Always a pleasure to eat at any 5 guys, but this one is especially my favourite, the staff are super friendly and the place is always clean.

Great food with a serious amount of fries, and that pistachio milkshake is to die for. Amazing service from Jamie on the till, very helpful and friendly.

Quick service, and very fresh food, chips were too hot to eat. A little on the expensive side. Clean place, nice plenty of seating.

Best fast food burger bar none. Yes it's expensive but the quality is unbeatable. Also the coke remix machine has unlimited refills

Served raw burgers to me, my 4year old, 1year old and my partner. You're likely thinking "yeah but burgers can be rare" and you're right, under certain circumstances.... And Fiveguys do not follow those processes so should never be rare. To clarify in the USA a burger chain (Jack in the Box) didn't follow food safety, and served raw burgers. This made 700 sick and killed 4 children, hence I am not overly impressed that they managed to get a whole order undercooked. I'd not use the Liverpool one store again.

disjointed service with Milkshakes being served a good 10 minutes before our food was ready. untidy tables, the burgers were good, but not enough to save the lackluster service and general atmosphere that we experienced.

Wasn't very warm, they had no five guys mayo in the pump and when asked to put new stuff in they just handed me a few sachets which wasn't alot. The atmosphere wasn't great, alot people standing next to my table waiting on food.

Very tasty cheese burger , freshly made with choice of free toppings . Skin on chips were a favourite . Nothing too much trouble for the young man at the till (didn’t get his name ) We arrived mid afternoon and not too busy , most tables indoors needed a wipe down otherwise I’d give this place a higher rating . Nice view of the park and plenty of outdoor seating . Will definitely visit again

There is a second floor and a terrace, so there is plenty of space. The staff taking orders was also friendly. The peanuts provided were edible, and the cheeseburgers and shakes we ordered were all delicious. However, the price is a bit expensive...

Five Guys is a hamburger chain that makes juicy burgers, good chips and milkshakes. You get lots of side dishes as part of the price and choose what you want on your burger.

Can't beat a massive 5 guys double with Cajun fries 👌

The food was really stale and the whole chain is overrated.

Standard 5 guys. If you've been to one then you've been to them all. Pro tip: the little versions of everything is plenty! I say this as someone who can eat a lot.

Went in late evening for dinner - was served by incredibly friendly staff with a quick waiting time. Great location and a great place for dining. Great choice of food for an affordable price - definitely would recommend.

Visited during the week, service, food, the costs and clean was good. There is no area for kids (the reason why I not evaluated with 5 stars).

Love Five guys, they forgot to bacon on the burger. Absolutely no problem just made a new one with bacon, knocked a star off for the high price, lovely as a treat

What have I just paid £35 for???? The bacon was cremated beyond all recognition. The burger looked like it had been sat on before wrapping, and the chips looked and tasted like they were reheated from yesterday's lunch. I feel totally ripped off

The usual quality. Not too busy. Fast and friendly. Terrace outdoor seating and upstairs seating. Just great food. Period

Wasn't the cleanest but it was busy at the time. Burger was delicious but the prices are terrible, probably never go again which is a shame.

Did a pick up order, was waiting for around 10 mins, manager offered a free drink for the wait. Lovely staff and good food.

Burgers are mediocre, the meat has no spices at all, overall it could be better. The fries are the one of the best I've had. We ordered five burgers and one burger was forgotten while we were ordering, so we ordered again.

Quite a busy five guys, but despite this service is usually quite quick. Staff are all friendly. One of the better five guys I’ve been to!

Dirty, and after sharing 3 times that Liverpudlian is almost impossible to understand, my British friend had to help me out to figure out what I was ordering. Food was of lower quality compared to other fiveguys.

Amazing beef burgers made to order just the way you like them. My son said this was the best beef burger ever 😋

Customise your own beef burger with free toppings. The beef patty was juicy and not overcooked. The fries were crunchy (twice cooked in peanut oil) and a small portion was plenty. A bit on the expensive side, but it tasted so much better than the regular fast food burger places.

Went peak time, never seen it so busy. Really sunny outside. Took slightly longer but I don’t mind waiting for that unbelievable freshness, it came and it delivered. Burger peng, staff well on it, gaff propper clean! Belter all around!
