Five Guys in Liverpool

The food is undeniably amazing, but the staff member who served us was rude, the seating area was damp and the toilets were a disgrace.

Foods ok, price is insanely to much. The decor is already out dated with quotes about being best burger for under 5 dollars, when the cheapest burger is about 8 pounds (approx 10 dollers)

I loved it. I had the best Milkshake ever. I really like that you can choose what you put on your burger without any more costs. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Nearly £70 for 4 people is a little steep but we were starving so hay ho. I will say this though, the cleanliness of the place needs to be looked at as the tables are dirty ( thank goodness I take antiseptic wipes everywhere) there was food on the floor and the lady that served us didn't really listen to what I was saying so our order wasn't quite right. As for the food, it was good, the burgers were good, the fries although were all emptied into the bottom of the bag were nice too.

Good burgers as usual although I ordered a burger and they charged me for a cheese burger which is a couple of quid more. I only realised after eating it and checking the bill. I did not go bankrupt on that but reflects the service. Avoid the toilets especially if you need to sit on it.

I would like to start by stating that I am not a fan of fast food joints, I never go to BK and very rarely go to McD, but the food at 5 Guys was excellent. The restaurant was spotless as were the rest rooms. The staff were friendly and professional. I will definitely visit this place again.

£20 for a so-so cheeseburger, disgusting chips and a drink. Seems very expensive to me, unreasonably expensive. £5 for a drink that costs them less than 10p. Na know, didn't like it at all, there are plenty of alternatives for less money and better quality

food was freezing cold,waiting for 3 hours, I know it's new year,but still far to long to wait.

Took 1 hour 50 mins to come when it said 20-35 mins when i pay £32 for 2 burgers and fries i atleast expect it to come on time

Burger was actually quite tasty. Ordered a large portion of fries for two to share and recieved enough fries to feed the street.

Everything ok apart from they have changed the lids on the milkshakes and unfortunately mine had tipped over in the bag and was half empty! Plz go bk to the flat lids

Bland tasteless and 900-1200 calories for one burger, swimming in grease. Staff more interested in chatting than serving customers. Not fit to give to your dog. After reply: okay fair enough, the fat content in the mince used must be high and of a quality that causes the juices to be oily and have a greasy feeling. The rest stands.

Usually wouldn’t waste my time writing reviews but this one deserves one. If I could give this no stars I would. I visited five guys on 29th November. Me and my boyfriend come to get two milkshakes and a fizzy drink when ordering we asked for two biscoff milkshakes. When asking for them the member of staff “manager” said to my boyfriend “do you want cream” which he then asked me if I wanted it on mine after replying yes she then made the comment “why do you have to copy what she’s doing, do you have to follow everything she does” which my boyfriend then replied “ I was just asking if she wanted cream on hers, not mine, is there a problem?” Which she rolled her eyes and give us the receipt. Once my boyfriend went to get a drink out of the machine it wasn’t working just pouring a little bit of liquid presumably the remaining of the syrup. Once asking a member of staff “grace” if she could check the machine she did and was very efficient but couldn’t figure out what was wrong so let the manager know and she come out and tried them both and said “there’s one upstairs” no apology when he went up that one wasn’t working either, so I said there all not working which the manager “larca” stormed out and swapped the syrup over and it was working then but still no apology, once are milkshakes where made they didn’t even taste like they was blended and the milk tasted mouldy I asked if I could have one remade and that tasted just as bad but with the way the manager was I couldn’t even be bothered to ask again for a refund or change as I had the worst experience. The staff looked stressed but still lovely service from the members of staff but the manager should not be a manager with the lack of respect and service towards us we ended up throwing our milkshakes in the bin. I’m very disappointed with this and really hope this is looked into as I have worked in fast food chains previously and I know this is not how you treat customers when we have not shown any disrespect to any members of the team.

Decent five guys. Staff were friendly and quickly prepared. Not the biggest of places though, if you want to sit in. Also expensive for what it is.

Food was lovely first time here, and those chips 🍟 are savage 😋 , burgers are good too , reason for 4 starts is place was messy papers and food on the floor and tables not clean but staff were lovely and food was great

Forst time eating here and it was really nice. Had the bacon cheeseburger and a hot dog. Good quality fast food. Waited 20 minutes for the food, however they were queuing out the door so no complaints.

I never entered in a Five Guys before so I didn’t know how does it work. So I recommended that, for couple, just ask for small fries, not necessary more due is a huge of fries that they will give you

Food was good and service was great, what I mind is cleanliness of the tables, toilets and people playing around with refill sodas.

So incredibly average for the price. Considering a meal is £20 or more, you can have meal somewhere like Fat Hippo, Honest Burgers, O'Hannes, Almost Famous etc for less, and the quality of all of those is so much better than American chain fast food. Don't understand why anyone would choose here apart from marketing

My first time in a Five Guys place. All what I would say: brilliant. If you thought a burger can't be amazing because it's just a burger... you'll see, this is amazing. The portion is huge, the taste is great. I would totally recommend.

Received wrong order- never ordered bacon but was added to the burger! Missing toppings like tomato, jalapeño, pepper and more! NO MORE ORDER DELIVERY!!!

got a drink of a nice gentleman called Lewis or Luis however its spelled even if I was a couple of p short he let me get it even tho I had the money in my coat I did have a kinda funny argument telling him to take the change I had and he declined it would go there again

Served me a sad plain burger just cheese and meat, I wasn't made aware I had to ask for basic burger things like sauce or lettuce. The milkshake was decent but it's not what I came in for. Sad and underwhelming for the premium fast food price point.

Attended today during a very busy lunch time service with my kids. Thomas on the till was so attentive, an asset to the team. What a lovely atmosphere, great food and very clean restaurant. Will return!

It's a burger bar with very little atmosphere of a lunchtime.

Overpriced to be honest, and the food was not that great. Burger was average, chips were good though. I tried it once, but won't go back , tou can get a lot better value for your money elsewhere.

One of my favourite fast food. Love the idea that you get to choose what you want in your burger and make it unique every time. The portion sizes are great with extra chips. Always more than enough to eat and then to top it with a milkshake.

As I've said in my previous reviews, I find 5 guys to have some of the best milkshakes! The Trafford Centre and the Leicester branch were amazing! Unfortunately, last night, our first time trying this branch was a disappointment. It was practically milk with a twang ....I will attach a photo. I will say the place was clean and staff were professional, but the milkshake was unacceptable. Also, cream wasn't available as apparently they had ran out 😳

Delivery guy was nice! Food arrived hot but miyo and ketchup was missing, plus large fries was a bit smaller!

Not a Five guys flavour I experienced in the past. And they run out of peanuts...Five guys staple... Not coming back here at all

Post work dinner after the usual daily grind, expecting a transactional interaction, however James made it personable, going above and beyond. Guy is a champ.

1st delivery, the driver couldn’t be bothered to get out of car and knock at our door so delivery was missed because he just drove away. We had to reorder and await an unnecessary refund for 1st order had the driver rang the door bell. 2nd order arrived on time, nice guy on a bike. However the order seemed as though it was warmed up very dry and over done. I have had plenty of orders from five guys to know if their orders are freshly done and not from the previous delivery. I’m not impressed!

My twin brother and I were in Liverpool One to purchase a pair of trainers for an upcoming holiday to Benidorm, we then decided to drop into this Five Guys outlet, been here before, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. A great looking burger bar ,a modern light and airy interior, modern,great decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this burger bar ,its a great place to unwind in. We ordered lagers from Brooklyn Brewery and a cheeseburger each with fries ,beers were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and after a short wait and meals arrived and what a great treat. My burger was really good, a big ,juicy burger beautifully seasoned, a very generous topping and served between two fresh tasty buns, fries were also awesome and coupled with our delicious craft beers made for a great dining experience in a wonderful burger bar,its hardly surprising that this burger bar is so popular with burger's and beers of this quality. We really enjoyed our burger's and beers in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to this Five Guys we had a great time. This Five Guys is easy to locate along Paradise Street in Liverpool One. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, 11am till 11pm. Friday & Saturday, 11am till midnight. Sunday, 11am till 11pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Is it a decent burger and fries? yes it is. Can you get better for the same price? Probably. I would definitely go again for the milkshake though. Its an absolute must. 💯

Absolute garbage. Cold stale bun, cold greasy fries, no ice in the soft drinks machine (but there was a giant blue bottle feeding on the tap), staff arguing at other table during what sounded like a heated appraisal, dirty tables, loud beeping noise spoiled any semblance of atmosphere. All this for £65 quid for four.

I have had a bit of a burger crazing lately so thought I would satisfy this with a trip to five guys. Big mistake….! Without a doubt the greasiest burger I have ever been served. Put more than half of it in the bin. I can still smell the grease on my fingers 12 hours later.

Me and my sister had dinner here, it was an amazing little reasturant. The staff where lovely, very clean. Food was roasting hot as soon as it was served :D

Very Very expensive 2 basic burgers one portion of chips and one drink was over £30 We won't be going back. This is a fast food McDonald's type restaurant with high end restaurant prices.

Ordered 2 meals and an extra burger via uber. Didn't get any fries, my burger was literally the opposite of what I ordered. Tried to call couldn't get through. Love the feeling of ordering a slightly expensive takeaway, not getting what you asked for and then not being able to rectify it.

No Issues with the food. But its still essentially fast food. Its the cost that totally outrageous. 1 x “Little Cheeseburger”, with onions, Fries and a soda…..£18:00!!! Imagine taking 2 kids, same order would be £54!!! Its a total rip off when you get to eat it (eventually), in a souless cold fast food joint. Good food, extortionate £prices. Get real 5gys

Great burger in fact it was excellent and so was the hot dog. Huge portions as well. The only downside was the cost at £35 for 2 fast food meals.

Wow who said value was dead we managed to get 2 cheese burgers a hot dog , 1 cup of chips and 3 soft drinks and all for only £47:50 and without me asking the server even threw It all into a brown paper bag all this for under £50.00 what a result, fast food at the very best value for money😏
