Its been a long time since I had food outside to Home and to now writing a review about a process food. I honestly keep in touch with close individuals does help the society to make a absolute pleasure to serve excellent food. I would say, the ice cream waffle and the hotdog tastes absolutely delicious. I've ordered many dishes and I have to say the burgers also taste good with various of taste I haven't tasted from a burger before. I'm a self employed web developer, I hire clients that want their software and websites developed. I go throughout reviews and testing on different food places, hotels and restaurants. I have to say its the best spot for it and convenient place to go and get some food. Owner and chef absolutely amazing and they bring awesome pleasure!

The taste and size of the food was great. Place was a bit cold but nice. Overall it was a good experience. I will definitely come back.

Excelente hamburguesa, bien condimentada y muy sabrosa hasta el punto que sabes que era casera. Lechuga fresca, tomate y encurtido con un toque de mostaza americana y ketchup en un muy buen bollo brioche. Supera cualquier hamburguesa de comida rápida a gran escala mientras se cocina por encargo y no en una cinta transportadora. Tuve que esperar unos minutos, pero valió la pena.

The food was absolutely lovely. The burger was perfect and the Mexican loaded fries were just scrumptious.

I definitely recommend this place! The size of the burger is very generous and the ingredients are fresh and tasty! The man behind the counter is very sweet and warm with the customers, he even offered me a free cheese sauce for my fries and they have a very beautiful atmosphere in the dining area. It’s a must try if you are in the Bristol area! In the picture you can see the avocado burger with chicken and I loved it.

I’ll start with the positive thing, which was the food,which was delicious. The negative thing is the employee, who was rude and gave me wrong order, although another one was given, which is a positive point for them, she was angry and arguing about it and claimed that it was my fault that I didn’t mention allergies, although that she was supposed to ask about it (This is the basics of serving customers and I don’t have to teach you that. learn how to serve customers next time, do not let your anger troll you, good day! Edit: Respond 2025-2-3. 5:37Pm Hello again, From the beginning she was supposed to ask if I have any allergies, not vice versa. That what happens usually in the restaurants, so bear that in mind when dealing with new customers . Don’t worry I’ve already decided that earlier:) .

To top it off, I had a glass of their homemade lemonade, which was refreshingly delicious and the perfect complement to the meal. Having lived in Belgium for 11 years, a country renowned for its fries, I can confidently say their fries are absolutely outstanding—some of the best I’ve ever had. Every bite was a testament to the care and quality that goes into their food. The combination of mouthwatering dishes and a warm, welcoming ambiance makes this place an absolute treasure. I can’t wait to go back!

It was one of the best burger I’ve ever had, beautifully cooked and great service. Would recommend this place if you want a real burger. Try their hot dog and salami too. Fantastic place. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing, their classic burger might be the best if not one of the best in Bristol, the guys that work there are very awesome and super friendly. I ordered a Mexican hot dog and shortly after, I decided to change my mind and go for the cheesy hot dog. Not only were they happy to change the order for me even though they made the first one i ordered but they also forgoed the £1 extra my latter choice cost. If in Bristol, this is definitely a hot spot to check out, it is fully halal and they got a lot of vegan options too.

Worst burger I’ve had in 2024. I honestly think the reviews are fake. Prices are high for what it is as well.

We visited here for a quick bite to eat before a gig as it was close to the venue and our transport links. It was quiet which is such a shame but it was early and mid-week. I’m glad though as it meant our food was served super quickly. We both had pizzas and I was pleased you could choose your own base. The pizzas were super thin but not lacking in taste at all. Really nice, fresh flavours. The mac n cheese pizza was a nice twist (we recommend the mustard base!) Our server was super friendly and helpful. There is seating upstairs and the toilets are in the lower ground floor down another flight of stairs so worth considering if you have accessibility issues.

I went with my 4 year old. I had the garlic and herb chicken burger + fries and chocofilled churros and he had a junior burger + fries and peanut butter milkshake. The fries were perfectly salted and crispy. I enjoyed my burger. The churros were ok. I felt the milkshake was a little watery but my son enjoyed it. We sat upstairs - it was well decorated, not noisy and spacious. The server was friendly and welcoming. I'm not sure if it was because we were both really hungry but I felt our meal took a while to arrive (We were told 15 - 20 mins though).

Their drinks menu is just as diverse, with refreshing options like Lemon Iced Tea and indulgent milkshakes. To top it all off, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Came here because of the good reviews. Food was flavourless. Ordered a variety of food - peri peri chicken burgers, beef burgers etc. Burgers had enough salad toppings but patties were flavourless and had little or no sauce. Food was expensive too. £15 for basic burgers with fries and a can of drink. £2 for each sauce! It took a while for the food to get to us too.

So so sooooooo BAD. I could not eat the food. £10 for a vegan hot dog, one slice of gherkin, bone dry brioche, I had to go and ask for mustard. Even that did not improve the car crash that was on the plate. Totally inedible. The staff response to my complaint: "Yeah, we don't like the taste of the vegan options either, why don't you order a beef burger next time"* *Customer service award winner 2024 This response gave some LOL light heartedness to what was overall an expensive, disappointing, utter rip of. Food clearly made with zero care and zero attention to quality or customer satisfaction. Most disappointing. No wonder the place was empty (my error for going in for a quick bite - won't ever be repeated).

The place was lovely and amazing service but however I don’t recommend this to anyone who has a weak stomach as I don’t have one but I was sick after eating their food for the first time and I had extreme stomach pain me and the people I went with.

Great little shop to come and eat the gelato was delicious. I had the caramel honeycomb, but ate it so fast that I forgot to take a picture.

We tried a hot dog and chicken rice. Each was delicious and satisfying. The hot dog had a juicy sausage with tangy toppings and the chicken rice was tender and fragrant. Great options for quick, tasty meals.
