Good pub grub. Had good service on the day we went. It was good. A few items are missing but can't be helped.

Absolutely dire! Service was atrocious. It took ages for someone to take our order then when the food eventually arrived, it was lukewarm at best. We tried to order milkshakes for the kids only to be told they had no ice cream - ice cream is a key ingredient of almost all the desserts on the menu! The bill arrived and they’d charged us for the milkshakes. We asked for a revised bill, which took 15 minutes and 5 different members of staff. No one had a clue what was going on - disorganized chaos on a grand scale. No apologies either. Loads of other diners were having issues too. Serious staff training is needed and there is zero leadership in the restaurant or ownership from the management. Shambolic.

Visitó TGIF para una bebida, tenían 2 por 1 opción / oferta que funciona todo el día. . Compra un cóctel y consigue 2 (igual) , fuimos por un té helado de isla larga, estaba bueno pero no tan fuerte, por alguna razón en Reino Unido el porcentaje de alcohol es menor en cócteles en comparación con Bombay. Bonito lugar grande, pero no mucha gente incluso en un sábado por la noche. Se estaban preparando para Halloween, espero que el evento ilumine el lugar. .

Me sirvieron como una camarera muy acogedora llamada Olivia. Pedí la hamburguesa de pollo con patatas fritas y se cocinó a la perfección! El servicio fue muy rápido. Como comensal solo, esta fue una gran comida. Sin duda recomendaría este restaurante, tiene un gran ambiente familiar. No veo la hora de volver pronto. : )

This place is TOP the food quality is astonishing and the staff incredible… I’m sooo sad it’s closed .

Great takeaway food is always top quality I have used crystals for over 10 years. All staff have always been polite Sad to hear that you maybe closing down soon you will be missed 😢

I visited your establishment today and was greeted by rude staff. I made a mistake with my order (my fault) and when I asked about it, I rudely got told it’s what I ordered. After the waitress had gone, I could see and hear her from near the till slagging me off and making insulting remarks about me. I have near been so insulted, humiliated or made to feel so little in a restaurant before. I mean, I couldn’t wait to get out. Under no circumstances would I ever return. For the insults and rude service, I was made to pay a service charge that they wouldn’t remove after I asked. It was the lady in the pink jumper that made the insulting remarks. Looked like a manager. As for the food, felt under cooked and I didn’t dare ask the waitress for it to be changed as I didn’t want to be humiliated again.

Empezaré con lo positivo. El ambiente era genial en este lugar y la comida era decente también, muy buenas patatas fritas, hamburguesa y bebidas. Estaba listo para hacer de este un lugar regular para comer hasta que la factura llegó. Tienen ofertas en las comidas, y mi esposa y yo pedimos los dos en el menú de ofertas, pero yo quería la hamburguesa de queso con tocino sin guarnición, así que pedí esto, y cometí el error de decir "como la hamburguesa Jane simple pero con tocino, básicamente" - así que lo que decidieron hacer fue cobrarme por la Jane simple, luego agregar en cada parte adicional para que costara casi un extra de £ 10. Luego, también agregan un cargo por servicio 'opcional' o 'propina' que solo es opcional SI solicita específicamente que se lo quiten, porque agregan este cargo a su comida sin preguntarle. En ese momento, tendrías que llamar a la persona que te atiende y pedirle que retire su propina. Un truco muy furtivo y mezquino en un país donde la propina no es la norma. I ordered cheesy chips , there’s only cheese on half the chips , I ordered pizza that came stone cold. Not impressed at all

Great sandwich and great service

Telephoned to book a table for 4 on the return of my step Fathers 3 month work trip as a surprise, I had to wait to see if a table was available for 5 mins, booked in later than ideal 8.00pm (2 weeks notice given) only to be told on the day of arrival they had double booked and we couldn’t go ........ and later find out my friend had been on the same night and only 2 people dining!!!!!! Never again. . .

All ways come in here when passing. Staff very friendly and food is excellent and extremely good value and great choice.
